        사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성과 협력 네트워크 조직의 관계 - 중앙정부, 지자체, 시민사회단체를 중심으로 -

        This study analyzed the conditions of sustainability of Social Economy Organization focusing on cooperation network with the outside of Social Economy Organization. In particular, the paper explored which of the central government, local government, and civic social organization have a significant impact on the sustainability of Social Economy Organization. For this purpose, this study has attempted to conceptualize and operationally define a new empowerment model sustainability centered on relationality by differentiating from the existing achievement-oriented performance model sustainability. Based on this, the article empirically analyzed the role of external cooperative organizations that affect the sustainability of Social Economy Organization using interview survey data of Social Economy Organizations. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is confirmed that the experience of cooperation with civic social organizations increases the sustainability of Social Economy Organization. Second, the more effective the competence and support of the local government, the higher the possibility of sustainability of Social Economy Organization. Third, the support of the central government did not significantly affect the sustainability of the Social Economy Organization. Unlike previous studies, this study especially finds out that network cooperation with civic social organizations enhance the sustainability of Social Economy Organization. In conclusion, this study confirms that the cooperative network structure of Social Economic Ecosystem has a significant impact on the sustainable empowerment building of Social Economy Organization. Therefore, Social Economy Organizations need to focus on practice strategies to strengthen solidarity and cooperation with local civic social organizations and local governments for sustainable development. 본 연구는 사회적경제 조직 외부와의 협력 네트워크에 초점을 맞추어 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성의 조건을 분석하였다. 특히, 중앙정부, 기초지자체, 시민사회단체 가운데 어떤 조직과의 협력 관계가 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는가를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 목표달성 중심의 성과모델 지속가능성 개념을 탈피하여, 관계성 중심의 역량강화모델 지속가능성 개념화와 조작적 정의를 시도했다. 이를 바탕으로 사회적경제 조직을 면접 조사한 자료를 활용하여 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성에 영향을 미치는 외부 협력 조직의 역할을 경험적으로 분석했다. 분석결과, 첫째, 지역 시민사회단체와의 협력은 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성을 더욱 강화한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 둘째, 지자체와 협력이 적극적일수록 사회적경제 조직이 지속할 가능성도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중앙정부와의 협력은 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와 비교해서, 특히 시민사회단체와의 네트워크 협력이 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능성을 강화시켜준다는 새로운 사실을 밝혀냈다는 의의가 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 사회적경제 생태계의 협력 네트워크 구조가 사회적경제 조직의 지속가능한 역량강화에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 사실도 확인할 수 있다. 사회적경제 조직은 지속가능한 발전을 위해서 지역 시민사회조직과 지자체와의 연대와 협력을 강화하는 실천에 주력할 필요가 있다.

        호텔기업의 조직사회화전략이 조직사회화 및 조직적응에 미치는 영향

        The present study has classified the variables placed on organizational society in individual, group and organizational aspects around the studies of Saks & Ashforth(1997) to study how such factors influence the organizational society and held the empirical analysis on how the organization socialization influences organizational adaptability of employees. As a result of the analysis, the following results were drawn. First, the active actions of individual aspects among the organization socialization strategies appeared to have significant effects on organization socialization. Second, the social support of group aspects appeared to have significant effects for organization socialization. Third, the perception of mentoring appeared to have partially significant effects for organization socialization. Fourth, as a result of verifying the relationship of organizational commitment with organization socialization, the relationship with members, organization goals and understanding of values appeared to have positive effects for organizational commitment. Fifth, the degree of technical acquisition appeared to have positive effects for intentions to change jobs as a result of verifying the relationship of intentions to change jobs with organization socialization. Lastly, the degree of technical acquisition, organization goal and understanding of values appeared to have positive effects as a result of verifying the relationship of job satisfaction with organization socialization. Therefore, hotel corporations require various resources in relation to the development of working abilities of its employees and present long-term development plans of organizations and accurate vision to create the organization atmosphere so that the organization and its employees can move forward in the same direction.

