Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop new recipes to apply milk for enhancing the calcium intake of soldiers. Methods: In order to select menu items for using milk, an analysis was conducted on the 'Food Service Operation Guidelines' and military menus of the first half of 2018. Subsequently, the suitability of mass production for military foodservice, and calcium content of 750 mg per day by adding milk were considered. In addition, the type of military foodservice (lunch meal, a la carte menu and snack meal) and the environments of military foodservice were identified and reflected in the selection of milk menu items. Results: The final selected and developed milk menus were a main dish (with chicken curry, milk tteokbokki, Mac and cheese), an a la carte menus (with pumpkin milk curry rice bowl, cream risotto and sweet potato milk porridge), and snack menus (with milk cream udon, milk vegetarian mayo sauce). After recruiting 50 military soldiers to investigate the response to the military milk menus, the acceptance scores were the highest for Mac and cheese (3.55), followed by cream risotto (3.55) and milk vegetarian mayo sauce (3.52). The calcium contents in each menu were 89.5 mg in the pumpkin milk curry rice bowl, 290.0 mg in the milk tteokbokki and 377.3 mg in the milk cream udon. Conclusion: The amount of calcium intake in the army could be greatly increased by replacing the conventional military menu with the menu applied milk. Moreover, applying the milk menus to military meals stabilizes the domestic milk supply by the recognition of the importance of the milk intake and it improves the overall satisfaction by meeting the military soldiers’ taste preferences. The results can provide a basis for establishing foodservice policies for the military to improve the calcium intake of military personnel.
혈류제한 훈련과 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 태권도 선수들의 하지근활성도와 균형능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 현재 태권도의 효과적인 발차기 능력 및 균형능력 향상을 위하여 혈류제한을 결합한 운동이 플라이오메트릭 운동과 비교하여 작은 운동강도로도 부상없이 훈련할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 본연구는 혈류제한훈련을 적용한 집단을 실험군Ⅰ, 플라이오메트릭 훈련을 적용한 집단을 실험군Ⅱ으로 배치한후, 각각 훈련을 6주간(주 3회, 1일 1회, 1회 30분) 훈련 프로그램을 시행하였다. 중재 전 표면근전도를 활용하여 근활성도를 측정하였고 균형분석기를 사용하여 균형을 측정하였다. 사후측정은 항목을 동일하게 하여 재 측정해 비교 분석하였다. 실험군Ⅰ과 실험군Ⅱ의 집단 내 전후 비교에서 하지 근활성도가 유의하게 증가하였으며(p<.001)(p<.01)(p<.05), 균형 능력도 향상되었다(p<.01)(p<.05). 집단 간 비교에서는 근활성도에서 넙다리곧은근에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 결론적으로 태권도를 수행함에 있어 일상적인 훈련 방법 외에도 혈류제한훈련과 같은 다양한 훈련 방법을 모색하여 경기력 향상을 위한 연구들이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study aims to find out how exercise combining blood flow restriction can be used to train without injury even at low exercise intensity compared to plyometric exercise in order to improve effective kicking ability and balance ability in Taekwondo. In this study, the group that applied blood flow restriction training was assigned to Experimental Group I, and the group that applied plyometric training was assigned to Experimental Group II, and each group was trained for 6 weeks, 3 times a week, once a day, for 30 minutes each time. A liver training program was implemented. Before intervention, muscle activity was measured using surface electromyography and balance was measured using a balance analyzer. In the post-test, these items were re-measured and analyzed comparatively. In the before-and-after comparison between Experimental Group I and Experimental Group II, lower extremity muscle activity significantly increased (p<.001)(p<.01)(p<.05), and balance ability also improved (p<.01)(p<.05). In comparison between groups, significant differences in muscle activity were found only in the rectus femoris muscle (p<.05).
A Survey of Korean Physicians’ Prescription Patterns for Allergic Rhinitis

Objectives. The aim of this study was to compare the prescription patterns according to characteristics of physicians using a survey distributed amongst physicians in Korea. Methods. We surveyed the prescription patterns for allergic rhinitis (AR) of the members of the Korean Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Clinical Immunology (KAAACI) and the Korean Association of Otorhinolaryngologists (KAO). Questionnaire contained 4 categories with 28 queries. 448 physicians including 98 internal medicine (IM), 113 pediatrics (PED), and 237 otorhinolaryngology (ENT) were responded. Results. Although the Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma (ARIA) guidelines are most frequently used in all specialties, seasonal or perennial AR is the most frequent classification system. For the definitive diagnosis of AR, ENT physicians reported using multiple allergen simultaneous test (MAST)/radio allergy sorbent test (RAST) more than others (IM, 10.9%; PED, 20.6%; ENT, 44.2%; P<0.001). In treatment, most physicians reported that antihistamine medication is the initial treatment for AR. PED physicians prescribed fewer intranasal steroid to combinations with an antihistamine than other specialists (IM, 65.3%; PED, 42.5%; ENT, 63.3%), but preferred leukotriene antagonists (IM, 4.1%; PED, 23.0%; ENT, 3.9%; P=0.041). Overall, 53% (235/448) of the physicians performed allergen immunotherapy (AIT), and IM administers the most AIT (IM, 71.6%; PED, 42.0%; ENT, 39.5%; P=0.019). Furthermore, university and general hospital physicians prescribed more AIT than doctors at other hospital types (university hospital, 76.4%; general hospital, 64.3%; local hospital, 21.4%; private clinic, 20.2%; P<0.001). Conclusion. The prescription patterns for AR were different according to the physicians’ characteristics and general rate of prescribing AIT is just about 53% in Korea. Thus, the development of complementary Korean-specific guidelines is needed and proper clinical instruction of AIT would be necessary.
Isotomic and Isogonal Conjugates Tangent Lines of Lines at Vertices of Triangle

