미래 동물생명산업 발전전략으로써 스마트축산의 응용 : 리뷰

본 논문은 과학논문을 통해 30년 후인 2050년까지 가축과 동물성식품의 동향을 예측하면서 미래 동물생명산업 발전 전략으로써 ICT-기반 스마트축산 기술의 필요성을 검토하였다. 전 세계적으로 가축사육과 동물성식품 소비는 인구증가;고령화;농촌인구 감소;도시화 및 소득증가에 대한 반응으로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 기후변화는 가축 환경;생산성과 번식효율성을 바꿀 수 있다. 가축생산은 온실가스 배출 증가;토지 황폐화;수질오염;동물복지 및 인간의 건강 문제로 이어질 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 동물생명산업의 다양한 측면에서 4차 산업혁명과 융합된 ICT-기반 스마트축산을 활용하여 기후변화 대응;생산성 향상;동물복지;동물성식품 영양품질 개선;동물의 질병예방을 위한 선제적인 미래 대응전략이 필요하다. 미래 동물생명산업은 지속 가능성과 생산효율성을 향상시키기 위해 자동화를 통합해야 한다. 디지털 시대에 IoT와 빅 데이터를 사용하는 지능형 정밀가축사양;ICT-기반 스마트축산은 동물생명산업의 다양한 소스로부터 데이터를 수집;처리 및 분석할 수 있다. 축사 내부와 외부의 환경 매개 변수를 정밀하게 원격 제어할 수 있는 디지털 시스템으로 구성되어있다. ICT-기반 스마트축산은 인터넷과 휴대폰을 통한 원격 제어를 위해 센싱 기술을 사용하여 동물의 행동복지 및 사양관리를 모니터링 할 수 있다. 농가가 필요로 하는 광범위한 정보의 수집;저장;검색 및 보급에 도움이 될 수 있고 새로운 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있다. This paper reviewed the necessity of a information and communication technology (ICT)-based smart livestock system as a development strategy for the animal life industry in the future. It also predicted the trends of livestock and animal food until 2050;30 years later. Worldwide;livestock raising and consumption of animal food are rapidly changing in response to population growth;aging;reduction of agriculture population;urbanization;and income growth. Climate change can change the environment and livestock’s productivity and reproductive efficiencies. Livestock production can lead to increased greenhouse gas emissions;land degradation;water pollution;animal welfare;and human health problems. To solve these issues;there is a need for a preemptive future response strategy to respond to climate change;improve productivity;animal welfare;and nutritional quality of animal foods;and prevent animal diseases using ICT-based smart livestock system fused with the 4th industrial revolution in various aspects of the animal life industry. The animal life industry of the future needs to integrate automation to improve sustainability and production efficiency. In the digital age;intelligent precision animal feeding with IoT (internet of things) and big data;ICT-based smart livestock system can collect;process;and analyze data from various sources in the animal life industry. It is composed of a digital system that can precisely remote control environmental parameters inside and outside the animal husbandry. The ICT-based smart livestock system can also be used for monitoring animal behavior and welfare;and feeding management of livestock using sensing technology for remote control through the Internet and mobile phones. It can be helpful in the collection;storage;retrieval;and dissemination of a wide range of information that farmers need. It can provide new information services to farmers.
도로 노면결빙 판정모델을 적용한 도로결빙 예측에 대한 연구

This study analyzed the scenario for road freezing section by applying the road freezing evaluation algorithm. To apply road freezing algorithm, the influencing factors on road freezing were reviewed. Observation data from four points, Mokgam IC, Jeongneung tunnel, Seongsan bridge, and Yeomchang bridge were used for analysis. All observatories are installed on the expressway, and they are classified for the analysis of road freezing characteristics. When the difference between the road surface temperature and dew-point temperature of the road freezing evaluation algorithm was 3℃ or less, the section where road freezing occurred was checked. In addition, road freezing evaluation was derived through the change of the road surface condition and water film thickness of the freezing section.
감성공학을 적용한 다중에멀젼 선블록크림의 자외선차단(UVA/B) 효과와 내수성 평가 연구

