유기적 통일과 시어의 신성성 : 정지용의 시론과 시어관, 감각의 상관성

This thesis is an attempt to study the relation of Jeong, ji-young’s poetic words and Gam-gak(감각, 感覺, poetic feeling) in his essay on poetry. Until now, other studies on Jeong, ji-young’ Gam-gak(감각, 感覺, poetic feeling) divided his Gam-gak into two section, feeling to object and feeling on language to study special feature on his Gam-gak. These studies prescribe that his poetic words were produced from a process that self activity develop to poetic feeling and technique unifying emotion, thinking, everyday life. In this thesis, I study Jeong, ji-young’s essay on poetry in point of view that special thing of Jeong, ji-young’s poetic words is showed in his essay on poetry, too. The special feature of his essay on poetry comes from experiences of poetical writing rather than the study on theory because these essay were published just after publishing “bak-lok-da-m(백록담)” in 1939. This suggest that feature of his poetic words and Gam-gak(poetic feeling) in his poems was extended to essays on poetry to theorize itself. His essays on poetry from experience has a feature that metaphors and aphorisms are more than dialectical descriptions. In content, it is special thing that he explain the relation of spirit or Gam-gak, as monistic thing unifying emotion, thought, sensibility, to linguistic feeling(언어감각, 言語感覺), which is relation of incarnation. Therefore, organic unification of poetry is process of completion that poetic spirit meets linguistic feeling and sublimation of poetic words come out at the same time.

5-Fluorouracil로 유발된 백서후지의 선천성 기형

To study the teratogenic mechanism of 5-fluorouracil on the developing rat hindlimbs and to reveal the congenital anomalies induced by 5-FU, 25mg/kg of 5-fluorouracil was injected intramuscularly into S-D rats on gestational day 10.5. The rats were sacrificed under ether anesthesia on gestational day 11.5, 12.5, 13.5, 14.5, 15.5, 16.5 and 17.5. The whole uterine horns were removed for observing the congenital anomalies of the hindlimbs with stereoscope. Some fetuses were fixed by the neutral buffered formalin solution for LM exmination and some hindlimbs were fixed by 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution for TEM and SEM examination. After routine processing, LM and TEM examination were performed. The results were as follows ; 1. The mean survival rate of 5-fluorouracil-treated rat fetuses was decreased sign ificantly(p<0.01) compared with that of the control group. 2. The mean body weight of the 5-fluorouracil-treated rat fetuses on gestaticnal day 17.5 was significantly lower (p<0.01) than that of the control group. 3. The congenital anomalies on the hindlimbs of the rat fetuses were 4 digit, short digit, 3 digit, and 2 digit anomalies in that order. These anomalies occured moreon the right limb about 2.6 times than on the left limb. 4. On LM and TEM examination, 5-fluorouracil injured the apical ectodermal ridge epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells of hindlimb bud initially, but, this recovered around gestational day 14.5. According to the above results, 5-fluorouracil-induced congenital anomalies of the hindlimbs of rat fetuses may be caused by injury to the apical ectodermal ridge epithelial cells of limb bud. Apical ectodermal ridge epithelial cells that have recovered from injury around gestational day 14.5 may elicit changed information of abnormal patterning and differentiation into the underlying mesenchymal cells in progress zone, and the various digital anomalies, such as oligodactyly and short digit anomalies will be resulted.

줄넘기 운동이 여고생의 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of rope skipping on health related ftness of in female high school students. The subjects were sixty female high school students. The subjects were ranomly assigned to one two group( experimental and control). Each group ended up with 30 subject. The measurement items were vital capacity, sit and reach, 8000m, body fat %, sit-up, back strength. The entire investigation period was 12weeks The subject in the utitlized the 2×4 factorial repeated measure. The results were as follows: First, There were statistically significant difference between the vital capacity, sit-up, back strength, 800m means of the control group and the experimental group. Second, There were not show statistically significant difference between the sit and reach, body fat % means of the control group and the experimental group. Third, There were statistically significant difference between the sit-up, back strength, vital capacity, body fat %, 800m means of the treatment period.

수술실 오염도감소를 위한 수술실공조시스템에 대한 연구

Background: The OR(operating room) should provide an optimum environment that is safe for the patient and the working personnel. The air ventilation system of OR has been studied to decrease the contamination of air. We investigated the flow and contamination of the air in OR at our hospital. Method: Cultures in OR were made and the number of bacteria and fungi were calculated. A two-dimensional model for the cross-section of an operation room is developed for the CFD (computational fluid dynamics) analysis. The characteristics of air flow in the empty operation room and in the occupied operation room are calculated by using a CFD program. Results: The current air ventilation system of our hospital does not deliver the clean air to the operating site efficiently in occupied OR. Conclusions: We suggested a new location of air ventilation system which improves air venting with little increase of the cost of equipment.

효율적인 기업의 인트라넷 구축방안에 관한 소고

New technology has always carried two faces, which are the opportunity and the crisis. Intranet, recently appeared in the computing world, is being accepted as a replacement of traditional Client/Server technology. Since intranet has not been completely built even in its concept, it will give a company the crisis rather than the opportunity. To take the new opportunity for a business and organizational innovation through the intranet, its builder should necessarily acquire the knowledge of the preliminary considerations to the building. The purposes of this article are to define the concept of intranet, to investigate the cases and the building methodologies, and to discuss the preliminary considerations to the building.