        사회적비용을 부담하는 사회적경제조직: 캅(William K. Kapp)의 사회적비용 관점에서

        This paper examines the characteristics of social economy organizations that bear social costs as a factor and reveals the reality of social economy organizations through William K. Kapp's concept of social cost. In addition, the paper shows that this concept relates to other characteristics of social economy organizations, such as non-profit distribution constraints, multi-stakeholder governance, and the pursuit of social ends. This consideration can also be a method of enriching and reinforcing the identity of a social economy organization. From the point that Kapp's concepts of social costs and social minima provide objective standards for what needs to be met first not only within the social economy organization but also within society as a whole, they provide objective criteria to define and measure the social value that the social economy organizations create. This consideration can provide a critical theoretical basis for correcting the bias that overemphasizes the meaning or market competitiveness of a social economy organization as a business organization. Revealing clearly the social economy organizations' characteristics in operating and carrying out its purpose without having a supplementary or residual character to the state and market is the way to confirm the identity of the social economy organization itself and to enlarge citizenship of the social economy. 이 논문은 사회적경제기업 실체를 드러내는 한 요소로서 사회적비용을 부담하는 사회적경제조직의 특성을 캅(William K. Kapp)의 사회적비용(social cost) 개념을 통해 고찰하고자 하였다. 나아가 이 개념이 이윤배분 제약, 다중이해당사자 지배구조, 사회적 목적 추구라는 사회적경제조직의 다른 특성들과 연관되어 있으며 따라서 이 개념이 사회적경제조직 정체성을 풍부하게 만들고 강화하는 한 가지 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고자 하였다. 또한 사회적비용과 사회적 최소한(social minima)이라는 개념은 사회적경제조직 내 뿐만 아니라 사회 전체 차원에서 우선적으로 충족되어야 할 필요가 무엇인지에 대한 객관적 기준을 제공한다는 점에서 사회적경제조직이 창출하는 사회적 가치의 정의와 측정에 대한 논의를 진전시키는 데도 일조할 수 있다. 이는 사회적경제조직에 대해 사업조직으로서 의미나 시장경쟁력을 과도하게 강조하는 편향성을 정정하는 데 있어서 중요한 이론적 기반을 제공할 수 있다. 사회적경제가 국가와 시장의 보충적, 잔여적 성격을 가지지 않으면서 조직 운영과 목적을 수행하는 과정에서 자신의 특성들을 잘 드러내는 것은 사회적경제조직 자체의 정체성을 확인하는 과정이자 동시에 사회적경제의 시민성을 확대하는 길이다.

        The Effects of Employees’ Job Satisfaction on Work Performance in Social Organization: Focusing on Psychological Capital and Organizational Identity as a Mediator

        본 연구는 사회적 조직 구성원들의 직무 만족도가 업무 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 심리적 자본과 조직 정체성을 매개 변수로 이에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 온라인 설문조사로부터 표집된 490건의 설문 자료를 토대로 하여 연구 가설을 검증한 결과 직무 만족도와 업무 성과에 미치는 영향, 심리적 자본과 조직 정체성의 상호 작용 효과를 확인하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 직무 만족도, 심리적 자본, 조직 정체성은 사회적 조직 구성원들의 업무 성과에 높은 상관관계를 보여주었다. 둘째, 사회적 조직 구성원들의 직무 만족도 역시 심리적 자본과 조직 정체성의 상관성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 자본과 조직 정체성은 사회적 조직 구성원들의 직무 만족도와 업무 성과를 매개로 높은 상관 관계성의 결과를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 사회적 조직은 구성원들의 직무 만족도, 심리적 자본과 조직 정체성 수준을 높여 업무 성과를 높이고 사회적 조직의 지속가능한 발전을 촉진하는 데 많은 관심을 가질 필요가 있다. 