This paper presents the design and fabrication of a high power piezoelectric ultrasonic surgery unit for multi-purpose dental implantation. A conventional piezoelectric ultrasonic surgery units consists of a transducer and a tip. However, the drawback of this simple structure is that the output performance of the transducer considerably changes with the change of the tips. An ultrasonic surgery unit that has an additional booster between the transducer and the tip can solve this problem to some extent; for this, an optimal structural design for the transducer is required. We used the Bolted Langevin Transducer (BLT) as the basic transducer; it consists of piezoelectric ceramics and a metal body. It's structure was optimized using mathematical methods to determine the length and radius of the tail and head masses. Additionally, the booster was also subjected to the same methods. Using these mathematical methods, optimal results in terms of the resonance frequency (24.96 kHz), displacement ($14.27{\mu}m$), and pressure (2.8 MPa), could be obtained. The validity of this proposed surgery unit was confirmed experimentally, exhibiting a cutting force of around 7% higher than that of a conventional surgery unit.

목적: 고양이 대뇌피질 절편을 사용하여 저산소 발작을 유발한 뒤, 성향정기산이 세포의 이온 환경과 대사의 변화와 관련하여 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 방법: 고양이의 대뇌 피질 절편에 저산소 발작을 유발한 뒤 flame photometry scintillation, Spectrophotometry, method of Jorgensen and Skou, method of Fiske and Subbarow, oxygen monitor, luciferin-luciferase assay 등을 이용하여 세포내 이온함량과 세포대사를 측정하였다. 결과: 성향정기산은 저산소증으로 유발된 세포내의 $K^+$와 $Na^+$의 함량의 변화를 현저하게 지연시켰다. 성향정기산은 Na-K-ATPase의 억제제인 와바인 또는 대사억제제인 2.4-DNP로 유발된 세포내 $K^+$함량의 변화에 어떤 효과도 보이지 않았다. 또한, 정상 상태의 절편뿐만 아니라 저산소 상태의 절편에서 분리된 과립체의 분설에 있어서 Na-K-ATPase의 활동도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 성향정기산은 저산소 발작하에서 산소 소비량과 세포의 ATP함량이 떨어지는 것을 현저하게 막았다. 또한 ATP를 생산하는 기능을 보호하는 저산소 조직의 사립체를 돕는데 효과적이었다. 결론: 성향정기산은 대뇌 조직의 저산소 발작하에서 세포의 이온 환경과 대사를 보호하는 유익한 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

The ZnO nanorods were synthesized using vapor-solid (VS) method on sodalime glass substrate without the presence of metal catalyst. ZnO nanorods were prepared thermal evaporation of Zn powder at $500^{\circ}C$. As-fabricated ZnO nanorods had an average diameter and length of 85 nm and 1.7 $\mu\textrm{m}$. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that the ZnO nanorods were single crystalline with the growth direction perpendicular to the (101) lattice plane. The influences of reaction time on the formation of the ZnO nanorods were investigated. The photoluminescence measurements showed that the ZnO nanorods had a strong ultraviolet emission at around 380 nm and a green emission at around 500 nm.

Smart agriculture has emerged to be a solution to the global food crisis and a new growth engine in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to reveal the spatiality of smart agriculture by analyzing smart agriculture policies in major countries and examining how major's agricultural knowledge and experience are expressed in specific agricultural environment. I selected China, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States as representative examples. In the analysis of agricultural policy, the direction, governance and main areas and technologies were focused. As a result, it is found both standardization strategy and the localization strategy work at the same time. Standardization strategies decontextualize technologies and policies from the economic, social, cultural, and ecological contexts of region. The regionalization strategy builds a smart agricultural model for each country with reflecting geographical characteristics. This study could be for facilitating further researches on geographies of agricultural technology and agricultural knowledge production.

This paper describes the development of a piezoelectric level switch, which aims to effectively monitor the level status in high ambient temperatures. In order to adjust the impedance near the resonant frequency and temperature characteristics, the effect of the case and backing layer materials on its performance was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM). The suggested prototype new level switch has three heat-sink plates attached to SUS bar of 230 mm long, and case of PEEK which contains PZT sensing part. To illustrate the validity of this level switch, 10 samples are prepared and investigated the sensing performance through the high and low temperature ambient.

This experimental Study was designed to investigate the effect of Chaenomelis Fructus on the muscle atrophy induced by hindlimb suspension in rats. The result are follows; 1. Chaenomelis Fructus significantl inhibited the increase of the activity of CK in serum. 2. Chaenomelis Fructus significantly inhibited the increase of the quantity of creatine in serum. 3. Chaenomelis Fructus significantl inhibited the increase of the activity of aldolase in serum. 4. Chaenomelis Fructus significantly inhibited the increase of the activity of LDH in serum. 5. Chaenomelis Fructus significantl inhibited the increase of the activity of AST in serum. 6. Chaenomelis Fructus inhibited the increase of the activity of ALT in serum. Based on the these results, it is concluded that the clinical application of Fructus chaenomelis can help cure muscle atrophy.

