In this study, in the composition of mise-en-scène, most of the composition of ordinary people's video is short-shot-oriented, and if the magnetic phase is divided into YouTube video for content delivery, and the first stage is the recording-oriented screen composition, it is a short film by a professional video production professional, Documentary screen composition Two-stage professional division, and three-stage visual aesthetic approach. It is a professional approach to screen composition such as aspect ratio, lighting length, symbolism, and artistry. I suggest that you can differentiate. There is still a gap between the content of general non-specialists due to the subtitle of knowledge and technique of video composition, interest-oriented video composition of ordinary people, and the screen composition of professional videographers, which is the third stage. It is a realistic phenomenon that the gap is significantly narrowing compared to the past. It can be seen that the video production, quantity, number of episodes, and resolution are also significantly reduced. According to the trend of the times that supply and demand are equalized through the averaging of the past resolution and distribution system, the change in the gap creates a new paradigm type, so this study constructs a new screen that can overcome the situation and the real environment. We look forward to contributing to the improvement of film composition in an easy and convenient way in the video era by presenting the strategic environment and development plan of the film industry.

이중 비용함수를 최적화하는 레이다 빔 스케줄링 기법에 관한 연구

Achieving efficient mission performance of multi-function radars is a challenge because of resource limitations; thus, in this study, we examine a specific radar resource management technique. Previous studies have optimizing a single cost function to improve radar performance; however, other cost functions that include trade-offs must also be optimized. In this study, the relevant task is first vectorized, and the mission selection vector searches for the task to be performed. Then, using the Pareto optimal point, a tracking period that satisfies both dual cost functions of the task is found. The scheduling is finally performed by updating the new start time of the task for the corresponding tracking period. Simulation results show that it is possible to improve the radar cost value while minimizing the loss of the cost function using a trade-off relationship for optimizing the dual cost function.

Hallyu is a national project that shows Korea's pride and image as the best example of the world by maximizing the image, market development and possibility of the country with cultural contents, which is a limited country without resources, resources and manpower. The extreme of the Korean Wave craze became an opportunity to maximize its value and popular- ity as soon as Psy's music video "Gangnam Style" announced its potential through Youtube around the world.,Since then, the value of the content has been very high, centering on entertainment programs and dramas, which are related to the Korean Wave, and has become a model for the world of cultural Korean Wave. However, it is experiencing an environment and adversity in which the economic value of cultural contents is declining sharply due to the braking of the Korean Wave content and political approach, especially the political Sad about the middle palace. This thesis analyzes and analyzes the environment of the Korean Wave in the past and the environ- ment that has sharply shrunk due to the influence of Sad. I hope that there will be infinite help to strengthen the public interest and timeliness in the maintenance and development of effective Korean Wave propagation in the future by reading the past in the way of new hope and possibility before and after Sad by reinterpreting the Korean Wave culture of China connected with Sad.