또한 사회적 조직 관리자는 직무 만족도 평가 시스템을 구축하고, 구성원의 업무열의를 높이기 위한 인센티브 방안을 수립한 후, 구성원의 조직 정체성을 제고할 수 있으며, 구성원의 심리적 자본 향상을 위한 교육을 통해 최종적으로 직원의 업무 성과향상이라는 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 정책 입안자들은 사회적 조직의 지속가능성을 위한 관련 법규와 모니터링 시스템을 강화하며, 조직의 인재 양성을 위한 정책적 지원을 구성원들에게 제공함으로써 지속가능한 발전의 토대를 마련해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회적 조직 구성원의 업무 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구함으로써 사회적 조직의 관리 체계를 정비하고 지속가능한 발전을 위한 연구 모형의 틀을 제공한다는데 의의가 있다. 다만 본 연구는 일부 지역의 사회적 조직에 대한 연구를 진행하였기 때문에 직무 만족도와 업무 성과 간의 연구에 일정 수준의 연구 모형의 기준을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 이에 관한 연구에 있어 보다 더 많은 지역과 다양한 사회적 조직의 특성을 고려한 후속 연구가 필요하다. This study aimed to analyze the impact of social organization employees job satisfaction on their work performance, and used psychological capital and organizational identity as mediating variable. An online survey was conducted and 490 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 was used to perform statistics on the obtained data, as well as the results of statistical analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootstrap intermediary analysis. Analysis result: First, job satisfaction, psychological capital, and organizational identity have a significant positive impact on the work performance of social organization employees. Second, job satisfaction of social organization employees has a significant positive impact on their psychological capital and organizational identity. Third, psychological capital and organizational identity play a part of the mediating role between social organization employees job satisfaction and work performance. Therefore, social organization managers should pay attention to improving employees job satisfaction, psychological capital and organizational identity, so as to improve their work performance and promote the sustainable development of social organizations. Social organization managers can establish a system to evaluate job satisfaction, formulate incentive measures to improve employees work enthusiasm, and then enhance employees organizational identity; through training to improve employees psychological capital, and finally achieve the purpose of enhancing employees work performance. Policy makers can formulate special laws for the development of social organizations and strengthen the supervision and management of social organizations, provide policy support for the follow-up talent training of social organizations to promote the healthy and sustainable development of social organizations. Innovation: This study introduced the analysis framework of job satisfaction and work performance of employees in ordinary enterprises into the research of employees in social organizations. By studying the factors affecting employees work performance, it can help social organizations improve their management system and promote their sustainable development. Limitations: This paper only studied social organizations in The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China, which provided some reference value for the study of the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of social organizations in China, but the research area was relatively small. We need to expand our research further if we want to get more valuable research results.

