        질병의 증상을 보이는 해수 양식 어류에서 분리한 비브리오속 세균

        본 연구에서는 2002년에서 2004년간 우리 나라 해수 어류 양식장에서 분리되는 세균 중 비브리오 속에 속하는 세균의 종 조성을 조사하였다. 질병의 증상을 보이는 어류로부터 166개의 비브리오속 세균 균주를 수집하였으며, 이들 균주는 넙치 (133 균주), 조피볼락 (8 균주), 참돔 (6 균주), 대하 (5 균주), 감성돔 (4 균주), 전복 (3 균주) 및 기타 해수 어류 (7 균주) 등에서 분리한 균주를 대상으로 하였다. 모든 분리 균주에 대하여 각종 생화학적 성상을 조사하고 그 특성에 따라 분리 균주를 구분하였다. 각 생화화적 성상 group에서 대표 균주를 선정하여 16S rRNA 및 16S-23S rRNA 유전자 서열을 분석하고 이들 결과를 종합하여 분리 균주을 동정하였다. 그 결과 14종 이상의 비브리오 종으로 동정할 수 있었으며, 그 종 조성은 V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) 및 Vibrio spp. (24 strains) 등이었다. A bacteriological survey in maricultured fish farms was conducted in Korea from 2002 to 2004. A total number of 166 Vibrio isolates were collected from diseased fishes, including olive flounder (133 isolates), black rock fish (8 isolates), red sea bream (6 isolates), shrimp (5 isolates), black sea bream (4 isolates), abalone (3 isolates) and other fishes (7 isolates). All isolates were phenotypically characterized and then groups were obtained using the traditional biochemical test. Representative isolates of each group were genotypically characterized with sequencing the 16S rRNA genes or 16S-23S intergenic space genes. Above 14 species of Vibrio were identified as V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) and others Vibrio sp. (24 strains) by combining of biochemial and genetic characteristics.

        새수학 운동가 Zoltan P. Dienes의 생애 및 연구 업적

        Dienes는 새수학 운동가로서, 수학의 구조를 어린 학생들에게 가르치고자 부단히 노력한 연구가이며, 실천가이다. 국내에서는 그의 수학교육 이론이 부분적으로 알려져 있지만, 그것은 50여 년 간 Dienes가 남긴 연구 업적의 일부에 불과하다. 이 연구에서는 약 90여 년 간의 그의 긴 일생과 약 50 여 년간의 연구 일생을 돌아보고, 그것이 오늘날의 수학교육에 주는 의미를 되새겨 보고자 한다. 먼저 그의 일생은 그의 회고록과 기타 연구 논문에 언급된 내용을 바탕으로 크게 다섯 부분으로 구분하여 정리하였다. 그의 연구 업적은 Dienes가 연구 전성기에 관심을 가졌던 분야로 꼽은 수학학습심리 이론, 교육과정개발, 교사교육, 그가 개발한 교구와 게임등의 주제를 바탕으로 정리하였다. 이러한 고찰을 통해 그의 학문적 성향과 연구 내용이 그의 인간적 삶의 배경과 역사와 무관하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. Zoltan, P. Dienes is a famous researcher and practitioner who has tried to teach mathematical structures to children for about 50 years. Even though his ideas of teaching mathematics and materials including MAB have been well known in Korea, they are only a part of his achievement he has developed for his whole life. So this article is designed for taking an overview of his whole life and achievement and getting some implications for today's mathematics education. In this article, his life story could be divided by five periods in terms of a scholastic career and his research achievement could be reorganized with respect to five theses: psychology of learning mathematics, mathematical curriculum, teacher education, games and material for mathematical learning. As a result, it is found that there is a deep connection between his personal life and his scholastic career.

