Calcium hydroxide (CH) reacts with CO2 to produce moisture, and sodium carbonate (SC) reacts with CO2 in the presence of moisture. Using these different characteristics of these two reactants, a CH/SC mixture of CO2 absorber tuned for kimchi ripening to produce CO2 in a flexible package was selected. A ratio of CH:SC (1:2) in highly gas permeable microporous spunbonded film (Tyvek) sachet was found to be appropriate for delayed and consistent CO2 absorption useful for kimchi package. Addition of superabsorbent polymer (SAP) as moisture buffer was helpful for boosting the consistency of CO2 absorption. In a package of 0.5 kg kimchi at 10℃, the sachet consisting of 0.794 g of CH + 2.276 g of SC + 0.4 g of SAP suppressed its volume expansion and maintained a suitable range of CO2 partial pressure (PCO2) steadily inside. These optimal conditions may vary depending on the type and salinity of kimchi, storage and distribution temperature, and the material and area of the absorber sachet. This study showed a potential of mixture CO2 absorber to be tuned for CO2 producing packaged kimchi for the purpose of keeping consistent PCO2 at tolerable volume expansion.

초등학생 독서치료 프로그램 관련 학위논문의 동향 분석: 2003-2010

This study analyze the process of bibliotherapy, the typical problems of participant, and the trend on books of bibliotherapy, using the theses about clinical bibliotherapy program for Elementary School Students from 2003 to 2010 in Korea. Bibliotherapy has been studied at various academic fields. And the bibliotherapy process for all steps of readiness, comprehension-building, and evaluation is more effective in clinical bibliotherapy. Typical problems and contents of participant deal with a lack of sociality, a lack of self-conception and self-esteem, depression, a feeling of uneasiness, and desultory attitude of learning as the problems of psychosocial risk or mental disorders. And also, bibliotherapist need to develope suitable list of books for the typical problems of participant. The study is to present basic data for clinical bibliotherapist and researcher and to indicate the direction of their study in the future. 이 연구는 초등학생 대상의 독서치료 프로그램과 관련한 2003년부터 2010년까지의 학위논문을 대상으로 그 현황과 독서치료 과정, 내담자 문제유형과 문제내용, 독서치료에 활용한 도서 등의 동향을 분석한 것이다. 독서치료는 다양한 학문분야에서 연구되고 있다. 그리고 임상적 치료적 독서치료의 과정은 도입, 전개, 평가 등의 모든 단계의 적용이 더욱 효과적이다. 내담자의 문제유형과 내용은 심리 사회적 문제나 정신장애 문제로서 사회성 결여, 자아개념과 자아존중감 결여, 우울, 불안, 학습태도 산만 등이다. 임상적 치료적 독서치료를 위한 도서목록 개발이 필요하다. 이 연구는 임상 치료적 독서치료 관련 연구를 위한 기초자료로 제공될 것이며 앞으로 임상 치료적 독서치료 연구자에게 연구방향을 제시해 줄 것이다.

Responsiveness of Muscarinic and Alpha Adrenergic Activation on Endothelial Cell in Isolated Canine Renal Arteries

