이종태는 음악교육자·작곡가·지휘자·아악 전문가이자, 군인이다. 1930년 일본음악학교를 졸업한 인텔리로서 해방 이전에는 음악가로 활발히 활동하다가, 해방 후에는 모든 음악 경력을 접고 군대에 들어가 준장으로 예편하였다. 해방을 기점으로 격변한 인생사를 반영하듯 그에 대한 역사적 평가는 상반되게 나타나 있다. 음악인 이종태는 친일 및 전쟁협력 단체에서 활동한 행적에 대한 역사적 책임을 물어 『친일인명사전』에 수록되어 있는 반면, 군인 이종태는 1958년 국방부장관 공로표창, 1966년 보국훈장 천수장을 받으며 승승장구하여 현재 국가유공자로 인정되어 국립묘지 장군묘역에 묻혀있다. 음악인 이종태는 서양음악, 궁중음악, 음악교육 등 영역을 가리지 않고 활동하였다. 수십개의 음악 단체에 소속되었으며, 식민지 관변 단체에서 활동하였다. 중동학교, 중앙불교전문학교, 경성고등음악학원, 이화여자전문학교, 이왕직아악부에서 후학을 양성하였으며, 경성관현악단, 영미합창단 등에서 지휘를 하였다. 1930년 <소년>이라는 작품을 작곡한 이래, <내일>·<그리운 소년>·<우리들은소년>·<김소좌를 생각함>·<총 후> 등의 친일 작품을 양산하였다. 『보통학교조선어독본』을 토대로 음악 레코드를 제작하거나, 경성방송 ‘군가공부’라는 프로그램을 진행하면서 전시 시국 가요를 교육 보급시켰고 강연활동도 활발하게 하였다. 또 이왕직아악부에 10여년을 재직하면서 서양음악 교육과 오선보 채보사업에 관여하며 아악 전문가로 행세하고, <기미가요>와 <우미유카바>를 아악기로 연주할 수 있도록 편곡하는 등 이왕직아악부의 친일활동을 지원하였다. 일제강점기 음악계에서 보여준 활동 내용과 양상은 놀라운 정도이다. 이러한 활동을 하던 이종태는 해방이 되자, 초창기 대한민국 군대와 군악대가 만들어질 당시 42세의 나이에 군에 입대하였다. 군예대 창설에 관여하였고, <상이군인의 노래>·교향시<조국찬가>·교성시<광복10년> 등을 군대 내의 음악 행사를 맡기도 하였다. 군인이라는 신분 제약이 있어 일반에 잘 알려지지는 않았지만, 군대 내에서 승승장구하였다. 태세 전환에 성공하면서 친일 행적은 감추어져 국가유공자로 대접받았으며 사후에 부인인 스즈키 미사호(鈴木美佐保)와 나란히 국립묘지에 묻혀있다. 한국근현대사에서 친일청산을 하지 못했던 과오를 이종태라는 인물을 통해 다시 생각하게 한다. Lee Jong-tae was a music educator, composer, conductor, and soldier. Lee, an intellectual and a graduate of Japanese Music School(日本音樂學敎) in 1930, worked actively as a musician before liberation. After liberation, he gave up his career in music and joined the army and was appointed as a brigadier general. As if reflecting the dramatic convulsion of his life after the liberation, historical evaluations on Lee have conflicting arguments. Lee as a musician was listed in the pro-Japanese Biographical Dictionary as a result of activities as a pro-Japanese and working with war cooperation organizations. On the other hand, Lee as a soldier had a successful career, being commended for his service by the Minister of National Defense in 1958, and receiving an Order of National Security Merit, Cheonsu Medal in 1966. As this research is the first to study Lee, we examine Lee's musical activities, and take a brief contemplation on projects he put parts in as a commissioned consultant of Iwangjikyangyakbu (Yi Royal Household Music Band). Lee as a musician worked in all areas including Western music, court music, and music education. He was a member of dozens of music organizations, and worked in a colonial government organization. Under a war footing, he distinguished himself in pro-Japanese groups and thereby entered major musical circles. Furthermore, after joining the Yi Royal Household Music Band, he participated in the project of the Staff(stave) transcription as an expert of court music during ten years of his incumbency as an editor of omnifying court music (‘A-akumbopyeonchansamuimsichoktak’ 雅樂音譜編纂事務臨時囑託). He also actively supported the pro-Japanese activities of the Yi Royal Household Music Band by rearranging Kimigayo and Umiukaba to be playable for court instruments. His decision to change his stance