        외식 프랜차이즈 사업의 성과공유활동이 동태적 신뢰를 통해 재계약의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose – The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology – In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results – The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion – From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.

        동적 베이지안 네트워크를 이용한 멀티모달센서기반 사용자 행동인식 (pp.72-76)

        최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 서비스를 위한 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호 작용, 특히 인간의 행동을 인식하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기존의 영상기반 연구와는 달리 모바일 환경에 적합하도록 가속도 센서, 생리신호 센서 등 다양한 센서들을 활용하여 사용자의 행동을 인식하는 기법이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 센서들을 통합하고 동적 베이지안 네트워크를 계층적으로 구성하여 사용자의 행동을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 연산량이 비교적 적은 베이지안 네트워크로 전반적인 사용자 행동을 추론하고 획득된 각 행동의 확률순으로 동적 베이지안 네트워크를 구성한다. 동적 베이지안 네트워크는 OVR(One-Versus-Rest) 전략으로 학습되며, 확률순으로 행동이 검증되어 임계치를 넘는 경우 선택된 행동보다 낮은 확률의 행동에 대한 동적 베이지안 네트워크를 검증하지 않아 추론 연산량을 줄인다. 본 논문에서는 가속도 센서와 생리적 신호 센서를 기반으로 총 8가지의 행동을 인식하는 문제에 제안하는 방법을 적용하여 평균적으로 97.4%의 분류 정확률을 얻었다. Recently, as the interest of ubiquitous computing has been increased there has been lots of research about recognizing human activities to provide services in this environment. Especially, in mobile environment, contrary to the conventional vision based recognition researches, lots of researches are sensor based recognition. In this paper we propose to recognize the user's activity with multi-modal sensors using hierarchical dynamic Bayesian networks. Dynamic Bayesian networks are trained by the OVR(One-Versus -Rest) strategy. The inferring part of this network uses less calculation cost by selecting the activity with the higher percentage of the result of a simpler Bayesian network. For the experiment, we used an accelerometer and a physiological sensor recognizing eight kinds of activities, and as a result of the experiment we gain 97.4% of accuracy recognizing the user's activity.

        중소기업의 혁신활동이 핵심역량과 기업성과에 미치는 영향

        In the rapidly to change global market in recent years, as the era of merging and integrating industries and the evolution of technology have come to an era in which everything can not be solved as a single company, it is evolving into competition for the enterprise network rather than the competition for the enterprise unit. In a competitive business environment, it is necessary to provide not only for the efforts as an individual companies but also the mutual development efforts to enhance output through the innovation activities based on the interrelationship with the business partners. In spite of the recent efforts and research through core competencies and innovation activities, some of business activities were unable to achieve enough progress in business performance and this study mainly focused to improve business performance for those companies. This study targeted CEOs and Directors who participates in “manufacturing performance innovation partnership project” carried by The foundation of Large, SMEs, Agriculture, Fisheries cooperation Korea and studied the influences of innovation activities to the core competencies and business performance. Detailed variables in this study were extracted from the previous research and used for verification. The study is designed to determine the influence of individual innovation activities to the core competencies and business performance. Innovation activities as a parameter, the relationship between core competencies and business performance was examined. In the examination of the innovation activities as a meditated effect, those activities carried by SMEs (Collaboration in Technology, Manufacturing, and Management innovations with Large Scale Business) through partnership in manufacturing innovation is significantly related business performance. Therefore, the result reveals that the individual SMEs are having own limitation in the achievement of significant progress in business performance with their own capabilities, and using the innovation activities act as catalyst through the collaboration with large scale businesses would result significant progress in business performance. Mutual effort in collaborative innovation activities between large scale businesses and SMEs is one of the most critical issues in recent years in Korea and the main focus of this study is to provide analysis which demonstrates where the SMEs are required to focus in their innovation activities. 최근 급변하는 글로벌 시장에서 융복합 산업의 시대와 기술의 진보가 모든 기업을 단일 기업으로 해결할 수 없는 시대로 접어들면서 기업 단위의 경쟁보다는 네트워크 경쟁으로 변화하고 있다. 경쟁적 기업 환경에서는 기업의 개별적 노력뿐만 아니라 파트너들과의 발전적인 상호 혁신활동을 통해 서로의 성과를 높이는 노력이 절실하다. 최근 핵심 역량이나 혁신활동을 통해 기업의 연구와 운용에 활용 했음에도 불구하고 기업성과에 도출하지 못하는 기업들이 존재함에 주목하여 연구를 시작하였다. 본 연구는 대․중소기업농어업협력재단에서 수행하는 “생산성혁신파트너십사업”에 참여하는 경영자 또는 책임자를 대상으로 혁신활동이 핵심역량과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 변수의 세부 요인별로 기존 연구에서 검증된 항목을 발췌하여 검정하였으며, 중소기업의 혁신활동이 핵심역량과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 혁신활동을 매개변수로 핵심역량과 기업성과 간의 관계를 검정하였다. 혁신활동의 매개 효과에 대한 검정에서 이러한 중소기업의 혁신활동(대기업과의 기술, 제조, 경영혁신 활동)이 생산성혁신 파트너십을 통해서 핵심역량이 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 중소기업 스스로의 역량으로는 기업성과를 이루기가 어려우며, 대기업과 협력관계를 활용한 혁신활동의 매개적인 역할이 기업성과가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 대기업과 중소기업 간 상생협력 혁신활동은 무엇보다 중요한 이슈이며, 실증분석을 통해 이를 검정했다는 것이 본 논문의 의의라고 말할 수 있다.

