누에고치에서 유래된 세리신(Sericin)의 화장품 소재로서 In Vitro 효능 연구

Sericin is a protein extracted from the cocoon and has many health benefits. This study was conducted to evaluate the anti-wrinkle and anti-inflammatory activity of sericin derived from cocoon as a cosmetic material. The antioxidant activity of sericin was measured by DPPH and ABTS assays. In addition, cell viability was confirmed in Raw 264.7 cells, which are macrophages, and the anti-inflammatory effect of sericin was investigated using the inflammatory response induced using lipopolysaccharide (LPS). It shows that sericin has antioxidant activity and can be an excellent material for anti-aging and anti-inflammatory cosmetics. 세리신은 누에고치에서 추출한 단백질로 많은 건강상의 이점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 화장품소재로서 누에고치에서 유래된 세리신 표준품의 항주름 활성 및 항염증 활성을 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 세리신의 항산화 효과는 DPPH 및 ABTS 측정법에 의해 측정되었다. 또한 대식세포인 Raw 264.7 cell에서의 세포 생존율을 확인하였으며, lipoplyscaccharide를 이용하여 유도된 염증반응을 이용하여 세리신의 항염증 효과를 조사하였다. 그 결과 세리신은 DPPH, ABTS에서 항산화 활성을 보였으며 세포 독성을 가지지않은 1,000 μg/mL의 농도에서 NO를 억제하였다. 종합하여 세리신은 항산화 활성을 가지며 항노화 및 항염증 화장품의 우수한 소재가 될 수 있음을 보여준다.

본고는 청년을 대상으로 ‘청년공간’에서 이루어진 시 창작 교육 프로그램 운영 사례를 분석함으로써, 시창작 교육에 대한 수강생들의 지속적인 참여에 ‘청년공간’이 미치는 영향을 밝혀, 지역사회 내 ‘청년공간’에서의 시 창작 교육 프로그램이라는 모델의 근거를 축적하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이는 청년역량강화 및 사회통합에 기여할 수 있는 교육모델 개발이라는 후속 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 연구 결과에 의하면 첫째, 청년스테이션에서 이루어진 시 창작 교육 프로그램의 지각된 가치는 연구 대상자들의 시 창작 활동 교육 프로그램 만족도, 지속적 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 청년공간에서의 시 창작 활동 교육 프로그램은 청년들의 정체성 형성, 세계관 정립, 삶의 방향성을 새롭게 구성하는 데 영향을 미쳤다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between nursing students' nursing informatics competencies and problem solving skills. Methods: Data were collected from a convenient sample of 181 nursing students at 14 universities in Korea from September 20th, 2015 to February 25th, 2015. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results: The mean score for nursing informatics competencies and problem solving skills were respectively 3.57±0.74 and 3.35±0.65. Relationship of nursing informatics competencies to problem solving skills was statistically significant(r=.785, p<.01). Conclusion: The result of this study suggests that nursing informatics competencies is significantly related to problem solving skills of the nursing students. Therefore, nursing informatics education program for the nursing students would be a helpful intervention for problem solving skills of the nursing students. And further studies are required with more sample sizes and more systematic data collecting methods to confirm these results.

제도는 지속되는가? 플랫폼 노동자 액티비즘과 제도적 실험

Can the labor unions that grew out of the 20th-century workplace embrace the emerging and under-represented worker groups in the new century? We endeavor to answer the questions by looking at various types of emerging platform worker activism in the US, Germany, and Spain. We investigate whether the activism is converting into a new paradigm of the labor movement or constantly moving under the existing institutional fields, showing a degree of path dependency in the three countries with significantly different industrial relations institutions and the labor movement tradition. We also shed light on how established labor unions interact with the new type of grassroots worker activism in an effort to revitalize the union movement. Mobilizing institutional resources and experiences accumulated in the traditional collective bargaining activities and recent experiments of embracing precarious workers, such as community-based solidaristic activities in the US, the existing unions either support grassroots platform workers’ organizations or integrate those organizations into their territories. By comparing emerging activism and labor unions’ solidaristic engagement, we found significant differences in how platform worker activism was shaped and evolved in the three countries. The differences mainly come from how actors interact with existing institutions that provide different resources and set boundaries. However, we also found that some grassroots organizations maintain independence from existing labor unions commonly in the three countries. They also hold their unique identities and utilize innovative methods of organizing workers and activities, often mobilizing strategically and temporarily institutional resources, including labor unions. 20세기 산물 노동조합이 21세기 플랫폼 경제하에서 노동자의 대변 기제로 여전히 유효성을 지니고 있는지는 이론적, 경험적 연구의 대상이다. 이 연구는 고도의 이질성과 분산성에도 불구하고 지난 5~6년간 플랫폼 노동자들의 액티비즘이 지구 곳곳에서 발생하고 있다는 점에 주목하고, 노조가 새로운 노동자에게도 여전히 유효한 이해대변 기제인지 해답을 모색한다. 또, 이 연구는 플랫폼 노동자 액티비즘이 완전히 새로운 노동운동 패러다임으로 전화되고 있는지, 아니면 각국의 제도 및 동원가능한 제도적 자원에 배태된 행위자의 전략이 빚어내는 경로 의존성이 확인되는지 살폈다. 노사관계의 제도적 배경이나 노동운동이 동원할 수 있는 제도적 자원이 크게 다른 미국, 독일, 스페인을 대상으로, 플랫폼 노동자 액티비즘의 국가별 양상을 다양한 자료를 종합해 기술함으로써 위의 두 문제에 대답해 보고자 했다. 연구결과, 각 제도에 배태된 운동의 경로 의존성과 초국가적 유사성이 동시에 전개되는 과도적 양상을 발견했다. 즉, 플랫폼 노동자의 자생적 움직임 및 자생적 운동에 대한 기존 노조 운동의 연대적 확장 노력에서 국가를 관통하는 유사성과 기존 제도와 관행을 활용하는 노조의 전략이 공히 관찰된다.
