아메드 밸브 삽입술 후 장치의 노출에 대해 보존 대퇴근막 이식으로 치료한 1예

We report one case of implant plate exposure after Ahmed valve implantation, treated with preserved fascia lata transplantation. Exposure of implant occurred in 47-year-old patient with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation. She was treated with preserved fascia lata graft and amniotic membrane transplantation. No recurrent implant plate exposure has been found since then. Intraocular pressure has been maintained well for 3 months of follow-up. In cases of implant plate exposure, additional preserved fascia lata graft and amniotic membrane transplantation can improve surgical success.

노인근로자 고용형태의 차별경험이 우울에 미치는 영향

This study is analyze the effect of ageism experiences of the elderly working on depression, focusing on employment types. As a research method, the data of the response to 3,773 current working senior in 2020 Senior Survey Panel. SPSS 28.0 was used, and frequency analysis and technical statistics, independent sample t-test, correlation coefficient analysis, and linear regression analysis were conducted. As for the contents, first, the experience of ageism and depression according to the type of elderly workers were statistically significant. Second, it was found that the effect of ageism experience according to the type of elderly workers on depression had a significant effect on both. Accordingly, the effect of ageism experiences of elderly workers on depression according to employment type was verified. The conclusion are that the experience of ageism between regular and non-regular workers has a significant impact on depression. The suggestion are that should be supports the working environment and system for elderly workers to prevent ageism and reduce depression and also multilateral approach to non-regular elderly workers, public-private cooperation will be needed to stable jobs.

맥락막신생혈관을 동반한 시신경유두 드루젠에서 항혈관내피세포성장인자주입술

Purpose: To describe a patient with optic nerve head drusen who showed improved retinal hemorrhage and visual acuity following intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (bevacizumab) injection. Case summary: A 53-year-old woman with no underlying disease presented with sudden vision loss in her left eye. Her best-corrected visual acuity was 1.0 in the right eye and 0.8 in the left eye; the intraocular pressure was 15 mmHg in both eyes. Anterior segment examination revealed no abnormal findings. Fundus examination showed subretinal hemorrhage and serous retinal detachment in the left eye. Fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green fundus examination revealed hyperfluorescence near the optic disc. The patient was diagnosed with choroidal neovascularization of the left eye secondary to optic nerve head drusen; intravitreal bevacizumab injection was then performed. Three weeks later, the patient showed improved retinal hemorrhage. Conclusions: Intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injection may be an effective treatment for choroidal neovascularization associated with optic nerve head drusen. 목적: 시신경유두 드루젠과 이에 동반된 맥락막신생혈관에서 유리체강 내 항혈관내피세포성장인자(베바시주맙)주입술 시행 후 망막출혈의 감소 및 시력호전을 보인 증례를 경험하여 이를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 기저질환이 없는 53세 여자가 갑작스럽게 발생한 좌안의 시력저하를 주소로 내원하였다. 최대교정시력 우안 1.0, 좌안 0.8, 안압은 양안 15 mmHg로 측정되었고 세극등검사상 전안부에서 특이 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 안저검사상 좌안에 망막하출혈 및 장액성 망막박리 소견이 관찰되었으며, 형광안저혈관조영 및 인도시아닌그린 형광안저혈관조영검사상 시신경유두 근처 부위에서 과형광부위를 확인하였다. 양안의 시신경유두 드루젠과 좌안에 동반된 맥락막신생혈관 진단하에 유리체강 내 베바시주맙주입술을 시행하였고 3주 후 망막출혈은 호전되는 경과를 보였다. 결론: 시신경유두 드루젠에서 동반된 맥락막신생혈관에서 유리체강 내 항혈관내피세포성장인자 주입술이 효과적인 치료로 고려될 수 있음을 보고하는 바이다.

