조현병과 양극성 장애 진단을 위한 확산 텐서 영상 기반 기계학습 모델 개발 연구

Objectives: This study aimed to develop a machine learning model for diagnosing schizophrenia (SZ) and bipolar disorder (BD) based on diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) data. Methods: We used 3T-magnetic resonance imaging to examine SZ, BD, healthy control (HC) subjects (aged 20-50 years, n=65 in each group). Applying Support Vector Machine (SVM) to fractional anisotropy (FA) values, we built classification models of SZ and HC, BD and HC, and SZ and BD. Features of white matter (WM) tracts were selected through recursive feature elimination, and 5-fold cross validation was performed. Results: The SVM models classified SZ and BD from HC with a mean accuracy of 83.5% and 75.4%, respectively. The SZ-BD classification model archived 75.0% accuracy. These classification models used FA values in 15-18 WM tracts as features, including the retrolenticular part of the internal capsule, superior corona radiata, cingulum, and superior fronto-occipital fasciculus. Conclusions: This study presented a preliminary machine learning model to diagnose SZ and BD based on DTI data. Our findings also suggest that there might be a specific pattern of abnormalities in WM integrity that can differentiate the two psychotic disorders.

Purpose: To analyze Korean nurse-related channels and video titles on YouTube, the world's largest online video sharing and social media platform, to clarify public opinion and image of nurses. We seek utilization strategies and measures through current status analysis. Methods: Data is collected by crawling video information related to Korean nurses, and correlation is analyzed with frequent word analysis and keyword network analysis. Results: Through the YouTube algorithm, 2,273 videos of ‘Nurse’ were analyzed in order of recent views, relevance, and rating, and 2,912 videos searched for with the keyword ‘Nurse + Hospital, COVID-19, Awareness, University, National Examination’ were analyzed. Numerous videos were uploaded, and nursing work that was uploaded in the form of a vlog recorded a high number of views. Conclusion: We could see if the YouTube video shows images of nurses. It has been confirmed that various information is being exchanged rather than information just for promotional purposes.

This study first analyzes the necessity and the validity of procuring nuclear-powered submarines, and presents an optimization model as an integer program to determine a minimum required level of them. For an optimization model, we characterize a submarine's mission, ability and availability, and apply these to the model by constraints. Then, we assign the submarines available currently and the nuclear-powered submarines, that will be newly introduced, to the predefined missions over the planning time periods in a way that the number of nuclear-powered submarines be minimized. Randomly generated missions are employed to solve a mission assignment problem, and the results show that our integer programming model provides an optimal solution as designed, and this can provide a guideline for other weapon system procurement processes.

본 논문에서는 고정민 위치제어가 가능한 선형초음과 모터를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 선형 초음파 모터의 발파장 진동자에 진계(Usinwt, Ucoswt)를 인가했을때 진동법의 불출부에서 발생하는 타원궤직은 이동자를 구동시킨다. 제작된 선형 초음파 모터의 면위궤적은 시뮬레이션 결과와 일치했으며, 압차력이 50 N일 때 이동자에서 발생하는 최대 힘은 9 N, 최대속도는 0.9 ㎧이고 20 N일 때 최대 힘은 2.4 N, 최대 속도는 0.38 ㎧의 특성을 나타냈다. A novel linear ultrasonic motor for precision position control was designed and fabricated. It was composed of two piezoelectric actuators with longitudinal ultrasonic fluctuations and shaking beam. When two AC electric fields (Usinwt, Ucoswt) were applied to piezoelectric actuators respectively, the middle part of shaking beam had an elliptical trajectory. According to experimental results, the generative force was proportional to pre-load force but the speed of slider was in inverse proportion. And the bar of shaking beam had a same trajectory with simulation result.