Responsiveness of muscarinic and alpha adrenoceptor activation on endothelial cells was studied in isolated canine renal artery rings. Ach (10-100 nM), dose dependently, relaxes endothelial intact rings precontracted with phenylephrine ($IC_{50}$ of Ach was 34.5 nM). Selective mechanical destruction of the endothelium transformed the activity of this substance from vasodilatation to vasoconstriction. Acetylcholine induced relaxations could be selectively inhibited competitively by atropine, but could not be inhibited by cyclooxygenase inhibitor. Methylene blue, however, an inhibitor of soluble guanylate cyclase activity, inhibited Ach as well as sodium nitroprusside (SNP) induced relaxation. Relaxation produced by prostacyclin was not modified by methylene blue. On the other hand, alpha adrenoceptor agonist did not relax but contract canine renal artery rings possessing an intact intima precontracted with U-46619. Clonidine, however, selective alpha-2 adrenergic agonist, is more susceptible than phenylepherine, selective alpha-1 adrenergic agonist, to the inhibitory effect of contraction. These results suggest that in canine renal artery rings, 1) muscarinic receptor is responsible for releasing endothelium dependent relaxation factor (EDRF). 2) alpha-1 and alpha-2 adrenergic receptors are present in canine renal artery. 3) relaxation via EDRF is antagonized by methylene blue, providing further evidence that EDRF acts through a cGMP mechanism. 내피세포가 잘 보존된 개 신동맥에서 Phenylephrine으로 전 수축시킨 후 Actylcholine을 투여하면 혈관 이완을 관찰할 수 있었지만 내피세포를 파괴시킨 개 신동맥에서는 혈관 이완을 관찰할 수 없었으므로 내피세포가 혈관 이완에 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 그래서 내피세포에서 분비되어 혈관 이완을 촉진하는 물질을 Endothelium Dependent Relaxation Factor (EDRF)라고 한다. Acetylcholine에 의한 혈관 이완은 Atropine에 의해 경쟁적으로 억제되었으므로 Muscarinc 수용체의 자극을 받아 EDRF가 분비되고 이것이 평활근에 작용하여 이완을 일으킬 것으로 생각되었다. EDRF의 작용기전을 알아보기 위해 용해성 Guanylate cyclase 억제제인 Methylene blue를 전처치 했을 때는 Acetylcholine 뿐 만 아니라 Sodium nitroprusside에 의한 이완도 억제되었다. 그러나 Prostacyclin에 의한 이완은 억제되지 않았다. 이 결과로 판단 해 보면 EDRF에 의한 이완효과가 Cyclic GMP와 관련이 있을 것으로 생각되었다. 한편 Thromboxane $A_2$ 유사체인 U-46619로 전수축 시킨 후 Alpha-2 아드레날린성 항진제인 Clondine을 투여했을 때 혈관 이완은 일어나지 않았다. 수축의 억제 양상에 있어서 Alpha-1 아드레날린성 항진제인 Phenylephrine보다 Clonidine이 더 효과적 이었다. 이상의 결과를 기초로 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1) Muscarinic 수용체의 자극을 받아 EDRF의 분비가 촉진된다. 2) Alpha-1 아드레날린성 수용체와 Alpha-2 아드레날린성 수용체가 개 신동맥에 존재한다. 3) EDRF에 의한 이완이 Methylene blue에 의해서 억제되므로 cGMP를 이용한 기전 임을 알 수 있었다.단요수근신건과 외상과의 변화를 알 수 있으며 진단에 있어서 보조적인 역할을 할 수 있다. 하지만, 치료 후 증상 호전 도달기간의 예후 판정에는 크게 도움이 되지 않는다. 시술과정에서 코일의 이탈이 2예에서 발생하였으나, 모두 snare기법으로 제거되었고, 그 밖의 다른 합병증은 없었다. 결론: 만성골반통을 일으키는 골반울혈증후군의 치료에 있어서 코일을 이용한 난소정맥색전술은 단기추적검사상 다수에서 증상의 소실 및 완화를 보여 비교적 효과적이고 안전한 방법으로생각되며, 다른 병인이 공존하지 않는다면 기존의 수술적 치료를 대치할 수 있는 훌륭한 중재적 치료법으로써 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 있게 큰 수치를 보였다. 결론: 정상 두개내혈관 직경은, 성별 차이가 40대에서 분명하였고 남자가 여자에 비하여 크거나 큰 경향을 보였으며, 중뇌동맥 직경은 성별에 상관없이 고령층이 저령층에 비하여 의미있게 크거나 큰 경향을 나타내었다. 고령층의 중뇌동맥 근위부 직경은 남자가 2.59$\pm$0.35 mm, 여자가 2.38$\pm$0.37 mm이었고, 원위부 직경은 남자가 2.63$\pm$0.43 mm, 여자가 2.39$\pm$0.35 mm 이었다.고 Monaliza Finely Soft는 23% 더 높은 분리율을 나타냈으므로 선충분리용(線蟲分離用)으로는 향수처리(香水處理)되지 않은 것이 더 좋은 것으로 사료(思料)된다. 4. 온도별(溫度別) 선충분리율(線蟲分離率)을 $15^{\circ},\;25^{\circ}\;and\;35^{\circ}C$에서 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) 전체적(全體的)으로 $35^{\circ}C$에서 분리율(分離率)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 5. 시간경과(時間經過)에 따른 선충분리율(線蟲分離率)은 12시간(時間) 후(後)가 35.3 %이고 24시간(時間) 후(後)가 40.

Reliable and valid diagnostic screening tools in the primary care setting enable accurate estimation of depression in individuals at risk or in need of treatment, and provide patients with an opportunity to receive optimal treatments. Although there have been extensive studies on screening tools for depression used in domestic mental health settings, there is little consideration and lack of a thorough review of the diagnostic validity of screening tools. In the current review, we selected 13 representative screening tools for depression which were evaluated in a total of 19 validation studies conducted in Korea. We summarized DSM-5 target domains, diagnostic indices, sensitivity, specificity, cut-off scores, and diagnostic validity information for each tool. Finally, the depression measurement expert group was constituted to evaluate the current status of screening tools for depression, and their recommendations for a new screening tool were summarized. This study was conducted as part of the Mental Health Technology Development project to develop the Korean screening tool for depression (K-DEP).

