Objectives : In this study, we investigated the effects of Daehwangmokdanpitang-gagambang(DMG) on treatment for cholecystokinin-octapeptide(CCK)-induced acute pancreatitis(AP) in rats. Methods : Male Wistar rats weighing 200 to 250 g were divided into three groups. The first was normal untreated group, the second was in treatment with DMG group; DMG was administered orally, followed by 75 ${\mu}g/kg$ CCK subcutaneously three times, after 1, 3 and 5 h. This whole procedure was repeated for 5 days. The third was in treatment with saline group, the protocol was the same as in treatment group with DMG. We determined the pancreatic weight/body weight ratio, the levels of pancreatic HSP60, HSP72, ERK, p38 MAPK and the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Repeated CCK treatment resulted in the typical laboratory and morphological changes of experimentally induced pancreatitis. Results : DMG was significantly decreased the pancreatic weight/body weight ratio in CCKinduced AP and DMG increased HSP60 and HSP72 compared with CCK-induced AP. DMG suppressed ERK and p38 MAPK activation. Additionally, the secretion of $IL-1{\beta}$ and $TNF-{\alpha}$ and the levels of amylase and lipase were lower than that saline. Conclusions : DMG has an effect to treatment for CCK-induced AP.

This study was intended to public officials working in 45 health centers in Gyeonggi Province. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships between Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) and Collaborative 3C; Communication, Cooperation, Coordination, focused on Inter-organizational Culture in an integrated perspective. As a result, It also examined the moderating effects on LMX trust and collaborative(3Cs) to trust in supervisors. Whereas group had given a positive effect on collaboration(3Cs) and LMX, Hierarchical culture has had a negative impact on collaboration (3Cs) and LMX. Mediating effects of LMX and Moderating role of trust in supervisors has also been demonstrated that it can be significant impact on the inter-organizational culture of hierarchy culture and group culture. Therefore, officials culture working in the health center was found to be close to the group culture rather than cultural hierarchy. It can be seen that the hierarchical culture is insignificant impact on the efficiency or effectiveness of the business. With regard to leadership, it is revalidated that trust in supervisors is essential factor to lead organization. Thus, leading organization member based on trust is expected to have a positive effect on the organization’s goal.
의료기관 사무직 종사자의 조직공정성이 Followership과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - LMX 조절효과 -

Purposes: Based on samples of government officials who are working at public health centers, following research examines the Effect of Organizational Justice on the relationships between Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and analyzes the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Methodology: For the methods, Sphericity verification, Exploratory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Causal relation, Mediating effect of followership and Moderating Effect of The Leader-Member Exchange have been analyzed with SPSS 22.0 & AMOS 22.0 Ver. Findings: As a result of Correlation analysis, Predictive validity and Construct validity have meaningful effect. Also, In case of Path analysis, distributive justice and interactional justice have meaningful effect but procedural justice has no such effect on Followership. As a result of Mediated effect of followership analysis, distributive and interactional justice have positive impact on (Organizational and Interpersonal). As to the mediation effect of followership analysis, It is shown that distributive and Followership have meaningful effect on In-group, not Out-group. Lastly, It is shown that procedural justice and Followership have no meaningful effect on both In-group and Out-group. Practical Implications: For the implications, distributive justice and interactional justice have positive impact on Followership, while procedural justice has no such impact on Followership. Also, It also possibly has same result to the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Consequently, It is recognized that a fair process without a fair result cannot be valued. also, We can know that reward for procedural justice is evaluated to kind of negative.
콜라겐에 의한 난소암 세포주의 Matrix-metalloproteinases ( MMPs ) 의 발현

Objective : Metastatic dissemination of epithelial ovarian carcinoma is thought to be mediated via tumor cell exfoliation into the peritoneal cavity, followed adhesion to and invasion through the mesothelium which overlies the contents of the peritoneal cavity. MMP-2 is secreted as a zymogen, the activation of which has been associated with metastatic progression in human ovarian cancer cell lines. Methods : We have utilized short-term cultures to analyze the effect of specific extracellular matrix proteins, type I collagen. Results : Culturing Caov-4 ovarian cell line on type I collagen led to a significant increase in conversion of the MMP-2,72kD to the MMP-2,66kD, and MT-MMP expression. MT-MMP expression correlates with expression and activation of MMP-2 during malignant progression. Altered MT-MMP expression in ovarian cell lines might contribute to MMP-2 activation, which facilitates invasion of these tumors. Conclusion : In summary, we found increased expression of MT-MMP that correlated with increased level of activated MMP-2 and cellular counts in chemoinvasion assay in Caov-3 cell line. But no significant increases in Skov-4 cell line on type I collagen. Conclusion: These data suggest that type I collagen induces MMP-2 activation in part by up-regulation of MT-MMP expression but has a more complicated mode of action involving additional processes.
저유속에서 다공성 입자의 충전층에 대한 비흡착성 기체의 확산 및 분산

저유속에서 다공성입자와 충전층에서 비흡착성 기체의 축방향분산계수를 시간역 곡선맞추기법으로 구하였다. 축방향분산계수와 입자내부확산계수에 대한 2차원 오차 contour는, 본 연구의 실험조건하에서, 전자에 대해서는 비교적 민감하지만 후자에 대해서는 거의 영향을 받지 않았다. 1/(Re ·Sc)에 대한 1/Pe의 상관관계는 직선으로 나타낼 수 있었다. 유속이 영에 접근할 때 분자확산계수에 대한 축방향분산계수의 비의 극한값은 0.454이었다. The axial dispersion coeffcient of nonadsorbing gas was obtained from the gas chromatography in the packed bed of porous particles at low rates. The parameter was estimated by technique of curve fitting in time domain. The two-dimensional error contour against the axial dispersion coeffcient and the intraparticle diffusivity is largely affected by the former, but rare affected by the latter. The correlaton of 1/Pe to 1/(Re ·Sc) showed a straigt line. As the velocity of carrier gas approaches to zero, the limiting value of the ratio of the axial dispersion coefficient to the molecular diffusivity was found to be 0.454.
보건소 공무원들의 감정노동과 조직지원인식이 직무태도에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was designed to determine the relationship among emotional labor, perceived organizational support, and job attitude in public health centers. Results: First, emotional dissonance had no effect on perceived organizational support. However, emotional endeavor had a positive effect on perceived organizational support. Second, perceived organizational support had a significant effect on job attitude. Third, emotional labor had no effect on job satisfaction, but emotional labor had a positive effect on job commitment. Fourth, perceived organizational support had a full mediating effect on the relationship between emotional labor and job attitude. The implications of this study are as follows. Conclusions: Higher emotional labor leads to lower job satisfaction and job commitment in public officials, thereby affecting job attitude. Accordingly, various systematic methods, such as flexible working hours and personnel policy, need to be implemented to alleviate the negative effects of emotional labor.