        Effect of Leucine and Lysine substitution on the antimicrobial activity and evaluation of the mechanism of the HPA3NT3 analog peptide

        <P>In this study, a HPA3NT3-analog (FKKLKKLFKKILKLK-NH<SUB>2</SUB>) peptide was designed. In this analog, two Trp residues (positions 12, 14) were replaced with Leu, and Arg and Asn (positions 3, 13) were replaced with Lys to investigate the role of amino acid substitution and increased cationicity on antimicrobial and hemolytic activities. In fungal and Gram-negative bacterial cells, HPA3NT3-analog activity was unchanged or slightly enhanced when compared to the HPA3NT3 peptide. In addition, a twofold decrease in activity against Gram-positive bacteria was observed. The HPA3NT3-analog also induced less hemolysis (4.2%) than the HPA3NT3 peptide (71%) at 200 µM. Circular dichroism (CD) spectra revealed that the HPA3NT3-analog peptide had an unordered structure in buffer and egg yolk L-2-phosphatidyl choline (EYPC), but adapted an α-helical conformation in 50% 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol (TFE) and negatively charged egg yolk L-2-phosphatidyl glycerol (EYPG), while the parent peptide showed an ordered structure in the EYPC. Additionally, the HPA3NT3-analog peptide induced the leakage of calcein from egg yolk L-2-phosphatidyl ethanolamine (EYPE)/EYPG (7:3 w/w) large unilamellar vesicles (LUVs); however, the activity was slightly weaker than that of the HPA3NT3 peptide. The molecular dynamics (MD) structures revealed that the amino acid substitutions induced a significant variation in peptide structure. These results suggest that the substitutions of Arg and Asn with Lys and two Trp with Leu resulted in small changes in HPA3NT3-analog activity and significant decreases in hemolytic activity.         Automatic Identification of Excavator Activities Using Joystick Signals

        Monitoring and analyzing the operations of construction equipment is critical in the construction engineering and management domain. The ability to detect and classify major activities that construction equipment performs can support a project manager in making proper project-related decisions such as resource allocation and scheduling, resulting in improved productivity. Earth-moving activities as performed by an excavator, which is one of the most frequently used pieces of construction equipment, are normally repetitive by nature and possess unique features in terms of their patterns of operation. This study develops an activity identification algorithm capable of automatically classifying predefined earth-moving activities that are currently in progress. Given that the excavator is operated using joysticks, the joystick signals include unique patterns that exhibit the similar overall shapes but may not uniformly line up with time for a specific activity. The proposed study examines a dynamic time warping algorithm that determines similarities between a predefined activity and a measured signal distorted in time. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified through experiments involving activities such as digging, leveling, lifting, and trenching that were easily and accurately identified by the algorithm. The proposed task-identification algorithm could be used to develop an automated system of establishing machine parameters and to calculate the durations of operations and cycle times.

        Time-Course Analysis of the Neuroanatomical Correlates of Sexual Arousal Evoked by Erotic Video Stimuli in Healthy Males

        Objective: To assess the dynamic activations of the key brain areas associated with the time-course of the sexual arousal evoked by visual sexual stimuli in healthy male subjects. Materials and Methods: Fourteen right-handed heterosexual male volunteers participated in this study. Alternatively combined rest period and erotic video visual stimulation were used according to the standard block design. In order to illustrate and quantify the spatiotemporal activation patterns of the key brain regions, the activation period was divided into three different stages as the EARLY, MID and LATE stages. Results: For the group result (p < 0.05), when comparing the MID stage with the EARLY stage, a significant increase of the brain activation was observed in the areas that included the inferior frontal gyrus, the supplementary motor area, the hippocampus, the head of the caudate nucleus, the midbrain, the superior occipital gyrus and the fusiform gyrus. At the same time, when comparing the EARLY stage with the MID stage, the putamen, the globus pallidus, the pons, the thalamus, the hypothalamus, the lingual gyrus and the cuneus yielded significantly increased activations. When comparing the LATE stage with the MID stage, all the above mentioned brain regions showed elevated activations except the hippocampus. Conclusion: Our results illustrate the spatiotemporal activation patterns of the key brain regions across the three stages of visual sexual arousal.         매체언어교육을 위한 학습자의 역동적 태도 구현 연구

