한국형 전자증거개시 (e-Discovery) 쟁점과 적용방안 연구

소송의 핵심증거가 디지털로 생산·처리되고 특히 중요한 정보는 암호화하여 보존하고 있는 요즈음, 이미 전자증거개시 제도를 도입한 세계 여러 나라들의 전자증거개시 모델은 시행착오를 거쳐 각 나라의 실정에 맞게 보완하거나 개정하여 운영하고 있다. 전자증거개시 제도가 정착되지 않은 현재의 국내 소송 환경에서 소송 당사자는 개인·기업·정부가 보유하고 있는 디지털증거를 소송 절차에서 확보하는 것이 어렵다. 반면 영미 권을 비롯한 다수의 국가들이 이미 e-Discovery 제도를 운용하고 있다. 최근 국내도 한국형 e-Discovery 법률이 상정되는 등 논의가 구체화 되고 있으나 이로 인해 발생할 수 있는 부작용에 대한 우려도 제기되고 있다. 특히 기업은 전자증거개시 절차를 통하여 조사를 담당하는 전문 업체나 관련자를 통하여 기업의 기밀정보가 경쟁사에게 유출될 수도 있다는 점을 우려하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 적용방안으로 ① 법원지정 전문가의 자격관리 ② 민감 기밀정보의 일방적 열람거부 ③ 공공 클라우드서버 운영모델 ④ 전자증거개시 협의회(가칭) 운영 등을 통해 한국형 e-Discovery 도입에 따른 쟁점과 그 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

영재자녀를 둔 부모의 양육경험에 대한 내러티브 연구

목적 본 연구는 성인 영재자녀를 둔 부모의 양육경험에 대해 깊이 있게 들여다보고 이해를 돕는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구 참여자의 일상적인 행동과 생각을 구체적 맥락 속에서 파악하고 경험의 의미를 그대로 인정하고 해석할 수 있도록, Clandinin과 Connelly(2000)가 제안한 내러티브 탐구의 절차에 따라 진행하였다. 연구 참여자로는 영재판정을 받은 자녀를 양육한 경험이 있는 부모 중 한 사람으로 선정했다. 면담은 총 3회, 회당 평균 130분간 진행하였고 이를 바탕으로 최종 연구 텍스트가작성되었다. 결과 연구를 통해 도출된 9가지의 주제는 ‘어디에서나 드러나는 자녀의 뛰어난 능력에 대해 인식’, ‘자녀의 난치성 뇌질환의 발견’, ‘자녀의 영재성과 새로운 교육 필요성에 대한 인식’, ‘자녀의 특성을 이해하고 지지해줌’, ‘학교에서 문제아로 보는 선생님과 영재아로보는 선생님의 평가’, ‘소통의 답답함을 느끼는 자녀를 위해 통로를 열어줌’, ‘확신을 가지고 자녀를 믿어줌’, ‘영재의 고유한 특성의어려움’, 그리고 ‘자녀를 한 인격체로 인정하고 자녀의 인생을 존중해주는 것’으로 나타났다. 결론 이를 통해 나타난 영재자녀 양육경험의 의미는 ‘자녀의 특성을 이해하고 수용함’, ‘자녀에게 필요한 지원을 함’, ‘부모의 불안으로 인해 자녀를 통제하거나 간섭하지 않도록 주의하며 자녀를 존중하고 믿음을 가짐’이다. 본 연구는 영재 자녀가 성인기에 이르기까지 양육 과정을 깊이있게 탐색하고 의미를 알아보았다. 이를 바탕으로 다양한 문제에 직면한 영재 부모를 이해하고 그들을 위한 교육과 상담을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

대학생의 상담에 대한 태도

본 연구는 성별, 연령 등의 인구학적 변인과 이전 상담 경험여부가 상담에 대한 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 서울시내 S 대학에 재학 중인 528명의 학생들에게 상담에 대한 태도와 이전 상담 경험, 그리고 인구학적 특성들을 알아보는 설문지에 응답하게 한 후 그 결과를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 상담에 대한 태도는 Fisher 와 Turner(1975)의 상담태도에 관한 질문지로 측정되었다. 그 결과, 인구학적 변인 중 성별, 학년, 소속 학과, 재수 여부, 종교, 그리고 이전 상담 경험이 상담에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 여성이 남성에 비해, 천주교 집단이 다른 종교 집단에 비해 전문가에 대한 신뢰와 상담 욕구 면에서 유의미하게 높게 나타났고, 4학년 집단이 1학년에 비해, 문학부가 다른 학부에 비해 전문가에 대한 신뢰의 측면에서 유의미하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 재수를 하지 않은 집단이 삼수이상 집단에 비해 오점수용에서 더 유연한 것으로 나타났으며, 이전에 상담을 해 본 사람일수록 상담에 대한 태도도 더 긍정적이고, 상담전문가를 더 신뢰하며, 오점 수용에 유연하고, 상담 욕구도 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 이를 통해 얻을 수 있는 논의점과 본 연구의 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제안점을 기술하였다. This study investigated college students' attitude toward counseling according to gender, age, and other demographic variables. Research participants were 528 S college students in Seoul. They filled out the Attitude Toward Seeking Professional Help Scale(Fisher & Turner, 1975) and demographic guestionnaire. To analyze data, correlation analysis and ANOVA were conducted. As results, gender, grade, major failure in previous college entrance exam, religion and previous counseling experience had significant influence on attitude toward counseling. Results indicated that women and catholic groups showed more positive attitude in Confidence and Need of seeking attitude toward counseling than other groups. The college seniors and the departs of literature groups showed more positive tendency in Confidence of seeking attitude toward counseling than others. Students who had not repeated a college entrance exam had more flexible attitude in Stigma. Students with previous counseling experience showed more positive tendency in Need, Stigma, Confidence and the whole attitude toward counseling. Discussions and limitations on this study were described.

