        호텔종사원의 조직특성요인이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study is intended to identify how the organizational factors of hotel employees influence their job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the type of employment. Samples used for data analysis are 452 workers working for hotel companies including 276 regular employees and 176 non-regular employees. The results are as follows: first, the job satisfaction of regular employees is generally higher than that of non-regular employees. Second, the degree of affective and continuous commitment showed significant difference by the type of employment, but normative commitment did not. Third, according to the result of how job satisfaction influences organizational commitment, the job satisfaction of non-regular employees alone is not affected by the relationship of senior officers and coworkers.

        호텔종사원의 감정노동과 직무태도의 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과

        Now emotional labor cannot be disregarded in service industry where workers have to contact people individually and control their feelings themselves to maintain kindness and satisfy customers. Therefore, this study aims to figure out the effect of hotel employees’ emotional labor on their job attitude and examine as moderating effect emotional intelligence, the factor to relieve such relationship. This study targets workers in five-star hotels located in Jeonnam area. Total 250 questionnaire sheets were distributed, and 224 were used for positive analysis as effective samples. According to the result of this research, first, among the two sub factors of emotional labor, surface acting and deep acting, only the deep acting affects customer orientation and emotional commitment positively. Second, according to the result of verifying emotional intelligence’s moderating effect on the relationship between hotel employees’ emotional labor and job attitude, there was no moderating effect found.

        Efficient Illegal Contents Detection and Attacker Profiling in Real Environments

        With the development of over-the-top (OTT) services, the demand for content is increasing, and you can easily and conveniently acquire various content in the online environment. As a result, copyrighted content can be easily copied and distributed, resulting in serious copyright infringement. Some special forms of online service providers (OSP) use filtering-based technologies to protect copyrights, but illegal uploaders use methods that bypass traditional filters. Uploading with a title that bypasses the filter cannot use a similar search method to detect illegal content. In this paper, we propose a technique for profiling the Heavy Uploader by normalizing the bypassed content title and efficiently detecting illegal content. First, the word is extracted from the normalized title and converted into a bit-array to detect illegal works. This Bloom Filter method has a characteristic that there are false positives but no false negatives. The false positive rate has a trade-off relationship with processing performance. As the false positive rate increases, the processing performance increases, and when the false positive rate decreases, the processing performance increases. We increased the detection rate by directly comparing the word to the result of increasing the false positive rate of the Bloom Filter. The processing time was also as fast as when the false positive rate was increased. Afterwards, we create a function that includes information about overall piracy and identify clustering-based heavy uploaders. Analyze the behavior of heavy uploaders to find the first uploader and detect the source site.

        IPA분석기법을 이용한 MICE 개최장소 및 도시 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도, 그리고 만족도와 재 선택의 영향관계를 중심으로: 광주광역시를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of level of importance and level of satisfaction of attributes for the hosting venue and urban selection of MICE through the in-depth interview with professional groups on the basis of the advanced studies through the IPA analysis for each interested party (participant and participating companies). And, it intends to find out the relationship of influence on the level of satisfaction and re-selection of attributes for the hosting venue and urban selection of MICE. As a result of analysis, following outcome has been formulated. First, as a result of comparing the level of importance and level of satisfaction of attributes for the hosting venue and urban selection of MICE for each interested party, transportation convenience (relativity) is shown to be high for level of importance and low for level of satisfaction in general. And, second, as a result of analyzing the level of satisfaction and relationship of influence of re-selection of the attributes to select MICE for each interested party, the tourism attraction is commonly shown to be important factor for re-selection. On the basis of such study result, as the hosting venue for MICE of Gwangju Metropolitan City, there is a need of improvement on following contents in order to have the competitiveness with other local governments as the hosting venue of MICE. First, with respect to the MICE infra, there is a need to expanding the transportation convenience (relativity), expanding the accommodation facilities and expanding the exhibition facilities, second, there is a need to support the service development on ICT-based integrated information in relation to MICE operation, third, there is a need to develop the tourism resource to represent Gwangju, such as, developing the tourism program, shopping, eatery, recreation and so forth in connection with MICE, and fourth, with respect to the conditions of hosting site, there is a need to improve the urban image.

        The objectives of the study were twofold: one was to examine the nality, and credibility of websites) and user satisfaction, and the other w as to test the avioral intentions as potential consequences of web site quality in the hotel industry through extensive literature review. Correlation analysis and L ISREL were employed to test the hypotheses. Results showed that web site q uality had functionality of web sites. Suport was also found on a causal relationship betw een user purchase-related behavioral intentions.

