        동티모르 2019: 교착상태의 국내외 정치

        본고는 동티모르의 국내외 정치를 중심으로 동티모르의 2019년을 정리한다. 첫째, 타시마네 프로젝트를 둘러싼 동티모르의 정치를 살펴본다. 이원집정부제를 가지는 동티모르는 대통령의 총리의 리더십이 대립될 때 정치적 불안정이 극대화된다. 최근 동티모르의 정치는 2017년 선거에서부터 이어지는 이 정치적 불안정으로 정부지출이 제한됨에 따라 국정운영이 원활하지 않고 2017년에서 2018년까지 경기침체를 겪어야만 했다. 대통령과 총리의 리더십의 대립은 특히 타시마네 프로젝트를 두고 펼쳐지고 있다. 이러한 동티모르의 정치맥락을 반영하여 2019년 동티모르의 국내정치는 타시마네 프로젝트에서 나타나는 동티모르 이원집정부제의 작동을 중심으로 설명하고자 한다. 둘째, 동티모르의 대외정치를 살펴보고자 한다. 2019년 동티모르 대외정치는 호주와 중국이라는 강대국의 패권경쟁과 이에 대응하는 동티모르의 노력으로 정리할 수 있다. 호주와 중국은 긴 시간 동티모르와 외교관계를 맺어왔으며, 최근 중국이 동티모르의 타시마네 프로젝트에 일대일로 사업을 접목함에 따라 호주를 비롯한 주변국들의 견제가 날로 높아지고 있다. 동티모르는 강대국 사이에서 외교 줄다리기를 하는 동시에 아세안 가입에 최선의 노력을 기울여 이 패권경쟁 속에서 돌파구를 찾고자 하는 모습이다. 인도-퍼시픽 전략 하에서 동티모르의 지정학적 위치가 더욱 중요해지고 있는 상황에서 동티모르를 둘러싼 패권국가의 경쟁과 이를 타계하고자 하는 동티모르의 노력을 대외정책에서 설명하고자 한다. 본고의 결론은 요약과 2020년 전망 및 과제를 제시하며 동티모르 2019를 마무리 할 것이다.

      • Development of PUE Sheet for Improving Sound Insulation Properties of Electric Vehicle Motor

        엔진기술을 주도해왔던 내연기관 차에서 전기모터 차로 변경되면서 발생되는 자동차 주요 소음원도 변하게 되었다. 기존 내연기관의 경우 엔진 연소음이 주요 소음 원이었다. 전기차는 구동기관이 전기 모터로 변경되어 엔진 소음과 진동은 상대적으로 줄었다. 그렇지만, 기존에는 엔진 연소음으로 잘 들리지 않았던 고주파대역소음들이 상대적으로 부각되었다. 전기차의 가장 큰 소음으로는 모터소음과 로드노이즈가 많이 발생되며 이러한 소음 특성을 파악하여 전기차에 발생되는 소음특성에 최적화된 흡/차음재 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 흡음형 재료인 다공성 PU(Polyurethane) foam에 차음 성능을 향상시키기 위해 PUE(Polyurethane elastomer) sheet를 스프레이로 도포하여 흡/차음재를 제작하였다. PUE sheet두께에 따른 성형성 평가 및 도포된 단면을 광학현미경으로 통하여 확인하였으며APAMAT-Ⅱ로 차음 성능을 시험하였다. 또한, 엔진룸에 장착되어 차량 실내로 소음이 유입돼는 것을 저감 시키는 제품인 Dash outer(D/OTR)에 PUE를 적용하여 차음 성능 변화를 BUCK을 통하여 확인하였다.

        사출성형조건이 용융수지의 유동선단에 미치는 영향의 수치해석적 연구

        In this study, we used a numerical analysis program to study the molding conditions that affect the flow rate at the time of injection, using a spiral mold, which is mainly used for the evaluation of the flow rate of plastic resin. The mold temperature, melt temperature, and flow rate are composed of experimental factors. The three plastic forming factors were divided into five to six levels each. Since then, changes in the flow rate temperature were analyzed as the level of each forming factor increased. Experiments showed that all three forming factors increased the filling length of the spiral mold and the temperature of the flow front by a total of 34.53°C, melt temperatures increased the temperature of the flow front by a total of 34.53°C, the temperature increased by the flow rate was 23.5°C, and the temperature increased by the mold temperature was 1.99°C. It was shown that the melt temperature was the largest, followed by the flow rate and mold temperature. It was also possible to check the effect of plastic forming factors on the speed of the flow front.

