CPM/MRP 계획기법(計劃技法)에 관한 연구(硏究)

PERT/CPM 공정계획(工程計劃) 기법(技法)이 수많은 사업계획기법(事業計劃技法)으로 이용(利用)된지 20년(年)이 경과하였고 자원제약문제(資源制約問題)를 개선(改善)하는 방법(方法)으로도 연장(延長)되었으나 이런 방법(方法)들이 자원(資源)확보소요시간(recource acquistion lead time)과 통합(統合)하는 공정계획기법(工程計劃技法)으로 정립(定立)하지는 못하고 있다. 이 논문(論文)은 이제까지의 CPM기법(技法)이 지니지 못하고 있는 미비점(未備點)에 MRP(자재소요계획(資材所要計劃)-Material Requirements Planning)기법(技法)을 병합함으로서 계획(計劃)을 보완(補完)하고자 함에 기본목적을 둔다. Although PERT/CPM has been used for over twenty years as a technique for scheduling in a variety of industries and various extention to the basic model have been improved the realism of considering resource constraints, none of these techniqueis have integrated resource acquistion load times and inventory records into scheduling technique. This paper is to designed to over-come basic shortcoming of previous CPM into incorperate with MRP technique.

인진수근오미자(茵蔯水芹五味子) extract가 알콜성 간질환과 바이러스성 간염환자의 LFT에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the effects that Injinsugunomija Extract affected Liver function test of Alcoholic liver disease and Viral hepatitis patients. Methods: We adminstered eighty packets of Injinsugunomija Extract to some kinds of liver disease patients for one month. And we investigated the changes of their liver function test. Results: The results from this study were summarized as followed. In the 10 patients of Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD), 3 cases improve prominent and 4 cases improve effective and 3 cases are ineffective. Then 70% 01 ALD patients has improved by Injinsugunomija Extract In the 9 patients of Viral hepatitis, 1 case improves prominent and 4 cases improve effective and 1 case become worse and 1 case become worst and 2 cases are ineffective. Then 55.6% of Viral hepatitis patients has improved by Injinsugunomija Extract. Conclusions: From these results, Injinsugunomija Extract showed the meaningful effects on improving liver function test of ALD patients and Viral hepatitis patients.

비허증(脾虛證)의 본질(本質)에 대(對)한 최근(最近) 연구(硏究) 개황(槪況)

Pi(Spleen, 脾) corresponds to central earth and is called as the basis of acquired essence as it has the function of transforting and transforming the nutrients, keeping the blood circulating, and nourishing the muscle and limbs. Recently many studies to research the nature and deficiency of Pi are actively carried out. Especially functional deficiency of Pi(脾虛證) which occupies 60 to 70% or 88% in miscell aneous disease is divided into deficiency of Qi(脾氣虛), Yang(脾陽許), and Yin(脾陰虛), and tought to be positive when three or more such symptoms as anorexia, abdominal distension, loose bowels, pale face and weakness are present. Investigating the resent studies on the nature of the deficiency of Pi shows that Pi has the function of digestive system and also should be considered as functional unit of mult system related immune, metabolic, hematic, muscular, rnddocrine and nervus system. Various experiments as ptyaline activity test and xylose absorption test are used as an indication to deficiency of Pi and would be helpful to understand its nature. As deficiency of Pi appears in many disease and has various manifestations, further studies to diagnose the symptom of Pi using various experiments and oriental medical diagnostic method should be ensued.

갈화해성탕(葛花解醒湯)의 알콜금단증후군 치험 2례 보고

Alcohol withdrawal syndrome includes two or more of the following symptoms: autonomic hyperactivity, increased hand tremor, insomnia, nausea or vomiting, hallucinations of illusions, psychomotor agitation, anxiety, grand mal seizures. Symptoms are usually relieved by administering brain depressant. In oriental medicine, Ju sang correspond to alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Galhwahaesung-tang has been used for the treatment of Ju sang. The authors treated 2 cases of alcohol withdrawal syndome with Galhwahaesung-tang and symptoms are markedly improved. So, We report these case with a brief review of related literatures.

두한경(竇漢卿)의 표유부(標幽賦)에 대한 연구 (I)

Objectives : This study is to provide a clear interpretation of Pyoyubu (標幽賦) which was written by Tu han kyoung (竇漢卿) during the Kum-Won dynasty of China (A.D 1196-1280). Methods : The translation was based on Original Chimgudaesung (原本鍼灸大成) and revisals on Chimguchuiyoung (鍼灸聚英), Yukyoungbuik (類經附翼), New Chimgudaesung (新鍼灸大成), etc. The critical review part helps to better understand acupuncture & moxibustion world. Results & Conclusions : The book covered all of the concepts involved in acupuncture theory and techniques. It provides a foundation and remains a key reference work for the current theory of acupuncture. An in-depth study of the book leads as follow ; 1. To full understanding of the fundamental principles of these fields. 2. To drawing up clinical practice guidelines for doctors toward patients. 3. To promoting the beneficial effects of acupuncture treatment.

半夏白朮天麻湯으로 호전을 보인 심인성 구토환자 1例

Vomiting refers to the forceful oral expulsion of gastric contents and is common manisfestations of organic and functional disorder. The primordial nature of vomiting is reflected in its occurrence as symptom in a wide range of unrelated illnesses and emotional disorders. Vomiting, especially if prolonged beyond the initial stimulus, may be productively viewed as multidimentional, with sensory, emotional, and cognitive elements. It may be the primary manifestation of some psychiatric disorders. We treated a 76 years-old female patient who complained vomiting, nausea, anorexia, headache, dizziness, chest discomfort, and insomnia etc. She responded well to treatment with Banhabakchulchunma-tang(半夏白朮天麻湯) mainly. So report it.