This study is about the UV protection effect and water resistance of a multiple emulsion (W/O/W) sunblock cream applied with emotional engineering and reports an actual industrial case. Multiple emulsion system of sunblock cream has the characteristics of changing to a W/O type that is soft and moist when applied, and has excellent water resistance after absorption. Multiple emulsion cream is a highly functional sunblock cream that has both moisture and water resistance. It is a stable milky white cream with a viscosity of 36,000 cps. The organic sunscreen used for the sunscreen was ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate and bisethylhexyloxyphenolmethoxyphenyltriazine. Hexagonal zinc oxide and titanium dioxide that block both UVB and UVA were used. As a result of measuring the UV protection effect by the in-vitro method, the UV protection effect (SPF) is 78.9 for multiple emulsion cream, 76.7 for W/O cream, and 71.3 for O/W cream. It was found that the blocking effect was different. This obtained the highest effect value in the multiple emulsion. As a clinical (in-vivo) result of the UV protection effect, the SPF value representing the UV protection effect of the sunblock cream developed with a multiple emulsion system was 85.7, and the PA-value that blocks the UVA area was 26.5, and ++++. It was found that it has a corresponding high blocking effect. As a result of the water resistance test, the W/O/W formulation had a high waterproofing resistance of 93.8% even after 4 hours, W/O had 75.4%, and O/W had a low water resistance of 25.3%. In the results of the HUT test, it was found in the order of multiple emulsion sun block cream > hydrophilic cream > lipophilic cream. Based on the research results of this multiple emulsion, it is expected to be highly active as a sunblock cream dedicated to outdoor activities by improving the feeling of use, UV protection index, and water resistance. Therefore, in this study, a multiple emulsion system of sunblock cream is developed and has a characteristic that changes to a W/O type that has a soft and moist feeling when applied, and has excellent water resistance after absorption.
중학교 체육에서 교사의 열정과 자율성지지, 관계성지지, 그리고 그릿간의 구조적 관계

The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between teacher enthusiasm, support for teacher autonomy, support for relationship with peers, and grit for preliminary high school students. This will be able to provide useful information for effective instruction and search for various teaching-learning methods in the physical education field. It was selected based on convenience sampling and judgmental sampling, focusing on those who participate in physical education classes for middle school students. Of the 200 respondents to the questionnaire, the study was conducted through 182 copies, excluding 18 questionnaires that were judged to be unreliable or responded collectively. When looking at the effects of physical education teachers' passion on autonomy support and relationship support, the hypothesis was adopted as it was found to have a statistically significant effect. Relationship support appeared to have a statistically significant effect on grit, so the hypothesis was adopted. However, support for autonomy was rejected as it did not appear to have a statistically significant effect on grit.
Octyldimethl p-aminobenzoate 와 ${\beta}-Cyclodextrin$의 포접화합물(包接化合物)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

Inclusion complex formation of octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$in aqueous solution and in the solid state was studied by the solubility method, spectroscopic (UV, FT-IR) and X-ray diffractornetry. The solid complex of octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ was obtained in molar ratio of 1:2 (guest/host). A spatial relationship between host and guest molecule was clearly reflected in the magnitude of the apparent stability constant (K') and in the stoichiometry of the inclusion complex. Furthermore, a typical type Bs phase-solubility diagram was obtained for octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate and ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ in water at $25^{\circ}C$. The results indicated that the solubility of the guest molecule was higher by the formation of ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ inclusion complex.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the types of exercise on the health-related fitness among the elderly women, and to provide the information for managing and preventing the chronic disease. 40 elderly women who living in the B metropolitan city participated in the study and randomly divided four groups(control, aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and combined exercise). The exercise groups performed 50 min, 3 times/week for 8 weeks at RPE 11-13. Low body strength, dynamic balance, static balance, and agility were significantly improved in all exercise groups after the intervention. Cardiovascular endurance was improved in aerobic and combined exercise groups. Consequently, any types of exercise could be improved the daily living fitness for elderly women if exercise intensity were the same. In addition, the combined exercise may be more suitable type of exercise for elderly.
고령화친화산업의 현황과 뷰티시장의 접근 방향 : 고령화(시니어)화장품을 중심으로

