This paper represents the construction of laser beam writing system. laser lithography. using new method that guarantees convenience and accuracy in laser focusing. The X, Y translation stage using DC motors was controlled by the computer. Minimum Ire width of 1.6㎛ was obtained by the laser lithography system.

The purpose of this paper is to search the citizen participation urban development strategies for enhancing place affiliation, and improving the citizens’ sense of settlement in the residence. This study firstly discusses the necessity of urban people to take urban walks on the theoretical basis such as the modernology and the theory of place, and then, seeks various measures to strengthen the place identity and to change the cityscape into a citizen-friendly manner in order to enhance the sense of settlement in the residence that is felt and understood in the process of urban walk through the modernology. Especially, this article examines the object of place-affair that urban people should pay attention to in order to love their residence, that is, what is the point of city attraction, and what should be emphasized as the point of city image resource survey and the urban assets for recognition of unique place identity. Lastly, this study searches the internal urban development points that can be used to understand and develop the city from the perspective of citizens through focusing on urban design, urban landscape planning, and political concepts of identity.

In order· to provide useful information necessary for planting and breeding program of Pinus koraiensis, Mountain Palgong population was selected which is one of the southern limit of its natural distribution in Korea. The site condition and stand structure were investigated and soil were analyzed. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The Palgong stand of Pinus koraiensis has a variety of old age classes. It occupies epper and middle story mainly with association of Quercus mongolica and Acer pseudo-sieboldianum and in the shrubs layer, it is associated with Rhododendron spp. Sasa borealis and Lespedeza bicolor etc. and occasionally occurs isolatedly. 2. In the investigated stand, relative density, relative coverage and dominance for Pinus koraiensis and Quercus mongolica were shown to be very high, and the importance value is 31.58 and 32.52, respectively. 3. The species diversity index was between 1.01 and 1.56 and several species of evenness was shown to be very high in comparison with other natural stands as 0.81 to 0.96. 4. The pH of inorganic mineral soil was shown to be lower than the other Pinus koraiensis natural stands as 4.5 and soil moisture content was shown to be low as well. 5. Among the soil organic matters, the concentration of P, K Ca, Na, Mg tended to similar value known in other natural stands.

Objectives: The aim is to identify any anti-tumor effects of Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke on colon cancer cells. Materials & Methods: Colo201 human adenocarcinoma cells were obtained from American Type Culture Collection. The boiled extract of Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke was added (10 and 20 microliters) to cultures and observed at 0, 6, and 12 hours, and at 12-hour intervals thereafter. Morphological changes in colon cancer cells were observed through an inverted microscope, Destruction of colon cancer cells was measured through Trypan blue exclusion testing. Suppression of the viability of colon cancer cells were measured via MTT assay. Anti-cancer mechanisms in the cell cycle of colon cancer cells were analysed via flow cytometry. Results: After introduction of Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke to cultures several changes were seen. Significant atrophy of the nucleus and cytoplasm of colon cancer cells was observed, indicating cell injury. Destruction of colon cancer cells was observed in direct proportion to dosage and duration. Suppression of viability of colon cancer cells for each test group was greater than that of the control group increasingly over time(36h, 48h, 60h, 72h), which was statistical significant (p<0.05). Cell numbers of the mitosis phase of the colon cancer cell cycle reduced. Conclusions: Statistcally significant anti-tumor effects of Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke were observed in this in vitro experiment. Results support a role for Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke in treatment of colon cancer. though it will required progressive research to develop a practical treatment.
주기하중을 받는 철근콘크리트 기둥의 휨-전단간의 상호거동

본 연구에서는 주기적인 하중하에서의 철근콘크리트 기둥의 이력응답거동을 예측할 수 있는 해석적인 모델의 개발을 다루고 있다. 철근콘크리트 기둥의 비탄성 휨, 전단 및 휨-전단 변형은 개발된 모델을 통항 주기적인 변위하에서 검토되었다. 개발된 모델들을 포함한 해석치와 실험치와의 비교분석를 통하여 본 연구에서 개발된 모델들의 검증을 실시하였고, 이 비교분석을 통하여 휨-전단간의 상호작용의 중요성을 강조하였으며, 본 연구에서 개발된 모델들의 정확성, 효율성 및 타당성을 입증하였다.
한·중·일 FTA 전략적 대응방안과 한계점에 관한 연구

