Ludwieg Tube의 시동과정에 관한 수치해석적 연구

매우 다양한 풍동장치 중에서 Ludwieg tube는 높은 레이놀즈수를 실현할 수 있는 가장 적합한 장치이다. 본 연구에서는 Ludwieg tube의 시동과 작동시간을 조사하기 위하여, 수치해석적인 방법을 적용하였다. 수치해석에서는 축대칭 비정상 압축성 Navier-Stokes 방정식을 풀기 위하여, 유한체적법을 적용하였다. 그 결과 본 수치해석은 실험결과를 잘 예측하였으며, 시동과정의 유동 메커니즘을 파동선도를 통해서 상세하게 설명하였다. Among many different types of wind tunnels, Ludwieg tube is the most suitable facility for high Reynolds number wind tunnel testing, In the present study, a computational work has been carried out to analyze the starting and operating time of a Ludwieg, Two-dimensional, axisymmetric, unsteady, compressible Navier-Stokes equations were solved using a fully implicit finite volume scheme, The present computational results were validated with some experimental data available. Based upon the present results, the wave diagrams showing the starting process were fabricated, and the flow mechanism of the starting process was discussed in detail.

Supersonic microjets acquire considerable research interest from a fundamental fluid dynamics perspective, in part because the combination of highly compressible flow at low-to-moderate Reynolds number is not very common, and in part due to the complex nature of the flow itself. In addition, microjets have a great variety engineering applications such as micro-propulsion, MEMS (Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems) components, microjet actuators and fine particle deposition and removal. Numerical simulations have been carried out at moderate nozzle pressure ratios and for different nozzle exit diameters to investigate and to understand in-depth of aerodynamic characteristics of supersonic microjets.

The flow characteristics of marine forest reef by shape and arrangement examine the numerical experiments using a CFD with Flow-3D program based on the field flow observation. As a result,s the wake distributions and flow patterns around marine forest reef show well the results of hydraulic experiments affect to the shape and arrangement of artificial and marine forest reef.
Rapamycin-Induced Abundance Changes in the Proteome of Budding Yeast

The target of rapamycin (TOR) signaling pathway conserved from yeast to human plays critical roles in regulation of eukaryotic cell growth. It has been shown that TOR pathway is involved in several cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis, nutrient response, autophagy and aging. However, due to the functional diversity of TOR pathway, we do not know yet some key effectors of the pathway. To find unknown effectors of TOR signaling pathway, we took advantage of a green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged collection of budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae . We analyzed protein abundance changes by measuring the GFP fluorescence intensity of 4156 GFP-tagged yeast strains under inhibition of TOR pathway. Our proteomic analysis argues that 83 proteins are decreased whereas 32 proteins are increased by treatment of rapamycin, a specific inhibitor of TOR complex 1 (TORC1). We found that, among the 115 proteins that show significant changes in protein abundance under rapamycin treatment, 37 proteins also show expression changes in the mRNA levels by more than 2-fold under the same condition. We suggest that the 115 proteins indentified in this study may be directly or indirectly involved in TOR signaling and can serve as candidates for further investigation of the effectors of TOR pathway.
CAMAR 2.0: 사용자 참여형 맥락 인식 모바일 증강현실

In this paper, we propose Context-Aware Mobile Augmented Reality (CAMAR) 2.0 platform which allows users to participate in creation and consumption of contents for a sustainable content ecosystem of community. For this purpose, the proposed CAMAR 2.0 platform augments the contents over the real world by recognizingand trackingreal objects with contextual information such as location and direction of a mobile device. It also allows users to author contents and mashup various types of services in mobile augmented reality environment. Therefore, users not only can freely consume and create the contents but also share them with community members. In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed CAMAR 2.0 platform, we applied it to various mobile platforms and possible scenarios. Consequently, we expect that the proposed CAMAR 2.0 will play a vital role in creating and maintaining autonomous content ecosystem of community users for future computing environments. 본 논문에서는 사용자들이 모바일 증강현실 환경에서 자유롭게 콘텐츠를 소비하고 생산에 참여함으로써 자율적으 로 콘텐츠 생태계를 형성하고 유지하게 하는 사용자 참여형 맥락 인식 모바일 증강현실 통합 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안 하는 사용자 참여형 맥락 인식 증강현실 플랫폼은 사용자 및 주변으로부터 센싱된 다양한 정보를 융합하여 얻어진 통 합 맥락 정보를 활용하여 영상내 대상물을 인식 및 추적하고 개인화된 콘텐츠를 현실공간에 이음매없이 증강한다. 그 리고 모바일 증강현실 환경에서 현장 저작과 매쉬업을 통해 사용자의 경험과 지식이 반영된 콘텐츠의 생성, 변형 및 확 장을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 통합 플랫폼을 통해 사용자들은 현실 공간에서 콘텐츠를 자유롭게 소비 및 생산하고 통합 맥락을 활용하여 커뮤니티 구성원들과 실시간으로 공유와 협업을 통해 지속적으로 유지되고 발전되는 콘텐츠 환경구 성이 가능해진다. 제안하는 통합 플랫폼을 모바일 단말기에 적용한 결과 실시간으로 증강 및 매쉬업이 가능하였음을 보였고 응용 시나리오를 통해 사용자가 참여하는 참여형 투어 가이드로써의 활용가능성을 제시하였다. 따라서 제안하 는 사용자 참여형 맥락 인식 모바일 증강현실 플랫폼은 사용자들이 참여해서 유비쿼터스 지능공간의 콘텐츠와 서비스 를 소비하고 지속적으로 생산하게 하여 콘텐츠와 서비스 생태계를 자율적으로 형성하고 유지하는데 기여할 것으로 기 대된다.
플라이백 컨버터방법에 의한 태양광발전설비의 납축전지 스위칭모드 전환형 펄스충전기 개발

In this paper, the switching mode conversion type pulse charger by fly-back converter method for lead battery of the solar cell generator equipment is proposed. And we propose the control circuit and design method of insulated switching mode convert type pulse charger by fly-back convert method in the lead battery. The proposed system can minimize the current consumption by digital pulse. Also the proposed system can generate the constant 10[KHz] frequency, transmit the signal with main control system in the power control system. And it supervises the state of lead battery using one chip micro processor. The proposed the switching mode conversion type pulse charger by the fly-back converter method can charge fast and stabilize lead battery with nominal value 12[V], 20[AH]. Also we propose the design procedure of the power control circuit for turn ratio of fly-back inductor and determining method of values such as the charging current, bulk current, partial current, over current value and fixed charging voltage. The experiment results for the voltage and current wave for partial, bulk, over and fixed charging period show the good charging effect and performance. And the PCB and internal coupling diagram of the switching mode conversion type pulse charger by fly-back converter method is presented.
