저자들은 반복되는 저혈당과 점차 진행하는 담즙정체를 보이는 3개월 된 여아에서 호르몬 검사와 뇌 자기공명영상으로 뇌하수체 기능저하증을 진단하고 이에 대한 갑상선호르몬과 부신피질호르몬 치료 후 담즙정체가 호전되는 것을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Congenital hypopituitarism is a possible cause of neonatal cholestasis, but the mechanism is still unknown. The pathogenesis of cholestasis may be due to hormone deficiency, which has effects on the physiological maturation of bile acid synthesis and transport. We experienced a case presenting with cholestasis and recurrent hypoglycemia associated with congenital hypopituitarism. Cholestasis resolved with thyroxine and hydrocortisone replacement therapy.

Most of the alleys that have been in the past are now aged or unwilling to go. We will focus on how people will be able to get there. It selects the target location and proceeds in a manner that suggests examples and measures, so it tries to solve the problem by providing brief information about the area and suggesting improvement measures. The research was started because the company wanted to turn the street into a quiet alleyway back home rather than revitalizing the business district through commercial facilities.

본고에서는 일본의 식민지였던 대만과 조선의 전후처리과정에서 등장하였던 외세의 개입과 이 과정에서 발생한 모든 갈등의 집약체로서 제주4·3과 대만2·28에 대해 주목해 보았다. 두 사건 모두 국가에 의해 자행된 백색테러라는 공통점과 양민학살의 성격을 동시에 지니고 있다. 카이로회담에서 조선은 신탁통치, 대만은 중화민국으로의 귀속이 결정되었다. 미군은 신탁통치 과정에서 일제의 체제를 활용하면서 오히려 대중들의 삶을 어렵게 만들었다. 미군정의 통치를 받게 된 남한에서는 인민위원회의 활동이 두드러졌다. 특히, 인민위원회는 각 지역의 치안을 맡았는데, 제주도 또한 예외는 아니었다. 이들은 농민, 노동자, 부녀자 등의 일반 민중들의 지지를 받고 있었지만, 미군에게는 불만스러운 존재일 수밖에 없었다. 3·1절을 맞아 제주에서는 가두시위가 진행되었는데, 이를 계기로 미군정은 제주를 붉은 섬으로 인식하여 좌익세력을 척결하기로 한다. 이와 같은 미군정의 조치에 반발한 남로당은 1948년 4월 3일을 기해 무장봉기를 일으키게 되고, 그 진압과정에서 무차별적인 양민학살이 자행되었다. 대만은 중화민국으로 귀속되면서 국민당정부가 정권을 장악하게 된다. 행정장관에 임명된 陳儀는 절대적인 권력을 행사하며 대만에 대한 본격적인 통치를 시행하였다. 하지만 陳儀로 대표되는 국민당정부의 대만통치는 대만의 사정을 이해하지 못한 방향으로 흘러갔다. 대만은 국민당정부의 전매제 실시와 중국대륙으로의 물자 매각이라는 요인으로 인해 상당한 인플레이션을 겪었다. 당시 대만인들은 일제강점기를 거치며 근대적인 교육과 의료시스템을 경험한 바 있다. 특히, 이 과정에서 시행된 황민화정책으로 일본문화에 대해 상당히 익숙해 있었고, 국민당정부의 지도층은 이를 이해하고 파악하려는 노력대신 대만인이 노예화되었다는 인식을 하게 된다. 이에 반하여 대만인들은 국민당정부의 관직독점과 부정부패에 불만을 가지게 된다. 대만인은 점점 조국으로 돌아간다는 기대는 버리게 되었고, 대만인들은 스스로를 본성인(本省人)이라 칭하며, 외성인(外省人)들과의 거리를 두었다. 이러한 배경에서 발생한 충돌이 바로 2·28사건이다. 말하자면 일본의 패전이후 변화된 국제정세로 인해 조선과 대만에 유입된 외세들이 현지인들과 빚어진 갈등에서 제주4·3과 대만2·28이 발발하게 된 것이다. This study focused on the Jeju April 3 Incident and the Taiwan February 28 Incident as the result of the intervention of foreign powers and all the conflicts that occurred in the process of handling postwar issues in Taiwan and Joseon that were Japanese colonies. Both the two incidents were the white terrors committed by the governments and innocent people were massacred. At the Cairo Conference, it was agreed to establish a trusteeship in Joseon and to return Taiwan to the Republic of China. Under the trusteeship, the United States utilized the system of the Japanese Empire, and made people’s life even harder. In South Korea under the U.S. military rule, many activities of the People’s Committee were observed. In particular, the People’s Committee was in charge of public security in each region, and Jeju was no exception. The committee had a broad base of support from the general public including farmers, workers and women, but it must have been an eyesore to the U.S. military. In the meantime, a street demonstration was staged in Jeju to celebrate the March 1st Movement, and the U.S. military rule took this opportunity and decided to eradicate leftists, recognizing Jeju as the ‘Red Island.’ The South Korean Workers' Party rose up in arms against the action of the U.S. military rule on April 3, 1948, and innocent people were indiscriminately killed in the course of suppression. As Taiwan was returned to the Republic of China, the Kuomintang of China came to power. Chen Yi (陳儀), appointed as the Minister of Administration, wielded absolute power and started to rule Taiwan in earnest. The Kuomintang’s rule over Taiwan, led by Chen Yi, moved in a wrong direction without understanding the circumstances of Taiwan. Taiwan experienced serious inflation due to the introduction of the monopoly system by the Kuomintang government and the disposal of goods to Mainland China. Back then, Taiwanese people experienced modern education and medical systems in the era of Japanese Colonialism. In particular, the Japanization policy of the Japanese colonial rule made Taiwanese people familiar to Japanese culture in the process. The leadership of the Kuomintang government thought Taiwanese people were enslaved by Japan, instead of making efforts to understand and examine the situations. On the contrary, Taiwanese people started to express their dissatisfaction with the monopoly of public posts and corruption of the Kuomintang government. They gradually came to abandon their expectations for going back to their homeland, and called themselves benshengrens (本省人, meaning people of this province), keeping their distance from waishengrens (外省人, meaning people of non-Taiwan provinces). A clash that occurred against this backdrop was the February 28 Incident. In other words, foreign powers that flew into Joseon and Taiwan due to changing international situations after Japan’s defeat came into conflicts with natives, resulting in the Jeju April 3 Incident and the Taiwan February 28 Incident.
