        산업디자인 분야 IT특성화 전략으로서의 Web-3D 교육모형 개발에 관한 연구

        Along with the generalization of computer use and development on the Internet today, the boundary between on-line and off-line has collapsed. With this trend, diverse kinds of Web-3D authoring tools have been developed and distributed in the area of virtual reality. In particular, the authoring tools for applying 3D modeling and the Plug-in method have been developed and a new design field that is combined with IT(Information Technology) has been tried centering on multimedia. However, mainstream education in this field, so far, has been developed centering on IT specialists rather than on education that focuses on designers. With this background, this study aims to present a road map for fostering industrial designers who are suitable for the knowledge-creative society of the 21st century by developing Web-3D education models through combining industrial design curriculum with the technology of virtual reality that has become popular these days. The Web-3D education model as a characterization strategy for IT in the industrial design field not only creates another state-of-the-art occupation group for those who major in design, but also presents an important turning point for the development and application of the processes in the traditional industrial design field.

      • Bore Stress를 고려한 대용량 증기터빈 2단 재열기 저부하 제어방식 개선

        기저부하를 담당하고 있는 국내 원자력발전소의 증기터빈은 최근 산업 발전과 함께 점차 증가하고 있는 전력수요에 발맞추어 원자로 용량은 물론 발전기 출력과 함께 점차 고용량, 대형화하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 비단 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계 원전산업의 일반적인 현상이다. 2019년8월26일 NRC의 최종 설계인증(DC, Design Certification)을 획득한 한국수력원자력(주)의APR1400의 증기터빈 역시 공칭출력이 1,455MW (Net Heat Rate : 2,365 Kcal/Kwh)로 현존하는 증기터빈 중 가장 대용량화된 실증모델이라 할 수 있다. 한 편, 거의 모든 터빈-발전기는 성공적인 운전, 정비 및 수명관리 측면에서 기동, 부하증가, 부하변동 및 정지 각각의 단계별 적절한 절차가 요구된다. 특히, 터빈의 기동단계에서는 적어도 3가지 제한사항 즉, 열응력 및 열변형(Thermal stress & distortion), 진동(Vibration), 차동팽창(Rotor & shell diff.erential expansion) 혹은 그 이상을 권고하고 있다. 이에 본 고를 통해 APR1400형의 최초 실증 모델인 신고리3,4호기 증기터빈에 대한 시운전 경험을 근간으로, 특히 저부하 영역에서 장시간의 시험가동이 불가피한 터빈기동 단계에서의 열응력(Bore stress)을 고려한 2단 습분제거/재열기의 저부하 운전방식을 개선하여 국내 원전운영 품질을 제고한 사례를 소개하므로 향후 후속 발전소의 동일 또는 유사 설계의 증기터빈 운전에 유효한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

        딥러닝 기반 생성모델을 이용한 디자인 교육 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to have students majoring in design at a four-year university participate in an image generation process that utilizes a deep learning-based generative model, and to grasp the effects of design education. Then is to measure the degree of design achievement of students, and to propose a design education plan based on the experimental results. The research method is to select the design elements necessary for image generation in order to use the staple diffusion version, set the text description composition standards necessary for input, and then present the artificial intelligence speaker image as a project application example. As for the main results, first, the stable diffusion version had a positive effect on improving the degree of design achievement. Secondly, it was found that design majors showed some effects on creative thinking and ideation, but still fell short of the degree and level of creativity and remained at the level of imitation. As a design education plan for this purpose, the ability to create English explanations with visual image text, the enlightenment of creative ability, the sense of balance that eliminates imitation from an ethical point of view, the ability to judge the similarity of images, and We have to nurture them with the ability to use collaboration tools.

