마이크로웨이브-질산용출과자력/수력선별에의한자연금및자철석의선별효과

본 연구는 마이크로웨이브-질산용출과 자력/수력선별을 이용하여 정광으로부터 자연 금을 회수하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 마이크로웨이브-질산용출실험을 통해 용출용액으로부터 불용성-잔류물을 여과하였다. 용출용액을 원자흡수분광기(AAS)로 분석한 결과 Au는 전혀 용출되지 않은 것을 그리고 불용성-잔류물을 후방산란전자영상(BSE)으로 관찰한 결과 자연 금이 단체분리된 것으로 확인되었다. 불용성-잔류물을 자력/수력선별 하여 자성광물과 비-자성광물로 선별하였다. 자성광물에서 자철석이 회수되었고, 비-자성광물을 다시 수력선별한 결과 자연 금이 회수되었다. 자연 금은 X선 회절 분석(XRD)과 BSE 영상에서 확인되었다. This study aimed to recover native gold from the concentrate using microwave-nitric acid leaching and magnetic/hydro separation experiments. The insoluble-residue was filtered from leaching solution through microwave-nitric acid leaching experiment. As a result of the atomic absorption spectrometer(AAS) analysis of the filtered leaching solution, it was discovered that Au content was not eluted at all and it was observed from the back scattered electron(BSE) image that native gold was liberated in the insoluble-residue. When magnetic/hydro separation experiments were applied for the insoluble-residue, magnetic and non magnetic minerals were separtated from insoluble-residue. Magnetite was recovered from the magnetic minerals and as a result of applying the hydro separation experiment again for the non-magnetic mineral, native gold was recovered. The native gold was identified through the X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis and BSE image.
마이크로웨이브-질산용출에 의한 금 정광의 용해효율과 여과지를 이용한 비-가시 성 금 회수

The purpose of this study was simply to obtain gold through a microwave-nitric acid experiment of invisible gold concentrate with the use of filter paper. For the purpose, this study conducted a microwave-nitric acid leaching experiment and examined nitric acid concentration. As a result of the experiment, this study discovered that Fe, Te and Ag were completely leached in the leaching solution whereas Au was not determined in all of the nitric acid conditions. The leaching solution was filtered with three filter papers and then these filter papers were analyzed with SEM/EDS. As a result of the EDS analysis, Au was detected in all of the surface and cross-section of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd filter papers. As the three filter papers containing solid-residue were analysed in the lead-fire assay, gold particles were found in all of the nitric acid conditions. In the lead-fire assay, maximum gold(452.50g/t) was recovered when nitric acid concentration was 6M and microwave leaching time was 12mins.
여행사 조직 리더십이 조직문화와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

서비스 산업은 인적자원관리가 매우 중요하며, 대표적 서비스 산업인 여행사의 발전에는 종사원들이 조직에 일체감을 가지고 업무에 적극적으로 참여하여 조직목적을 달성하도록 하는 것이 필수적이다. 이를 위해서는 리더의 적절한 리더십이 요구된다. 리더십은 리더에 따라 다르며 리더십의 유형에 따라 조직문화유형과의 영향관계가 차이가 있다. 여행사 조직에 있어서 리더십과 조직문화의 관계가 중요함을 인식하고 선행연구를 바탕으로 세 가지 가설을 설정하였다. 가설 1. 거래적 및 변혁적 리더십은 위계, 개발, 합의 및 합리문화에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설 2. 위계, 개발, 합의 및 합리문화는 직무만족에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설 3. 거래적 및 변혁적 리더십은 직무만족에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 설정된 3가지 가설을 분석하기 위해 설문을 실시하였고, 설문분석을 위해 AMOS와 SPSS 20.0을 이용한 통계분석을 실시하였고 분석결과 3가지 가설 모두 부분적으로 채택되었다 The success of an organization providing service such as a travel agency depends on human resource management. It is essential to have cooperation between officials and organizations in order to achieve the tasks of the travel agency. The culture and leadership of the travel agency organization are very important because it allows officials to perform their tasks actively with a strong sense of unity. In addition, both culture and leadership of organization affect the official`s task satisfaction. On the basis of this critical thinking, 3 assumptions are established. The first assumption is that transformational and transactional leadership affect organizational culture. The second is that organizational culture affects task satisfaction. Lastly, transactional and transformational leadership affect task satisfaction. In order to analyze these established assumptions, twice questionnaires are carried out targeting employees who have worked in the top 30 travel agencies that sent the most tourists to foreign countries in 2011. Statistical analyses based on this survey are practiced using the Amos 16.0 and SPSS 20.0 statistical programs. According to the results of the statistical analyses, all established assumptions are partly adopted.