한중일 3국이 참여하는 FTA협정은 경제적 상호의존성이 중대하여 제도화된 협 력구조가 필요하다. 한국, 중국, 일본은 다른 나라들과 많은 FTA를 체결하였지만 아직도 3국간 FTA를 마련하지 못했다. 최근 일본이 정치적인 이유로 한국에 대한 경제보복 조치를 선제적으로 취하여 한일 양국간의 갈등이 고조되었다. 중국을 포 함한 동북아 3국 간 논의가 7년째 진행 중인 한중일 자유무역협정(FTA) 협상이 불 확실성이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 한·중·일 FTA 필요성을 파악해 보고 한·중·일 FTA 3국의 전략적 대응방안과 장애요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 한· 중·일 FTA 경제통합의 장애를 해결하기 위해서는 첫째, 한일 양국 간의 갈등관리 가 필요하다. 둘째, 한·중·일 FTA협정은 3국의 정부가 협상을 통해 실현해야 하지 만 민간의 역할도 매우 중요하다. 셋째로, 한중일 3국간의 상향식(bottom-up) 접 근법의 제도적 경제협력 논의가 필요하다. The FTA agreement involving three countries, Korea-China-Japan requires a systemic cooperative structure with great economic interdependence. Korea-China-Japan have signed many FTAs with other countries, but have yet to establish a trilateral FTA. Recently, Japan's economic retaliation against Korea has been preempted for political reasons, leading to heightened conflicts between the two countries. There is growing uncertainty over the Korea-China-Japan Free Trade Agreement negotiations, which have been underway for seven years between the three countries. Therefore, this study tried to identify the need for Korea-China-Japan FTA and to examine the strategic countermeasures and obstacles of the three Korea-China-Japan FTAs. In order to solve the obstacle to economic integration of the Korea-China-Japan FTA, first of all, conflict management between Korea and Japan is needed. Second, the Korea-China-Japan FTA should be realized through negotiations by the three governments, but the role of the private sector is also very important. Third, it is necessary to discuss institutional economic cooperation in a bottom-up approach between the three countries.

본 연구에서는 국내에서 널리 사용되고 있는 매설가스배관인 API X65에 대해 지진 취약도 해석을 수행하였다. 이를 위해, 15가지 경우의 배관 해석모델에 대해 12본 세트의 다양한 지진파를 0.1g 등간격으로 스케일링하여 비선형 시간이력해석을 수행한 후, 비선형 시간이력해석으로 얻어진 매설가스배관의 최대 변형률을 이용하여 지진취약도 해석을 수행하였다. 지진 취약도 해석을 위해 본 연구에서는 또한, 지반조건, 단부지점조건, 매립깊이 및 배관형태 등을 변수로 고려하여 지진 취약도 해석을 수행하였다. 지진 취약도 해석결과, 지반조건, 단부지점조건 및 매립깊이는 매설가스배관의 취약도 곡선에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 판단되었고, 특히 지반조건이 미치는 영향은 다른 두 변수에 비해 다소 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면에, 배관형태가 취약도 곡선에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것을 알 수 있었다. 종합적으로, 매설가스배관의 지진 취약도 해석과 관련된 연구가 많지 않은 현실을 감안할 때, 본 연구결과는 매설가스배관의 지진 취약성 평가해석에 초석으로 고려되어질 수 있고, 추후 관련분야 연구에 좋은 참고자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, earthquake fragility analysis has been comparatively performed with regard to a buried gas pipeline of API X65 which has been widely used in Korea. For this purpose, a nonlinear time-history analyses has been carried out for 15 different analytical models of a buried gas pipeline in terms of the selected 12 sets of earthquake ground motions with 0.1g of scaling interval. Following that, earthquake fragility analyses have been conducted using the maximum axial strain of the pipeline obtained from the nonlinear time-history analyses. Parameters under consideration for subsequent earthquake fragility analyses are soil conditions, end-restraint conditions, burial depth and the type of pipeline. Comparative analyses reveal that whereas the first three parameters influence the fragility curves, particularly soil conditions amongst the three parameters, the last parameter has a little effect on the curves. In all, the present study can be considered as a benchmark fragility analysis of a buried gas pipeline in the absence of an earthquake fragility analysis of the pipeline and thus is expected to be a useful source regarding earthquake fragility analyses of a buried gas pipelines.