In this paper we consider the two tangent lines of isogonal and isotomic conjugates of the line at both vertices of a given triangle. We find the necessary and sufficient condition for the two tangent lines of isogonal or isotomic conjugates of the line at both vertices and the median line to be concurrent. We also prove that every line whose isogonal conjugate tangent lines at both vertices are concurrent with the median line intersects at a unique point. Moreover, we show that the three intersection points correspond to the vertices of triangle are collinear.
프랭크 스텔라의 작품을 모티브로 한 레고 전시 공간 디자인 프로세스 연구

본 연구는 숙명여자대학교 공간 디자인 스튜디오Ⅰ 수업에서 진행한 전시 공간 디자인 프로세스에 관한 연구로서, 디자인의 기본 요소에 대한 탐구를 바탕으로 평면회화를 통해 평면, 입체, 공간 조형까지 차원에 확장에 따른 형태적 발전에 따른 공간디자인 프로세스를 연구한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 크게 두가지로 나뉜다. 첫째 점, 선, 면의 디자인 기본요소를 이용하여 디자인 원리에 입각해 평면 구성을 하고 이를 바탕으로 평면회화를 선택하여 입체 조형을 통해 공간의 형태를 발전시킨다. 둘째, 공간의 형태에 적합한 브랜드를 선정하였으며 이를 위한 전시 공간으로서의 기능이 적용된 공간 계획을 하였다. 그리고 프로그램, 조닝, 동선, 색채 및 재질을 계획하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 조형적 공간 디자인의 프로세스와 전시 컨텐츠의 접목으로 향후 이와 같은 일련의 전시 공간 디자인 프로세스에서 기초적 자료로 사용될 것으로 기대한다.
제주지역에 서식하는 모기 개체군 밀도와 분포, 2018

In order to investigate the density of seasonal incidence of mosquitoes, a vector of infectious diseases in Jeju region, this study collected mosquitoes using a Black light trap (BL) and Biogents’ Sentinel 2 Mosquito Trap (BG), dividing the region into cattle sheds, habitats for migratory birds, and the downtown area, twice a month for 9 months from March through November 2018. Then, this study conducted identification and classification and checked for the presence of Flavivirus using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). As for the mosquito population, 1,847 mosquitoes (six genera, 12 species) were collected. The places where most mosquitoes were collected were copses near craft workshops in habitats for migratory birds and Jungang-dong in the Seogwipo downtown area. For the population, Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species (76.9%), followed by Aedes albopictus (8.9%). Most of the population was collected in June, followed by August and October. This study conducted a RT-PCR test with 1,847 collected mosquitoes, which were divided into 50 pools if they had Flavivirus. All turned out to be negative. However, the results of the investigation show the presence of Culex tritaineniorhychus, Aedes albopictus, and Anopheles sinensis and can be used as a basis for the comprehensive prevention management of mosquitoes. 본 조사는 제주지역 감염병 매개체인 모기를 대상으로 계절적 발생밀도를 조사하기 위해 축사, 철새도래지, 도심으로 나누어 2018년 3월부터 11월까지 9개월간 월 2회 모기를 BL과 BG 를 이용하여 모기를 채집한 후 분류 및 동정을 실시하고, RT-PCR을 이용하여 flavivirus의 보유여부를 확인하였다. 채집된 모기는 6속 12종으로 1,847마리가 채집되었다. 채집 장소중에서 철새도래지에서는 공방주변 잡목림, 서귀포 도심에서는 중앙동에서 가장 많이 채집되었다. 가장 많은 개체수로는 빨간집모기(Culex pipiens pallens)가 76.9%로 우점종이었고, 그 다음으로 흰줄숲모기(Aedes albopictus)가 8.9%로 나타났다. 가장 많은 모기개체수가 채집된 시기는 6월, 8월, 10월 순으로 나타났다. 채집한 모기 1,847마리를 50 pools로 나누어flavivirus의 보유 여부를 RT-PCR검사하였으나, 모두 음성으로 확인되었다. 그러나 조사결과 작은빨간집모기(Culex tritaeniorhychus), 흰줄숲모기(Aedes albopictus), 중국얼룩날개모기(Anopheles sinensis) 서식하는 것으로 확인 되어 향후 모기에 대한 종합적인 방제 관리기준으로 활용될 수 있다.