        사회적경제 활성화를 위한 조세지원방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the major foreign tax support system and current tax support system for social economic activation proposed as a policy task after the launch of the new government, and to present a desirable tax policy direction and effective tax support plan. The social economy refers to activities carried out by organizations such as cooperatives and social enterprises, which are economic activities in the private sector that simultaneously generate social and economic values. In the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, tax incentives are also provided to investors and investors in terms of social economic activation, such as local community development. As a result of analyzing the application of the tax support system in the current 「Restriction of Special Taxation Act」 by dividing the social economic organization into the form of corporations and non-corporations, it is more taxable to establish a social economic organization in the form of corporations. This can impede fair competition depending on the type of organization among these organizations. In particular, in order to promote the investment of corporations such as venture companies, there are various tax support systems such as income deduction and dividend income tax exemption, but there seems to be no other tax support system other than the designated donation in order to promote the investment of social economic organization. First, the tax support policy for social economic organization should be provided in the way of giving tax benefit to investors or investors in terms of effectiveness and equity with venture companies. Second, It will be necessary to create the same tax environment so that these organizations can compete fairly. In order to revitalize the social economy in accordance with the direction of the tax policy, the tax support plan from three viewpoints is as follows. First, in order to encourage investors’ investment in social economic organizations, tax support is required to exempt income tax exemption on dividends, dividend income tax exemption, and equity transaction. In addition, it is necessary to allow a tax deduction for the contribution or investment of the social economic fund to a certain extent and to set up a tax credit system in order to promote the contribution of the social economic organization to the cooperative according to the special law. Second, to facilitate the purchase of goods or services produced by a social economy organization, it is necessary to allow a certain amount of tax deduction for a certain period of purchase price. Third, in order to enhance the legal stability and predictability of the social economic organization, Article 135 of the current 「Local Tax Exemption Restriction Act」 should be amended and linked with Article 85-6 of 「Restriction of Special Taxation Act」. In this way, this study contributes to the tax policy direction to promote the social economy which is the policy task of the government which is aimed at the ‘people-centered economy’, and to suggest the taxation support method specifically for the investment promotion of the social economic organization. 본 연구는 새 정부 출범이후 정책과제로 제시된 사회적경제 활성화를 위하여 주요 외국의 조세지원제도와 현행 우리나라 조세지원체계를 검토한 후 바람직한 조세정책방향과 지원방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 사회적경제는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치를 동시에 창출하는 민간영역의 경제적 활동으로, 협동조합, 사회적기업 등의 단체가 수행하는 활동을 말한다. 미국, 영국, 캐나다 등 주요 외국에서는 사회적경제 활성화 측면에서 출자자 또는 투자자 측면에대한 조세지원제도를 마련하고 있는 것으로 분석된다. 우리나라 현행 「조세특례제한법」에서 사회적경제조직이 적용받을 수 있는 조세지원제도를 주식회사와 비주식회사 형태로 구분하여 분석한결과, 주식회사 형태로 사회적경제조직을 설립하는 것이 더 많은 조세혜택을 받을 수 있는 것으로분석된다. 특히 벤처기업 등 주식회사에 대한 투자 촉진을 위한 소득공제, 배당소득 비과세 등의다양한 조세지원제도가 마련되어 있는 반면에 사회적경제조직에 대한 투자를 촉진하기 위하여 지정기부금 인정제도 이외에 다른 조세지원제도는 없는 것으로 보인다. 이에 따라 사회적경제 활성화를 위한 기본적인 조세정책방향은 첫째, 사회적경제조직의 출자자또는 투자자에게 세제혜택을 부여하여 투자를 촉진하는 방식으로 조세지원제도를 마련해야 할 것이며 둘째, 사회적경제조직 간 공정한 경쟁이 가능하도록 동일한 조세환경을 조성해야 할 것이다. 이러한 조세정책방향에 따라 사회적경제 활성화를 위해 세 가지 관점에서 조세지원방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적경제조직에 대한 출자자의 투자 촉진을 장려하기 위하여 출자에 대한 소득공제, 배당소득 비과세, 출자지분거래에 대해서는 증권거래세를 면제하도록 조세지원이 필요하다. 또한, 사회적경제기금의 출연 또는 투자에 대해 일정률만큼 세액공제를 허용하고 특별법에 따른 협동조합이 사회적경제조직의 출자를 촉진하기 위해 세액공제 제도를 마련할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 사회적경제조직이 생산하는 특정한 재화 또는 서비스에 대해 구매를 촉진하기 위하여 한시적으로 구매대금의 일정률만큼 세액공제를 허용할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 사회적경제조직의 법적안정성과 예측가능성을 제고하기 위해 현행 「지방세특례제한법」 제135조를 개정하여 「조세특례제한법」 제85조의6과연동하도록 개선해야 할 것이다. 이처럼 본 연구는 ‘사람 중심의 경제’를 지향하는 정부의 정책과제인 사회적경제를 활성화하기위해 바람직한 조세정책의 방향과 사회적경제조직에 대한 출자자의 투자 촉진을 장려하기 위한 측면에서 구체적인 조세지원방안을 입법적으로 제시했다는 데 공헌점이 있다.

