        지능형 감시 카메라 동향 및 시나리오 연구

        산업 사회가 급속도로 발전함에 따라 전 세계적으로 전쟁, 테러, 강력 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 위험 요소들은 인명 피해 및 자원에 대한 파괴로 이어지는 주된 원인이 된다. 최근 강력 범죄의 잦은 발생으로 사회적 불안감이 조장되고 있으며 이러한 이유로 더 나은 안전, 보안 시스템 분야를 점검하는 계기가 되었다. 보안 시스템의 대표적인 장비라고 할 수 있는 CCTV 카메라 시스템은 각 지역 자체적으로 공공장소 등과 같이 유동인구가 많은 지역에 확대 설치될 계획이다. 이것은 감시의 목적뿐만 아니라 보안 기술의 중요성에 대한 인식이 점차 높아짐에 따라 최소 인력으로 최대한의 감시 효과를 가질 수 있는 지능형 영상 보안 기술의 확대 보급을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 지능형 감시 카메라의 동향 및 시나리오에 대해서 살펴본다. As the industrial society is developing wars, terrors, and vicious crimes is getting increased. These dangerous factors are caused of casualty and subversiveness of social order. Such vicious crimes lead people to feeling of insecurity. That is why naturally people want to build and inspect strengthened security system. CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. This thesis will be described regarding the trend of the intelligent surveillance camera and the scenario.

        A Microfluidic Stretch System Upregulates Resistance Exercise-Related Pathway

        Exercise plays a critical role in maintaining and improving the quantity and quality of skeletal muscle. Resistance exercise is especially important improves muscle strength and increase muscle mass. The recent realization of the importance of animal welfare worldwide has emphasized the need for replacing animal experiments with in vitro cell experiments, thereby necessitating the development of a three-dimensional cellular model. Consequently, by applying the existing microfluidic stretch system, this study was conducted to develop a motion-mimicking system that can perform both morphological analysis through immunofluorescence staining and molecular analysis, such as western blotting and quantitative PCR. The system promoted the fusion of C2C12 myoblasts and increased the myotube diameter. In addition, the stretching system enhanced protein synthesis via the AKT–mTOR–p-70 S6K1 pathway and increased expression of Pgc-1α4, Gpr56, Igf1, Igf2, Nr4a3, Col1a2, Col3a1 , and Col4a1 , which are known to be induced by resistance exercise. Moreover, the levels of MHC2B—a glycolytic muscle fiber—were increased by stretching, whereas the levels of MHC1—an oxidative muscle fiber—did not vary. In conclusion, our stretching system mimics resistance exercise more closely than endurance exercise and would facilitate morphological and molecular mechanism analyses of changes induced by exercise.

        Phospholipase C-γ as a Potential Therapeutic Target for Graves’ Orbitopathy

        Background: Phospholipase C-γ (PLC-γ) plays a crucial role in immune responses and is related to the pathogenesis of various inflammatory disorders. In this study, we investigated the role of PLC-γ and the therapeutic effect of the PLC-specific inhibitor U73122 using orbital fibroblasts from patients with Graves’ orbitopathy (GO). Methods: The expression of phospholipase C gamma 1 (PLCG1) and phospholipase C gamma 2 (PLCG2) was evaluated using polymerase chain reaction in GO and normal orbital tissues/fibroblasts. The primary cultures of orbital fibroblasts were treated with non-toxic concentrations of U73122 with or without interleukin (IL)-1β to determine its therapeutic efficacy. The proinflammatory cytokine levels and activation of downstream signaling molecules were determined using Western blotting. Results: PLCG1 and PLCG2 mRNA expression was significantly higher in GO orbital tissues than in controls (P<0.05). PLCG1 and PLCG2 mRNA expression was significantly increased (P<0.05) in IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α, and a cluster of differentiation 40 ligand-stimulated GO fibroblasts. U73122 significantly inhibited the IL-1β-induced expression of proinflammatory molecules, including IL-6, IL-8, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, cyclooxygenase-2, and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), and phosphorylated protein kinase B (p-Akt) and p38 (p-p38) kinase in GO fibroblasts, whereas it inhibited IL-6, IL-8, and ICAM-1, and p-Akt and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK) in normal fibroblasts (P<0.05). Conclusion: PLC-γ-inhibiting U73122 suppressed the production of proinflammatory cytokines and the phosphorylation of Akt and p38 kinase in GO fibroblasts. This study indicates the implications of PLC-γ in GO pathogenesis and its potential as a therapeutic target for GO.

        항공기 개발에는 군용 및 민수용 항공기를 위한 두 개의 대표적 체계안전성 프로그램(혹은 프로세스)가 있다. 두 항공기 개발 프로그램에서 체계안전성을 적용하는 공통된 목적은 항공기에 요구되는 안전수준을 충족시키기 위해서이다. 그러나, 세부적으로 요구되는 안전성 수준, 적용되는 안전성 분석 기법, 통제하려는 관심분야, 그리고 충족하려는 요구도에는 다소 차이가 있다. 이런 차이가 발생되는 주된 원인은 항공기의 사용 목적에서 기인된다. 본 논문에서는 한국형기동헬기(KUH)에 적용된 체계안전성 프로그램 사례를 소개하고, 실 적용된 안전성 분석 및 평가기법 사례 검토를 통해 군용 및 민수용 헬기 체계안전성 프로그램의 차이점 및 공통점을 비교 연구한다. 이를 통하여 차기 소형무장헬기(LAH) 개발사업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 체계안전성 프로그램 방안을 제언한다. In the aircraft development, there are two representative system safety program(or processes) for the military and civil aircraft. The common reason to apply system safety for both aircraft development programs is to achieve required safety levels of aircrafts. However, the safety levels required, safety analysis methodologies applied, interesting areas covered and requirements fulfilled are slightly different in both programs in detail. The main reason of the difference is raised from the different purpose of aircraft use. This paper introduces the system safety program applied to the Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH) and, from the practical safety analysis and assessment methodology precedent review, it conducts comparison study for not only the difference but also the commonality between military and civil helicopter safety programs. From the study, it suggests the system safety program for efficient conducting of the next Korean Light Armed Helicopter(LAH) development program.