초등학교 실과 컴퓨터 관련 단원 개편 방향과 내용에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the revised direction and curriculum content of computer related units in the elementary school Practical Arts. The study was carried out through review of literature on the 5th, 6th, and 7th computer related curriculum(objectives and contents) The findings of this study were as follows; 1) Revised direction is to coincidence with the development of information technology 2) Revised curriculum content is coincidence with the revised direction. In case of 5th grade, 'Managing Computer' unit are composed of 3 sub-units. That is Understanding the computer, Managing the mouse and keyboard, Processing of data. In case of 6th grade, 'Word-processing with Computer' unit are composed of 3 sub-units. That is Making the document, Editing the document, Printing the document.

광귤나무(Citrus aurantium) 열매에서 분리된 쿠마린의 iNOS 억제효과

Citrus fruits have been used as an edible fruit, and also as a traditional medicine, since ancient times. A crude methanol extract of Citrus aurantium was shown to suppress inducible proinflammatory cytokines, but its constituents were not known. In this study, we isolated four furanocoumarins, bergapten (1), imperatorin (2), isoimperatorin(3), and phellopterin (4), and one 7-geranyloxycoumarin, auraptene (5), from a methanol extract of dried Citrus aurantium fruit. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive application of spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their ability to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokine inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in lipopolysaccharide-activated RAW264.7 cells. Compounds 2−5 significantly suppressed iNOS production but compound 1 had no iNOS inhibitory effects. These results indicate that at least three furanocoumarins and one 7-geranyloxycoumarin are involved in the suppressive effects of citrus fruits against the production of inducible inflammatory cytokines.

초등학교 실과 교육 내용 영역 설정에 관한 연구

The purpose of the study was to establish the teaching content areas for practical arts in elementary school and to settle the sub-arear and concrete detail areas about established teaching content areas The contents of this study were ①to analyze curriculum content of korea and other countries, ②to make a curriculum content area for practical arts education in elementary school, ③to establish curriculum content area. The method of this study was used content analysis and survey. Through content analysis, the curriculum area of practical arts was established. And make inquiry to experts about established tentative plan. After testing out the validity degree by 79 experts, we was present the curriculum contents areas of practical arts for elementary school. According to the results of the study from the evaluators, means of the tentative plan of each area was 3.31∼4.35, we can say that the validity is high degree. The study synthesized the results from rating the tentative plan and the opinion provided with explanatory and other space, keeping the basic framework as it is and then suggestions of establishing the area were confirmed partly reforming and replacing it as follows; The teaching curricum areas for Practical Arts Education was established biotechnology, living technology, information technology, home economics in elementary school. The subarea of biotechnology is consist of cultivation and breeding. The subarea of living technology is consist of design and making. The subarea of information technology is consist of life & comprter and computer utilizing. The subarea of home economics is consist of clothing life, food life and family relationship & housing.

The development of a practical pipe auto-routing system in a shipbuilding CAD environment using network optimization

An automatic pipe routing system is proposed and implemented. Generally, the pipe routing design as a part of the shipbuilding process requires a considerable number of man hours due to the complexity which comes from physical and operational constraints and the crucial influence on outfitting construction productivity. Therefore, the automation of pipe routing design operations and processes has always been one of the most important goals for improvements in shipbuilding design. The proposed system is applied to a pipe routing design in the engine room space of a commercial ship. The effectiveness of this system is verified as a reasonable form of support for pipe routing design jobs. The automatic routing result of this system can serve as a good basis model in the initial stages of pipe routing design, allowing the designer to reduce their design lead time significantly. As a result, the design productivity overall can be improved with this automatic pipe routing system.

Development of Korean Academy of Medical Sciences Guideline for Rating Physical Disability of Upper Extremity

While the lower extremities support the weight and move the body, the upper extremities are essential for the activities of daily living, which require many detailed movements. Therefore, a disability of the upper extremity function should include a limitation of all motions of the joints and sensory loss, which affects the activities. In this study, disabilities of the upper extremities were evaluated according to the following conditions: 1) amputation, 2) joint contracture, 3) diseases of upper extremity, 4) weakness, 5) sensory loss of the finger tips, and 6) vascular and lymphatic diseases. The order of 1) to 6) is the order of major disability and there is no need to evaluate a lower order disability when a higher order one exists in the same joint or a part of the upper extremity. However, some disabilities can be either added or substituted when there are special contributions from multiple disabilities. An upper extremity disability should be evaluated after the completion of treatment and full adaptation when further functional changes are not expected. The dominance of the right or left hand before the disability should not be considered when there is a higher rate of disability.

멀티터치 인터페이스를 이용한 음향 효과 재생 시스템

본 연구는 멀티터치 인터페이스를 이용한 음향 효과 재생 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 적외선 카메라를 통해 인식된 손의 위치를 분석하고 해당위치에 형성된 오브젝트의 물리적 움직임을 통해 미리 설정된 음향과 리듬효과를 얻는다. 본 연구에서는 시 청각적 피드백을 사용하여 보다 풍부한 감성을 자극시켜 엔터테인먼트 효과 외에 아동 치료 목적으로도 사용 할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다