      • 연변 조선족 여성 기관 및 단체 연구 : 여성의 사회적 역할과 정체성을 중심으로

        The purpose of this research is to look into the lives of Korean Chinese women in Yeonbyun, through women`s social organizations of "Korean`s local self-governing administration in Yeonbyun area". There had been numerous investigations, researches, and studies of Korean Chinese, but in fact, there had been few researches that were conduct on Korean Chinese women. Especially there had been very few researches that were conducted on consciousness and lifestyles of Korean Chinese women through women`s social organizations. Korean Chinese of Yeonbyun area had been governed under local self-governing administration in Yeonbyun for a long period of time, and there also had been numerous occasions of cultural interchange since the treaty of amity between Korea and China, 1992. Therefore this research aims to look at women`s conscious and national conscious that they are striving to merge at public organizations and/or social organizations- in other words, to look at national identity and women`s identity that they are to preserve. This research will question if there is any contradiction or conflict between Korean Chinese identity versus women`s identity. And that will bring adjustment to the amount and position of women`s social participation in Korean Chinese society of Yeonbyun. Furthermore, this will increase the understandings between Koreans and Korean Chinese women, and pursue a turning relationship, which will contribute greatly to consciousness and lifestyles of Korean Chinese women in Yeonbyun. This is because the role of women`s participations in social organizations or group activities in understanding the history and culture of Korean Chinese is quite notable. This paper in other words, will examine in detail; the roles of women inside the organizations, achieving the goals of the organizations, and national cultures and women`s cultures of the activities. This research will also assist in expanding the understandings of two countries through the network of Koreans and Korean Chinese. In addition, the study will contribute in research of Korean cultures, and/or Korean women (the life of Korean women), in this age of globalization and information technology. It is because this study will reveal the similarities and differences of the same people but that were living under different countries and ideas. There`s a saying that a country`s women arc the fortress that preserves the nation, cultures, and the lifestyles. This research, therefore, aims to examine, with a critical mind. the two-sides of structures, activities, and outlooks of women`s organizations. The Yeonbyun women`s organization has a research institute with a fairly old history and art association. In 1990`s various social organizations have been actively working to establish Korean-Chinese`s historical position as one of the 55 minority groups of China, a massive nation and they have been applying a great effort in gathering the women`s strength to maintain and strengthen the Korean society. These efforts arc certainly providing great amount of motivation in operating the civilian women`s social organization and their activities axe adding much strength to the Korean-Chinese society. The association of the women`s social organization is one of the essential frame-work of the civilian women`s organization where many Korean-Chinese female leaders are working very passionately. Especially, they have made great contribution to the enhancement of the women`s social standing and right since the establishment of the People`s Republic of China. However, after the opening tluough reformation, it can be said that the radically changing Korean-Chinese society is facing a crisis with new opportunity and standing on the road to decline or revival. Overall, the activities of research centers at live universities, civil women`s organization, and citizen`s organization arc used to build up a great dream of development of women leaders, potentials and the prosperity of the national civil society. In addition, in order to solve the various scattered problems of the Yeonbyun Korean-Chinese society, the female leaders must first spend more time on thinking about the actual desperate needs in the lives of the Korean-Chinese women and stand closer to them. Secondly, only when the minority of leadership or the scholar centered women`s organizations form mutual understanding with the majority of the women in society and possess the same identity will the organization and its activities have influencing power. This will also bring up a Korean-Chinese female society who is living in China in a dignified manner. An intensive action from the women`s social organization can be anticipated for the speedy establishment of such a day. On the other hand, the employment of the Korean-Chinese women in and outside of the country and the breakdown of the society from the major movement of the population from the village to the cities have caused divisions in the families, problems of self identity and national problems that are still piled up. Furthermore, other limitations that the women`s organizations face can be suggested as the lack of working force and finance, problems in advertisement and education programs, and the capability or ability of the female leadership. However, the biggest problem of all is that ordinary women population is not summoned to the organization`s activities which are due to the lack of cultural participation of majority of women who face economical difficulties. As a result, the existence of the women`s organization almost becomes meaningless to the people. Even so, as long as the women are aware that the abundant financial foundation is not the only factor that will save women or the nation, any efforts of active movements, by the women`s organization, towards the consciousness of women in the society has a great importance and meaning. This could be seen as one of the big benefits of the basic political system of communism in China Therefore, a life time education or a development and training education for female leaderships are extremely needed to meet the passionate desires and vigorous activities of the Yeonbyun Korea-Chinese women`s organizations. This will certainly provide a shortcut to Koreans all over the world contributing to the establishment of peace in China, eastern Asia, and world and the development of human history with an outlook of the beginning of a global age, women`s age, and a cultural age. For this result, the Korean government or civilians should fundamentally have a desirable and consistent interest in the Korean-Chinese society and exchange cultural experiences for a given amount of time. At the same time, a lively civil interchange of women`s problems is expected.

        사회자본이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 사회자본과 조직효과성과의 관계, 사회자본과 조직효과성과의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 검증하여 사회복지조직의 조직효과성 제고를 위한 대안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 조사대상은 2013년 현재 대구광역시 소재 28개 종합사회복지관 종사자들이며 설문조사를 통한 양적연구로 진행되었다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 사회자본은 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 구성원간의 사회자본 형성여부가 사회복지조직의 효과성에 결정요인이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 사회복지사의 조직몰입은 사회자본과 조직효과성 간 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나 사회복지조직에서 인적서비스의 핵심인력인 사회복지사의 조직몰입의 중요성이 확인되었다. 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지조직에서 사회자본의 활용과 조직몰입을 강화하여 조직효과성 제고를 위한 대안을 제시하였다. This research was carried out to present an alternative to raise the effectiveness of organization of social welfare organization by verifying the medium effect of organizational immersion in the relationship between the social capital and the effectiveness of organization. Subjects were workers in 28 general social welfare centers in Daegu in 2013 and it was a quantitative research through questionnaire survey. The research showed that the social capital of social workers has a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational civil act, confirming that whether or not of forming social capital among workers could be a determining factor to the effectiveness of social welfare organization. The organizational immersion of social workers was found out to have a medium effect between the social capital and the effectiveness of organization, confirming the importance of organizational immersion of social workers who are the core manpower of personal social services in social welfare organization. Based on the result, an alternative was presented to raise the effectiveness of organization by intensifying the use of social capital and organizational immersion in social welfare organization.

