다크 모드에서 모바일 시각정보요소 카드의 시각적 인지도와 피로도 연구

This study set out to analyze colors of high visual recognition and low visual fatigue at the tone level and their saturation scope in a mobile interface card fit for the dark mode in low illuminance, as well as propose a color scheme. For these purposes, the study analyzed color palettes for the dark mode in the Android system, then we tested color scheme samples of card elements in app layout to collect factors affecting visual recognition and fatigue. The survey answers with Likert and ordinal scales of the test were analyzed to prove study hypotheses. The findings show that the tone levels and colors had an effect on the visual recognition and fatigue items except for the items of color understanding and the items of composition understanding based on Likert scale survey. The analysis results identified a couple of colors of high visual recognition including yellow at the tone levels of 50, 100, and 300, blue at the tone levels of 50 and 300, and purple at the tone level of 100. Blue had low visual fatigue, and so did teal and purple at the tone level of 50. Both blue and purple had a low level of ocular discomfort like teal, which recorded lower visual fatigue than them. The analysis results identified purple and teal at the tone level of 100, and purple was found in all the items of visual fatigue. Yellow and teal were analyzed as the colors with the low visual fatigue at the tone level of 300. Yellow had a low level of ocular discomfort like blue, which recorded a lower level of ocular discomfort than yellow. Blue and yellow of high visual recognition were high in saturation, and teal and purple of low visual fatigue were lower in saturation than blue and yellow.

Two Societal Abjects’ Struggle against the System: Rita Dove’s The Darker Face of the Earth

The event in American history that underlies much of the African American narrative is institutionalization of slavery. Addressing this event, Pulitzer Prize-winning author and poet Rita Dove adapted a well-known storyline from Greek tragedy, Oedipus Tyrannus, to present contentious and hidden issues of slavery in her verse play The Darker Face of the Earth. Looking at Dove’s main characters as individual abjects in relation to the inescapable discourse of the institution of slavery, this research focuses on how Dove adapted the Greek tragedy’s framework to expose the effect of the tragedy of slavery on an individual basis. Through a comparison of elements of The Darker Face of the Earth and Oedipus Tyrannus and a connection to historical fact this study aims to analyze Rita Dove’s play through the abject characters’ trajectory of resistance against a fateful system.

엘리트 운동선수들의 불안 , 자신감 , 동기 심리평가 기준개발 : 규준 집단과 표준화

The purpose of this study was to develop of the psychological evaluation standard for diagnose the psychological characteristics of elite athletes. For this way, we recruited a 1,509 of the middle school, high school, and college/general athletes’ including sports sciences of Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, Daegu, Gyeonggi, and Jeonbuk. We measured sports competition anxiety test 2, sports competitiveness anxiety test, and intrinsic motivation respectively. The data were divided into five stages (upper, middle, middle, lower, middle, lower) based on normal distribution through z-value. The results of this study were as follows: First, the score according to each measurement criterion was calculated, and the score according to sex and school level was also derived. Second, male and female athletes and middle school, high school, college/general athletes have different scores on psychological characteristics. Overall, psychological evaluation standards are expected to contribute not only to improving the athletic performance of the athletes but also as an important basic data for psychological counseling for sport context. 이 연구는 엘리트 선수들의 심리적 특성을 보다 객관적이고 구체적으로 진단하기 위해 심리평가 기준을 개발하는데있다 . 지역스포츠과학센터 ( 서울 , 대전 , 광주 , 대구 , 경기 , 전북 ) 를 이용한 1,509 명의 선수들을 대상으로 스포츠 경쟁불안 검사 2, 스포츠 특성경쟁불안 검사와 내적동기 검사지를 활용하여 선수들의 심리상태를 측정하였다 . 측정된 자료는표준 점수 (z-value) 를 통한 정규분포를 토대로 표본 집단 선수들의 상대적 분포를 확인하여 표준점수에 대응하는 원점수를 확인하였다 . 연구결과 , 첫째 , 각 측정준거에 따른 수준별 점수가 산출되었으며 , 성별과 학교급에 따른 수준별 점수도 도출되었다 . 둘째 , 심리적 특성에 대한 남자선수와 여자선수 그리고 중학교 , 고등학교 , 대학 / 일반부 선수들의 수준별 점수가 서로 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다 . 심리평가 기준은 선수들의 경기력 향상 및 심리상담을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 , 지속적인 선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한 준거자료로 스포츠 현장에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

미니멀리즘 디자인 제품의 색채와 형태에 대한 인지 연구

This study investigated where consumers more distinctly perceive minimalism between colors and forms in products with minimalism designs, which promote simplicity and brevity. To this end, some products that represent minimalism designs were selected and classified into four groups, such as simplicity/ achromatic colors, simplicity/chromatic colors, complexity/achromatic colors and complexity/chromatic colors, depending on the complexity in forms and whether colors are achromatic or achromatic ones, and the degree of minimalism of the products by groups was examined by using the questionnaire on the 7 point-scale. In order to analyze correlations between each of forms and colors and minimalism, forms were classified into six phases according to the complexity of them and colors into three phases according to their chromas. The findings show that the score of minimalism was high in groups of chromatic and achromatic colors with simple forms. An examination of correlations exhibit that minimalism has higher correlations with forms than colors. From responses to open-ended questions, reasons for implementing minimalism are found to include simple forms, achromatic tones and easy functions in order, while it is recognized that 'minimalism' is not implemented because of complex forms, various kinds of colors used and seemingly complex functions. 본 연구는 단순함과 간결함을 추구하는 미니멀리즘 디자인 제품에서 소비자들이 색채와 형태 중 어느 부분에서 미니멀함을 더 인지하는지와 그 연관성에 대해 조사하였다. 이를 위해 미니멀리즘 디자인으로 대표되는 제품들을 선정하여 형태와 색채를 복잡도 및 유/무채색에 따라 단순함/무채색, 단순함/유채색, 복잡함/무채색, 복잡함/유채색의 4그룹으로 분류하였고, 그룹별 제품들의 미니멀함의 정도를 7점 척도의 설문으로 알아보았다. 이후, 형태와 색채 각각의 미니멀함에 대한 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 형태의 복잡도에 따라 6단계로 분류하고, 색채를 채도 정도에 따라 3단계로 분류하였다. 조사 결과, 단순한 형태의 유채색과 무채색 그룹 군에서 가장 미니멀함의 점수가 높았고, 상관관계 조사 결과에서 미니멀함은 색채보다는 형태와 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 개방형 질문으로 조사된 미니멀함에 대한 이유로는 단순한 형태와 무채색 계열의 톤, 간단한 기능 순으로 응답하였고, 복잡한 형태, 많은 색채의 사용, 복잡해 보이는 기능 때문에 ‘미니멀하지 않다’라고 인지하였다.
