        일본산 배 SPS 수입금지 조치 해제의 사전분석

        본 논문은 국산 배와 일본산 배에 대한 국내소비자의 무차별 선호를 가정한 가격격차 방법론을 적용하여 일본산 배의 수입금지 조치 해제 시 경제적 · 정량적 영향을 사전에 분석하는 방법론을 소개한다. 방법론을 이용하여 2018년 일본산 배의 수입허용 가정 시 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 연평균 5만 톤의 일본산 배가 국내시장에 유입될 것으로 추정된다. 이 수입량은 국내 배 가격하락 뿐만 아니라 국산 배 생산량 감소를 야기하여 국내 배 생산 감소효과를 초래하여, 연평균 930억원 수준의 직접적인 피해가 예상된다. 국내 배 재배면적과 생산량은 베이스라인 대비 0.7%, 1.4% 감소할 것으로 예측된다. 또한, 생산 · 소비 대체재를 포함한 다른 품목 부문에 미치는 간접적인 영향을 합한 전체 농업분야의 연평균 감소액은 약 2,090억 원 수준으로 베이스라인 대비 0.4% 감소할 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구에서 제안한 SPS 수입금지 조치 해제 시나리오 영향평가는 기존에 수행해오던 양허안 중심의 시나리오 분석과 병행하여, 메가 FTA 참여 시 농업분야 파급영향의 사전분석 방법론을 개선할 것으로 기대된다. This paper proposed a methodology to analyze the economic and quantitative effects of lifting the import ban on Japanese pears by applying a price gap approach in the absence of any preference for either type of pear. Assuming that Korea will allow Japanese pear imports in 2018, the simulation results show that an annual average of 50,000 tons will flow into the domestic market from Japan. These imports will cause a decrease in the price and production of domestic pears, which would have a direct effect on the domestic pear industry, leading to an annual average reduction of 93 billion won. The cultivation area and production quantity are projected to be decreased by 0.7% and 1.4%, respectively, compared to the baseline. Also, the annual average reduction in the overall agriculture sector is predicted to be about 209 billion won, which is a 0.4% reduction compared to the baseline. This research is expected to improve the methodologies available for proactive analysis, with the existing analysis focused on customs tariffs when Korea considers joining mega-FTAs.

        건조방법에 따른 하수슬러지 건조속도 비교 및 경제성 평가

        In this study investigated the effect of the chemical injection ratio on the drying rate of sewage sludge. Then the economic efficiency was evaluated by comparing the results of the NIR(near infrared ray) and microwave drying rate test. The near infrared ray device showed drying speed of 31.9 %, 28.1 %, and 27.1 % at polymer dose ratio of 8 %, 10 %, and 12 %, respectively. Compared to 8 % polymer dose ratio, polymer dose ratio of 10 % and 12 % showed differences of 8.0 % and 13.6 % respectively, suggesting that drying efficiency decreased as polymer dose ratio increased. The microwave device showed drying speed of 26.2 %, 24.3 %, 21.3 % at polymer dose ratio of 8 %, 10 %, and 12 %, respectively. Compared to 8 % polymer dose ratio, polymer dose ratio of 10 % and 12 % showed differences of 5.2 % and 13.4 % respectively, suggesting that drying efficiency decreased as polymer dose ratio increased. Drying evaluation estimated the treatment cost of near infrared ray device at optimal dose ratio(6 %) was 35,591 won/ton while that of actual dose ratio(8 %) was 38,928 won/ton. Drying evaluation estimated treatment cost of microwave device at optimal polymer dose ratio(6 %) and at 8 % to be 16,683 won/ton and 18,352 won/ton, respectively.

      • 감성돔, Acanthopagrus schlegeli의 종묘생산 및 성분화에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to produce the seeding of the larvae and juvenile of black sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli in terms of artificial hatching, feeding behavior and growth rate in each factor. Total length of black sea bream larvae hatched was 2.57±0.35mm and after 50 days, total length was 22.08±3.74mm, 49.7% in survival rate. This research was conduced to confirm the effect of tributyltin and 2,4-dinitrophenol on the sex differentiation in Black Sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli. Fish were reared of oral administration of tributyltin at 0.05, 0.5, 5㎍/g and 2,4-dinitrophenol at nominak concentration of 0.05, 0.5, 5, 50㎍/g diet from 156 days to 185 days after hatching. In the process of the differentiation until 156 days after hatching, gonads were composed testis. In contrast, 185 days after hatching, testis were composed of a number of spermatogonia and sperm duct. The female in the control in which sex differentiation of Acanthopagrus schlegeil was normally conducted was 100%. The experimental unit of estradiol-17β, it was 100% in 0.05㎍/g diet concentration, which was similar to the sex ratio of the control. And it was 100% in 0.5㎍/g diet concentration. In each experimental unit with 5, 50㎍/g diet concentrations, every individuals of them differentiated to males. About the experimental unit of tributyltin, the females were 100%, 100%, 100%, 100% and 100% in 0.05㎍/g, 0.5,㎍/g, 5㎍/g and 50㎍/g diet concentrations, respectively. About the experimental unit of 2,4-dinitrophenol, the males were 100% tn 0.05, 0.5, 5, 50㎍/g diet concentrations, respectively.