        사회적 경제 조직의 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향 연구: 활동범위별 분석을 중심으로

        Social problems are gradually occurring in an unexpected direction, and as a result, the actors who solve social problems are also undergoing major changes. In particular, social economy organizations that create social outcomes by creating financial results through economic activities and solving social problems based on them are attracting attention as new social problem solvers. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors affecting the social performance creation perceived by social economy organizations. As a result of the analysis, social economy organizations recognized the necessity of activating collaborative governance for effective social performance creation, and among economic performance, it was found that the higher the operating profit, the more positive the social performance creation. In terms of the scope of activities, social economy organizations with the scope of activities within the metropolitan government recognized positively for social performance creation compared to organizations with the scope of activities within the local government. As a result of the analysis by activity scope, collaborative governance was found to be an important factor in the social performance of social economy organizations regardless of scope of activity. The results showed positive perception of performance creation. Therefore, it suggests that in order for social economy organizations to effectively create social performance, it is necessary to establish a systematic evaluation system for business activities rather than unilateral support, to establish collaborative governance in which various actors participate, and to develop differential policies according to business regions. 사회문제는 점차 예상하기 힘든 방향으로 발생하며 이에 따라 사회문제 해결 주체들 역시 큰 변화를 겪고 있다. 특히, 경제활동을 통해 재무적 성과를 창출하고 이를 바탕으로 사회문제를 해결함으로써 사회적 성과를 창출하는 사회적 경제 조직은 새로운 사회문제 해결자로서 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 경제 조직이 인식하는 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사회적 경제 조직은 효과적인 사회적 성과 창출을 위해 협력적 거버넌스 활성화의 필요성을 중요하게 인식하며, 경제적 성과 중에서도 영업이익이 높을수록 사회적 성과를 긍정적으로 인식하는 결과가 나타났다. 활동범위 측면에서는 광역자치단체 내를 활동범위로 하는 사회적 경제 조직이 기초자치단체 내를 활동범위로 하는 조직에 비해 사회적 성과를 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 활동범위별로 분석을 실시한 결과에서는 협력적 거버넌스가 어떠한 범위를 대상으로 활동하더라도 사회적 경제 조직의 사회적 성과에 있어 중요한 요소로 나타났으며, 전국을 범위로 활동하는 사회적 경제 조직은 영업이익이 높을수록 사회적 성과를 긍정적으로 인식하는 결과를 보였다. 따라서 사회적 경제 조직이 효과적으로 사회적 성과를 창출하기 위해 일방적인 지원보다는 영업활동에 대한 체계적인 평가 시스템 개발과 다양한 주체가 참여하는 협력적 거버넌스 구축, 사업지역에 따른 차등적인 정책 마련이 필요함을 시사한다.

        A Study on the Revitalization Plan of Social Economic Organization: Focusing on the Jeonnam Region

        본 연구는 사회적 경제조직의 개념과 정책동향 및 참고문헌과 선행연구 자료를 기반으로 전남지역의 사회적 경제조직의 활성화 방안을 제언하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 경제 조직에 대한 개념과 특성, 현황을 기반으로 전남지역의 사회적 경제 조직의 고도화를 위한 활성화 방안을 주요 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전라남도 만의 특화된 사회적 경제 추진체계 및 제도의 정비이다. 둘째, 전남의 지역적 특성을 반영한 사회적 경제조직의 발굴과 비즈니스 모델 창출이다. 셋째, 사회적 경제 조직에 대한 인식제고와 교육의 강화이다. 넷째, 지자체 공무원들의 인식전화를 바탕으로 지역주민의 사회적 경제 조직에 대한 체계적인 인력양성을 위한 특화된 교육프로그램의 운영이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. This study attempted to propose a plan to revitalize the social economic organization in the Jeonnam region based on the concept of social economic organization, policy trends, and reference literature and previous research data. To this end, the main implications of the revitalization plan for the advancement of the social economy organization in the Jeollanam-do region based on the concept, characteristics, and current status of the social economy organization are as follows. First, it is the maintenance of the social economy promotion system and system that is unique to Jeollanam-do. Second, it is the discovery of social economy organizations that reflect the regional characteristics of Jeonnam and the creation of business models. Third, it is to raise awareness of social economic organization and strengthen education. Fourth, it can be said that it is necessary to operate specialized education programs to systematically cultivate human resources for the social and economic organization of local residents based on the awareness of local government officials.