活血化瘀法의 消化器疾病에의 運用에 關한 文獻的 考察

Bibliographic study on the application of activation and eliminating the stagnant blood therapy(活血化瘀法) on the gastrointestinal disease through the oriental medical books was carried out. And the following results were obtained: 1. Activating and eliminating the stagnant blood therapy was applied for the blood stasis syndrome(瘀血病候群) and chronic gastrointestinal disease such as gastric ulcer and chronic gastritis based on the theory of "chronic disease penetrates into reticular conduits(久病入絡) and changes into stagnant blood disease(久病留瘀)" 2. Medicine for the treatment of blood stasis(血瘀) was applied for the gastrointestinal disease as it improve capliiary circulation, promote absorption of blood, exudate and hematoca in the abdominal cavity, and has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioncotic, antispastic, softening hard lumps and bactericidal effects. 3. Activating and eliminating the stagnant blood therpy was applied when pathoanatomical changs such as edema, congestion, anoxia and erosion, etc were recognised to be caused by the extravasated blood (瘀血) or other treatment and medicine were not effective, which meant existence of extravasated blood. 4. Activating and eliminating the stagnant blood was mostly used as supplementary therapy for gastrointestinal disease. These results suggest application of activating and eliminating the stagnant blood therapy on the gastrointestinal disease would promote cure rate and further systemic and resonable studies on the efficient application should be ensued.

성상세포종 1例에 대한 증례보고

35000080 Astrocytomas are tuomrs tat arise from brain cells called astromcytes. These tumors can occur anywhere in the brain and spinal cord. Cimical features and symptoms depend on the location of the tumor and the victim's age. Patients with cerebellar tumors have symptoms that include headache, vomiting ahd unsteadiness in walking. Tumors in the cerebral hemospheres commony present with seizures: occasionally there is wealness of the arms and legs. We treated a 33 year-old male patient who complained of dyarthria, TMD, nausea, dysphagia, and facial numbness etc. he had frequent underpone general weakness bofore above symptons coourred. He was diagnosed as astrocytoma and multifocal inf and responded well to treatment with chukdam-tang(). acupunture and oriental physical stimulations etc. 뇌종양의 하나인 서어상페포종으로 진단받고 두통, 현훈, 구옴장애. 개구장애, 인격변화, 연하장애를 주소증으로 본우언에 입원한 환자 1례를 경험하였기에 치료내용왁 경과를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Batch 시스템의 총괄 생산설계의 최적화에 관한 고찰

Batch production falls between job shop production and continuous production. Batch system is an extremely common type of production system when the output is inventoriable and is produced in substantial volume, even though the volume may not justify continuous production system. For the production schedule of a single processing station, an independent EOQ equation would lead to provide a good master scheduling. However, for the provision of aggregate production plan of multi-products through the same machine, independent EOQ may not be met feasible plan because of scheduling interference between some items having larger cycle and shorter cycle to meet economic lot sizes. Economic common cycle for multi product items illustrated by Elwood S. Buffa has been reevaluated with proposed method of modification applied by independent EOQ model within the cycle. The modified procedure, as the proposed method, has shown better result of reduction in TIC. In view of scheduling, Evaluation by a few scheduling rules has also shown the largest reduction in TIC associated with opportunity cost of sales related closely with production flow time obtained by WSPT rule. Therefore, for the aggregate production plan of multi products in batch system, common cycle scheduling modified by independent EOQ model within the cycle, and the application of WSPT rule for the production scheduling is recommended.

"작은 역사 신앙고백문"(신 26:5-10)의 전승사적 위치

Das geschichtsdeutende Modell in dem “kleinen geschichtlichen Credo” ist die Reihenfolge “Not - Klage - Erhӧrung - Eingreifen”: v. 5-6, 7a, 7b, 8-9. Das Credo in dieser Folge ha¨ngt inhaltlich von der jahwistischen pentateuchischen Redaktion und der Erza¨hlung von den jawistischen Erga¨nzungen und dem Vokabular der Klagelieder ab, sogar beinhaltet als solches eigentiche Sprachelemente. Dtn 26:5-10 ist ein vorpriesterschriftliches Überlieferungselement. Die Grundgestalt von Dtn 26, 1-15 dürfte in 26, 1-4.11 vorliegen. Tatsa¨chlich will die Vorschrift historisch, nicht kultisch aufgefaßt sein. Dtn 26, 1-4.11 gebieten nicht eine regelma¨ßige ja¨hrliche, sondern eine einmalige historische Begehung: die Darbringung der ersten Früchte des neuen eingenommenen Landes. Das hat der Erga¨nzer des “Kleinen geschichtlichen Credo” V. 5-10 richtig empfunden. Das “Kleine geschichtliche Credo” Dtn 26,5-10 ist kein altes Überlieferungsgut, sondern ein ad hoc geschaffenes literarisches Produkt, das mittels Wiederaufnahme (V. 4→V. 10b) auf den hiesigen Kontext zugeschnitten ist. 26:5 ist aus Gen 12, 10; 18, 18 geflossen. Der “dem Umkommen nahe Ararna¨er” ist Abraham, wie er vor einer schweren Hungersnot nach A¨gypten ausweicht. Num 20, 15-16a hat Dtn 26, 5-10 zur Voraussetzung. Gen 15, 13aßb, der die Sklave der Israeliten in A¨gypten für 400 ja¨hrigen Aufenthalt annimmt, steht traditionsgeschichtlich zwischen Num 20, 15-16a und dem priesters-chriftlichen Vers Ex 12, 40, der die Skiave der Israeliten in A¨gypten für 430 jahrigen Aufenthalt annimmt.