      • 비후성 유문협착증에 대한 유문근 절개술에서 개복 술식과 복강경 술식의 비교

        Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (HPS) is the most common infantile surgical condition and the standard treatment is open pyloromyotomy. Recently, laparoscopic techniques have rapidly advanced, and the laparoscopic approach has become widely adopted by pediatric surgeons. The aim of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes between open and laparoscopic pyloromyotomy. We retrospectively evaluated outcomes of pyloromyotomy for HPS by the open (OP) and the laparoscopic (LP) method. The procedures were performed at the Samsung Medical Center between September 2001 and March 2009. We analyzed patient age, sex, birth weight, length of hospital stay, postoperative length of stay (LOS), operating time, time to feeding commencement, postoperative vomiting frequency, the time to full feeding without vomiting, and surgical complications. A total of 54 patients were included in the study. There were 26 OP and 28 LP patients. There was no statistically significant difference in age, sex, birth weight, operating time, postoperative emesis. In contrast, postoperative LOS in the LP group was statistically significantly shorter than that in the OP group (2.0 vs. 3.3 days, p=0.0003) and time to full feeding was significantly shorter following LP. (p=0.018) There were no wound complications. Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy significantly reduced postoperative LOS and time to full feeding compared to open pyloromyotomy.

        국보『겐지모노가타리 에마키(源氏物語??)』 독자적인 장면(場面)에 관한 일고찰(一考察)

        本稿は、國寶『源氏物語繪卷』中、柏木グル一プと早蕨グル一プの場面を取り上げ、後代に繼承されていない獨自的な場面を中心にして考察したものである。 從來の『源氏物語繪卷』の場面選擇の硏究が、主に物語內容と比較し、場面選擇の構成論理に重点を置いたとすれば、ここでは、中世·近世源氏繪の場面選擇の現況を知る資料として源氏繪詞の作品群と現存する源氏繪等を取り上げ、これらの作品との比較を通して、本作品の場面の特性と繪畵化の方法を探ってみようとした。 その結果、源氏繪詞の作品群と現存する源氏繪で採擇した類型化の場面は、主に男女主人公の戀愛場面、儀禮·宴會場面であったのに對して、國寶『源氏物語繪卷』の獨自的場面の場合、人物の內面や人事がよく表出する場面が採擇され、物語の主題を表現する場面構成になっていたことが確認された。特に、本作品で、主人公だけではなく、多樣に登場する人物群像は、畵面の中で單純に周邊人物として存在するのではなく、繪畵的技法により多樣なメッセ一ジとして用いられる媒體であったのである。 このように、本作品の作品性を構成する重要な樺として、獨自的な場面選擇、多彩な人物群像を繪畵化した畵面が存在したといえよう。 This manuscript considered the independent scenes that are not succeeded to the posterity centered on the picture scenes of the Kasiwagi Group and the Sawarabi Group of "National Treasure: Genjimonogatari-emaki". If it can be said that the previous, precedent researches mainly emphasized the organizational logic of the selection of the picture scenes by comparing with the summary of a work of art, in this manuscript, it was intended to re-illuminate the special characteristics and the method of the pictorialization of the scenes in this work of art by adopting the group of the Genji-ekotoba works of art and the future generation Genji-e. As a result, differently from the fact that the previous, typed scenes that were adopted in the Genji-ekotoba group of the works of art and the future-generation Genji-e works of art mainly dealt with the dating scenes or the formality and banquet scenes of the male and female protagonists, in the case of the independent scenes of "National Treasure: Genjimonogatari-emaki", we can find out that the pictorialization has been done with the scene organization that expresses the subject of Monogatari-e by adopting the scenes which express the inner side feelings between the persons and the human affairs well. Especially, the large group of people who diversely appear in these works of art had been used as the media who have a good command of the diverse messages through the pictorial techniques and not simply as the surrounding people with in the screen. As such, it can be said that, as an important framework that organizes the quality of the work of these work of art, a picture screen which independently selected the scenes and pictorialized the multifarious, large group of people had existed.

