일산지역의 공동주택 평당매매 가격결정 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to find out the factors affecting the apartment price given three sets of variables such as characteristics of apartment building, apartment site, and location. Data of 1,579 housing units in 224 apartment complex sites in Ilsan city were selected from the housing information of four public and private housing sources in 2006. The first set of variables for physical features include housing size (pyoung), preferring-floor, building orientation, heating system and structure of entrance. The second set of variables for building were number of housing units, built year and rank of construction company. The third set of variables for location were distance from number of school, the subway station, distance of department store and park. For the analysis, the hedonic price model, which was one of the methods to estimate social convenience, was used along with the SPSS statistical program and regression analysis. The results are as follows, Firstly, in the structural characteristic variables, it was analyzed that all of the variables except facing affected the apartment price. Secondly, In the site characteristic variables, unusually all of the variables were not affected the apartment price in Ilsan city. Finally, the locational characteristic variables number of school, the subway station, distance of department store and park affected the apartment price. In case of Ilsan city, educational facilities was likely to positively contribute to the price of apartment.

This paper evaluate use on facilities of green tourism by participator's questionnaire and urban inhabitants' questionnaire. As the result of study, it shows follows; 1) To make town look more traditionally we should rebuild the buildings and the styles of roof with our own traditional rural system. And, we also change the block and brick style fence into soil or rock one instead to look rural path. The agricultural land and watercourse should be left naturally to be looked non-polluted environment. 2) The outdoor toilet, washing stand and distribute should be maintained and managed clearly every time. Residents' own housing also should be maintained to promote the home-stay lodging. 3) To improve the satisfaction of people's need of agricultural product, the special market building or place that could be packed and sold the product at the same time should be built or made. And, it should be located in the harmonious spot with the natural scenery and good parking lot.

고추 중 오크라톡신 A와 아플라톡신의 오염도 조사 및 저감화방안 연구

Aflatoxin (AF) and Ochratoxin A (OTA) are carcinogenic and possible carcinogenic mycotoxins respectively produced by Aspergillus spp or Penicillium spp. The study for contamination survey and proposal for reduction of mycotoxin in red pepper were carried out. 192 samples were collected at such various stages and markets as pre/post-harvest stages, internet shopping mall /super-market and small stakeholder mill/geographically indicated company. As only 2 samples were positive for aflatoxin, so contamination rate was 1.04%. In the meanwhile, contamination rate for ochratoxin A was 21.88% and a various amount of OTA was detected in 42 positive samples. 6 samples were found to be contaminated at higher level than 5 μgkg−1 for ochratoxin A, which was established recently as a maximum permissible limit in korea. There was no difference in degree of contamination with regard to cultivation type because any mycotoxin was not found at all in both organically and conventionally grown red pepper. But, there was statistically significant difference in the process of manufacturing. Finished products were OTA-contaminated at a level of 2.32 ± 6.54 μgkg−1(mean ± SD), even though OTA was not detected in deep frozen red peppers right after long term storage. And contamination for OTA was a level of 0.33 ± 0.91 μgkg−1(mean ± SD) in red paprika powder after uv sterilization, while the contamination for OTA was 2.78 ± 4.49 μgkg−1(mean ± SD) in non-uv sterilized powder. In addition, our investigation shows that higher OTA contamination occurred in some of famous brand products sold in super-market and domestic products than products collected through on-line shopping or from small stakeholder mills and imported products respectively, however, difference was not statistically significant.
국내산 단미사료와 배합사료의 Ochratoxin A 오염도 조사

Contamination of ochratoxin A (OTA) was studied in 194 compound feeds and 59 feed ingredi-ents samples distributed in South KOREA in 2006 and 2007. The degree of OTA contamination in feed ingredientswas 27%, and its detected levels were ranged from 0.27 to 3.39 ppb. Seventy six percent of compound feeds werecontaminated with OTA at concentration between 0.21 and 13.64 ppb. The highest degree of OTA contamination wasobserved in compound feeds for dairy cattle (96%) followed by for poultry (85%) and swine (79%). In the suburbs near the capital area in Korea, many apartment house complexes are dotted that encircled by field. These apartment house complexes encircled by field, have not park and are abutting on the field, unlike large scale new town. This study is aimed to clear the characteristic of field around these apartment house complexes, consists in development the suburbs near the capital area. As a method of study we conducted greenery evaluation from view of Inhabitant by questionnaire survey. We concluded as follows: inhabitants attach importance to the nature around apartment house complex when move into that; inhabitants are satisfied and feel nature about the field; inhabitants tend to take field as a sight; inhabitants need low-rise development for harmony with field.