      • InGaAs 와 InAlAs의 에너지 갭과 광발광 특성

        The optical properties of InGaAs/InP and InAlAs/InP grown by MOCVD have been presented. The energy gap of InGaAs/InP epilayers was found to depend on the strain due to the lattice mismatch, which should be considered for the optical characteristics. From the PL data for a lattice-matched InAlAs/InP epilayer, Varshni equation may be the best expression for the temperature dependence of the energy gap, which was found to be E_g(T) = 1.549-3.16×10^(-4)T^2/(T + 162). The FWHM of the photoluminescence spectra was found to be related to lattice-vibrations. The temperature dependence of the photoluminescence emission could be characterized by two non-radiative recombination processes.

        다수 대의 자성운반체에 의하여 웨이퍼의 공급 및 반송이 이루어지는 반도체 제조시스템의 생산성 향상을 위한 스케쥴링 방법을 제안한다. 진화프로그래밍의 사용을 위하여 염색체의 정의하며, 교배 및 돌연변이 함수를 새로이 정의한다. 또한 각 자성운반체의 충돌회피를 위한 시간 창 기법을 적용한다. 기존 방법과의 비교 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제시된 방법의 유용성을 검증하며, 실제 생산라인에의 적용방법을 제시한다. We propose a new path planning method for multiple magnetic carriers in wafer handling systems. The chromosome and the genetic operators are defined to solve the problem by genetic algorithms. The time-window technique is also applied to the method to generate a conflict-free path of each magnetic carrier. Simulation results are then presented to verify the usefulness of the proposed scheme.

        In this paper, a novel test method is proposed to detect hard and soft faults in CMOS operational amplifiers. Proposed test method makes use of the offset voltage, which is one of the op-amps specifications. During the test mode, CUT is implemented to unit gain op-amps with feedback loop. When the input is grounded, a good circuit has a small offset voltage, but a faulty circuit has a large offset voltage exceeding predefined range of tolerance. Using the proposed method, no test vector is required to be applied. Therefore the test vector generation problem is eliminated and the test time is reduced. The accuracy and effectiveness of the method is verified through HSPICE simulation.

      • 당의 종류를 달리한 녹차다식의 제조특성

        For this study, potato starch, an easily accessible ingredient, was used to make the traditional pressed sweet, dasik, with honey, sirup and fructooligosaccharides as the binding material and green tea powder added to create“ green tea dasik.”Green tea dasik were then examined on their qualities such as sugar content, moisture, Aw, pH, color and mechanical measurements and the sensory acceptability was evaluated. To improve the texture of green tea dasik with 8% green tea powder, honey and fructooligosaccharides were respectively used in place of sirup as the binding material. As a result, the sugar content was the highest when honey was used, but it was also higher with fractooligosaccharides than with sirup. The moisture content was the highest with honey; Aw was the lowest with fractooligosaccharides; and pH was the highest with sirup. The chromaticity test results showed that the L value was the lowest with honey, revealing dark colors. Dasik with fractooligosaccharides showed the brightest colors. As for the a value, dasik using honey, sirup and oligosaccharide showed -5.93, -2.64 and -8.85, respectively. The b value for yellow chromaticity was the highest with fractooligosaccharides. The mechanical measurement test results showed that dasik with fructooligosaccharides have the highest values in elasticity, cohesiveness, chewiness and gumminess. In the sensory acceptability test, the scores for dasik with honey were high in color, sweetness and moistness while the scores for dasik with fructooligosaccharides were the highest in adhesiveness, chewiness, hardness and overall acceptability. As a result of investigating the characteristics in the making of green tea dasik, fructooligosaccharides are evaluated highly as a possible ingredient of dasik.

