      • 鑛物性 冷却油의 Coolingability에 관한 硏究

        The laboratory quench method used in this study is based on plunging a silver cylinder heated to 800±1℃ into mineral base oils at given temperature. Experimental apparatus and measuring method followed the Korean Industrial Standard. Cooling curves at the boundary of the shape of cylinderical type measured by a silver-alumel thermocouple is recorded throughout the quenching period. Using the cooling curves, the collingability of the quenching oils at a various temperrature were compared and discussed.

      • 신경회로막을 이용한 굴삭기의 위치 제어

        The objective of this study is to design a multi-layer neural network which controls the position of excavator's attachment. In this paper, a dynamic controller has been developed based on an error back-propagarion(BP) neural network. Since the neural network can model an arbitrary nonlinear mapping, it was used as a commanded feedforward input generator. A PD feedback controller is used in parallel with the feedforward neural network to train the system. The neural network was trained by the current state of the excavator as well as the PD feedback error. By using the BP network as a feedforward controller, no a priori knowledge on system dynamics is need. Computer simulation result demonstrate such powerful characteristics of the proposed controller as adaptation to changing environment, robustness to disturbancen and performance improvement with the on-line learning in the position control of excavator attachment.

      • 민속놀이의 활성화 방안 연구

        As an effort to revive our folk tradition, I am suggesting that our folk plays, especially those with a competitive nature, be turned into a sporting event which youths can enjoy, and which can be taught in every school. This will enable our students to gain a better understanding of our traditions and come to value and love them. Above all, an organization should be created that will play a central role in implementing this agenda. Second, this organization should lead in turning various folk plays into sporting events. Third, those events should be exciting competitions that will gain peoples attention. Fourth, to promote the spread of folk plays, they should be included in school curricula and trained physical educators should help spread these competitions in the schools. In addition, these events should be actively publicized through the press and other mass media. Lastly, this organization ought to take the lead in seeking assistance from the Office of Education to hold a variety of these sporting events. If these projects are carried out successfully, we will have a future in which folk plays are always with us in everyday life.

      • 調和 集中 荷重을 받고 回轉하는 타이어에서 音響 放射

        The Problem of sound radiation from rotational tire under the action of harmonic point forces is studied. The reaction on the vibratory response of the rotational tire is taken into account. The rotational tire is assumed to occupy the plane y = 0. The rotational tire material and the elastic foundation are assumed to be lossless and Bernoulli-Euler beam theory including a tension force (T), damping coefficient (C) and stiffness of foundation (k_s) will be employed. The non- dimensional sound power is derived through integration of the surface intensity distribution over the entire rotational tire. The expression for sound power is integrated numerically and the results examined as a function of wavenumber ratio (γ) and stiffness factor (ψ). Here, our purpose is to explain the response of sound power over a number of non-dimensional parameters describing tension, stiffness, damping and foundation stiffness.

        Vibration characteristics of a wheel play an important role to judge a ride comfortability and quality for a passenger car. In this study, the vibration characteristics of al-alloy and steel wheel for passenger car are studied. Natural frequency, damping and mode shape are determined experimentally by frequency response function. Results show that wheel material property, size and design are parameter for shift of natural frequency and damping.

      • 농가용 저온저장고의 제어변수에 따른 성능평가

        The low temperature storage method has been used to increase the value of agricultural products by reducing quality deterioration and controlling respiration rate. The respiration rate of agricultural products depends on several factors such as temperature, moisture, gas composition and microbe inside the storage room. Among that temperature is the most important factor, which affects respiration rate and causes severe damage. The results obtained from these experiments are that electric consumption is decreased as setting temperature is decreasing and temperature deviation is increasing. In the ventilation experiment, the case ventilated four times a day(every six hours a day) with ten minutes operation each time, was inspected require as much electric consumption as non-ventilation case.

      • Polyester 신합섬 직물의 농색염색 및 대전방지가공에 관한 연구 (Ⅰ)

        The Dyeing processing, which can be a low-cost and easily application to production field was investigated by using some bathochromic agent and dyestuffs. The Δ L values and dye up-takes of threated several fabrics were investigated according to the dye concentration and pH of dyebath. The results were as follows : 1. The selection of bathochromic agent acts as important factor for improvment of bathochromic property of fabrics. 2. The pH of dyebath has a little effect on bathochromic effect. 3. In case of one bath treatment, the bathochromic agent has little effect on the improving bathochromic property of treated fabric. 4. The efficiency order of bathochromic effect is DTY + fila.> CVY > DTY and fabric structure is also effect on the bathochromic property of the polyester fabric.

        As ED1 system come into use widely in administration, commerce and transportation, international trade carried out with documents traditionally is gradually being transformed into ' paperless trade' under such circumstances. By introducing ED1 system into Bills of Lading that are one of the most important documents in international trade using advanced information technology, ' The B/L Crisis' so called can be settled and the efficiency in international trade can be pursued. By the way such a new system has been proposed by CMI. This paper is a study on the functions of Electronic Bill of Lading proposed by CMI in comparison with those of traditional B/L, the problems in relation to implementation of Electronic Bill of Lading, and the acceptability of Electronic Bill of Lading in view of law and business practice. To sum up, though there is no problem in substituting paper B/L with Electronic Bill of Lading in view of its functions, it seems to be too early to grant the same legal effect to Electronic Bill of Lading as paper B/L owing to a defect in legislation. But there are constant efforts to accept Electronic Bill of Lading in international convention and business custom. Therefore it is forcasted that Electronic Bill of Lading will be introduced in the level of the management strategy and the survival of an enterprise in spite of the load of its cost and the difficulty of adaptation to new practice. As EDI is displayed to the best of its ability when it is generally implemented in all parts of transaction rather than partial implementation, it is probable that ED1 systematization of B/L will be realized in such level. In conclusion, although Electronic Bill of Lading has many questions to be settled and commercial practice is not easily altered, a keen request for the change of the current practical custom shall act most importantly on the introduction an settlement of new business custom.