인터넷 개인방송 불법・유해 콘텐츠 규제제도 개선방안

현재 인터넷 개인방송에 대한 규제제도는 실질적인 규제 효과가 미미하며, 사업자의 자율규제는 각 사업자에 따라 그 기준이 다르고 모호하다는 문제가 있다. 때문에, 현행 제도에 반영될 수 있는 개선방안에 대한 논의가 필요하다는 점에서 연구가 시작되었다. 먼저, 본 연구에서는 인터넷 개인방송 관련 국내 7개 주요 일간지의 기사 분석을 통하여 인터넷 개인방송에 대한 언론의 시각과 현재 우리 사회에서 논란이 되는 인터넷 개인방송 불법・유해 이슈를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 주요 일간지에서 보도된 인터넷 개인방송 불법 유해 이슈는 가짜뉴스, 금전 문제, 동물 학대, 막말 욕설 논란, 사기 도박, 성 관련 범죄, 음란방송, 혐오 표현 등이 있었다. 기사 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 인터넷 개인방송 규제 개선 가능성과 실효성을 알아보기 위하여 미디어 법제 연구자와 법학 연구자 15명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 15명의 전문가에게는 첫째, 인터넷 개인방송의 법적 정의, 둘째, 인터넷 개인방송 불법・유해 콘텐츠 규제의 목적과 필요성, 셋째 구체적인 구제방식에 대하여 질문하였다. 분석결과, 인터넷 개인방송은 대체할 용어가 마땅히 없고 법적 용어로 사용하는 것 자체에는 대부분 동의했으나 먼저 명확한 개념 정의가 이루어진 후 관련 법 개정이 이루어져야 할 것이라고 보았다. 인터넷 개인방송 불법・유해 콘텐츠 규제의 필요성과 그 목적에 대해서는 연구자들 대부분 보다 강한 규제가 필요로 하다는 점에 공감하고 있었다. 그러나 강한 규제는 자칫 표현의 자유를 침해할 수 있어 내용규제는 분야에 따른 판단이 필요하다고 보았다. 마지막으로 구체적인 규제 방식에 대한 논의는 기술적 문제나 내용 검열, 실효성 문제 등에 대한 입장에 따라 다양하게 의견이 나뉘었다. 규제의 필요성에는 동의하지만, 법・제도적 개선방안에 있어서 여전히 중지를 모으기 힘든 상황에서, 실효성 있는 방안은 플랫폼 사업자에 의한 자율규제가 더욱 실효성 있게 작동하도록 관련 기관이 뚜렷한 길잡이가 되어줄 필요가 있어 보인다. 그 대안의 하나로 방송통신위원회나 방송통신심의위원회에서 플랫폼 사업자들이 표준으로 따를 수 있는 구체적 가이드라인을 제시하고, 적극적인 관리 감독의 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 이와 함께, 이번 코로나19 사태에서도 확인했듯이 국민의 안전을 위협하고 전 국가적 사회 혼란을 초래하는 명백한 불법․유해 콘텐츠에 대해서는 법규를 통해 강하게 규제하는 법안이 마련될 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다. Currently, the regulatory system for Internet personal broadcasting has minimal practical regulatory effect, and there is a problem that the standards are different and ambiguous for each operator. Therefore, the research was initiated in that it was necessary to discuss improvement measures that could be reflected in the current system. First of all, this study looked at the media's view of Internet personal broadcasting and the controversial issues related to Internet personal broadcasting illegal and harmful and regulatory in our society through the analysis of articles in seven major domestic daily newspapers related to Internet personal broadcasting. According to the analysis, there were fake news, money problems, animal abuse, controversy over abusive language, fraudulent gambling, sex-related crimes, pornographic broadcasting and hate speech reported in major daily newspapers. Based on the results of the article analysis, 15 researchers of media legislation and law studies were interviewed in-depth to find out the possibility and effectiveness of improving regulations on Internet personal broadcasting on the Internet. The 15 experts were first asked about the legal definition of personal broadcasting on the Internet, and secondly, the purpose and necessity of regulating illegal and harmful content on personal broadcasting on the Internet, and thirdly, specific relief methods. According to the analysis, Internet private broadcasting mostly agreed to the use of legal terms as well as no alternative terms, but saw that a clear conceptual definition should be made first and then a related law revision should be made. Most researchers agreed that stronger regulations were needed on the need for regulation of illegal and harmful content on personal broadcasting on the Internet. However, it is believed that strong regulations could infringe on freedom of expression, and that content regulations require judgment based on the field. Finally, discussions on specific regulatory methods were divided according to their positions on technical issues, content censorship, and effectiveness. Although I agree with the need for regulation, but with it still difficult to collect a stop in legal and institutional improvement measures, the immediate proposal seems to need the relevant agencies to provide a clear guide for self-regulation by platform operators to work more effectively. As one of the alternatives, it is believed that the Korea Communications Commission or the Korea Communications Standards Commission will need to provide specific guidelines for platform operators to follow the standards and make active management and supervision efforts. At the same time, as confirmed in the Korona 19 incident, a bill needs to be drawn up to strongly regulate clearly illegal content that threatens the safety of the people and causes national social chaos.

A movie is a collection of moving images. And the image consists of a one-dimensional region to be seen and a three-dimensional region to which a perspective is applied. However, the symbolic image outside the domain can be dared to be a four-dimensional region or a psychological region of a movie image. The visible psychological realm is a valuable process and a result that presents the shortcut of the art pursued by the movie image. In this paper, we can find out the result of analyzing and researching the reexamination of the psychological first person experience area. Also, if we can obtain arguments that can be applied to image production and analysis, we can find out very public utilitarianity.