after liberation was surprisingly quick. In the early 1947, when the Korean military and military band were formed, he joined the army at the age of 42. He became a military band master in the eighth regiment and after the recapture of Seoul in 1950, he participated in establishing the KAS (Korean Army Arts Service 陸軍軍藝隊). Since then, he was unable to actively engage in music due to his status as a soldier. However, he did not stop interacting with musicians until 1970, revealing his presence at international music festivals. Since 1961, when he was serving as the head of the National Cemetery, he cooperated with the National Gugak Center to hold Confucian ceremonies in the National Cemetery on Memorial Day. It is desperately necessary to criticize Lee's pro-Japanese activities during the Japanese occupation, and reflectively view the fact that Lee has never been discovered until now and is still presently being treated as a man of national merit.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the propensity and find out the Syndrome Differentiation of teeth-mark tongue by taking survey and body examinations with 178 male patients. 164 patients out of 178 were checked up on Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Accelerated Photoplethysmograpy (APG), Body Composition. This study was also planned to find out the distinctive characteristics of teeth-mark tongue diagnosis and compare differences between Qi-Deficiency and Accumulation of Dampness and Phlegm patients group. Methods : The questionnaire was carried out targeting 178 male with teeth-mark tongue respondents among who had Oriental Health Examination and patients from the 3rd oriental-internal medicine department in Dongeui Hospital from $1^{st}$, March 2005 to $30^{th}$, April 2010. Only 164 patients were checked on HRV, APG and Body composition examinations. Results : It showed that 86 patients had Qi-Deficiency and 78 had Dampness and Phlegm but 14 couldn't be categorized. The major symptoms of Qi-Deficiency compared to Dampness and Phlegm were 'Frequent running nose', 'Soft stool', 'Chronic fatigue', and 'Eyestrain'. On the contrary, Dampness and Phlegm's dominant symptoms were 'Chest discomfort', 'Feeling bloated', 'Back pain', 'Feeling sluggish', and 'Itchy skin'. However, all symptoms were not matched with the Syndrome Differentiation of Qi-Deficiency or Dampness and Phlegm. It also showed that teeth-mark tongue patients' frequent symptoms were 'Stuffy nose', 'Feeling bloated', 'Oliguria', 'Shoulder pain', 'Chronic fatigue' 'Eyestrain' and these symptoms were matched with the Syndrome Differentiation of Qi-Deficiency and Dampness and Phlegm. In the results from this study, there were no significant differences between Qi-Deficiency and Dampness and Phlegm. Conclusions : It is hard to conclude that teeth-mark tongue could be only one to diagnose Qi-Deficiency or Dampness and Phlegm with 3 examinations.
설문을 통한 여성 기능성 위장장애 환자의 경향과 한방치료 효과에 대한 연구

