        Factors Impacting Initial Trust and Purchase Intention in Internet Shopping Malls

        인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 소비자들의 초기신뢰는 재방문이나 회원가입, 개인정보 제공, 구매행동과 같은 신뢰의 후속적인 행동과 연계되어있어 인터넷 쇼핑몰 연구의 중요한 주제로 다루어져 왔다. 특히 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 대면 접촉이 없이 인터넷상에서 업체가 보여주는 정보에만 의존해야 하며 거래를 위해서는 신용카드와 같은 자신의 개인정보를 제공해야만 하므로 오프라인 환경에서보다 신뢰가 훨씬 중요한 의미를 가진다. 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 소비자들을 대상으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 처음으로 방문하여 형성되는 초기신뢰의 영향요인과 구매의도에 관한 내용을 중심으로 연구하였다. 실증 분석결과 한국과 중국 소비자 모두 기업의 프로파일과 웹사이트 품질이 인터넷쇼핑몰 초기신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인적 특성에 있어서는 한국에서는 소비자의 신뢰성향이, 중국에서는 개인의 혁신성향이 초기신뢰에 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국과 중국 소비자 모두 지각된 기술적 기반이 초기신뢰에 영향을 미치는것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체들의 고객의 초기신뢰를 구축하기 위한 마케팅 시사점을 제시하였다.

        중국 전자상거래의 유형별 문제점과 해결방안

        …Rapidly increasing internet adoption in China has helped push the worldwide online population. In China, B2C E-commerce is divided into three categories in China: online direct sale, online retail, and online booking services. Online retail remains the major form of B2C business, and online booking services and online direct sale also maintained rapid growth. The B2C market will be more competitive with vigorous development of E-Commerce in China. The B2B sectors has seen a higher transaction volume and more stable growth than the B2C sector. The Regional B2B platform and vertical B2B platform will make further development in the China's market. Those comprehensive B2B platforms need to be enhance the value-added services to face the impact brought by new B2B Platform. China's C2C market witnessed rapid growth in 2005, the market growth may slow down in 2006 and 2007, due to heavy market competition, challenges to the business model and slow corporate user growth. The purpose of this paper is contribute to development E-commerce in China by finding the solutions of the bottlenecks in Types of E-commerce in China. 중국에서의 컴퓨터가 사용된지 40여년이 지나고 있지만(江欣, 2006) 인터넷이 사용되기 시작한 것은 지난 1990년대 중반부터였다. 중국정부는 중국을 발전시키는 바로미터가 디지털 및 IT산업의 적극적인 활동이라는 점을 누구보다도 많이 인식하고 있다. 따라서 정보를 공개공유하여 On-line상에서 국민들을 위해 제공할 수 있는 서비스 개발에 앞장서고 있다.(高瞻, 2006) 이와 더불어 중국은 초고속 Internet서비스 업체가 매년 증가하고 있으며 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출하고 있다.(向, 2005) 그러나 중국의 인터넷 시장이 확대됨에 따라 외국기업의 중국진출이 증가하고 있으나 사전준비가 수반되지 못한 채 중국시장에 진입하는 것은 매우 위험하며 실패가능성도 매우 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다.(민윤경, 2001)중국에서의 전자상거래의 건전한 발전은 대부분 전자상거래와 관련한 법률적인 문제와 직결되는데 전자상거래 관련법 제정에 있어서 중국정부는 정부주도의 전자상거래 시장발전을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 중국정부는 전자상거래관련정책과 입법문제를 아주 중요시하고 있다.(민윤경, 2001, p.147) 이와 같이 중국은 전자상거래 인프라 및 법제도의 개선과 정부조직을 전산화하여 효율성과 신뢰성을 강화하고자 하며 이를 바탕으로 중국 정보산업화를 진행하고 있다.(최석범(a), 2005, p.278.)

        브랜드경험과 즐거움, 구전의도의 관계

        The present study is aimed to demonstrate the causal relationships of muli-dimensional brand experience(sensory, affective, behavioral, intellectual) to pleasure and WOM intention, to investigate mediating effects of pleasure in the links between multi-dimensional brand experiences and WOM intention, and to explain the differences between South Korean and Chinese. The results are indicated as follows. First, brand experiences(sensory, affective, behavioral, intellectual) had positive effects on consumer’s pleasure in both sample. Second, it was demonstrated that brand experiences was significant causes on inducing consumers’ WOM intention for South Korean and Chinese consumers. Finally, it was demonstrated that pleasure had fully mediated in the relationship between brand experiences and WOM intention in all sample. The findings will help global marketers establish more efficient brand strategies according to the differences and similarities between South Korean and Chinese smartphone consumers.

