Purpose: Iridocorneal angles measured by the OrbscanTM II z topography system (Bausch & Lomb) can be estimated using “plane” and “2D polynomial” modes. We compared the angle measurements between the two modes, and estimated the correlation of iridocorneal angles with other biometric measurements such as anterior chamber (A/C) depth, horizontal corneal diameter, and corneal thickness. Methods: This study comprised 100 normal eyes of 50 patients with refractive errors of -1.0 to +1.0 diopters. Iridocorneal angles were measured three times in eight meridians (0o, 45o, 90o, 135o, 180o, 225o, 270o and 315o) using both the “plane” and “2D polynomial” modes, by a single examiner. Results: Significant difference of the mean iridocorneal angles was found between the two reconstruction modes, which showed a correlation with each other. Angle measurement with the plane mode showed a significant correlation with A/C depth and horizontal corneal diameter measurement, but that with the polynomial mode showed no correlation with them. The highest reproducibility was shown at the superior location among the 8 locations. Conclusions: The iridocorneal angle, measured by the plane mode rather than the polynomial mode, especially at the superior location, should be useful for clinical application.

A construction temporary work is main process and importance trade section. It has many works and facilities such as temporary transfer equipments which tower crane, and lift, and architectural temporary facilities which temporary office, temporary warehouse, and site test laboratory, and construction temporary equipments which scaffoldings, work plates, construction supports, and forms to set and to use in under construction and to remove in the end. A technology system of construction temporary has very low availability of field works and needs improvements in Korea as construction site has a quick response about new requirements. This study is organized existing technology systems and new technologies for field works, and developed breakdown structure of construction temporary technologies to be a basic of temporary technologies as review with site managers. For this, it will improve to be a knowledge and information system as a research of a performance and an availability about a construction temporary technology index.
The Proper Capacity of Anchorage in Ulsan Port with Reference to the Anchorage Operating Rate

This study suggests methods to evaluate the availability of anchorage in Ulsan port and determine the proper capacity of future anchorage in accordance with port development. Accordingly, the concept of an Anchorage Operating Rate (AOR) is introduced to evaluate the capacity of anchorage that was available in Ulsan port in 2014. Calculations revealed that the operating rate of all anchorages in Ulsan port did not exceed 100 %. However, in 2020 it is estimated that the AOR at E1 anchorage will be the highest with a rate of 168.3 %, followed by E3 with 131.1 %, E2 with 118.5 % and M with 108.7%. These findings indicate a shortage of anchorage by 2020. In order to decrease the AOR to a level that will not exceed 100 %, in accordance with port development in Ulsan, areas to accommodate an additional 11 ships at E1 anchorage, 1 ship at E2 anchorage, 2 ships at E3 anchorage and 1 ship at M anchorage will be necessary.
바이스펙트럼 분석 기반의 뇌파 Artifact 제거 프로세스 구현

In this study, bispectrum analysis method introduced to reduce variability of SEF(spectral edge frequency) and MF(median frequency), which are the anesthetic depth indexes extracted by EEG spectral analysis. Bispectrum analysis is an analytical method that can confirm the nonlinearity of EEG. Signal measurement and analysis in the surgical environment should take into consideration various external artifact factors. Bispectrum analysis can confirm the presence of externally introduced artifacts, thereby effectively eliminating artifacts that affect the EEG signal. By applying bispectrum parameters, real-time variability of the anesthetic depth parameters SEF, MF could be reduced. Elimination of variability makes it possible to use SEF, MF as a real-time index during surgery 본 연구에서는 뇌파의 스펙트럼 분석에 의해 추출되는 마취심도 지표인 SEF(spectral edge freqency), MF(median frequency)의 가변성 감소를 위하여 뇌파의 비선형성에 근거하여 바이스펙트럼 분석기법을 도입하고자 한다. 수술환경에서 뇌파 의 계측과 분석은 다양한 외부 아티팩트 요소를 감안하여야 한다. 바이스펙트럼 분석은 비선형적 신호의 특성을 추출하는 분석 법으로 외부 유입 아티팩트의 유무를 확인 할 수 있어 뇌파에 인입되어 분석에 영향을 끼치는 아티팩트를 효과적으로 제거하는 데 기여한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 SEF, MF와 같은 마취심도 파라미터의 실시간 가변성을 감소시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 가변성 감 소는 수술현장에서 실시간 활용 가능한 임상 지표서 SEF, MF의 유용성을 제고시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다
정박지 규모의 적정성 평가 기준에 의한 울산항 정박지 개선 방안

