본 연구는 은행마다 다르게 구성된 모바일 뱅킹 UI(User Interface)의 불편 사항을 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 정보설계 분야 연구와 사용성 테스트를 통해 사용자 니즈를 반영한 모바일뱅킹 UI 통합화 방안을 제시하여 편리한 이용환경에 대한 방향성을 제안하고자 한다. 사용성 테스트 결과 가장 많은 오류를 일으킨 항목은 가독성-이해성-단축성 순이며 이를 정리한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메인화면에서는 핵심정보와 기능들을 제공하여 사용자들이 원하는 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 페이지 이동시 제공되는 인터렉션과 UI에 일관성을 주어 이용편의를 배려하여 확실히 인지할 수 있어야 한다. 또한, 반복된 기능 및 단계를 하나로 통합하여 불필요한 과정을 줄일 필요가 있다. 셋째, 사용자들이 원활히 과업을 수행할수 있도록 수행단계에 알맞은 UI를 제공해야 하며 진행 단계를 표시할 때에는 텍스트를 포함하여 정보를 명확하게 인지할 수 있게 해야 한다. 본 연구는 기존 서비스에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고 최종적으로 모바일뱅킹 UI통합화 방안을 와이어프레임 형태로 구체화하였다. This paper aims to identify some inconveniences of mobile banking UI because of the different types of systems. In detail, by investigating the information architecture and doing a usability test, this research seeks to propose a direction towards an integrated UI system and a better service environment where user needs are addressed. From the results of a usability test, the factors which cause the most errors are legibility, understanding and minimal use, in order of importance. In summary, first, the main screen needs to provide core information and functions so that users are able to find easily what they need. Second, when linking to the next or external pages, interactions and the UI need to be consistent for the user``s convenience and recognition. By integrating repeated functions and steps, it is also possible to reduce unnecessary steps. Lastly, for users to undertake tasks seamlessly, it is necessary to provide an appropriate UI according to each task phase and information about progress, including informative text for users to follow clearly what is happening. In conclusion, this study seeks to propose a direction for service improvement by embodying a wireframe as a way of integrating a mobile UI.
유아의 채소편식 감소와 정서지능 향상을 위한 컬러푸드 원예활동

본 연구는 컬러푸드 채소류를 활용한 원예활동과 영양교육을 실시하여 채소편식을 감소시키고 정서지능을 향상 시키고자 하였다. 컬러푸드 채소류 원예활동은 유치원 7차 교육과정의 건강생활영역을 기초로 하여 영양교육의 요소들을 적용하였고, 유아의 지속적인 식습관의 개선과 효과를 위해 가정과 연계한 학부모교육 프로그램을 통합 실시하였다. 연구대상은 서울시에 소재한 어린이집의 만 4세반 유아들로 총 70명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 원예활동 영양교육군은 컬러푸드 채소류 원예활동과 영양교육을 실시하였고, 영양교육군은 영양교육만 실시하였으며 대조군은 원예활동과 영양교육 모두를 실시하지 않았다. 연구기간은 2011년 9월부터 12월까지 주 1회 60분씩 총 12회 실시하였다. 유아용 영양지식검사 결과는 대조군에 비해 영양교육군과 원예활동 영양교육군의 영양지식은 향상되었으며, 특히 원예활동 영양교육군에서 더욱 유의하게 향상되었다. 편식행동에서는 대조군에 비해 원예활동 영양교육군에서 유의한 감소를 보였다. 또한 채소선호도에서도 원예활동 영양교육군은 채소류의 선호도 증가에 유의한 향상을 보였다. 정서지능에서는 하위항목인 자기인식, 자기조절, 타인인식, 타인조절에서 자기인식과 타인인식에서는 대조군, 영양교육군과 원예활동 영양교육군 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 반면 자기조절에서 대조군에 비해 영양교육군과 원예활동 영양교육군의 점수가 높았지만, 영양교육군과 원예활동 영양교육군의 사이에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한, 타인조절에서는 원예활동 영양교육군이 영양교육군 보다 매우 유의하게 향상되었다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 영양교육만을 실시한 유아들 보다 원예활동을 실시한 유아들이 채소와 과일의 색에 자연스럽게 반응하고 즐거워하는 정서적 감성과 컬러푸드채소를 직접 키워보는 원예활동을 통해 자발적인 섭취를 하게 되어 채소편식이 감소되는 결과를 알 수 있다. 그러므로 본연구의 컬러푸드 채소류 원예활동은 채소 편식으로 인한유아의 건강의 불균형 문제점을 해결하는데 효과적인 대안이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. This study focuses on horticultural activities using colorful food to reduce diets unbalanced in vegetables and to increase emotional intelligence. Horticultural activities using colorful food vegetables were based on ʻHealth in Daily Lifeʼ in the ʻ7th Kindergarten Curriculumʼ; to improve the dietary habits of the young children, the program was also linked with a parentsʼ education program. The research was conducted with a total of 70 children from classes for four-year-olds in three child-care centers located in Seoul. The horticultural activities based upon nutrition education included activities using colorful food vegetables and nutrition education. For the nutrition education group, only nutrition education was provided, while neither horticultural activities nor nutrition education were provided to the control group. The study was conducted from September to December 2011. A total of twelve sessions were conducted once a week for 60 minutes each. According to the result, after the horticultural activities with colorful food vegetable were conducted, both the nutrition education group and horticultural activity & nutrition education group showed improvements in ʻNutrition Knowledgeʼ compared to the control group. Regarding ʻUnbalanced Diet Behaviorsʼ, the horticultural activities & nutrition education group showed meaningful decreases compared to the control group. Moreover for preference of fruits and vegetables, the horticultural activities & nutrition education group revealed meaningful improvements. In conclusion, colorful food vegetable horticultural activity could be an effective approach to resolve the imbalance of health caused by unbalanced diets as children who participated in the colorful food vegetable horticultural activities continued to respond spontaneously to the colors of vegetables and fruits and showed joy and kept voluntarily eating them.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the trends in studies published in Journal of Korean Critical Care Nursing (JKCCN) from 2008 to 2013. Methods: A total of 65 studies published between 2008 to 2013 were reviewed using criteria developed by researchers. Results: Approximately 36% of studies were conducted with patients. Intensive care unit (ICU) was the most popular site as the study setting. Among 59 research papers, 42.4% were approved by institutional review board (IRB). Quantitative studies were 78.6%, while qualitative studies were 4.6%. The research designs for the quantitative studies were survey (52.3%), quasi-experimental (16.9%), and so on. There was no randomized controlled trial. The most frequently used methods to provide nursing intervention was education. In addition, "nurse" and "ICU" were most commonly used keyword. Conclusion: Considering the low rate of IRB approval, more stringent application of research ethics is necessary to improve the quality of JKCCN. In addition, more randomized controlled trials should be encouraged to support evidence-based practice in critical care.
인체대장암 세포에서 후성적 유전자 불활성화 저해제와 5-Fluorouracil의 병용효과분석