        체외성숙, 수정 및 배양에 있어서 각기 다른 배양조건들이 소 체외수정란의 생산에 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted to establish the optimal conditions for in vitro embryo production using oocytes derived from follicles of slaughter-house ovaries. The ovaries of Hanwoo were obtained from a local slaughter-house. The oocytes were aspirated from visible follicles of 2~7mm in diameter. The recovered oocytes which were completely surrounded by at least 2 layers of cumulus cells and a homogeneous cytoplasmic pigmentation were used. The selected oocytes were washed 3 or 4 times with D-PBS containing 10% bovine calf serum (BCS) and matured in vitor (IVM) in Ham's F-10 supplemented with 10% BCS or 0.01 /ml epidermal growth factor(EGF) at 39 under 5% CO2 in air for 24 hours. They were fertilizqed in vitro (IVF) with fresh sperm separated by Percoll density gradient or swim-up in TALP media. The zygotes were cultrued with or without bovine oviductal epitherial cells(BOEC) in media(HECM-6 supplemented with 11 amino acid and / or TCM-199 supplemented with 10% BCS) for 7 to 10 days. The results obtained were as follow: The cleavage rate and developmental rate to blastocyst after maturation and IVF were not significantly different between Ham's F-10 with EGF(76.0% vs. 44.0%) and BCS(75.9% vs. 43.6%)(P<0.05). The cleavage rate and development rate to blastocyst after fertilizing by swim-up or Percoll method were not signifciantly(P<0.05) different between swim-up (80.2% vs. 29.2%) and Percoll(81.9% vs. 26.5%) (P<0.05). The cleavage rate in TCM 199(80.5) was signficiantly higher than that in HECM-6 (72.0%) (P<0.05). However, developmental rate to blastocyst using TCM 199 following HECM-6 for 3 or 4 days (42.2%) was significantly higher than that in TCM-199 alone(26.7%)(P<0.05). The cleavage rate and development rate of embryos produced in vitro by exchange timing for HECM-6 media were not significantly different between in day 3(78.6% vs. 45.5%) and day 4(75.0% vs. 43.2%)(P<0.05). The cleavage rate and developmental rate to blastocysts according to co-culture system were not significantly different between with (74.2% vs. 41.4%) and without BOEC(73.95 vs. 43.5%) (P<0.05). The number of blastomere in blastocyst stage after co-culture with or without BOEC was not significantly different (106.75.1 and 96.64.0). In conclusion, the most transferable IVP embryos could be produced from Ham's F-10 medium for IVM, Percoll density gradient method for IVF sperm separation and in vitro culture in HECM-6 until day 3 or day 4, and then transferred into TCM-199 until day 9 within adequate embryo density in culture droplets after insemination.

        초음파 유도 난포란 채란에 의한 젖소 및 한우의 체외수정란과 송아지 생산

        The objective of this study was to produce calves by transfer of embryos derived from slaughter house(SHD) and ultrasound-guided ovum pick-up (OPU). At 60 hrs after injection of 400 mg FSH dissolved in 25% polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) by single dose, ultrasound-guided follicular oocyte aspiration was ferformed. Day-7 and day-8 blastocysts produced by in vitro maturation (IVM), fertilization (IVF) and culture(IVC) of the oocytes derived from SHD and OPU were nonsurgically transferred into recipients. The results obtained were as follows. The cleavage rate and the development rate to blastocysts were not significantly (P<0.05) different between the oocytes obtained by SHD (72.9% vs. 34.1%) and OPU (75.9% vs. 38.4%). The oocyte recovery rate from the number of follicles by ultrasound-guided aspiration were not significantly (P<0.05) different between Holstein (61.7%) and Hanwoo (60.1%), but the rate of oocytes useful for IVF was significantly (P<0.05) higher in Hanwoo (69.3%) than Holstein (59.6%). The cleavage rate and the development rate to blastocysts was not significantly (P<0.05) different between Holstein (74.9% vs. 39.2%) and recipients on day 8 of estrus cycle resulted in 13 pregnancies (34.2%). One of them was sacrificed during gestation period due to mastitis and another was aborted spontaneous. The resulting 14 calves were morphologically normal at birth. Seventy eight fresh OPU-IVF embryos were transferred into 21 recipients on day 8 of estrus cycles, resulting in pregnancy of 12 recipients (41.4%). Two of them were sacrificed during gestation period due to mastitis and the other two were aborted. Nevertheless, the 11 OPU-calves have been born normally.

      • TOC 배출허용기준 도입 대비 맞춤형 하이브리드 공정 기술 개발

        용존 유기물 제거를 위한 전기화학적 제거용 불용성 산화전극을 저비용 제조 공정 개발하고 활용성능 및 내구성을 테스트한다. MBR 유출수의 화학 분석을 통한 잔존 물질 TOC 처리방안을 제시하고 제안된 세정 프로토콜을 통한 막오염 최소화 정량화한다. 최소화된 막오염으로 인한 약품사용 및 전력 사용 감소를 확인한다. MBR, 전기분해공정 두가지 공법을 접목시켜 실공정 적용으로 다양한 조건 변화에 따른 운전효율 변화 인자를 도출하고 변화된 인자를 고려하여 최적화된 운전 방안을 제시하며 개발 이후 당사의 주력상품으로 성장시키는 것과 도입 예정인 폐수배출시설 TOC 배출허용기준을 만족시켜 폐수 속 TOC의 관리가 적절하게 이루어지게 하는 것이 최종 목표이다. -용존 유기물 제거를 위한 전기화학적 제거를 위한 불용성 산화전극 제조 공정 개발 -개발 불용성 산화전극을 활용한 성능 및 내구성 테스트 -성능 및 내구성 테스트 결과를 통한 설계자료 도출 -막오염이 최소화 된 MBR 세정 프로토콜 개발 -총유기탄소 제거를 위한 MBR 및 전기분해 공정의 맞춤형 개발