본 연구의 컨셉은 아동 발달단계에서 필요한 만지기, 손가락질하기, 손으로 다루기, 쥐기 등의 다양한 촉각 경험을 평면의 사물 모형조각을 이용하고 스마트 디바이스와 연동하여 체험할 수 있도록 해준다. 또한 촉각 경험에 끝나지 않고 마치 사물이 움직이는듯한 인터랙션을 아동에게 보여줌으로써 아동의 상상력을 키워준다. 또한 교구를 사용함에 있어서 아동 혼자 사용하는 것이 아니라 아동의 부모나 조부모 등의 어른이 참여 가능하도록 하여 자연스럽게 아동과의 친밀감을 유도한다. 기존의 교구들은 한 가지 교구를 가지고 한 가지의 학습 및 놀이를 할 수 밖에 없는 한계를 가지고 있다. 하지만 본 컨셉은 그러한 한계를 넘어서 스마트 디바이스에서 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 다양한 놀이 및 학습 콘텐츠를 제공받을 수 있어서 한 가지 교구를 가지고 여러 가지 놀이 및 학습 콘텐츠의 업그레이드가 가능한 스마트 교구를 연구하였다. 또한 본 내용은 특허 출원 중에 있으며 프로토타입으로 제작하여 사용자 경험적 측면에서 가능성을 검증하고 있다. 부동산가격공시제도의 적정가격 재정립을 위한 비판적 검토: 공시가격현실화 정책과의 충돌을 중심으로

부동산가격 공시제도는 공시지가라는 이름으로 1989년 처음 토지에 대해 도입된 이후 30여년간 유지되어 온 제도이다. 2017년까지는 재산세가 낮아서 납세자들이 이 제도에 관심이 없었으나, 2018년부터 4년간 공시가격이 누적 58.8%까지 상승하면서 사회적으로 이슈가 되었다. 시장이 침체되어도 공시가격은 계속 상승하는 현상이 2022년까지 지속되었는데, 이는 부동산공시가격제도에 내재된 '현실화로드맵'과 '실거래추종행위' 때문이다. 본 논문은 이 두 가지 원인이 계속해서 이 제도에 남아있는 이상, 조세형평성을 달성하는 것은 어렵다는 것을 주장하고자 한다. 그리고 이의 대안은 「부동산가격공시법」 개정을 통한 근본적 개선이어야 함을 제안하며 첫째, 「부동산가격공시법」 안에서 서로 충돌하는 모순된 법조항들을 수정, 삭제하고 둘째, 적정가격을 미국 IAAO의 시장가치 기준으로 바꾸어야 함을 주장하였다. The Korea Public Announcement of Real Estate Values was first introduced in 1989 and it has been maintained more than 30 years since then. As the property tax was low until 2017, taxpayers did not pay much attention to it. However, it attracted a public attention and became a social issue after the property tax increased 58.8% for the four consecutive years since 2018. The publicly announced price has consistently moved upward even in the economic downturn until 2022 and it is because of real estate price ‘realization roadmap’ and 'sales chasing' inherent in the Public Announcement of Real Estate Values. This study argues that it is difficult to achieve tax equity with these two fundamental causes existing in the system. Also, the study suggests the first legislative solution is to revise the Act On The Public Announcement Of Real Estate Values. In addition, it indicates why the following two arguments are valid. First, contradictory provisions in the Act on the Public Announcement of Real Estate Values should be revised and deleted. Second, reasonable price should be redefined based on the standard of International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).

Ezekiel, a prophet of ancient Israel, is remarkable as a performer. Ancient Israel had no specific theatrical culture, but the prophets had sometimes announced the messages of Yahwe by various symbolic action. Ezekiel gave the most performances among them, and ``Lath of the Wife of Ezekiel`` is his representative symbolic action. When his wife was dead as Yahwe had said, he did an unaccountable action. People asked why he did such a thing, and he explained the meaning of it. His performance represented symbolically the imminent judge of Yahwe. ``Death of the wife of Ezekiel`` has theatrical structure. The text--``he words of Yawhe``--is given. Acting the text before the audience, Ezekiel convey the meaning of it. His performance is different from the modern performances-in which the meaning of it arises from the interaction of the performer and the audience--in that the performer explains directly the meaning of it to the audience. In the light of the absolute authority of the text, the performer as a messenger, the passive audience, his performance is distinct from the modern performances focusing on the liberation from the fixed meaning. Ezekiel is trying to remind the audience about their past, in order that they can rediscover their identity and face the erosion of it by his performance. In other words, the purpose of it is to establish the existing meaning not to create a new meaning. The reproduction of history and the recollection of the past are essential in his performance.
