콘크리트와 철근의 재료모델 그리고 스톡앵커의 낙하거리 변화에 따른 아치형 해저 케이블 보호구조물의 충돌특성을 분석하였다. 콘크리트의 재료모델로는 plastic kinematic모델과 Johnson-Holmquist Concrete모델이, 철근의 재료모델은 선형탄성모델과 plastic kinematic모델이 고려되었다. 스톡앵커의 무게는 2ton이며 낙하거리는 3, 5, 8.83m로 선정되었다. 충돌해석을 위해 유한요소해석 프로그램 ANSYS가 사용되었고, 해석시간 단축을 위해 낙하거리를 초기속도로 변화하는 기법을 사용하였다. 낙하거리 변화에 따른 재료모델의 민감성을 분석한 결과, 콘크리트의 충돌응답은 콘크리트모델에 민감하고 철근의 충돌응답은 일차적으로 철근모델에 이차적으로 콘크리트모델에 민감함을 알 수 있었다. In the study, we analyzed the collision characteristics of a so-called arch-type submarine cable protector by considering the changes in drop heights of a stock anchor and material models for concrete and steel reinforcing bars. We considered plastic kinematics model and Johnson-Holmquist Concrete model for the concrete and linear elastic model and plastic kinematics model for the reinforcing bars. The drop heights of 2-ton stock anchor were selected as 3, 5, and 8.83m, respectively. ANSYS, a finite element analysis program, was used for the collision analysis. To save computational time, we converted those drop heights into initial velocities by the principle of energy conservation. From the sensitivity of the material models on the drop height changes, it is shown that the collision response of the reinforcing bars is sensitive firstly on the steel models and secondly on the concrete models, while the collision response of the concrete is sensitive only on the concrete models.

국내외에서 유통하고 있는 순수 페퍼민트 정유(29점)와 국내에서 재배하여 추출한 정유(1점)를 성분함량분석과 항산화 활력, 항균활성을 검정하였다. ISO에서 제시한 9가지 기준을 충족한 상품은 없었으며, menthol, limonene, menthyl acetate 등의 주요성분은 모두 미국원산 정유에서 대체로 많은 함량을 나타냈다. 민트의 주성분인 menthol함량은 국내만이 0.55%로 가장 낮고, 미국산이 46.72%로 가장 높았다. 1.8-cineole 성분은 국내에서 재배하여 추출한 정유가 13.6%로 가장 높은 함량을 나타냈으며, 국내에서 수집된 튀니지원산의 정유가 9.0%로 높았다. 항산화 활력은 최소5.7%에서 최대97.8%의 전자공여능을 나타내 시료간 현저한 차이를 보였다. 국내에서 수집된 정유 중 미국원산 정유가 5.7%로 가장 낮았고, 호주산 정유가 97.8%의 높은 항산화 활력을 나타내 상품간의 편차가 매우 컸다. 그러나 대부분의 정유가 40-60%의 항산화 활력을 보였다. 페퍼민트 정유의 주요 식품부패미생물(S. aureus, E. coil, S. typhimurium)에 대한 항균활성은 억제대 실험과 최소저해농도 실험 결과, 정도의 차이는 있었으나 모든 미생물에 항균력을 보였고 특히, S. aureus와 E. coli에 강한 항균활성을 보였다. Aroma content analysis, antioxidant ability and antimicrobial activity in the domestic and international distribution of pure peppermint essential oils (29 units) and the extracted oil cultivation in South Korea (1 unit) were investigated. The essential oils of the United States origin was indicated higher content with main components (menthol, limonene, menthyl acetate). Main component of peppermint such as methanol content was lowest 0.5 percent in domestic oil and highest 46.72 percent in USA. 1.8-cineole component of essential oil cultivation in the South Korea was shown the higher level (13.6%) and was 9.0% by domestic collected essential oil from Tunisia. Antioxidant ability (electron donating ability) was shown from 5.7 to 97.8%, and was shown significant difference between samples. Antioxidant ability of collected essential oil of USA origin and essential oil from Australia were shown lowest 5.7% and highest 97.8%, respectively. These oils showed significant difference between production of oil. However, antioxidant activity of most essential oils had 40-60%. Peppermint essential oil had antimicrobial activity against food putrefaction microorganism such as S. aureus, E. coli and S. typhimurium in inhibitory zone and MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) test. S. aureus, E. coli had a stong of antimicrobial activity against all food putrefaction microorganisms.

The purpose of this study was to expand the possibility Tenebrio molitor larvae as a food material. Different types of tea were produced using microwaved Tenebrio molitor L., and the quality characteristics were analyzed. Leached tea (T1) was prepared by leaching the crushed microwaved larvae. Liquid tea (T2) was prepared by first extracting the crushed larvae with distilled water and then diluting it. To prepare the solid tea (T3), dextrin was added to the extract, which was then spray-dried and dissolved in distilled water. Amino acid contents, pH, soluble solids, transmittance, color, and sensory properties were examined to evaluate the quality characteristics of the three types of tea. It was revealed that the total amino acid was abundant in T1 (277.76 mg/g), and the proline content was the highest in all the teas. The pH of T3 was 6.58, which was significantly the lowest among T1, T2, and T3. T3 had the highest content of soluble solids (5.33 °Brix) and highest transmittance (37.33%). The analysis of color values revealed that the L* (lightness) value of T1 was the highest (50.92), while the a* (redness) values of T1, T2, and T3 were similar (-0.42, -0.18, and 0.64, respectively). The b* (yellowness) value of T3 was the highest (6.47). The sensory evaluations revealed that T1 was significantly superior in color, flavor, umami taste, and overall acceptability. Turbidity, sweetness, and saltiness of the three teas were not significantly different. Overall, the quality characteristics of A are the best.
앵커 충돌 및 끌림에 의한 원통연결 보호구조물의 최대 응답 해석

This study presents the results of collision and lift analyses of a cylinders-connected protector under stock anchor colliding and dragging. For the analyses, the terminal velocity of the stock anchor was obtained first, and, then, the velocity was used to calculate the falling distance of the stock anchor in air. In addition, two other falling distances were considered for purposes of comparison. From the finite element analyses, using ANSYS, the maximum responses obtained from the stock anchor colliding and dragging were obtained and compared for different collision distances (3, 5, and 8.83 m) and dragging angles (0, 3D, 60, 90°). Then, the maximum displacements and stresses were discussed, along with the strength and dimensions of the protector. Finally, conclusions were made for the maximum responses.