The Ulsan anchorage has not secured a sufficient area than the anchorage demand, and the criteria for objective evaluation are not clearly defined. In this study, a general formula to solve the problems of the current anchorage density and occupancy concept was derived, and new adequacy evaluation criteria were proposed. The proposed criteria were applied to the Ulsan E anchorage to evaluate the suitability of the anchorage. The anchorage density and occupancy of the E1 anchorage were 129% and 122%, respectively, showing that both evaluation techniques exceeded 100%, requiring anchorage expansion according to the evaluation criteria. A plan to expand the anchorage was reviewed considering the traffic pattern and the distance from the pilot boarding point. Therefore, a plan to open 35˚ on a sector at the end of the Ulsan No. 1 fairway was developed, and its suitability was verified. Base on the verification results, there was a part of the overlap between the extended area and the traffic track on the south of the E3 anchorage, but the possibility of affecting the marine traffic was minimal. In addition, it was confirmed that anchorage adequacy was achieved. 울산항 정박지는 정박지 수요 대비 충분한 넓이의 면적이 확보되어 있지 않으나 이를 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준이 명확하게 정의되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 정박지 밀집도와 가동률 개념의 문제점을 개선한 일반식과 정박지 적정성 평가를 위한 새로운 평가 기준을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 기준을 울산항 E 정박지에 적용하여 정박지 규모의 적정성을 평가하였다. 울산항 E1 정박지의 밀집도와 가동률은 각각 129%, 122%로 두 평가 기법 모두 100%를 초과하는 것으로 나타나 평가 기준에 따라 정박지 확장이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 울산항 입출항 선박의 통항 패턴과 도선지점과의 거리를 고려하여 울산항 제1항로 끝단에서 부채꼴 모양으로 35도를 개방한 정박지 확장 방안을 제시하였고, 해상교통 항적도, 정박지 밀집도, 그리고 가동률 평가 기준을 적용하여 적정성을 검증하였다. 검증 결과 울산항 E3 정박지 남측의 확장 해역과 해상교통 항적이 일부 겹치는 부분은 존재하나 매우 미미하여 해상교통에 영향을 미칠 가능성은 희박한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 정박지 모두에서 정박지 규모의 적정성이 확보되었음을 확인하였다.
형식 및 질적요소 체계분석을 통한 공동주택 하자감정서의 개선방안

The main issue of defect dispute is consulting, reviewing, and finally judging as an arbiter. A defect consulting isrepresented a defect consulting report, but a business custom and a standard of judgment are different each consultants,and have many problems. This study reviews literature studies and institutional researches, set up a research structure. it has 7 indexes that 5 indexes are formal indexes, and the other are qualitative indexed. As a result of case study,formal indexes are respect on the whole. However, each appraiser has different ideas, and, is expected to delay on fixinga construction lawsuit practice. This study suggests to improve a defect consulting report, it is followed. In formal part,suggested to change configuration is adjusted and integrated similar items. In qualitative part, an evaluation system forappraiser and an education program for engineers is suggested. 공동주택의 하자감정과 관련된 다양한 문제점에 대한개선을 하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 관련기준등을 분석하여 하자감정서의 분석체계를 마련하였다. 이를 활용하여 하자감정서 24건을 분석하였고 형식 요소와질적 요소를 검토한 결과, 형식 요소의 경우 구성을 다소변경하는 수준으로 손쉬운 대안을 제안하였다. 질적 요소를 분석한 결과, 감정인에 대한 평가제도와 참여기술자에대한 전문교육제도의 마련을 통해 하자감정의 내실화를강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
