기존의 2차원 설계법을 이용하여 3차원 압출성형 HID 경면 반사판형상 설계에 적용할 수 있는 3차원 설계법을 개발하였다. 이 설계법을 적용하여 터널용 HID 조명기구의 반사판 형상을 설계하고 그 성능을 예측하였다. Using pervious two-dimensional reflector design method, the three-dimensional reflector design method is developed for extrusion molding HID specular reflector optical design, Using this method, a HID reflector for tunnel was developed and estimated its performance.

The current American Concrete Institute(ACI), Canadian Standard Associate(CSA) and CEB-FIP Model Code 2010 provisions on the shear strength of a simply supported deep beam suggest that deep beams should be designed using the strut-and-tie model. Although this is a useful methodology to design members in disturbed regions, the quality of the design is highly dependent on the truss model that designers create. However, Hong et al. derived the shear strength equations of reinforced concrete deep beams. This thesis investigates the validity of the current ACI, CSA and CEB-FIP code provisions on the shear strength of simply supported reinforced concrete deep beams by comparing them with the shear strength equations proposed by Hong et al. The comparison shows that all of these code provisions provide reasonable estimates on the shear strength of concrete deep beam members and the selection of an internal truss model plays an important role on the estimation of shear strength.

Objective : To determine the association between occupational stress and disordered eating problem in Korean female employees. Methods : We studied 1,452 female employees who attended mental health screenings. Using the Korean Occupational Stress Scale-Short Form (KOSS-SF) and 26-item Korean version of Eating Attitude Test, occupational stress and disordered eating problem were evaluated, respectively. Sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of those with disordered eating problem were examined. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to determine which subscale of KOSS-SF was associated with disordered eating problem. Results : Disordered eating problem was associated with interpersonal conflict [odds ratio (OR) 1.882, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.138-3.112] among various kinds of job stresses. Lack of reward (OR 7.164, 95% CI 1.139-45.043) and insufficient job control (OR 1.953, 95% CI 1.119-3.411) were associated with disordered eating problem in the underweight and normal weight group, respectively. Conclusion : There is an association between occupational stress and disordered eating problem among Korean female employees.
미세구조 제어를 통한 (Nd,Dy)-Fe-B 소결자석의 보자력 증가

Sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets are widely used in many fields such as motors, generators, actuators, microwaves and so on due to their excellent magnetic properties. Many researchers have shown that the Nd-rich phase was essentially important for high magnet properties. In this study, we focused on controlling of the Nd-rich phase to enhance magnetic properties by the cyclic sintering process. Nd-Fe-B based sintered magnets were prepared by isothermal sintering and cyclic sintering processes. Magnetic properties and microstructure of the magnets were investigated. The coercivity was enhanced from 21.2 kOe to 23.27 kOe after 10 cycles of the sintering. The Nd-rich phase was effectively penetrated into the grain boundary between the $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$ grains by the cyclic sintering.


능이버섯(Sarcodon aspratus)으로부터 분리한 diketopiperazine계 화합물의 화학구조 및 항산화활성

능이버섯(Sarcodon aspratus) 자실체의 MeOH 추출물을 n-hexane, EtOAc, n-BuOH 및 물로 추출하였다. 이 중 프리라디칼 소거활성을 나타내는 EtOAc 분획을 silica gel 및 Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograpy를 실시한 후 $C_{18}$ HPLC를 통해 프리라디칼 소거활성을 나타내는 3종의 항산화 활성물질 Sa-1, Sa-2 및 Sa-3를 분리하였다. 각 화합물의 구조를 NMR 및 MS 등의 스펙트럼 데이터를 분석하여, diketopiperazine계 화합물들인 cyclo(prolyl-valyl), cyclo(prolyl-leucyl) 및 cyclo(prolyl-isoleucyl)로 동정하였다. 이 화합물들은 능이버섯으로부터 최초로 분리되었으며, 이들의 항산화 활성을 측정한 결과 DPPH radical 소거활성$(EC_{50}\;0.15{\sim}0.18\;mM)$ 및 superoxide radical 소거활성$(EC_{50}\;0.21{\sim}0.24\;mM)$을 나타내었다. Three antioxidants, Sa-1, Sa-2 and Sa-3, were isolated from the MeOH extract of the mushroom Sarcodon aspratus through EtOAc extraction, silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and $C_{18}$ HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined mainly by NMR and mass spectroscopic data analyses. Sa-1, Sa-2 and Sa-3 were identified as diketopiperazines, and their structures were determined to be cyclo(prolyl-valyl), cyclo(prolyl-leucyl) and cyclo(prolyl-isoleucyl), respectively. This is the first time that these compounds were isolated from this mushroom. They showed antioxidant activity by scavenging DPPH radical $(EC_{50}\;0.15{\sim}0.18\;mM)$ and superoxide radical $(EC_{50}\;0.21{\sim}0.24\;mM)$.

기관지내 평활근종은 기관지의 폐쇄정도에 따라 호흡곤란, 기침, 천명 등의 다양한 증세를 동반하며 그 증상이나 폐쇄정도가 경미할 경우 흉부 X-선 검사에서는 이상소견이 관찰되지 않을수도 있다. 따라서 폐렴이나 천식 등의 치료를 하다가 뒤늦게 발견되는 경우가 있는데 이 경우 반복적인 폐쇄성 폐렴과 폐농양, 기관지 확장증 등의 비가역적인 폐손상이 유발되며, 이는 전폐 절제술 등의 치료를 요하기도 한다. 따라서 무엇보다도 기관지내 평활근종의 치료 목표는, 증상에 따른 기관지내 병변의 의심과 기관지경에 의한 정확한 조기 진단과 보존적 수술, 내시경적 치료에 의해 비가역적인 폐손상을 방지하고 폐기능을 최대한 유지하는 것이다. 본 증례는 항생제 치료에 반응하지 않는 지속적인 폐렴으로 전원되어 온 환자에서 기관지경시행 후 기관지내 평활근종을 진단한 경우로, 이와 같은 경우 기관지내 병변의 가능성에 대해 반드시 고려하고 조기에 기관지경을 시행하여 정확한 진단을 하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 하겠다.

This is a boundary integral formulation for elastic shallow shell structures subjected to both membrane and bending loads. Fundamental solutions for shell actions are determined from the plate solutions and, finally the corresponding kernel functions for shell BIEs can be constructed. It is illustrated by solving an example of uniform load of spherical cap.

The role of protein phosphorylation in UV induced apoptosis in cultured human preerythrocyte leukemia cells was examined. It showed that the UV induced cell death is occurred by apoptosis. Cells with apoptotic body were observed by UV treatment. In addition to the morphological changes, UV treatment caused a rapid increase of cyto-plasmic Ca++ concentration followed by DNA fragmentation. The increased digestion of DNA in apoptosis process is believed to be the results of increased nuclear endonuclease of which the activity is regulated by the protein phosphorylation.

특이응력해석을 위한 일반화된 가역상반일 경계적분식이 섬유강화복합재를 모형화한 직교 이방성 크랙평판의 수치해를 위하여 발전시켰다. 이 적분방정식은 평판경계에서의 탄성변위와 트랙션의 변수로 구성된 경계적분식의 형태로 하중이 없다는 두 크랙면의 경계조건과 유한의 탄성변형에너지의 개념에서 경계적분식에 필요한 특성해를 규정하고 대응되는 보조해를 계산하였다. 대칭모우드 I형의 중앙원공크랙평판 및 복합모우드형의 반원편측크랙 일단고정평판의 응력확대계수가 임의의 섬유방향각에 따라서 계산되었다.
