제주지역 계통특성을 고려한 다기(Multi-Infeed) HVDC 시스템 운전 방안에 관한 연구

As recently the demand on electric power has been increasing, the requirement of power supply reliability has been increased. Accordingly, the number of HVDC transmission systems in the world has been steadily increased, which have been installed in the power system to transmit a large capacity power to the long distant and interconnect the power grid between different countries. etc. #1 HVDC Transmission System was installed between Haenam and Jeju island in 1998, which is the first HVDC system furnished in korea. and has been operated until now. Before #1 HVDC Transmission System being installed, the power system of the Jeju Island is a isolated power system from that of Korea mainland. After the construction of #1 HVDC the system has made the Jeju power system more reliable and also been able to supply the mainland power, which was cheaper than that of Jeju island, to Jeju island. The construction of additional HVDC transmission system between mainland and the Jeju Island has been currently underway to cope with recent changes of the power market of the Jeju island, for examples the increase of power demand and the capacity of wind power generation. etc. #2 HVDC Transmission System construction was completed in 2012. #3 HVDC Transmission System will be also installed according to the plan. If all goes as planned, the Jeju power system will be operated with Multi-Infeed HVDC system connected to mainland power system. So the additional studies are needed in order to maintain the stability of the Jeju power system and get the efficiency of the Multi-Infeed HVDC system. Therefore, in this paper, the optimal operation strategies of the Multi-Infeed HVDC system between the mainland of Korea and the Jeju are suggested to ensure the stability of the power system in Jeju Island when the Multi-Infeed HVDC system is operated between two power system.
25.8㎸ 고체절연차단기(Solid Insulated Switchgear)에 대한 기계적 신뢰성(수명) 평가

본 논문은 SF? 가스졀연차단기를 대체할 고체절연차단기 (Solid Insulated Switchgear:SIS)의 기계적 신뢰성 평가에 대한 연구 결과이다. 최근 제정된 “25.8㎸ 가스 및 고체절연 친환경 개폐장치” 한전 구매규격에는 “Epoxy 고체절연물에 대한 기계적 신뢰성(수명)이 25년 이상”임을 보증할 수 있는 신뢰성 데이터를 제출해야 한다는 조항이 포함되어있다. 이에 개발된 고제절연차단기의 Epoxy 고체절연물에 대한 기계적 신뢰성(수명)이 25년 이상임을 보증할 수 있는 신뢰성 시험과 분석 기법에 대한 연구가 진행되었다.
Pseudomonas capsici에 의한 아주까리 세균점무늬병의 국내 첫 보고

2021년 8월 부산광역시 강서구에서 아주까리의 잎과 줄기에 점무늬병의 발생이 확인되었다. 아주까리 분리균은 tryptic soy agar에서 점액성이 없고 연한 녹색을 띠는 둥근 콜로니를 형성하였다. 세균은 단극성으로 다수의 편모를 가진 막대 모양이었다. 세균을 건전한 아주까리 유묘에 접종했을 때, 동일한 점무늬 증상의 괴사 반응이 나타났다. 병징이 나타난 부위에서 세균을 재분리하여 동일균 여부를 확인하였다. 분리균은 감자 무름 반응과 D-fucose 대사반응이 양성이었으며, troleandomycin에서 생장할 수 있었다. 16S rRNA와 항존유전자(gyrB, rpoD) 염기서열의 상동성을 비교하였을때, Pseudomonas capsici와 유연관계가 가장 높았다. 결과적으로 아주까리에서 분리된 균은 배양적, 생화학적, 유전적 특성에 의해 P. capsici로 동정되었다. 본 연구는 국내 아주까리에서 P. capsici에 의한 점무늬병의 최초 보고이다. In August 2021, water-soaking symptoms of bacterial spot disease were observed on castor bean in a field in Gangseo District, Busan. Bacteria isolated from the lesion when cultured on tryptic soy agar appeared to be nonmucoid and pale green. To confirm whether the isolates were the causative agent of the spot disease, they were inoculated onto healthy castor bean plants. The same symptoms were observed on the inoculated tissue, and the bacteria were reisolated from the lesion. Furthermore, the isolates were consistent with the biochemical and physiological features of Pseudomonas capsici. Sequencing analysis using 16S rRNA and housekeeping genes (gyrB, rpoD) showed that the isolates shared a high sequence similarity with P. capsici. These results confirmed that the strains belonged to P. capsici. To our knowledge, this is the first report of bacterial spot disease caused by P. capsici on castor bean in Korea.

Objectives : This study was conducted to assess the effect of Uhwangchungsimwon on the autonomic nervous system. Methods : Eligible subjects were enrolled from healthy people in their 20s-30s. They were divided into two groups, the UC group (n=22) and the control group (n=20). We monitored ECG from 14:00 to 18:00 in both groups. In the UC group, subjects were administered UC at 15:00. HRV analysis was conducted at 14:00, 16:00, and 17:00 for 512 seconds. Results : The degree of LF/HF ratio change was significantly higher in the UC group at 1 hour after administration. Conclusion : We suggest Uhwangchungsimwon may be useful for stabilization of the autonomic nervous system by activating parasympathetic nerve in healthy people.

Social Network Services(SNSs) have no longer the only role of the social relation and networking channel among people who are connectable. Now a day, most SNS sites developed commercial services in which users posted their profiles through online or mobile, which enabled forming a social relationship with others as well as making channels for communication. Today, most SNS users share his every activities through the SNS, and gain reputation from his followers. Also, activities of particular person can be easily searched through the Internet and SNSs. It is possible to manage their reputation on the SNS site. From the advent of SNS sites, many companies who know the power of it have been using the SNS for the brand and reputation management. Accordingly, active and strategic SNS management can increase their value and promote their followers. We especially interested in the mediating role of cognitive reputation and flow of individuals between using motives and activities on SNS. To verify the mediating role of cognitive reputation and flow between exogenous motive variables and dependent action performance variable, we gathered data from three young generations, e.g. high school students, college students, and young officer workers. We categorized the motives of using SNS as five factors: information search & sharing, self-actualization, self-presentation, play & amusement, and communication & relationship. The empirical tests show that communication & relationship factor was most effective on cognitive reputation, and it affects on SNS activities indirectly. Also, play & amusement factor was most effective on flow, and it affects on activities indirectly. The research model was enough to prove the mediating role of cognitive reputation and flow. The test results give us some important implications. First, cognitive reputation management is important for relation oriented SNS users. Second, flow management is important for entertainment oriented users.