        상악 골절단 및 급속구개확장(SARME)을 이용한 술전 치성보상의 해소와 악교정 치험 2례 : REPORT OF 2 CASES

        This is to review the surgically assisted rapid maxillary expansion followed by orthodontic treatment for malocclusion with maxillary narrow-arch. Two patients who presented with narrow-arch maloccluson and transverse maxillary deficiency underwent a Lefort I osteotomy extending to the zygomatico-maxillary but-trees and splitting of the midpalates. Orthopedic expansion was initiated with one complete rotation 0.8㎜ of the expansion screw on the day, and followed by two quarter-turn 0.4㎜ each day thereafter untill the arch expanded to preplanned level. Changes of the mid-incisal gap space. intermolar width. incisal inclination, TMJ symptoms and reapse tendency were examined periodically. After the surgico-orthodontic leveling and alignment. pre-planned orthognathic surgeries (maxillary & mandibular osteotomies) were rendered to correct the maxillofacial deformites. Results:Intermolar width (IMW) was increased to 13㎜ within 20 days and the gap between to cen-tral incisors was declined to5-7^。. There were neither complaints nor signs of TMJ disorders during treatment. The amount of relapse was less than 0.5㎜ in a year. Therefore, the surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion(SARME) can be a pre-orthodontic option to gain the interdental space in narrow-arch malocclusion with crowding and to reduce the labial inclination of upper incisors without extraction of premolars.

        TiN Ion-Plating이 교정용 브라켓의 접착강도에 미치는 영향

        TiN ion-plating이 교정용 브라켓의 접착강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 세 종류의 서로 다른 기저면형태를 가지는 스테인레스 스틸제의 브라켓을 선택하고, TiN ion-plating 된 브라켓과 ion-plating 되지 않은 브라켓을 치아에 접착시켰을 때 초기 및 장기접착강도, 접착계면의 주사전자현미경 관찰, 파단면의 주사전자현미경 관찰을 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. · TiN ion-plating을 하지 않은 경우 24시간 후의 접착강도는 Micro-Loc형이 5.89±1.77MPa, Foil Mesh형이 4.27±1.12MPa, Undercut형이 2.64±0.58MPa로 Micro-Loc형이 가장 높았고, 그 다음이 Foil Mesh형 그리고 Undercut형의 순으로 나타났다(P<0.05). · TiN ion-plating시 24시간 후의 접착강도는 Micro-Loc형이 6.26±1.51 MPa, Foil Mesh형이 7.45±2.01MPa, Undercut형이 2.93±0.84MPa로 ion-plating 하지 않은 경우와 달리 Foil Mesh형이 Micro-Loc형보다 오히려 높게 나타났고, Undercut형이 역시 가장 낮은 접착강도를 나타내었다(P<0.05). Ion-plating 유무에 따른 24시간 후의 접착강도는 3가지형 모두에서 ion-plating시 증가하였으나 Foil Mesh형에서만 유의한 증가가 있었다(P<0.001). · 장기침적시 ion-plating의 유무에 관계없이 전반적으로 초기(1일)접착강도보다 증가하였으며 접착력의 안정성을 나타내었다. · 접착계면의 주사전자현미경 관찰 결과 브라켓 기저면의 형태나 ion-plating 유무에 관계 없이 레진이 브라켓 기저면으로 잘 퍼져 들어가 브라켓과 치아와의 사이에 견고한 접착면을 나타내었고, 장기침적의 경우도 같은 양상을 나타내었다. · 파단면의 주사전자현미경 관찰에서는 다양한 파괴양상이 나타났다. This study was conducted to see the effect of TiN ion-plating on the bond strength of orthodontic bracket. Three stainless-steel brackets with different base types were chosen; when TiN ion-plated brackets and non ion-plated brackets were bonded to the teeth, initial and long-term bond strength were measures. The observations of bonding surface and failure sites through the scanning electron microscope were analysed and compared. The summary of this study was as follows: · When TiN ion-plating was not applied, the Micro-Loc type was the highest in bond strength after 24 hours as 5.89±1.77MPa, followed by 4.27±1.12MPa for Foil Mesh type and 2.64±0.58MPa for Undercut type(P<0.05). ·Under TiN ion-plating, the bond strength after 24 hours showed: Micro-Loc type 6.26±1.51MPa, Foil Mesh type 7.46±2.01MPa, Undercut type 2.93±0.84MPa. Unlike in the case of non ion-plating, Foil Mesh type showed a higher strength than Micro-Loc type, with Undercut type still showing the lowest bond strength(P<0.05). The bond strength, after 24 hours, increased in case of ion-plated in all 3 types, but a significant increase was shown only in Foil Mesh type(P<0.001). · Under a long-term immersion, regardless of ion or non ion-plating, bond strength in general increased over the initial bond strength(one day), with more stability. · Through scanning electron microscopic observation of bonding surface, it was found that, regardless of the bracket base type or the application of ion-plating, the resin was thoroughly spreaded into bracket base to form a solid bonding surface between the bracket and the tooth. This was also true in case of a long-term immersion. · The scanning electron microscopic observation of failure sites revealed diverse failure patterns.