大學敎育에서 이데올로기批判敎育 模型開發에 關한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to present an educational model for improving college students' critical understanding as to the current various ideological trends. In the first, the characteristics of ideology, and the necessity of education to criticize ideologies are examined. In the second, the formation and the functions of ideological groups, and the characteristics of college student activities are examined. In the third, the current status of college guidance services and content of instruction to criticize various ideologies and the variables for evaluation of educational effects are examined, too. Finally, the educational model and its stratigies for improving college students' abilities to criticize various ideologies are formulated based on the discussion in the chapter Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1) It is necessary to develop the educational programs for improving college students' abilities to criticize ideological distortion by means of the subsystems affecting the behaviors of student activists. The primary subsystems are students' personalities and the immediate situation as determinants of political behaviors. The secondary subsystems are his immediate social contacts, such as family, neighbours, schools, and the larger social milieu. 2) The guidance stratigies for students to criticize the ideological distortion have to be organized on the bases of the cumulative findings of the human sciences of our time. 3) The main causes of the most problems of college students' ideological distortion are related to the needs such as love, self-actualization, and knowing. And the causes of a few problems are related to the physiological and self-esteem needs. The facts stated above have to be taken into account in the establishment of educational objectives in colleges. 4) Most of the existing guidance services are carried out by the general professors. In order to improve the guidance services for the student activists, the guidance specialists need to participate more actively to alter the students' maladaptive behaviors, especially to help the students control over their psychological problems. 5) To prevent the student activists' maladaptive behaviors, the students should understand that ideology consists of distorted ideas about a social system, and that the democratic society is the self-revising system.

특수교육 초이론과 학교교육재구조화 연구의 필요성 고찰

특수교육은 이제 일반교육과 통합되어 가고 있으며, 특수교육 이론은 모든 교육의 지배 이론이 되어야 한다. 특수교육의 세계화는 시대적 지배 패러다임에 의한 특수교육 이론과 기본 가정에 대해 세계 각국이 어떻게 대응해 가고 있는가를 연구하는 것으로서 한국의 정체성을 찾는 계기가 된다. 세계는 국가의 명운을 걸고 교육을 개혁하고 있다. 21세기 국가 생존력이 국민의 역량에 있기 때문이며 더 나아가 자기주도적, 창의적, 협력적 인간을 양성함으로 국가 번영의 기틀을 만들 수 있다고 믿기 때문이다. The conclusion which are drawn from the discussion reviewed are as follows. We can begin to assess the significance of reconstructionist debate for contemporary society by comparing the emerging historical conditions of the 21st century to those of the early 20th century. In the late 20th century we have a better understanding of the implications of the new physics, particularly for the social disciplines, which, on the basis of these implication, are beginning to question some of their earlier objectivist claim about epistemology, methodology, and social life. This has produced new and reappropriated old methodologies for addressing fundamental conflicts on moral questions, particularly questions about the relations of power and knowledge in the emerging postmodern world. Finally, the most important in term of determinate possibilities for the future, industrialism has stalled out in the late 20th century and is being overtaken by postindustrialism. The significance of the emergence of postindustrialism is that it is premised on an even greater and more pervasive form of interdependence and social responsibility than industrialism. Thus, given the relevancies of the postindustrial era, the successful school in the 21st century will be one that produces liberally educated young people who can work responsibly and interdependently under conditions of uncertainty. So I think that it is necessity to study on special education metatheory and schooling restructuring.

심한 척추후측만증 환자의 대퇴골절 복원술을 위한 부위마취 : 증례보고 A case report

Kyphoscoliosis is a disease manifested as lateral curvature of spine and accompanying rotation of the vertebrae, resulting in distortion of rib cage. Restrictive lung disease and pulmonary hypertension progressing to cor pulmonale are the major cause of mortality in patients with kyphoscoliosis. We had experienced a successful spinal and caudal epidural anesthesia for the open reduction and internal fixation with plate of fractured femur shaft in two patients with severe kyphosoliosis. We had chosen regional anesthesia as an anesthetic method because of there poor pulmonary function and severe deformities of thoracolumbar spine. We could achieve the adequate anesthetic sensory dermatome level, T_(5) and T_(8), for operation without any significant deterioration of blood pressure and respiration. We recommended that regional anesthesia is a useful anesthetic method for a patients with severe kyphoscoliosis when the operation on hip or lower extremity is required.

흰쥐 재생간의 Malate Dehydrogenase의 활성치

A study was made on the changes in the activities of the following during 6 post-perative days: Cytosolic and mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase of regenerating rat livers, and rat serum malate dehydrogenase after 70% (median and left lateral lobes) partial hepatectomy. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase and alanine aminotransferase in both serum and cytosol of regenerating rat liver were also measured. After parial hepatectomy in the rats, activity of serum malate dehydrogenase trmendously increased in in the span between the 12 hours and the second day. The activity of cytoslic malate dehydrogenase in the regenerating liver significantly increased from the first to the second day after partial hepatectomy. However, no significant changes in hepatic mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase was noted throughout the experiments. The activities of serum lactate dehydrogenase and alanine aminotransferase markedly elevated after partial hepatectomy. And activity of alanine aminotransferase significantly decreased in the hepatic cytosol after partial hepatectomy but hepatic cytosolic lactate dehydrogenase showed no change.
