        심부전 환자의 나트륨 섭취와 건강관련 삶의 질

        Background: Dietary sodium restriction is an essential component of self-care behavior for improved health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients with heart failure (HF). However, there is little direct evidence about the impact of dietary sodium restriction on HRQoL. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of dietary sodium intake on HRQoL in HF patients with no cardiac events over 1-year of follow-up. Methods: A total of 106 patients with HF completed a 3-day food diary to estimate daily sodium intake. Patients were divided into 4 groups (<2 g, 2-3 g, 3-4 g, and >4 g). The Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire was used to assess HRQoL at baseline and one year later. Hierarchical linear and logistic regressions were used to determine the relationship between dietary sodium intake and HRQoL. Results: Thirty-seven (35%) patients had a daily sodium intake >3 g. Greater than 4 g of daily sodium intake was independently associated with a worse HRQoL at baseline and one year later (F=3.15, P=0.028; F=4.33,P=0.006) and an almost 5.2 times higher risk of a worsening HRQoL at one year follow-up (P=0.040) after controlling for age, gender, etiology, body mass index, New York Heart Association class, ejection fraction, total comorbidity score, and use of beta blockers. Conclusions: This finding provides additional evidence that greater than 4 g of daily sodium intake is associated with worsening HRQoL in stable HF patients who are free from cardiac events. 배경: 삶의 질 향상을 위해 나트륨 제한 식이는 심부전환자의 자가간호 행위로 강조되고 있지만, 심부전 환자의나트륨 섭취량이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 연구는드물다. 방법: 본 연구는 서울소재 일 대학병원에서 실시된 전향적 조사연구로서, 1년의 추적관찰기간 동안 재입원하거나사망하지 않은 심부전 환자들을 대상으로, 기초조사 시 3일간의 식이일지를 분석하여 하루 나트륨 섭취량을 측정하였으며, Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire 를 이용하여 삶의 질을 기초조사 시점과 1년 후, 2회 측정하였다. 결과: 총 106명의 대상자 중 37명(35%)이 하루 3 g 이상의 나트륨을 섭취하고 있었다. 위계적 선형 회귀분석 결과,하루 4 g을 넘는 나트륨 섭취는 기초조사 시점과 1년 후가장 낮은 삶의 질을 예측하고 있었다(F=3.15, P=0.028;F=4.33, P=0.006). 위계적 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 나트륨을 하루 4 g 이상 섭취하는 심부전 환자는 하루 2 g 미만을 섭취하는 환자보다 1년 후 삶의 질이 더 낮아질 가능성이 약 5.2배 증가하는 것으로 나타났다(P=0.040). 결론: 본 연구결과, 하루 4 g 이상의 나트륨 섭취는 심부전 환자의 삶의 질에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

      • P-926 : The effect of precursor salts on the Morphology of Metal oxide in spray pyrolysis

        The morphology of metal oxide particle by spray pyrolysis depends on the precursor types. Although same final product is prepared, the morphology is effected by the properties of precursor salts including different solubility, melting point, and decomposition rate of precursor salt. For example, ZnO prepared from zinc acetate is nanometer-sized particle by the disintegration of primary particle. However, ZnO prepared from zinc nitrate is spherical and hollow particle with a rough surface in the range of micron or submicron size. In this work, metal oxide particles including ZnO, NiO, and MgO were prepared from two salts of different melting temperatures and solubilities. Different morphologies were obtained by changing the mixing ratio. Among them, ZnO prepared from zinc acetate and nitrate has special morphology due to the phase separation of the mixed salts. The morphologies of the metal oxide was observed by SEM and TEM.

        지역주택조합 설립단계상의 실효적 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 서울시 자치구 조례제정을 중심으로 -