Since the last decades, livestock ranching has been fast industrialized and the global trade ofmeat products is sheer increasing. And the Korean government opened its domestic beef market to meetincreasing domestic demand for beef. In this context, domestic beef production took its way to specializationand scale economies, and subsequently the commodity chain of beef became different from the conventionalone. Such institutions as beef quality grade, HACCP, and brand marketing have strong influenceon current beef production systems. Furthermore, along with the macro-scale change, regional andlocal systems and actors also transform the beef commodity chain. Hampyong-gun, which had once beena declining rural and under-served region in the past, is now actively reviving its economy by producingindustrialized, specialized, and localized beef. Such native beef production is both impacted by and associatedwith multi-scaled actors, their institutions and supporting discourses. These heterogeneous actorsand institutions form a newer form of native beef system in the region.
원적외선 방사체인 경옥 파우더를 함유하는 스킨케어 화장품 제형이 피부 온도 변화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

In this study, we formulated oil-in-water emulsion composition for skin care products containing jadeite powder which is well known as far-infrared radiating material. Jadeite powder could sustain stable dispersion in aqueous solvents over a month and this helped mixing it high content in oil-in-water emulsion formulation. To identify the effect of jadeite as a far-infrared radiator materials relating to the skin surface temperature change, we applied emulsion formulation containing 2 weight percent jadeite powder onto facial skin surface and blank formulation together and analyzed surface temperature with thermo-vision. Our results showed that the temperature difference between jadeite powder formulation applied region and blank formulation reached to 1.5 ~ 2.0 degree Celsius. We also performed same test with nephrite powder and titanium dioxide powder but only jadeite powder containing formulation showed significant skin temperature change. To elucidate main cause of heat energy transfer, we tested heat radiation, energy dispersive spectrometer analysis and measured far infrared radiance emissivity, diffuse reflectance spectra and water evaporation rate. We found out jadeite powder could retard water evaporation effectively from the skin surface and resist temperature drop down. This is because of the innate chemical composition and surface structure of jadeite, which can bind with water molecules to form hydrogen bonds. It is concluded that we can develop novel skin care products for moisturizing and thermos with jadeite powder.
유아용 온라인 컨텐츠의 인터페이스 디자인 평가도구 개발 예비연구

본 연구의 목적은 유아용 온라인 컨텐츠의 인터페이스 디자인을 위한 설계의 지침이 되는 평가준거와 도구 시안을 개발하고, 개발된 시안의 평가영역에 대한 적절성을 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 문헌고찰과 기존의 유아교육용 소프트웨어 평가 및 유아용 웹사이트 평가 양식들을 분석하여 작성한 기초안에 대하여 전문가 면담 및 2차례에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 2개 영역, 9개준거, 59문항의 유아용 온라인 컨텐츠의 인터페이스 디자인 평가도구의 시안을 개발하였으며, 2회의 델파이 조사에 참여한 패널 및 평가도구의 사용자인 개발 전문가를 대상으로 실시한 3차 전문가 조사에서는 제시한 컨텐츠의 평가도구 적용 후 적합성에 대하여 적용하도록 하여 평가도구의 타당도, 신뢰도 및 문항의 양호도를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 평가 도구에 포함되어 있는 대부분의 평가문항들은 타당하고 신뢰로운 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this research was to develop essential tools to guide the ‘Children’s online contents designing,’ and verify its compatibility. Interface Design is important essential to be evaluated from the ‘Children’s on-line contents designing’, which is mainly focused on Children Education. Up to now, most of the software and websites designed for Children’s Education was mainly evaluated on its contents. Therefore this research was done to include characteristics of its Communication Media, which directly affects children’s education, into the Interface Design Evaluation. The following are the process of the research and its result. First, I developed a tentative plan by reviewers of literatures and existing early childhood educational software evaluation and children’s website evaluations. Also, after interviewing professionals and after two examinations of the Delphi research I developed a tentative plan for an 'Evaluation Tool for Interface Designing of Children’s On-line Contents' containing 3 categories, 9 sub categories, 59 items. The 3 categories are divided in to ‘Compatibility of Supporting Action’, ‘Convenience of Using Structure’ and ‘Efficiency of Expressional Media’. The 9 sub categories are, ‘self-direction of action’, ‘supporting of learning objectives’ and ‘Compatibility of technique’ in Compatibility of Supporting Action’, ‘Consistency’, ‘Navigation’, and ‘Supporting User’ in ‘Convenience of Using Structure’ and ‘Shape of Screen Composition’ and ‘Function of Visual Elements’, ‘ of 'Interest of Multimedia Elements’ in ‘Efficiency of Expressional Media’. Secondly, to understand the compatibility of 'Evaluation Tool for Interface Desining of Children’s On-line Contents' I proceeded with a third examination of the Delphi research and verified its reasonability, reliability, and satisfactory. In the third research, the final evaluation tool was applied to evaluation real contents and asked the panels and developer as directional evaluator of the evaluation tool who were involved in the first two examinations to answer our survey of its compatibility. Their answers were the following. To verify the 'content validity' we analyzed each item's distributions of answers, averages and standard deviations, and the evaluation items were ‘compatible,’ or ‘very compatible.’ The coefficient of correlation by Pearson between evaluation subcategories, which reveals construct validity were from .24 to .80 and the correlation between total score and subcategories were .63 to .85. Cronbach's α, which shows the unitedly of the items was .73 and .74, average of .74, which also showed satisfactory level of its reliability.
국회토론회에서 형성된 이슈네트워크가 입법활동에 미치는 영향 연구 - 제20대 국회 정책토론회 네트워크 효과를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the size and centrality of issue networks formed in the policy discussion on the legislative activities of the Korean National Assembly members. This study identify to what extent the bill sponsorship and passage are affected by the size (the number of participants of the policy debates) and centrality (information overlap) of issue networks formed in polity forums. Negative binomial regression techniques and network analysis are employed to analyze 6,180 policy forum participants invited by 297 congressmen during the 20th National Assembly (2016.05-2020.5). The results of this study are as follows. First, the size of issue network has a positive (+) effect on legislative activities. Second, the information overlap of issue network exert a positive (+) effect on legislative activities. Third, the information overlap of issue network, in contrast, negatively (-) moderates the relationship between the size of issue network and legislative activities. This study provides useful policy implications for increasing the productivity of legislators while clarifying the relationship between the policy debates and legislative activities.
