To obtain the informations on the checking factors of the effecient utilization of paddies in chungnam province and study on the effecient working system and high productive cropping system in paddies, the utilization state of paddies including environmental conditions were investigated at sample 1,500 farms. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The difficulty of drainage in paddies was the most important factor checking the utility of paddies. Delayed transplanting of rice and lack of labour were also important checking factors on the efficient utilization of paddies. 2. The utilization of paddies was rather effecient at small size farms of which farmers were almost poor, and most of them cultivated barley for their own food. 3. Considering climatic conditions, pre-crops of rice must be harvested before June 10 th, and the marginal transplanting date of rice plant is June 25 th. 4. In case of planting barley as a post-crop after rice, the spread seeding by rotary before plowing was most efficient with lowest cost. 5. Considering rice cultivation, yield of barley and net income, the most efficient cropping system was "Josaengtongil+Olbori".
대퇴 경부 골절의 불유합 및 병적골절에 대한 대퇴 방형근 육경골이식술의 임상적 체험 - 4례 보고 -

In spite of the improvement for the treatment of femoral neck fracture, the incidence of noninion is more than 15%. There are several surgical methods for treating the nonunion of femoral neck fracture, they are osteosynthesis, osteatomy, prosthetic replacement, total hip arthroplasty, hanging hip and arthrodesis and so forth. The muscle pedicle bone graft method fof the nonunion in femoral neck fracture was designed by Judet(1962) initially. This method is also applied for the patients with nonunion, possibility of nonunion, or avascular necrosis of femoral head. In this paper, the authors reported the results of muscle pedicle bone graft for the three cases of the nonunion in femoral neck fracture, and one case of pathologic fracture at SoonChunHyang Hospital during from April 1988 to August 1990. Two out of the three cases of femoral neck fracture were treated by Richard hip screw and the other was applied by multiple pinning. The cause of nonunion was inaccurate reduction and inadequate position of implant. Mean duration from first operation to second operation was 11.3months. In the case of pathologic fracture, 4 days after injury, curretage and muscle pedicle bone grafting were performed. The complication were found leg length shortening and limitation of hip motion but painful walking was not noted. Clinical and radiological, bone union was obtained at 6 months after the operation. In according to Lunceford's assessment, all four cases showed satisfactory results.

This paper presents a novel electrostatic drop-an-demand ejector with a conductive pole inside nozzle. The MEMS fabricated pole-type nozzle shows a significant improvement in the performance and reliability of forming meniscus and generating a micro dripping mode of droplet out of the meniscus. It is verified experimentally that the use of the pole-type nozzle. The liquid is used D2O+SDS+SWNT (5 %wt). The gap between upper electrode and nozzle is about 600 ㎛. Electrostatic drop-on-demand ejection is observed when a DC voltage of 1.5 ㎸ is applied between the control electrode and ground electrode. Droplet diameter is 100 ㎛.

A study on morphology and periodicity of microfilariae was carried out in the area surveyed, Chung Cheong-nam Do. 1. The measurements of microfilariae from the Giemsa stanined thick film were made; and they showed that body length was 186.0(156-245)μ, maximum width 5.0(4-6)μ, and cephalic space length by width 1.5:1, per cent distance from anterior end to: cephalic space 4.21, nervering 22.87, excretory pore 31.35, excretory cell 38.85, G_1 cell 53.77, anal pore 82.04, from the last nucleus of posterior end to : the last 2nd nucleus 2.56, and the posterior body nucleus 4.69μ, respectively. 2. The periodicity of the micofilaria counts in peripheral blood of a man was observed, and it was found that the characteristic nocturnal periodicity was seen from in the case. The peak of microfilaria counts showed between 12 p.m. and 4 a.m. 3. When stained with Giemsa solution, 15.9% of microfilariae shed their sheath. As a result of the above findings the microfilariae might be identified Brugia malayi.
ON LINE CURRENT ANGLE CONTROL METHOD FOR PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

Generally, the performance of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PM motors) is deeply affected by rotor configurations and the current phase control methods. As the current phase control method of PM motor, maximum torque per ampere operation is usually used to minimize copper loss. In order to apply this operation, the differences of rotor configurations are examined. In Surface mounted PM motor, the id = 0 control method is adopted for maximum torque per ampere operation. But in Interior PM motor, any d-axis current exists in order to utilize the reluctance torque as well as the magnet torque. And actually the current phase is altered due to hardware delay and inverter capability. This current phase compensation technique is described in these two machines. The current phase compensation technique is described not ROM_Based loop up table method but ON_Line method by synchronous rotating reference frame. The speed control system of PM motor fed by a PWM current controlled voltage source inverter is investigated. The control system was implemented using a high performance microprocessor, and laboratory tests carried out.<br/>
