There are so many parts like mechanics, electrics, and so on in automobile. In modern times, according to the lightweight of automobile, engineering plastics parts are used to make by injection molding method. Additionally, many points of parts of 2 wheel and 4wheel Automobile are made not machining but injection molding with engineering plastics. Especially, if parts made by injection mold make the difficult shapes like slant surface, it must be used to the slide core at injection mold. Generally, it is used to the slide core with the oil pressure cylinder. But, that is not good for productivity and cost to make parts. So, it must be used to one-body injection mold although difficult to design that. In this study, to make the slant surface of reflector to install the LED board of side mirror at automobile, it was designed the optimum injection mold. It was used to Pro/E for the design of one-body injection mold and Mold flow for injection molding analysis.

Recently, Front Warning Sensor and Back Warning Sensor installed with Driver’s safety system in 2wheel and 4wheel automobile are adopted with standard specifications. The initial time, those sensors were the protruding shape. But, Sensor is changed to Not-protruding type step by step, due to the failure of sensor, improvement design and so on. So, when the type of sensor and assembling method are changed, the process installing sensor must be changed. For the process of installation, protruding type is the order of injection molding, painting, final machining and assembling. Not-protruding type is the order of injection molding, final machining, painting and assembling. So, When it punches holes in bumper for installing sensor, Not-protruding type has the problems like formation of painting and tearing out plastics. In this study, after comparing with oil-air pressure punching system and supersonic punching system, it will suggest the definition and the process of supersonic punching system optimized for good quality of sensor’s hole.

In this paper, design on waterproof and salt water resistance for non-waterproof type of ECU was studied. In automotive, there are 2 kinds of ECU according to the method of installation such as waterproof type and none. But, the cost of waterproof type is higher than non-waterproof type and complex for the view of design and number of parts. This paper proposed the semi-waterproof type changed non-waterproof type. It is possible to protect the water proof according to design change. So, this model is possible to improve the resistance of waterproof and salt water not increase the cost.

Hydraulic press is the mechanism which causes plastic-deformation for materials using by hydraulic. The method of control can be classified by pressure, displacement and speed control. Among these methods, it is focus on the analysis of pressure characteristics for the pressure control system in this paper. To control pressure of cylinder, a general relief valve, a proportional control relief valve and a servo valve are used in general. But, the general relief valve is impossible for feedback control and the servo valve is not a economical control system. Therefore, in this paper, the proportional control relief valve which is a comparable price and excellent for pressure control is used for pressure control. In this paper, it is identified the characteristic of pressure control system by AMESim, and it has been confirmed the usefulness of AMESim modeling by comparison between AMESim simulation results and experimental results.

In this paper, a design and analysis for initial development dozer was studied. After the initial design, it is impossible to evaluate the sample. So, this paper proposed the method for FEM with commercial tool. And, in general working status, the motion for dozer of excavator was established by 3 kinds of case. So, it is possible to analyze the strength of parts for dozer consisted of welding part, steel part and so on. 3D modeling of dozer is made by CATIA and FEM analysis is used to MARC program.

In this paper, improved mold for protecting the overflow of side seal on LM guide was studied. Side seal is to seal with ball guide and to fix the other parts on assembling. But, overflow on side seal is big damage on LM guide. So, this paper is established the mold design protected overflow and the injected condition for each material such as NBR, FPM and Q according to filling ratio. And then, it is possible to improve the quality of side seal and develop the optimum mold.

In modern times, development trend of automobiles is the tendency to prefer the high fuel efficiency of automobile. Also, the structure of seat that takes 4% of automobile’s weight is the target to be secured the stability enough and attain the lightweight, To meet this, the characteristics of load to be applied to seat structure must be analyzed from the initial time, and it must be considered and designed material, thickness, distance to be assembled with recliner and condition of section through the calculation of numerical value.