Objectives: Nowadays, the number of patients having the Functional Gastrointestinal Disturbance has been on the rise and this tendency is clear in the female group. This study is aimed to investigate their cause of disease, dietary lifestyle, digestion functions, general symptoms and any disadvantages in daily lives etc. Also, it would suggest any effective results from oriental medical treatments. Methods: The total number of 20 female patients, who have been participated in this study, have been treated at Oriental Internal Medicine, Dong-eui Hospital. We have performed the survey with 50 questionnaires. Results: Most patients were having dyspepsia and had been treated more than once before the survey. The major cause of their disease includes irregular eating habits(p<0.05) and stressful mental conditions. The patients had suffered much disadvantages in daily lives and different symptoms. Specially, pain in the below of stomach pit and early satiation were common.(p<0.05) However, the Discomfort index of patients has been decreased from 9.22 point to 2.85 point after oriental medical treatment. It means this treatment has meaningful effectiveness to the Functional Gastrointestinal Disturbance patients. Conclusion: We have investigated the features of female patients with Functional Gastrointestinal Disturbance and conclude that the Oriental Medical Treatment is effective to them.

웜홀 네트웍에서 교착상태의 복구를 기반으로 하는 라우팅 알고리즘은 간단한 하드웨어 구조와 높은 라우팅 적응성으로 인해 관심을 이끌었다. 진보적인 교착상태 복구 방안들은 교착상태에 속한 패킷들을 삭제하는 대신에 소수 전용 리소스들을 통해 전송한다. 교착상태에 속한 패킷은 타임아웃에 의해 선정하는데 다양한 트래픽 형태 및 패킷 길이를 고려하여 가장 바람직한 성능을 가져오는 제한 시간 값을 결정하기는 매우 어려운 일이다. 본질적으로, 타임아웃을 사용하는 현재의 방법들은 네트웍 부하가 심하거나 메시지 길이가 긴 경우에 교착상태의 존재를 잘못 판단할 가능성이 크다. 또한 교착상태가 발생할 경우, 하나 이상의 메시지가 교착상태로 판단되어 복구를 위해 마련된 자원을 과포화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 타임아웃을 사용하지 않고 보다 정확히 교착상태를 발견하는 방안을 제시한다. 제안한 방안은 교착 상태를 잘못 판단하는 확률을 현저히 낮출 수 있다. 또한 순환 구조를 이루는 대기 상태의 메시지들 중에서 하나만을 교착상태라고 선언함으로써 복구에 따른 부담을 감소시킨다. Deadlock recovery-based routing algorithms in wormhole networks have gained attraction due to low hardware complexity and high routing adaptability Progressive deadlock recovery techniques require a few dedicated resources to transmit deadlocked packets rather than killing them. Selection of deadlocked packets is primarily based on time-out value which should be carefully determined considering various traffic patterns or packet length. By its nature, current techniques using time-out accompany unignorable number of false deadlock detections especially in a heavy-loaded network or with long packet size. Moreover, when a deadlock occurs, more than one packet may be marked as deadlocked, which saturate the resources allocated for recovery. This paper proposes more accurate deadlock detection scheme which does not make use of time-out to declare deadlock. The proposed scheme reduces the probability to detect false deadlocks considerably. Furthermore, a single message is selected as deadlocked for each cycle of blocked messages, thereby eliminating recovery overheads.
연구용 CAD툴에 의한 소형 MPU의 설계 및 파이프라인화의 고찰

본 논문에서는 연구용 VHDL 및 CAD 툴을 사용하여 톱다운 설계방식에 의하여 소 형 마이크로프로세서(MPU;microprocessor unit)의 설계를 수행한다. 이를 위하여 기본 MPU와 이의 파이프라인화 구조를 제안한다. 설계목표와 명령어, 아키텍쳐가 결정되면, 이를 우선 C 언어로 모의실험하여 동작을 확인하며, 다음 VHDL 모의실험의 경우, 주어 진 입력에 대하여 내부 레지스터의 내용을 점검하여 동작을 확인한다. 다음에, 이를 연구용 CAD 툴에 의해 완전주문형(full-custom)/반주문형(semi-custom) 설계방식에 의해 레이아웃을 수행하며 관련 모의 실험을 수행한다. 이어 성능개선을 위하여 제안 한 파이프라인 구조를 모의실험을 통하여 타당성을 확인하며 아울러 관련 문제점 및 향후 연구방향에 관해 논한다. 결론적으로, 본 논문을 통하여 MPU의 설계방법을 정립 하였으며, 아울러 성능개선을 위한 아키텍쳐의 설계변화가 가능하였다. In this paper, design of small microprocessor unit is implemented using research purpose VHDL and CAD tools by top-down design method. For this, original basic MPU and its pipelining architectures are suggested. Once, design target, instruction sets, architecture are decided, the operation is confirmed by C language simulation, and then the operation is confirmed by checking internal register contents for given inputs in the case of VHDL simulation. Then, design layouts are made by full/semi-custom design methods by research CAD tools and related simulation is implemented. The feasibility of suggested pipelined structure for performance improvement is confirmed by simulation, and related problems and future research directions are discussed. In conclusion, the MPU design methodology is set up and the design change of architecture is possible by this paper.

세라믹-금속 브레이징 접합조인트의 고온 접합강도에 관한 연구

Four point bending tests of the brazed joint composed of sintered silicon nitride and 0.2% carbon steel with Cusil ABA filler which were fabricated at 86$0^{\circ}C$ were performed at temperatures, 25, 100, 200, 300, 400, 50$0^{\circ}C$ From the experiments, the maximum bending strength was measured at 30$0^{\circ}C$ From the 3D FE analysis of the residual stress of the brazed joint, it was revealed that the thermally induced residual stresses were minimized when the environmental temperature was 35$0^{\circ}C$ Considering the degradation of the filler material at high temperatures, it was calculated that the maximum bending strength of the brazed joint occured just below the temperature of the minimum thermal residual stress and the thermal residual stress was the dominative parameter of the brazed joint.
4K-UHD 영상을 지원하는 실시간 통합 복호기용 부화소 보간 회로 설계

This paper proposes the design of sub-pixel interpolation circuit for real-time multi-decoder supporting 4K-UHD video images. The proposed sub-pixel interpolation circuit supports H.264, MPEG-4, VC-1 and new video compression standard HEVC. The common part of the interpolation algorithm used in each video compression standard is shared to reduce the circuit size. An intermediate buffer is effectively used to reduce the circuit size and optimize the performance. The proposed sub-pixel interpolation circuit was synthesised by using 130nm standard cell library. The synthesized gate-level circuit consists of 122,564 gates and processes 35~86 image frames per second for 4K-UHD video at the maximum operation frequency of 200MHz. Therefore, the proposed circuit can process 4K-UHD video in real time.