본 연구는 국내 고령친화산업의 동향을 살펴보고, 고령화 화장품의 식품의약품안전처 고시성분, 고시 외 원료 연구 동향 분석 등을 조사하여 고령친화산업이 화장품 산업 환경과 고령화들의 변화를 빠르게 대처하기 위한 자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 식약처 고시 성분 외에 항 노화 화장품의 원료 개발에 관한 연구동향을 살펴보고, 각각의 원료들의 항 노화 효과를 알아보며, 이를 통해 국, 내외에 등재 학술지에 게재되어진 논문을 중심으로 ‘고령화’, ‘화장품’, ‘안티에이징’, ‘항 노화’ 등의 연구논문을 토대로 자료를 종합 하였다. 고령화 산업과 관련한 항 노화 화장품의 발전을 이끌기 위하여 식품의약품안전처에서 고시하고 있는 4종 원료 외에 피부를 강화시켜 노화를 방지하는데 효과가 있는 제품에 대한 연구 활동이 끊임없이 진행되고 있다. 기존의 식품의약품안전처장이 고시하고 있는 기능성 화장품 분야에서 단일 연구가 아닌 복합 적으로 항 노화에 대한 연구가 과학적으로 뒷받침 될 수 있도록 다양한 기초 연구 활동이 이루어져야 할것으로 사료되어 진다.
인간 비만세포에서 그라비올라 잎 추출물의 항알러지 효과

This study is aimed at determining whether graviola (Annona muricata) beneficially influences immunoglobulin (Ig) E-mediated allergic reactions in human mast cells (LUVA cells). To examine the anti-allergic effect of graviola leaf extract (GLE), we treated antigen/IgE sensitized mast cells with extracts of various concentrations. In this study, the results of the in vitro model of IgE-mediated mast cell degranulation showed that GLE significantly inhibited the release of histamine, β-hexosaminidase, TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-6 in LUVA cells. Pretreatment with GLE suppressed the phosphorylation of antigen-induced Lyn and Syk, thus suppressing the downstream MAPK pathways. The above results indicate GLE could suppress mast cell activation and allergic responses. Accordingly, it can be supported that GLE has the potential to be used as functional cosmetic material.

본 연구는 히알루론산을 함유한 온도 감응성 하이드로겔 마스크 팩을 이용하여 피부개선효과및 사용감을 평가하였다. 임상시험 기준에 적합한 30~40대 여성 10명의 시험대상자에게 4주간 주3회 하이드로겔 마스크 팩을 적용하고 수분, 유분, 피부 톤을 측정하였다. 그 결과 피부 수분량은 1회 사용 후 11.3%, 4주 사용 후 58.36% 증가하였고, 유분량은 1회 사용 후 67% 증가 후 일정 값을 유지하고 더 이상 증가하지 않았다. 피부 톤은 4주 사용 후 좌우 뺨 모두 피부 톤이 밝아졌고 사용감 및 체감효능 평가는 87.6% 이상의 긍정적인 답변을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 하이드로겔 마스크 팩은 피부개선에 도움을 주는 우수한 소재로 판단된다.
생활체육과 스포츠복지 정책 전달체계 : 정책 효과성 증대를 위한 거버넌스의 가능성 탐색

생활체육 정책은 스포츠복지 정책의 개념적 범주에서 다루어질 필요가 있다. 스포츠복지의 개념을 넘어서 일반적인 복지의 중요한 부분으로 인식될 수 있어야 스포츠복지 정책이 가지는 효과성을 더욱 증대시킬 수 있다. 그리고 대상자인 국민에게 스포츠복지 정책을 효과적으로 전달하기 하기 위해서는 스포츠복지 정책이 다른 복지 서비스와 마찬가지로 국가적 차원의 전달체계 안에 편입될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 스포츠복지 정책이 국가적 차원의 전달체계에 편입되는 방안 중 하나로 스포츠복지 거버넌스의 구성과 이를 총괄할 수 있는 스포츠복지 조직을 신설하는 복지전담 독립형 정책 모델을 제안하였다. In order for life-sports to develop sports policies need to be addressed in the conceptual categories of sports welfare policies. Beyond the concept of sports welfare;it must be recognized as an important part of general welfare to further increase the effectiveness of sports welfare policies. And for sports welfare policies to be effectively delivered to the target people;it need to be incorporated into a national-level policy system such as a general welfare system. In this study sports welfare governance and Exclusive Organization Policy Model was proposed as one of the ways in which sports welfare policies were incorporated into a national delivery system.