        악성코드 분석에서의 AI 결과해석에 대한 평가방안 연구

        정보보안에서 AI 기술은 알려지지 않은 악성코드를 탐지하기 위해 사용한다. AI 기술은 높은 정확도를 보장하지만, 오탐을 필연적으로 수반하므로 AI가 예측한 결과를 해석하기 위해 XAI 도입을 고려하고 있다. 그러나, XAI는 단순한 해석결과만 제공할 뿐 그 해석을 평가하거나 검증하는 XAI 평가 연구는 부족하다. XAI 평가는 어떤 기술이 더 정확한지 안전성 확보를 위해 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 악성코드 분야에서 AI 예측에 크게 기여한 feature로 AI 결과를 해석하고, 이러한 AI 결과해석에 대한 평가방안을 제시한다. 약 94%의 정확도를 보이는 tree 기반의 AI 모델에 두 가지 XAI 기술을 사용하여 결과해석을 진행하고, 기술 정확도 및 희소성을 분석하여 AI 결과해석을 평가한다. 실험 결과 AI 결과해석이 적절하게 산출되었음을 확인하였다. 향후, XAI 평가로 인해 XAI 도입 및 활용은 점차 증가하고, AI 신뢰성 및 투명성이 크게 향상될 것으로 예상한다. In information security, AI technology is used to detect unknown malware. Although AI technology guarantees high accuracy, it inevitably entails false positives, so we are considering introducing XAI to interpret the results predicted by AI. However, XAI evaluation studies that evaluate or verify the interpretation only provide simple interpretation results are lacking. XAI evaluation is essential to ensure safety which technique is more accurate. In this paper, we interpret AI results as features that have significantly contributed to AI prediction in the field of malware, and present an evaluation method for the interpretation of AI results. Interpretation of results is performed using two XAI techniques on a tree-based AI model with an accuracy of about 94%, and interpretation of AI results is evaluated by analyzing descriptive accuracy and sparsity. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the AI result interpretation was properly calculated. In the future, it is expected that the adoption and utilization of XAI will gradually increase due to XAI evaluation, and the reliability and transparency of AI will be greatly improved.

        지역통상정보 : 캐나다 대학생의 한국음식 소비유형분류: Q방법론을 중심으로

        캐나다음식시장은 아시아에서 시작된 한류의 영향으로 한국음식에 대한 관심과 소비가 괄목하게 늘고 있어 중요 소비시장으로서의 성장가능성과 함께 꼭 공략해야할 목표시장이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 캐나다 내 한국음식을 세계화하는 초석이 마련되고 한국음식의 우수성과 개발가능성을 높이고자 하였다. 캐나다 정부에서는 자국의 인구 증가를 위해 강력한 이민 정책을 펼쳐오고 있다. 따라서 캐나다는 다양한 인종의 사람들과 음식문화가 뿌리를 내려 한국음식의 소비시장으로서 높은 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 한국음식의 국제경쟁력을 높이기 위한 기초연구로 캐나다의 한국음식을 인식하는 소비자들의 유형을 파악해보는 것이 우선 중요하다고 할 수 있다. Q방법론을 통하여 캐나다 응답자의 주관성을 이용해 한국음식에 대한 중요한 차원, 목표 시장의 특성, 한국음식을 소비하는 캐나다 대학생의 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 한국음식에 대한 캐나다 대학생 유형의 세 가지 범주(실용적인 트렌드 타입, 전통 문화 추구 타입, 초심자 타입)를 발견하고 한국음식의 객관적인 특성보다는 캐나다 대학생들의 한국음식에 대한 주관적인 특성을 밝히고 포지셔닝전략을 위한 기초를 제안하고자 한다. This study is designed to expand ``Q-Methodology`` into the global marketing realm in attempt to find out how Canadian consumers will perceive Korean food. The ultimate aim of this thesis is to lay a basic foundation to globalize Korean food and heighten the potential and quality of Korean food. Korean food, well-known as slow diet, jumps on the bandwagon of the Korean Wave and spreads at a rapid pace. At this point, most Korean food becomes widespread under the influence of the boom of not just the Korean Wave but also the growing desire for health food. Hence, it is the most important to analyze consumers` types in order to learn how each individual nation perceives Korean Food. This can be used as the basic research and study to enhance the national competitiveness of Korean food. Q-methodology is adopted in this study to reveal the critical dimensions and characteristics of the target market and/or consumers for Korean Food using the Canadian respondents` subjective attributes. Three categories (pragmatic trend type, traditional culture seeking type, a beginner type) of Canadian consumer behavior regarding Korean Food are found and suggested in this study. The objective attributes of Korean food are not considered here, but the Canadian consumers` subjective behavioral attributes are.
