Copper is known to be one of the essential trace minerals in the organisms as an integral part of some enzyme system and found utmost in the liver. It has been well shown by Herkel, Mallory and other workers that the liver is a site of prominent storage of copper after continued administration. Since important parts of metabolic process of carbohydrate take place in the liver, it seems to be quite possible that administration of copper would influence the blood sugar level. Materials and methods Albino rabbits weighing about 2kgs were used and they were infused with 0.5cc or 1.0cc of 1% CuSO4-solution per kg. b. w. intravenously. The determination of blood sugar level was performed every 30 minutes after infusion of CuSO4-solution by Hagedorn-Jensen’s method. To investigate the effect of copper on the state of adrenalin-hyperglycemia, the determinations of blood sugar levels were done in the animals treated with CuSO4-solution daily for 3, 5, 7, or 10 days followed by subcutaneous injection of 0.1cc of 0.1% adrenalin solution per kg. b. w. Following results were obtained. 1. Administration of copper sulfate alone does not influence blood sugar level in rabbits. 2. Adrenalin effect on blood sugar is more prominent and transient in the rabbit$ treated with copper sulfate. 3. Such effect of copper to adrenalin-hyperglycemia appears to be kept more than 2 weeks after cessation of its administration.

This thesis is to study the role of sports marketing used sports sponsorship. For the this, above all, sports marketing examined the role of sports marketing which used to transmit the positive image of enterprise to the consumers through the sports and introduced the enterprise of representative sports marketing which contributed the sports marketing of five primary factors and real sports marketing present conditions. The second, it suggests that to understand the role of sports sponsorship, the achievement of sports sponsoring, the study of sports sponsoring effect, the shape of sports sponsorship with a marketing instrument. The third, in the effect of sports sponsorship in that sports marketing, the representative enterprise which connected to enterprise marketing and sports introduced Coca-coke and the effect of Park Se-ri, Park Chan-ho of our country and the study of connected to these. Finally, it suggests that with the advice of sports industry for the development, and to pursuit the profit of enterprise with the scientific operation of marketing and it must organize marketing departments formally. Also, sports association must recognize the size of market itself and must make up for experience, information, data of the past connected to marketing investigation and must develop the size of market, the condition of market for the better direction. It suggests various plans which are raised experts for the activation of various programs and for the development of sports marketing market.
Na_2O·Li_2O·B_2O_3·Fe_2O_3 유리系의 Mo¨ssbauer 效果硏究

Mo¨ssbauer spectra of amorphous Na_2O·Li_2O·B_2O_3·Fe_2O_3 glass were taken at room and liguid air Temperature of 300˚k and 80˚k respectively The isomer shifts A,B, and C at these temprature were measured to be (0.16mm/sec, 0.21mm/sec), (0.18mm/sec, 0.42mm/sec) and (0.23mm/sec, 0.4 mm/sec). The quadrole splitting of A,B and C were also measured as (0.73 mm/sec, 0.77 mm/sec), (0.7 mm/sec, 0.82 mm/sec) and (0.57 mm/sec, 0.68 mm/sec) at room and liguld air temperature, These data express that the isomer shifts and qnadrupole splittings of these samples increase with the decrease of temperature, and the temperature dependence of isomer shifts and quadrupole splitting could be caused by thermal excitation.
Primary Culture of Normal Human Osteoblast from Oral and Maxillofacial Area

Numerous bone cell culture models have been presented by the development of isolation and culturing techniques of cells. The culture of osteoblast-like cells of human origin with a specific osteoblastic phenotype has become an important experimental model in bone biology. Recently, it has become increasingly popular to utilize bone marrow cultures because these cultures are therefore thought to represent earlier stages of the osteoblast differentiation pathway. There is no report about culturing normal human osteoblast from oral and maxillofacial area. Primary cultured cells from oral and maxillofacial cancellous bone were analyzed by morphologic features, total DNA contents, ALP, osteocalcin and von Kossa staining positivity. The purpose of this study were to culture the cell population from oral and maxillofacial cancellous bone and to analyze the phenotypic expression of cultured normal human osteoblast by the bone marrow isolation technique. Growth curve of NHost showed about 45hrs of doubling time and about 70μg/well of total DNA content. NHost showed spindle shaped cytoplasm with ovoid nucleus under preconfluency and after cellular differentiation, they formed irregular numerous nodules from stratified cellular layers under D medium. ALP activity was about 2 folds higher under control medium with 10nM 1,25(OH)2D3 than that under control medium. Osteocalcin expression was about seven folds higher under control medium with 100nM 1,25(OH)2D3 than that under control medium. Scattered mineralized nodules stained by von Kossa method were seen on the cellular layer under D medium. It suggested that NHost might be established from oral and maxillofacial area by characteristic cellular shape, ALP activity, osteocalcin expression and numerous mineralized nodules.
