        산업장 근로자를 대상으로 실시한 한방 건강검진의 만족도

        The examinees who received oriental and western health examination both and submitted questionnaire were 257 workers in workplace for 1 month during health examination for industrial workers. The research was to compare the satisfaction of oriental and western health examination by the questionnaire. The data that were collected by health examination were analyzed into frequencies, ANOVA, T-test with use of SPSS 10.0 program by the research purposes. The results were as follows: 1. Health examination in satisfaction comparison by the general characteristics of subject was significant in oriental health examination for the subjects who had 9-10 working hours(P〈0.05). 2. The workers who had high confidence in result of health examination, affirmative thinking for requirement of health examination, arbitrary decision for receiving the health examination, had high satisfaction in oriental and western health examination both, It was statistically significant difference. 3. For the difference in subjective health condition's recognition, the subject who answered " Healthy" had high satisfaction in western health examination, and it was statistically in western health examination, and it was statistically significant The subject who answered "Healthy" for the early detection of disease had high satisfaction in western health examination, The subject who answered skeptical for the early detection of disease had high satisfaction. in oriental health examination and it was statistically significant. 4. The respondent who said "Yes" for the question, whether you know about oriental health examination or not before receiving oriental health examinatgion had relatively high satisfaction For the question about including of oriental health examination continuously in the coming future, the subject who replied affirmative answer had high satisfaction in average, and it was significant difference(P〈0.05). 5. For the question that will be needed in the item of oriental health examination, the highest item was the requirement of specific oriental health examination for various diseases, followed by the requirement of medical specialist for individual need of medical examination by the item, and the prescription of herbal medicine, the medical examination of cancer, the interview for folk remedies, the parallel treatment for acupuncture cupping, etc, the medical examination for adult disease, the requirement of room for medical examination etc.

        CTX-M형 ESBL 생성 비장티푸스성 살모넬라의 특성

        Background: Extended-spectrum ß-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Salmonella have been increasingly reported worldwide. ESBL-producing Salmonella is of particular concern since children cannot be treated with quinolones. This study was conducted to determine the phenotypic and genetic characteristics of ESBL-producing Salmonella in a tertiary hospital. Materials and Methods: Four clinical ESBL-producing isolates of non-typhoidal Salmonella were collected during 2001 to 2009. Antimicrobial susceptibility was determined by disk diffusion test and VITEK-II system. ESBL production was tested by ESBL phenotypic confirmatory test. TEM, SHV, CTX-M1, CTX-M2, CTX-M8, and CTX-M9 type ESBL genes were detected by PCR amplification, and PCR products were subjected to direct sequencing Results: Phenotypic confirmatory test showed that 4 of the 300 non-typhoidal Salmonella isolates were ESBL-producing: 3 S. Enteritidis and 1 S. Typhimurium. All 4 isolates were recovered during the past 1 year period. All 3 S. Enteritidis harbored CTX-M-15, while the S. Typhimurium harbored CTX-M-14. All CTX-M-15-producing S. Enteritidis isolates showed resistance both to cefotaxime and ceftazidime, while the CTX-M-14-producing S. Enteritidis were resistant only to cefotaxime. Conclusions: ESBL-producing nontyphoidal Salmonella has emerged recently and the type of ESBL has switched from TEM and SHV to CTX-M.

        I. Introduction By the comparative analysis of electronics parts industries in Korea and Japan, present problems and future development plans of the Korean electronics parts industry are described. II. Overview of electronics industry in Korea and Japan 1. Electronics industry in Korea 1) Composition of sectors (1) The growth rates of production and exports are higher than that of imports in all sectors of the electronics industry. (2) Due to the structural improvement the share of industrial equipment increased while that of consumer products decreased in total production and exports. (3) In imports, the shares of consumer products and parts and components decreased while that of industrial equipment increased. (4) In all sectors, the ratio of domestic production in total domestic demand increased. 2) Trade structure (1) The amount of trade volume increased. By countries, trade with Japan is in the deficit while that with America is in the surplus. This tendency has been reinforced. (2) In exports, the share of America increased while that of Japan decreased. But in imports, there is no such tendency. (3) In sectoral composition of trade, exports to Japan is heavily dependent upon parts and components while exports to America is mainly composed of consumer products. Import is centering around parts and components. 3) Foreign investment (1) The share of foreign firms in the electrical and electronics industry increased. By sectors, the shares of parts and components decreased while that of industrial equipment increased. (2) By countries the share of Japan is large, and by sectors that of parts and components is large. (3) In production and exports, the share of foreign firms decreased but in industrial equipment their share is very large. (4) The tendency of international division of labor lessens in the joint ventures while it was strengthened in the domestic firms. 4) Technology The import of technology would result in direct and indirect costs to the Korean economy. 2. Electronics industry in Japan (1) The growth rates of production and exports are higher than that of imports, and the growth rate of exports is higher than that of production. (2) The sectoral composition is moving away from consumer product and industrial equipment to industrial equipment and parts and components. (3) The export composition becomes less dependent on consumer products. But the share of consumer products in total exports is the largest among electronics sectors. (4) The share of parts and components in total import is large, and that tendency is more intensified. III. Electronic parts and components industry in Korea and Japan 1. Electronic parts and components industry in Korea 1) Overview The share of parts and components in total electronics industry decreased in production and imports, but increased in exports. 2) Specification of parts and components(See Table 3-1) 3) The recent trend of electronic parts and components industry in Korea (1) The demand of domestic parts and components has increased. (2) In spite of the increase in demand, the supply capacity of parts and components is limited by lack of capital and raw materials. 4) The importance of electronic parts and components industry (1) In international competition, parts and components play a major role. (2) The development of electronic parts and components industry could be attained by dynamic and growing small-medium size enterprises. (3) The export market of electronic parts and components industry is promising. (4) The electronic parts and components industry is suitable to the Korean factor endowments. 5) The electronic parts and components industry in Korea. The share of parts and components in total electronics industry decreased in production and exports and imports. 3. The comparison between Korean and Japanese electronic parts and components industry. (1) The magnitude and scale of Korean electronic parts and components industry is inferior to that in Japan. (2) The ability of R & D of Korean firms is inferior to that of Japanese counterparts (3) In basic materials, Korea is far behind to Japan. (4) The linkage between components firms and assembly firms is weak in Korean electronics manufacturing. IV. Conclusion (1) In order to develop parts and components industry, growth of small and medium size enterprises have to be vigorously promoted. (2) The individual parts and components based strategy is desirable. (3) The future development prospect of electronic parts and components heavily depends on R & D effort.