        양식 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus에서 분리한 viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV)의 항원성 분석

        우리나라 양식 넙치에서 분리한 VHSV (KR``01-1)의 glycoprotein 아미노산 배열을 기초로 단백질 전환 구조상 유연성, 친수성 및 항원성이 높고, 표면에 노출되어 있을 가능성 (surface probability)이 높다고 분석되는 3개의 peptide (Gp1, Gp2, Gp3)를 선정하였다. 정제한 바이러스 입자 및 3개의 합성 peptide에 대한 polyclonal 항체를 제작하여 항원성 분석을 실시한 결과, 합성 peptide로 제작한 모든 항혈청은 Western blotting 결과 VHSV의 구조단백질과 특이적으로 결합하는 나타났으며, 이 가운데 Gp1 및 Gp2 합성 peptide에 대한 항혈청은 양식 넙치에서 분리한 VHSV를 중화시키는 것으로 나타나, peptide-based antigen의 이용 가능성을 제시하였다. The amino acid sequence of glycoprotein of Korean VHSV isolate (KR``01-1) was analyzed using the DNAStar Protean system. Based on the flexibility, hydrophilicity, antigenic index and surface probability, three regions (Gp1, Gp2 and Gp3) were selected as potential antigenic determinants. Three oligopeptides containing the amino acid sequences of the three regions were synthesized and polyclonal antibodies were raised against them. The activities of the antibodies were analyzed by Western blotting and virus neutralization test. The results showed that antibodies raised against oligopeptides Gp1 and Gp2 neutralized the infectivity of VHSV, suggesting that they can be possible candidates for subunit vaccines against VHS diseases in olive flounder.

        국내·외 복합 상업시설 사례에서 나타나는 확장 방식 연구

        In Multi commercial complexes, an aspect of “extension” is important because natural demands for distinctive characteristics were “openness” and “extension”. From general point of views, commercial space must provide openness. Therefore, commercial Multi-Complexes as a representative of all commercial facilities must bring openness. So, extension, the main subject of compound activity was not each element, it was rather a “common space” that acted as a medium. Common space, unlikely to space for exclusive use, its use was not pre-determined for functions, and possibilities for compound activity; expansion was actually decided by external factors. From this, this study explained how complex commercial facilities formed “extension” by identifying the progression of “compound activity”, the most distinctive feature of complex commercial facilities, process of compound activity through the elements of function, space, and traffic line, and forming “extension” based on “common space utilization”. From this study, we also investigated on the method of extension by identifying a relation between traits of common space extension and other areas. And common space utilization was concluded as a method with the most influential effect. This study that suggested extension methods and its reflection of flexibility through common space utilization brings meaningfulness since it provided an essential, refreshing view on complex commercial facilities.

      • 비장착 나셀의 역추력기 형상에 대한 3차원 Euler 유동해석

        An Euler-based CFD tool has been developed for the performance evaluation of a thrust reverser mounted on a high bypass ratio turbofan engine. The computational domain surrounded by the ground and non-reflection boundary includes the whole nacelle configuration with a deployed thrust reverser. The numerical algorithm is based on the modified Godunovs scheme to allow the second order accuracy in both space and time. The grid system is generated by using eleven multi-blocks, of which the total cell number is 148,400. The thrust reverser is modeled as if it locates at the nacelle simply in all circumferential direction. The existence of a fan and an OGV(Outiet Guide Vane) is simulated by adopting the actuator disk concept, in which predetermined radial distributions of stagnation pressure ratio and adiabatic efficiency coefficient are used for the rotor type disk, and stagnation pressure losses and flow outlet angles for the stator type disk. All boundary conditions including the fan and OGV simulation are treated by Riemann solver.<br/> The developed solver is applied to a turbofan engine with a bypass ratio of about 5.7 and the diameter of the fan cowl of 83 inch. The computational results show that the Euler-based inviscid method is very useful and economical to evaluate the performance of thrust reversers.