        In this thesis, I systematized the attitude education in medium education and supposed a practical instruction model. The dynamic attitude of student to the media language performed instrumental use function, critical thinking function, value expression function and information and knowledge re-organization function. On these basement of 4 function, I re-organized ‘the attitude to the media language’, ‘the attitude to the media language recognition’ and ‘the attitude to the media language recognition activity’ for the content ingredient. The attainment goal for attitude to the media language is Students bring up confidential and pleasure attitude to the media or media language. Second, “Students bring up the critical attitude to the media and media language” for the attitude of media language recognition activity. Third, “Students bring up the reflective and active attitude to the media and media language” for the attitude about media language recognition activity. To achieved these objects, I established 4 principals what were body-centered principal, activity-centered principal, live-centered principal, unification-centered principal. On these basement, I supposed three models for the dynamic attitude education. [model 1] Dynamic instrumentalization attitude model for each media language(Let's play media model) [model 2] Critical understanding and practice model to the media language(What's the matter, media? model) [model 3] Active expression model to the media language(I'll tell you through mediamodel) Supposing main strategies and representative active instances in each models, I supposed the direction of active attitude education for the media language education 이 논문에서는 매체언어에 대한 역동적 태도 교육을 체계화시키고 실제 지도 모형을 제시했다. 매체언어에 대한 학습자의 역동적 태도는 도구적 활용 기능, 비판적 사고 기능, 가치 표현적 기능, 정보와 지식 재구성 기능을 수행한다고 보았다. 이러한 네 가지 기능을 바탕으로 내용 요소로 ‘매체언어에 대한 태도’와 ‘매체언어인식 활동의 태도’, ‘매체언어인식 활동에 대한 태도’로 재구성하였다. 매체언어에 대한 태도를 위한 성취기준(성취목표)으로, “매체 또는 매체언어에 대한 자신감 있는 태도와 즐거운 태도를 기른다.”로 설정했다. 둘째, 매체언어 인식 활동의 태도를 위해서는 “매체와 매체언어에 대한 비판적 태도를 기른다.”를 설정했다. 셋째, 매체언어인식 활동에 대한 태도를 위해서는 “매체, 매체언어에 대한 성찰적 태도와 능동적 표현 태도를 기른다.”를 설정했다. 이와 같은 성취 목표를 이루기 위한 원리로 몸 중심의 원리, 활동 중심 원리, 생활 중심의 원리, 통합 중심의 원리 등 네 가지 원리를 설정했다. 이를 바탕으로 세 가지 역동적 태도 교육을 위한 세 가지 모형을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. [제1모형] 각각 매체언어에 대한 역동적 도구화 태도 모형(매체야 놀자 모형) [제2모형] 매체언어에 대한 비판적 이해와 실천 모형(매체 왜 그래 모형) [제3모형] 매체언어에 대한 적극적 표현 모형(매체로 말해 주마 모형) 각 모형별로 주요 전략과 대표적인 활동 사례를 제시하여 매체언어교육을 위한 역동적 태도 교육의 방향을 제시하였다.

        Computational Drug Discovery Approach Based on Nuclear Factor-κB Pathway Dynamics

        The NF-${\kappa}B$ system of transcription factors plays a crucial role in inflammatory diseases, making it an important drug target. We combined quantitative structure activity relationships for predicting the activity of new compounds and quantitative dynamic models for the NF-${\kappa}B$ network with intracellular concentration models. GFA-MLR QSAR analysis was employed to determine the optimal QSAR equation. To validate the predictability of the $IKK{\beta}$ QSAR model for an external set of inhibitors, a set of ordinary differential equations and mass action kinetics were used for modeling the NF-${\kappa}B$ dynamic system. The reaction parameters were obtained from previously reported research. In the IKKb QSAR model, good cross-validated $q^2$ (0.782) and conventional $r^2$ (0.808) values demonstrated the correlation between the descriptors and each of their activities and reliably predicted the $IKK{\beta}$ activities. Using a developed simulation model of the NF-${\kappa}B$ signaling pathway, we demonstrated differences in $I{\kappa}B$ mRNA expression between normal and different inhibitory states. When the inhibition efficiency increased, inhibitor 1 (PS-1145) led to long-term oscillations. The combined computational modeling and NF-${\kappa}B$ dynamic simulations can be used to understand the inhibition mechanisms and thereby result in the design of mechanism-based inhibitors.

        A Dynamic Simulation Model for the Total Packaging System Cost Analysis in an International Supply Chain*

        To implement a new packaging system for an international supply chain, a packaging and supply chain manager should have a good understanding of the total packaging cost concept. Especially for the reusable packaging system, a poor investment may result in enormous loss of assets and efficiency throughout the supply chain. This paper compares one-way and reusable packaging systems. For the reusable packaging system, two options, company-owned or rental, were considered. A dynamic simulation method was used for calculating the number of reusable plastic containers (totes) and total packaging cost, based on activity-based cost data provided by an automotive company. The variables considered include costs of shipping containers, distance, and transport time required for a minimum 2-year operation. Five scenarios were tested which evaluated system time and cost, resource utilization for the process and number of units processed. The greatest benefit of using the dynamic simulation is that it provides real-time status information about the packaging inventory and various cost-benefit scenarios in the target supply chain. This paper identified the cost associated with each level of various activities (e.g., cost per line item picked, cost per delivery, etc.) which enables to show a clearer picture of the true packaging and logistics costs, so any inefficiency in a supply chain due to adoption of different packaging system. The results of this simulation can help in analyzing the interactive and coherent behavior between different packaging and supply chain systems.