김수영 시의 문학사교육적 설계 - 1960년대 시를 중심으로

문학사교육은 작품에 반영된 시대 상황을 이해하는 공시적(共時的) 측면과 해당 갈래의 계보가 전승되고 발전되는 과정을 학습하는 통시적(通時 的) 측면에서 이루어질 수 있다. 김수영은 시대에 대한 예민한 반응을 실험적 언어 형식으로 드러냈다는 점에서 우리 현대시사(史)에서 특별한 위치를 점하고 있다. 자신이 처한 현실의 상황을 시의 내용에 담아낸 그의 시작(詩作) 태도는 예술과 현실을 분리하여 지순한 감정을 전달하였던 당대 전통 서정시인과는 구분된다. 나아가 시 형식을 통해 현실에 대응하며 작동하는 내면의 의식을 드러내고자 한 시작(詩作) 방법에서는 선행하는 작품을 창조적으로 계승한 흔적을 찾을 수 있다. 이러한 김수영 시의 내용적, 형식적 특징은 두 측면으로 구성될 수 있는 문학사 교육 목표에 부합한다. 이 연구는 김수영 시가 가진 문학사적 가치를 시의 내용과 형식의 측면에서 밝힌다. 또한 공시적, 통시적으로 구성될 수 있는 문학사교육에 김수영 시가 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. Literary historical education can be conducted synchronically by understanding the contemporary situation reflected in works of literature and diachronically by learning the process of transmission and develop- ment of preceding works from the same genre. Kim Soo-young holds a special position in modern poetry history in that he expressed his sensitive response to the times in an experi- mental poetic form. His attitude toward writing poetry, which includes his contemporary situation, is distinct from that of traditional lyric poets of the time, who conveyed pure emotions by separating art and reality. Furthermore, in the form of poetry that attempts to reveal the inner con- sciousness that operates in response to reality, it can be seen that there is a similarity to preceding works. The content and formal characteristics of Kim Soo-young’s poetry fit the goals of literary history education which can be divided into two aspects. This study reveals the literary historical value of Kim Soo-young’s po- etry in terms of its content and form. In addition, it proposes a method for utilizing Kim Soo-young’s poetry in literary history education that can be structured both synchronically and diachronically.

기업 본사 이전이 지역의 순인구이동에 미치는 영향

The concentration of population in metropolitan areas is a long-standing problem. The outflowof young people from the region is intensifying, and the declining birth rate is causing concernsabout the sustainability of regions outside the metropolitan area. The government is trying toresolve regional imbalances based on firm relocation policies, including public institutions. Thisstudy uses data from Korea national statistical office’s ‘The survey of Business Activities’ toexamine the impact of regional relocation of firm headquarters on net population migration from2006 to 2021. The results show that firm headquarters relocation has a short-term netpopulation inflow effect. However, the effect decreases in the long run. In particular, the positiveeffect is centered on the youth population aged 20-39 and the middle-aged population aged40-59. The effects of settlement conditions such as housing, education, and culture are alsoconfirmed. These findings suggest that discussing regional differences in education and culture inaddition to firm relocation support strategies is important.

한국 외국인직접투자 기업의 수출입에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 한국에 진출한 외국인직접투자 기업의 수출입을 대상으로 무역구조를 파악하고, 그 결정요인을 분석하는데 있다. 기존 연구가 외국인직접투자금액과 수출입 간의 관계를 분석하는데서 나아가 본 연구는 수출입을 기업내무역과 관계회사 외 무역으로 구분하고, 기업 고유의 특성이 수출입의 확대에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴본다. 2006-2020년을 기간으로 통계청 기업활동조사자료를 바탕으로 분석한 결과, 외국인직접투자 기업의 기업내무역 의존도가 낮아지고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 기업특성의 영향을 PPML방법을 이용해 실증분석한 결과 현지매출과 현지화(한국내구입액)가 수출입의 증감에 주요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to understand the trade structure and analyze the determinants of the import and export of inward foreign direct investment firms operating in Korea. This study divides import and exports into intra-firm trade and other trade, and examines how firm-specific characteristics affect the expansion of imports and exports. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the dependece of IFDI firms on intra-trade is decreasing. the empirical analysis results show that local sales and localization play a major role in the increse or decrease in export and import.

통계적 예측모형을 활용한 경륜 경기 순위 분석

최근 경륜은 2015년도 기준, 5백만 명 이상의 많은 사람들이 참여하고 2조를 넘어선 매출을 발생시키는 대중적인 레저스포츠로서 자리 잡고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 통계적 분석기법을 사용하여 경륜경기의 순위를 예측하고, 순위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수들을 파악하는 데에 있다. 다양한 Classification 방법과 Regression 방법들을 적용하여 순위예측모형을 만들고 비교분석하였다. 대부분의 모형에서 공통적으로 선택된 변수들을 살펴보면, 등급이 강급될수록, 종합득점이 높을수록 순위가 높아지며 반대로 등급이 승급될수록, 번호 4번을 부여받을수록 그리고 최근성적의 순위가 낮을수록 순위가 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 선수의 실력과 관련된 연속형 변수들을 각 경기별로 평균값을 빼서 보정한 자료와 원자료를 사용하여 모형을 적합시킨 결과 모든 모형에서 보정된 자료를 사용하였을 때 더 낮은 오분류율을 보였다. 마지막으로 분석에 사용하지 않은 최근 한 달 경기결과를 예측해서 베팅했을 때 모든 경우에 예측률은 높았지만 큰 이익을 거두지 못했는데 그 이유는 낮은 배당률을 가진 경기의 결과만을 잘 예측했기 때문이다.