        소셜 네트워크 분석을 활용한 한국의 경영학 연구 트렌드

        As the business environment becomes ambiguous in the boundaries between industries, many changes and attention are focused on business administration studies. In the Big Blur environment, a new organization is managed and operated to achieve the purpose of the company, and many changes are expected in management research issues. This study aims to analyze research trends by major functions of Korean business administration through trend analysis of business administration research. Six elements of Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Production and Operation, and KCI's Paper Title, Abstract, and Keywords were collected and conducted Semantic Network Analysis. As a result, 2010 showed many issues in terms of cost, that is, corporate management in pursuit of profits for the survival of the company. In 2020, it was confirmed that research for sustainable management was actively conducted as corporate social responsibility issues expanded by reflecting the consumption leadership of the MZ generation.

        전자제품유통업에서 고객관계관리의 결정요인의 영향에 관한 연구

        In today's increasingly competitive business environment, successful implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) is recognized as an important requisite for achieving organizations' competitiveness. This study tried to investigate the relationships between organizational characteristics and performance of customer relationship management. Research variables of the study were not only organizational characteristics such as customer oriented characteristics, organizational characteristics, human resource characteristics and customer information characteristics, but also CRM characteristics like customer analysis capability, marketing capability and customer service capability. The data were sampled from the domestic distribution systems of electronic goods and analyzed with SAS. The results showed that the top management support and the evaluation system had significant relationships with CRM characteristics. However, the other independent variables had a partially significant relationship to CRM characteristics. The results of this study found the reason why companies expectations do not fit with customers' and suggested a way to reduce mutual gaps for CRM implementation.

        중국인의 한국의료관광에 영향을 미치는 선·후행 변수에 관한 연구

        This study aims to explore the effects of quality of tourism, accessibility, quality of medical treatment and pricing adequacy of Korean medical tourism on Chinese customer satisfaction and revisit intention. For the empirical study an online survey was conducted to Chinese consumers who have visited Korea for a purpose of medical tourism. After eliminating questionnaires with irrelevant answers and missing values, 256 questionnaires out of 284 questionnaires have been used in the analysis. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the factors of tourism attributes including quality of tourism, quality of medical treatment and pricing adequacy are positively associated with consumers’ satisfaction, while accessibility has no significant effect on customers’ satisfaction. Second, customers’ satisfaction has a positive effect on revisit intention.

        Web2.0 기반 인터넷쇼핑몰의 구현

        Applying Web2.0 concepts and technologies in e-commerce(i.e., internet shopping malls) is one of the top issues recently. The purpose of this paper is to propose a new approach to implement the Web2.0-based internet shopping malls that make more sellers and buyers to participate in e-commerce. This internet shopping mall is implemented using P2P and blogs which are the major Web2.0 technologies. Based on the literature on Web2.0, the difference between Web1.0 and Web2.0 is discussed, and eight Web2.0 technologies, such as social networking, collective intelligence, mash-up, web service, podcast, P2P, blog, and RSS, are explained. The internet shopping mall proposed in this paper is composed of two parts. One is the P2P messenger, and the other is the sellers' blogs. The P2P messenger is used to create product catalogs which are stored in XML files. These catalogs are automatically registered in the sellers' blogs. In the sellers' blogs, buyers can search, select, buy products, and make payments. The P2P messenger is implemented as a C/S application using Microsoft C# based on .NET FrameWork 2.0 while the blog is implemented as a web site using ASP.NET 2.0 and MS-SQL 2005 Server.

        e-L/C 활성화 과제에 관한 연구

        E-trade is expected to dominate the global trade in the 21st century and thus is being introduced as a major policy assignment for each developing country. E-trade has the potential to accelerate existing trends and introduce new ways of conducting trade. It is especially important in Korea, which has a high dependency rate on trade. Faced with structural problems with a high-cost trade system, trade efficiency through the channel of e-trade is an alternative to strengthen international competitiveness of Korean medium and small export and import firms. Therefore, Korea needs to quickly adjust to this new method of e-trade and provide a number of policy suggestions that it can make best use of. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the status of e-L/C which is the most important part of e-trade and draw alternatives in applying appropriate e-L/C system in Korea.