        As the Seoul's housing policy changed from a full-scale demolition method to a conservation, management, and regeneration method, the survey began as a new town and redevelopment exit strategy, and 391 maintenance(schedule) areas and maintenance areas were lifted in Seoul alone from 2011 to 2020. The (single) housing reconstruction project was abolished as of August 3, 2014, and the local housing association project began to be activated as an alternative project. Based on the period from 2000 to September 2022, There are in progress the local housing associations project 603 places nationwide, 114 places in Seoul. and There are the number of planned households 356,624 households nationwide, 61,489 households in Seoul. Based on the period from 2000 to September 2022, looking at the progress of the local housing association project in Seoul, the approval for the establishment of a association (19 places) was shown to be lower than the report for the recruitment of association members (82 places). This is that the local housing association project under the 「Housing Act」 was carried out by some local residents and business agencies without public support, unlike the maintenance project that falls under the「Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act」, so because there are problems in the establishment stage before approval for the establishment of the association. (First, the issue of regional analysis and regional selection. Second, the issue of local housing association business planning. Third, the issue of the composition and operation of the promotion committee. Fourth, the issue of the promotion committee's selection of service providers. Fifth, the issue of securing land use rights. Sixth, the issue of the timing of the recruitment of association members.) The maintenance projects under the「Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act」 have been promoted under the management and supervision of the government and the Seoul as the 「Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act」 has been newly established and revised several times and related systems have been improved. On the other hand, the local housing association project under the 「Housing Act」 has been promoted in the indifference of the government and the Seoul to the extent that a related department was recently created in the Seoul. In the case of maintenance projects under the 「Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act」support by the public in accordance with the 「Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act」, the 「Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Urban and Residential Environment Improvement」, and the Public Support Plan (Quick Integration Plan). Therefore, in this study, prior to the revision and establishment of the 「Housing Act」, in the case of the Seoul, the autonomous districts that have the right to establish an association of local housing association projects are interested in local housing association projects, communicate with local residents, and so that we can improve problems together. By presenting ‘the autonomous district ordinance enactment’ as an improvement plan, the local housing association project is intended to establish itself as a ‘housing policy for the common people to prepare their own homes’, which is the fundamental purpose of the local housing association project.

        한옥의 현대화를 위한 외벽기능개선 방향에 관한 기초연구

        본 연구는 외벽의 기능을 개선함으로 한옥의 현대화에 이바지하는데 그 목적이 있다. 열환경적 측면에서 한옥이 가지는 전통생활방식과 현대의 생활방식의 괴리감이 크고, 나아가 미래주거 가 가져야 요소 중 에너지문제를 빼놓을 수 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 한옥의 현대화를 위해 앞으 로의 주거에서 필히 고려되어야 할 에너지 절약 기술에 주목하고, 그것을 효율적으로 적용하는 길을 찾는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 범위는 한옥의 외벽으로 한정하고, 그 검토 대상을 열환경으로 한다. 전통한옥의 외벽 구성요 소에 대한 기초 자료를 검토함으로 연구의 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 기초자료를 바탕으로 열성능을 집열, 축열, 열조절의 측면에서 살펴봄으로 한옥의 외벽에 적용된 사례를 비교검토하여 종합하였다.

        섬유소 분해효소 생성을 위한 Trichoderma viride 조절 변이주의 개발

        An attempt were made to isolate regulatory mutants of Trichoderma viride using a plating technique devised to screen constitutive cellulase mutants and high cellulase producing mutants. With U.V. mutagenesis, 70 mutants which exhibited high cellulase activity in the presence of 2% glucose were initially isolated from Trichoderma viride QM9414, a high celluase producing U.S. Army Natick Laboratory Strain. Upon continuous culture in the liquid medium, however, most of these mutants. were reverted to the glucose sensitive strain. One of the mutant, L40, was stable even after long period of culture in the liquid medium and still showed a high cellulase activity and relative insensitivity to glucose for cellulases production. The characteristics of the mutant L40 and cellulases produced by this mutant were as. follows: 1. When cellulases were induced by Avicel, a crystalline cellulose, the mutant L40 produced approximately 47 % higher cotton activity than the parental strain QM 9414. The induction time for the cotton activity was also shortened appreciably in. the mutant. CMC activity and β-glucosidase activity, however, were not changed in their total activity or induction time. 2. The cellulases induction by Avicel were less sensitive to glucose in mutant L40 than in the parental strain QM9414. 3. When cellulases were induced by carboxy methyl cellulose, a noncrystalline cellulose, there were no appreciable changes in cellulases activities, nor in induction times. 4. When cellulases were induced by cellobiose, the mutant L40 produced approximately 40 % higher cotton activity than the parental QM9414 and the induction time was shortened appreciably in the mutant. The CMC activity was also changed in the mutant but no change in β-glucosidase activity was observed. 5. The enzymic properties of cellulases and the growth characteristics of mutant L40 and the parental QM9414 were the same.