      • 열피로균열 제작 및 초음파검사 평가

        원전에서는 안전성 확보를 위해 초음파 검사를 통해 주기적으로 가동중검사(In-Service Inspection, ISI)를 수행하고 있다. 그러나, 초음파 검사 장비의 교정과 검사자의 검출능력 향상을 위한 훈련 시 활용되는 대비시험편(Reference Block)의 결함은 기계 가공하여 제작한다. 이는, 실제 결함과 폭 및 형상 등이 상이하여 정확도와 신뢰성을 확보하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 기계 가공하여 제작한 결함을 실제 발생하는 결함으로 대체하고자 하는 것에 있다. 이에, 원전에서 발생하는 결함의 발생 메커니즘에 따라 자연 결함을 제작하고 이를 가속화할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템을 이용하여, 다양한 외경과 두께를 가지는 배관에 균열을 제작하였으며, 제작된 결함을 평가하였다. In nuclear power plants, in-service inspection (ISI) is performed periodically through ultrasonic testing to ensure safety. However, flaws in reference blocks, which that can be used to train inspector and calibrate equipment for ultrasonic testing, were mainly produced by machining. This has limitations in securing accuracy and reliability because the machined and actual flaws are different in width and shape. In this study, in order to replace the flaws produced by machining with the actual flaws, we developed a system capable of accelerating the occurrence of flaws based on the generation mechanism of flaws. Also, using this system, flaws were produced in pipes of various diameters and thicknesses, and then flaws were evaluated by ultrasonic testing.

        흡입독성 연구를 위한 2730ppm 납 네뷸라이징 용액에서 발생된 에어로졸의 입경분석

        Ultrasonic nebulizer with the application of new engineering methodology and the design of electronic circuit was made for lead inhalation toxicology study and 2730ppm lead nebulizing solution was used to generate lead aerosol. After modification of source and inlet temperatures, the results of particle size analysis for lead aerosol were as following. The highest particle counting for source temperature 20˚c was 39933.66 in inlet temperature 100˚C and particle diameter 0.75㎛. The highest particle counting for source temperature 50˚C was 39992.71 in inlet temperature 250˚C and particle diameter 0.75㎛. The highest particle counting for source temperature 70˚C was 37569.55 in inlet temperature 50˚C and particle diameter 0.75㎛. The ranges of geometric mean diameter(GMD) were 0.754-0.784㎛ for source temperature 20˚C, 0.758-0.852㎛ for source temperature 50˚C, and 0.869-1.060㎛ for source temperature 70˚C. The smallest GMD was 0.754㎛ in source temperature 20˚C and inlet temperature 20˚C, and the largest GMD was 1.060㎛ in source temperature 70˚C and inlet temperature 250˚C. The ranges of geometric standard deviation(GSD) were 1.730-1.782 for source temperature 20˚c, 1.734-1.894 for source temperature 50˚C, and 1.921-2.148 for source temperature 70˚C. The lowest GSD was 1.730 in source temperature 20˚c and inlet temperature 20˚C, and the highest GSD was 2.148 in source temperature 70˚C and inlet temperature 250˚C. Lead aerosol generated in this study was polydisperse. The ranges of mass median diameter(MMD) were 1.856-2.133㎛ for source temperature 20˚C, 1.877-2.894㎛ for source temperature 50˚C, and 3.120-6.1091m for source temperature 70˚C. The smallest MMD was 1.856㎛ in source temperature 20˚C and inlet temperature 20˚C, and the largest MMD was 6.109㎛ in source temperature 70˚C and inlet temperature 250˚C. Slight increases for GMD, GSD, and MMD values were observed with same source temperature and increase of inlet temperature. MMD for inhalation toxicology testing in EPA guidance is less than 4㎛. In this study, source temperature 20˚C and 50˚C with inlet temperature from 20˚C to 250˚C were conformed to the EPA guidance, but inlet temperature 20˚C and 50˚C for source temperature 70˚C were conformed EPA guidance. MMD for inhalation toxicology testing in OECD and EU is less than 3,um. In this study, source temperature 20˚C and 50˚C with inlet temperature from 20˚C to 250˚C were conformed to the EPA guidance, but none for source temperature 70˚C.

        N/A Boerhaave's Syndrome, or spontaneous esophageal rupture, is generally used to designate lesions resulting from intrinsic forces acting upon the esophagus as opposed to trauma. This disease is a rare. condition with high morbidity and mortality. A 47-year-old man was admitted to our hospital due to hematemesis for 1 hour and epigastric pain Esophagoscopic finding shows a well marginated oval shape puched lesion with necrotic tissue on left side of distal esophagus. Esophagograrn shows large, well marginated diverticuloid esophageal rupture. Correction of the perforated esophagus was carried out with primary repair and drainage. We experienced a case of diverticuloid esophageal rupture in a patient with liver dysfunction and hyperglycemia so report it with review of literatures.