        싸인 보드용 초음파 스피커 상태표시를 위한 LED 구동 회로의설계

        In this study, we introduce an LED Driving circuit in order that the information state can indicate audio signal gain andradiate pattern of ultrasonic speaker system for a sign board. Ultrasonic speaker system decreases energy loss and transmitsthe sound farther. Ultrasonic speaker having such characteristics is useful in that it can be widely used in daily life. Additionally, Proposed LED circuit indicates the information state as linear LED brightness taken from interface of ultrasonicspeaker system. Designed circuit is confirmed through 0.35 µm CMOS process by Dong-bu. 본 연구에서는 싸인 보드의 집중도를 올리기 위한 초음파 스피커 시스템의 음성신호이득, 방사패턴과 같은 상태정보 표시를 위한LED 구동 회로를 소개한다. 초음파 스피커 시스템은 에너지 손실이 적고 음이 멀리 전달된다. 이러한 특징을 지닌 초음파 스피커는일상생활에서 다양하게 쓰일 수 있다는 점에서 매우 유용하다. 상기 장점을 살려서 제안된 LED 회로는 초음파 스피커 시스템으로부터 인터페이스를 제공받아 선형적인 LED 밝기로써 상태정보를 표현한다. 설계된 회로는 동부 0.35um CMOS 공정을 사용하였다.

      • 회전익 항공기 무선설비 전파 적합성평가를 위한 기술기준의 환경적 조건 고찰 및 제안

        군용 등 특수한 목적으로 운용하거나, 해외에서 도입되는 항공기를 제외한 국내에서 운용하는 항공기에 장착되는 무선통신장비는 원활하고 안전한 사용을 위해서 국립전파연구원에서 공고한 “무선설비의 적합성평가 처리방법”의 적용을 받는다. 국내에서는 주로 국방력 증강 또는 연구개발 목적으로 항공기를 개발하였기 때문에 해당 공고의 항공기 무선통신장비용 기술기준은 여태 적용되었던 사례가 없다. 그러나 최근 산림청 등 공공기관에서 운용할 목적으로 육군의 수리온 항공기를 기반으로 한 회전익 항공기 개발이 진행되고 있어 해당 공고에서 요구하는 항공기 무선통신장비용 기술기준의 실제 적용이 예상된다. 상기 사유로 본 기술기준을 연구한 결과 환경적 조건의 변경 필요성이 식별되었고, 이에 대한 의견을 제시하고자 한다. The telecommunication equipment installed in the domestic demand aircraft shall be applied the Radio Frequency Compatibility Assessment notified by the National Radio Research Agency to use radio frequency stably and safely except special purpose operation such as military use. In South Korea, the Assessment has not been applied at all until now because the aircraft has been developed to build up military strength or to conduct research mainly. However, it is expected to apply soon to the aircraft which is now developing based on the ROKA (Republic of Korean Army) Surion platform to supply to the Public Institutions such as the Korea Forest Service. From the reason above, there has been a study for the Assessment criteria and it is considered to change on the environmental condition.

        There are so many parts like mechanics, electrics, and so on in automobile. In modern times, according to the lightweight of automobile, engineering plastics parts are used to make by injection molding method. Additionally, many points of parts of 2 wheel and 4wheel Automobile are made not machining but injection molding with engineering plastics. Especially, if parts made by injection mold make the difficult shapes like slant surface, it must be used to the slide core at injection mold. Generally, it is used to the slide core with the oil pressure cylinder. But, that is not good for productivity and cost to make parts. So, it must be used to one-body injection mold although difficult to design that. In this study, to make the slant surface of reflector to install the LED board of side mirror at automobile, it was designed the optimum injection mold. It was used to Pro/E for the design of one-body injection mold and Mold flow for injection molding analysis.

        Development of matrix based transdermal delivery system for ketotifen

        The purpose of this study was to investigate thefeasibility of developing transdermal drug delivery systemfor ketotifen used for asthma, allergic conjunctivitis, andrhinitis. The permeation of ketotifen in silicone, polyisobutylene,styrene–butadiene–styrene and acrylic-rubberhybrid and acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive matrix wasevaluated. Due to good adhesion force and high permeability,acrylic-rubber hybrid adhesive was chosen. Permeationrate was found to increase linearly as the drugconcentration in acrylic-rubber hybrid adhesive increased. However, when the drug concentration was 5 % or more inthe matrix, recrystallization of ketotifen was observed. Therecrystallization process was not inhibited by crystallizationinhibitors tested. Significant increase in flux wasobtained using Brij 30, Crovol A40, Span 80 andLauroglycol FCC as permeation enhancers.