Nd:YAG 레이저 조사시 치근면에 미치는 효과에 관한 주사전자현미경적 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vitro effects of Nd:YAG laser irradiation on removal of a root surface smear layer after root planing in comparison with Tetracycline HCl. The 60 extracted human teeth due to severe periodontal disease were vigorously scaled and root planed with Gracey curet. Thirty specimen($5{\times}5{\times}2mm$) were obtained from root planed surface of 30 human teeth and assigned randomly to one of three groups : root planed group(5 specimen), Tetracycline HCI group(5 specimen, burnished for 5 minutes), and Nd:YAG laser group(25 specimen, German Dental Laser, Fotona Twinlight). Nd:YAG laser group was divided into 4 subgroups according to power of 1W, 1.5W, 2W, 3W at frequency to 10Hz. The specimen were then fixed, and examed by Scanning electron microscopic study. 30 of 60 human teeth used to measurement of the intrapulpal temperature rise during laser irradiation. Laser-irradiated surface exhibited various surface texture from relative flat surface to irregular surface with patent dentinal tubules of various shape and size. In some area, the root surface alteration which are carbonization, pit and crater formation and melting and resolidification were observed. The number of exposed dentinal tubules per unit($100_{\mu}m^2$) on tetracycline HCI group was more than that in the laser group below 1.5W of power(150mJ/pulse) and was significantly less than that in laser group above 2W of power(200mJ/pulse)(P<0.OOl). As power increased the intrapulpal temperature rise also increased. The result suggested that the parameter which effectively remove root surface smear layer than tetracycline HCI may cause thermal damage to pulp and root surface alteration result from laser exposure would indicate need for additional instrumentation. Thus, Nd:YAG laser irradiation in these parameter may not be appropriate for clinical use as adjunct to conventional periodontal therapy.
웹 서비스를 이용한 바이오 서열 정보 데이터베이스 및 통합 검색 시스템 개발

Recently, the rapid development of biotechnology brings the explosion of biological data and biological data host. Moreover, these data are highly distributed and heterogeneous, reflecting the distribution and heterogeneity of the Molecular Biology research community. As a consequence, the integration and interoperability of molecular biology databases are issue of considerable importance. But, up to now, most of the integrated systems such as link based system, data warehouse based system have many problems which are keeping the data up to date when the schema and data of the data source are changed. For this reason, the integrated system using web service technology that allow biological data to be fully exploited have been proposed. In this paper, we built the integrated system if the bio sequence information bated on the web service technology. The developed system allows users to get data with many format such as BSML, GenBank, Fasta to traverse disparate data resources. Also, it has better retrieval performance because the retrieval modules of the external database proceed in parallel. 최근, 바이오 관련 장비, 기술들이 발전함에 따라, 바이오 관린 데이터나 그것을 제공하는 호스트들이 급속하게 증가하고 있나. 또한, 이러한 데이터들은 개발 커뮤니티들의 수만큼, 분산되고 이질적인 면을 가시고 있어서, 바이오 관련 데이터베이스의 통합과 연동기능의 세공이 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 그러나, 현재까지 진행되고 있는 많은 통합 연구 시스템의 대부분이 링크기반, 데이터웨어하우징 구축 기반으로 하고 있어서, 데이터 스키마나 데이터의 변경시, 실시간 업데이트와 같은 문제점을 보인다. 이러한 비효율적인 면을 개선시키고자, 플랫폼. 스키마의 변화에 구애 받지 않고 서비스를 가능하게 하는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용한 통합 시스템이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서도 이러한 흐름에 맞추어, 웹 서비스를 이용한 바이오 서열 데이터의 데이터베이스와, 통합 검색 시스템을 개발하였다 개발된 시스템은 BSML을 포함한 다양한 포맷의 데이터로 서열정보를 제공하며, 또한 외부 데이터베이스의 검색을 병렬로 처리하여, 검색 성능을 향상시키도록 하였다.