Low sensitivity to anticancer drugs such as 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) has been associated with decreased expression of genes involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis and metastasis. Recently, it has been shown that the expression levels of some of these genes are reduced by transcription inhibition due to epigenetic silencing on CpG islands. Therefore, epigenetic therapy has been proposed, where epigenetic silencing is repressed with DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) inhibitors and histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors alone or in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents. The aim of our study was to evaluate the combination effect of 5-FU and its association with the status of epigenetic silencing using methylation-specific PCR of p14ARF when given with 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5-aza-dC), a DNMT inhibitor and depsipeptide, and HDAC inhibitor in DLD-1 human colorectal cancer cells. The combination of 5-aza-dC with depsipeptide showed a synergism and induced unmethylation of p14ARF. However, triplet combination of 5-aza-dC/epsipeptide and 5-FU resulted in antagonistic effects and abrogated unmethylation of p14ARF. These results suggest that unfavorable interaction of 5-aza-dC/depsipeptide with 5-FU in DLD-1 cells may be related with the failure in repression of epigenetic silencing, which warrants further investigation.
Hydrogen Peroxide로 유도된 산화성 간세포 손상에 대한 Propofol과 Etomidate의 효과

Background: The present investigation was undertaken to evaluate the protective effect of propofol and etomidate against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) induced oxidative damage in human hepatic SNU761 cells by measuring lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). Methods: The cell line of human hepatocellular carcinoma was grown for 24 hours in dissociated cell culture. They were divided into eight groups: negative control (NC) group with no drug administration, positive control (PC) group with H2O2 250 μM and other groups pretreated with propofol (P; 1, 10, 50 μM) or etomidate (ET; 1, 10, 50 μM) followed H2O2 administration. After 7 hours, cell death was assessed by morphology under the light microscope and quantified by measuring the LDH in the culture media. Results: In the light microscopic findings, the intact cells were increased in all three propofol groups compared to group PC. H2O2-induced LDH production was also significantly suppressed in all three propofol groups compared to group PC (P<0.001). There were no significant differences in the microscopic findings and LDH production between the etomidate groups and group PC. Conclusions: These results suggest that the propofol has protective effect on the hepatocyte against H2O2-induced oxidative stress. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2009;57:331∼6)
