The wind profiler radar provides a standing profile of the wind vector and the atmospheric physical signal for the fixed point. Since the wind vector is calculated by the manufacturer's data processing program, quality control of date is limited. Understanding and exploiting raw spectrum data are needed to improve the quality of the wind vector. The raw data of the wind vector is the power spectral density stored in binary form. The algorithm for transforming raw data into real spectral density was completed, and zero-order and first-order moments of spectral were retrieved based on the spectrum quality control. The algorithm was validated with the accuracy of the correlation coefficient 0.99 compared with the results of the manufacturer supplied software. 윈드프로파일러 레이더는 고정점에서 대기물리 신호와 바람 벡터의 연직 프로파일을 제공한다. 바람 벡터는 제조사의 자료 처리 프로그램으로 산출되기 때문에 품질 관리에 한계가 있다. 바람 벡터의 품질을 향상시키기 위해서 원시 스펙트럼 자료의 이해와 활용이 이루어져야 한다. 바람 벡터의 원시 자료는 바이너리 형태로 저장되는 파워 스펙트럼 밀도이다. 원시 자료를 실수형 스펙트럼 밀도로 변환하는 알고리즘을 완성하여 스펙트럼 기반 품질 관리를 0차와 1차 모멘트 구현 실험을 수행하였다. 제조사 제공 소프트웨어의 결과와 비교하여 상관계수 0.99의 정확도를 보였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the problems of the standard-based assessment, which is expanded in the high school credit system and the 2022 revised curriculum, and the direction of desirable college admission operation. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on high school teachers and university admissions officers, and the questionnaire was composed of a background variable and a total of 14 questions in 4 areas and was prepared on a 5-point Likert scale. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, cross-analysis, and one-way variance analysis were conducted. In-depth interviews with experts (two high school teachers and admissions officers each) were conducted to secure the validity and reliability of the survey results. Results First, the expansion of the standard-based assessment will reduce the student sub-curricular screening and expand the comprehensive student sub-curricular screening. Second, when the standard-based assessment is expanded, the boundary between the student sub-curricular screening and the student sub-curricular screening is blurred, and it is necessary to introduce qualitative evaluation in the student sub-curricular screening. Third, admissions officers were more negatively aware of the operation of subject selection and grade inflation according to student wishes than teachers, and teachers preferred to introduce or strengthen interview evaluation and admissions officers preferred to introduce or strengthen the minimum academic standards for the CSAT as a way to compensate for the difficulty of discrimination in student sub-curricular evaluation. Preference Revelation Games in School Choice When Students Are Naive or Strategic

Abdulkadiroglu, Che, and Yasuda (2011) consider the preference revelation games induced by the immediate acceptance and deferred acceptance mechanisms (henceforth, the IA and DA games, respectively) when students are naive or strategic. They study properties of a class of equilibria of the IA game in which some strategic student misrepresents his preferences with positive probability but they do not establish the existence of such equilibria. We show that in fact, depending on the parameters of the model, the IA game may have no such equilibrium. Then we provide a condition, termed richness, on the preference type space that ensures existence. Another result of Abdulkadiroglu, Che, and Yasuda (2011) is that in a symmetric equilibrium of the IA game, if a strategic student of some preference type reports his preferences truthfully, then a naive student of the same preference type is at least as well off in that equilibrium of the IA game as in the dominant strategy, truth-telling equilibrium of the DA game. This comparison, however, is silent on the welfare of the other naive students. We show that some naive students are indeed worse off under the immediate acceptance mechanism than under the deferred acceptance mechanism.