        부분적 전농 환자 선별을 위한 객관적 청각검사의 유용성

        Background and Objectives ‘Partial deafness’, characterized by normal or slightly impaired hearing in the low frequency band and nearly total deafness in the high frequency range, is difficult to assess with conventional behavioral tests in infants and young children. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the usefulness of objective hearing tests, such as auditory brainstem response (ABR) and auditory steady state response (ASSR) in evaluating patients with partial deafness. Subjects and Method One hundred thirty three patients who underwent ASSR in Ajou University Hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were enrolled to this study. Correlations between ASSR, ABR and pure tone audiometry (PTA) thresholds were analyzed. Results ASSR thresholds of 133 patients were highly correlated with both ABR and PTA thresholds in majority of the tested frequencies. Partial deafness was detected in 9 out of 133 patients, based on the results of PTA and ASSR. ASSR thresholds of patients with partial deafness were significantly correlated with PTA thresholds in all frequencies, with especially high correlation found at 1 and 4 kHz. However, there was no significant correlation between ASSR and ABR thresholds. ABR thresholds of partial deafness patients were measured at 65 dB in one patient, 70-90 dB in 3 patients, and no response at 90 dB in 5 patients, respectively. In 8 (6%) out of 124 patients, ABR thresholds were measurable with profound hearing loss and residual hearing was observed at low frequencies. Conclusion ASSR is useful for predicting residual hearing at low frequencies of infants and young children for whom assessment of hearing is difficult using conventional behavioral tests.

      • 노인대상의 가족생활교육 프로그램 개발

        The aim of this study is to develop an appropriate educational program for the elderly family relations, to educate the program to the elderly in practice, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, which enables to provide the criteria of the practical program for the elderly's education. As research methods, obervation, recording and the content analysis of the converstation were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. T-test was conducted using SPSSWIN program. The results of this study are as followings. First, an eductional program of the older should be developed in response to the need of the elderly. Seocnd, the program developed for this study was executed to the 15 people over than 65 years old, twice a week. Nine sessions each of which consists of 2 hours were performed at SaJic Social Welfare Agency. Third, the analysis of the result of this execution showed that there has been a significant improvement in the family relationship after this program was implemented. This was partially contributed by that the program used the way to express oneself, and that the program emphasized the importance of the family relationship using the feedbck ystem in the process of the education.

        머신러닝 알고리즘을 이용한 소형 플라스틱 렌즈 사출물의 변형 예측

        For a plastic diffusion lens to uniformly diffuse light, it is important to minimize deformation that may occur during injection molding and to minimize deformation. It is essential to control the injection molding condition precisely. In addition, as the number of meshes increases, there is a limitation in that the time required for analysis increases. Therefore, We applied machine learning algorithms for faster and more precise control of molding conditions. This study attempts to predict the deformation of a plastic diffusion lens using the Decision Tree regression algorithm. As the variables of injection molding, melt temperature, packing pressure, packing time, and ram speed were set as variables, and the dependent variable was set as the deformation value. A total of 256 injection molding analyses were conducted. We evaluated the prediction model's performance after learning the Decision Tree regression model based on the result data of 256 injection molding analyses. In addition, We confirmed the prediction model's reliability by comparing the injection molding analysis results.

        Body shape classification of Korean middle-aged women using 3D anthropometry

        Most Korean apparel companies lack suitable dress forms for the different body types of middle-aged Korean women, resulting in poor clothing fit for them. As a part of an ongoing project to develop a dress form that fully reflects Korean middle-aged women’s bodies, this study classified the body shapes and examined the anthropometric characteristics of women in their 40s and 50s. The 3D anthropometric data of 302 middle-aged women of normal weight (18.5 ≤ BMI < 25) were obtained from the 6th Size Korea. Sixty-three measurements related to the construction of dress form were chosen. Based on the scores from five factors, the body shapes of Korean middle-aged women were classified into four types: Type 1 had a broader shoulder and a slightly developed upper body but a more developed lower body; Type 2 had a longer, relatively thin and flat, vertical body; Type 3 had a shorter body and smaller torso than the other types, and the lower body was more developed than the upper; Type 4 had a bulky upper body and the highest BMI, but the lower body was rather small. The nine key measurements in classifying the body shapes of Korean middle-aged women were found by discriminant analysis. The characteristics of representative body shapes obtained in this study can be useful for developing dress forms for clothing that better fits Korean middle-aged women.

        리브 설계가 사출 성형품의 외관 품질에 미치는 영향

        In this study, We designated the injection molded plug housing for charging electric vehicles as a research subject. And we analyzed the effect of Rib design on the quality of injection molded products. First, we used the Taguchi method to derive optimal conditions for rib design. The factors were set as the Thickness of the rib, the Height of the rib, and the Radius of the rib. Each factor consisted of 5 levels and generated conditions for a total of 125. We performed an injection molding analysis and confirmed significant factors affecting the deformation of injection molded products through ANOVA. Based on this, the 25th design detail was selected as the optimal condition. In addition, We compared the results of the molding analysis with the molded products that did not design ribs. We confirmed that the molded product designed with ribs under optimal design detail improved the deformation amount by 22.22% and the residual stress by 8.35%, compared to the molded product not designed with ribs.
