        광역두만지역(GTR) 내 새로운 복합물류체계 개발 및 기대효과: 러시아 극동지역을 중심으로

        수에즈 운하 사건, 코로나-19(COVID-19) 대유행, 우크라이나 사태의 여파로 광역두만지역(Great Tumen Region, GTR)과 동북아시아 지역을 포함한 글로벌 가치사슬(Global Value Chain, GVC) 에 큰 변화가 발생했다. 예상치 못한 사건들이 글로벌 물류 네트워크에 위협을 가하면서 리쇼어링(Reshoring) 현상이 강화되고 있다. 물류기업들은 글로벌 공급망 불안정에 대응하여 JIT(Just In Time) 전략에서 JIC(Just In Case) 전략, 즉 재고를 최소화하는 적시생산 전략에서 재고를 비축하는 전략으로 전환하고 있다. 또한 기업들은 안정적인 공급망 확보를 위해 기존 물류 경로 외에 다른대안을 찾고 있으며, 이는 러시아 극동지역을 포함한 광역두만강지역도 마찬가지이다. 러시아, 중국, 북한, 한국, 일본 등 동북아국가들의 복잡한 지정학적, 지리경제적 이해관계가 얽혀 있는 지역이다. ‘리쇼어링’이라는 세계적 추세에서 도출된 외부 과제는 ‘내부’ 특정 위험과 복합되어 지역에 누적된부정적 영향을 초래한다. 따라서 현재 물류 네트워크의 단점을 보완하고 이러한 위험을 변화의 원동력으로 삼을 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 물류 네트워크의 문제점을 파악하여 러시아 지역에 초점이 맞춰진 새로운 복합 물류 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 새로운 복합물류시스템의 기대효과를 정성적으로 분석하고, 한국과러시아가 협력할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문은 지정학적 리스크를 제외하고, 경제협력관점에서 협력 필요성과 기대효과를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. In the aftermath of the Suez Canal incident, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Ukraine crisis, significant changes have occurred in the global value chains, including the Great Tumen Region (GTR) and NEA northern regions. As unexpected events pose risks to the global logistics network, the world is strengthening its self-sufficiency or reshoring phenomenon. In response to global supply chain instability, logistics companies are changing from JIT (Just In Time) to JIC (Just In Case). In other words, it is changing from a just-in-time production strategy that minimizes inventory to a strategy that stocks up inventory. Companies are looking for alternatives other than traditional logistics routes to secure a stable supply chain. GTR, including the Far East of Russia, is no exception. Furthermore, it is a region where the NEA countries’ complex geopolitical and geoeconomic interests, such as Russia, China, North Korea, South Korea, and Japan, are intertwined. External challenges derived from global trends compound with the ‘inside’ specific risks, resulting in a cumulative negative effect on the region. Therefore, it is necessary to compensate for the current logistics network’s shortcomings and consider these risks as a driving force for change. In this paper, we propose a new complex logistics system by identifying the problems of the existing logistics network. In addition, we want to identify risk factors that can be resolved by forming a new complex logistics system, suggest ways to mitigate or solve risk factors and propose a direction for Korea and Russia to cooperate. This thesis aims to establish an environment for improving inter-Korean relations by establishing regional peace and prosperity through cooperation in developing sub-regional transport and logistics infrastructure from South Korea and Russia’s points of view.

        도플러 초음파검사를 이용한 안면마비 환자의 안면부 경혈의 혈류 관찰

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate whether Doppler ultrasound device is applicable for the evaluation of facial palsy patients. Methods : A total of 25 patients participated in the first assessment and 22 of them finished a follow-up assessment one week later. An assessment comprised of a Minimax-Doppler-K device examination on bilateral acupoints ST5, SI19, ST2, and BL1, House-Brackmann grading, and subjective symptom questionnaire. Measurement reliability was assessed and clinically meaningful variations of Doppler measurement values were explored. Results : Doppler ultrasound examination revealed a significant difference of some measurement values between values of the symptom side and the contralateral side, between groups of severe paralysis and moderate paralysis, and between groups of short duration(0-3 weeks) and long duration (3weeks-5 months) by non-parametric analyses (p<0.05). Several re-examination values showed a significant correlation with the first examination values by Spearman’s correlation tests (p<0.05). Conclusions : This study revealed several possibilities for the clinical application of this device. Further validity tests and device improvements for a user’s convenience would be helpful for its practical application.

        프락셔널 레이저(Er:glass) 조사한 무모생쥐에서 교원질의 합성 및 TGF-β1의 발현

        Background: Non-ablative dermal remodeling and ablative skin resurfacing are currently well-established skin treatment modalities. Fractional laser was recently introduced as a new concept for laser skin rejuvenation, and is characterized by creation of a dense pattern of epidermal and dermal microthermal treatment zones (MTZs). However, the precise mechanisms of dermal remodeling by Er:glass fractional laser treatment are largely unknown. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 1,550 nm Er:glass fractional laser treatment on dermal collagen synthesis and expression of TGF-β1, a potent cytokine involved in collagen synthesis. Methods: We treated hairless mice with several power densities (5 W 5 mJ∼20 W 20 mJ), and examined the tissue samples on days 1, 30, and 90 after treatment. We analyzed the penetrating depth of laser treatment by determining dermal response through assessment of type I collagen synthesis and TGF-β1 expression by H&E, Masson-trichrome staining, western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry staining. Results: We observed, through H&E staining, that increasing the pulse energy of fractional laser treatment correlated with increasing depth of MTZ. Also, fractional laser treatment increased type 1 collagen synthesis on days 30 and 90, energy dependently. Immunohistochemical study showed that fractional laser treatment increased expression of type I collagen and TGF-β1, energy dependently, with TGF-β1 expression peaking on day 1. In addition, according to western blot analysis, expressions of TGF-β1 and type I collagen were up-regulated in an energy-dependent manner. Conclusion: Er:glass fractional laser induced dermal remodeling by up-regulation of TGF-β1 and type I collagen synthesis, and may be a promising modality for skin rejuvenation.