김수영 시작(詩作)의 음악성 연구 -T.S. 엘리엇의 영향을 바탕으로-

김수영은 「시여, 침을 뱉어라」에서 T.S.엘리엇의 「시의 음악」을 수용하였음을밝힌다. 엘리엇은 「시의 음악」에서 의식의 변경(邊境)을 표현하기 위해 시에 음악을 활용할 수 있음을 설명한다. 언어적 작용으로 시인의 의식을 구현하고자 한김수영의 시작(詩作) 전략은 엘리엇의 시론을 수용하며 명징해지며, 이는 「꽃잎」과 「풀」 등의 작품에서 확인할 수 있다. 이에 이 논문은 김수영 시작의 음악성 원리를 분석하고 시 해석의 방법을 제시한다. 또한 이 원리를 토대로 「꽃잎」연작시와 「풀」의 의미적 연결망을 해명한다. 시의 음악성은 시어의 반복이 형성한 리듬과 어구가 배열된 구조를 통해 발현된다. 그리고 이는 언어의 의미로는 전달할 수 없는 시인의 의식과 정서의 운동성을 그린다. 「꽃잎」연작시는 자신을 죽이고 타자로 이행하는 존재와 이를 관찰하는 시적 주체의 의식적 작용을 그려내며, 이 과정은 이후의 「풀」로 연결된다. 그리고 두 작품에서 종결되지 않는 존재의 움직임과 주체 의식의 작용은 음악성으로 구현된다. Kim Soo-young mentioned in “Poetry, Spit” that he was influenced byT. S. Eliot's “The Music of Poetry.” Eliot explains in "The Music ofPoetry" that music can be used in poetry to express the change inconsciousness. Kim Soo-young's strategy of writing poetry, which seeksto embody the poet's consciousness through verbal action, becomesclearer as he accepts Eliot's theory of poetry, as can be confirmed inworks such as “Petals” and “Grass.” Therefore, this thesis analyzes themusicality principle of Kim Soo-young's poetry and suggests a method ofinterpreting poetry. Subsequently, based on this principle, the semanticnetwork between a series of poems, i.e., “Petal” and “Grass,” isexplained. The musicality of poetry is expressed through the rhythmformed by the repetition of poetic words and the structure in whichphrases are arranged. This depicts the movement of the poet'sconsciousness and emotions, which cannot be conveyed through themeaning of words. The “Petal” series depicts a poetic subject observingobjects in addition to a being that kills itself and transitions into another. This process is related to “Grass.” In both works, the unending movementof the being and the action of the subject's consciousness are verbalizedthrough musicality.

화장품 소재 탐색을 위한 대나무 증류 추출물의 항균, 항진균 및 항산화 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the utility of a bamboo-distilled extract as a cosmetics ingredient by studying the extract’s antimicrobial, antifungal and antioxidative properties. Results indicated that when the cell viability was less than 3.0% in the MTT assay of Normal Human Dermal Fibroblasts and Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes, there was no toxicity, suggesting that the extract met established safety standards. The antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhymurium was 0.625% at a minimum inhibitory concentration. Staphylococcus aureus had a minimum lethal concentration of 2.5%, and Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhymurium had a minimum lethal concentration of 5%. At a concentration of 25%, the clear zone of M. Canis was 10mm, and T. rubrum, T. Schoenleinii and M. ferrugineum had a clear zone of 7mm. At a concentration of 50%, M. Canis, T. Rubrum, T. Schoenleinii and M. Ferrugineum had a clear zone of 16mm. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity was 3%, indicating the extract had an antioxidant effect. These findings suggest that the tested bamboo-distilled extract is applicable as a natural material in beauty products based on its high level of antimicrobial, antifungal and antioxidative activities.

The effects of Korean red ginseng on microvascular complications in type 2 diabetes patients
