        소아의 상완골 원위부 과간 골절

        상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.

      • ATM 망을 이용한 캠퍼스 네트웍 구축 방안 연구

        본 논문은 본교에 광역 캠퍼스 네트웍 구축시 사용할 수 있는 캠퍼스 네트웍 구축방안에 대한 연구 결과이다. 먼저 학교 특성에 맞는 요구 사항의 도출 및 현재의 네트웍 장비개발 기술현황 분석을 수행하였다. 그리고 본교의 LAN 설계시 중요 고려요소로는 멀티미디어의 실시간 정보 교환 기능과 지역 8개 대학간 원격교육에 대비하여 다수채널의 동영상 부하의 감당 능력, 학, 내이의 데이터 베이스 검색이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 요구사항을 실현하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 실시간 지원이 강력하고 대역폭이 넓어 요구 조건을 만족하는 ATM 기반의 망구조를 제시하였다. In this paper. we designed and proposed the Honam university's campus network using ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Module). we showed the specific differences between ATM and existing networks in view of performance and protocols. We confirmed that ATM is proper for our campus network which is going to transfer the multimedia, image and sound data in the near future. We suggested two campus networks. The first one is using two ATM switches which will be located in Engineering Hall(Building?8) and Computer center(Building?5) respectively, since we assumed that the data traffic is mainly occurred between two buildings, But In this case, the cost is too high. We suggested modified network which can reduce the cost and guarantee the speed performance. In this design we omitted the second ATM switch which will be installed on the engineering building. We used optical cable for cabling between buildings. But we used class 5 UTP(untwisted pair) cables for intra cabling in the building. We assigned that each professor's office is two ports and each lecture room is one port. So, totally, it needs about 2.200 ports. We assured that if this kind of network is implemented in the near future. it is possible to connect both the government's network highway and Korea satellite. Above all. it is able to implement the remote education between 8 regional universities using satellite network. Also it will help to get high degree in university evaluation which will be scheduled on 1998.

      • 망상어, Ditrema temmincki(BLEEKER)의 生殖周期 및 體內仔魚發達에 關한 組織學的 硏究

        1987년 5월부터 1988년 8월까지 충무근해에서 채집된 망상어科에 속하는 胎生硬骨魚인 망상어, Ditrema temmincki를 대상으로 암수의 生殖周期와 體內受精에 따른 卵巢內 胚發生過程과 體內仔魚의 發達 및 産出등을 조사하였다. 精巢는 많은 曲精細管으로 構成되어 있고, 卵巢는 특수하게 발달된 二重結締性 膜構造인 卵巢巢褶曲으로 구성되어 있는데, 이들 上皮에서 生殖細胞가 起原하게 된다. 수컷의 生殖巢熟度指數는 3월에 연중최저치를 나타내고, 이후 계속 증가하여 10월중에 연중최고치를 나타내며, 이때 精巢의 成熟과 함께 뒷지느러미 부위에 交尾器가 발달하여 交尾가 일어난다. 암컷의 生殖巢熟度指數의 증가요인은 孕胎仔魚의 成長에 따른것으로 생식소숙도지수는 9월에 연중최저치를 나타내며, 이후 일정한 값을 유지하다가 1월부터 증가하기 시작하여 母體內의 잉태자어가 産出되기 직전인 6월에 연중최고치를 나타낸다. 成熟에 관여하는 일부 난모세포는 9월부터 활발한 성장이 시작되어 12월에 이르면, 230㎛ 전후의 完熟卵母細胞로 성장한다. 완숙난의 受精은 난소습곡의 瀘胞腔에서 배란되지 않은 상태로 일어나며, 수정된 난은 胞胚末期에 난소강으로 放出되어 産出될때까지 卵巢腔에서 발달한다. 1월말경부터 모체내에서 孵化된 初期仔魚가 관찰되었고, 이때의 全長은 10.0mm전후였으며, 5월말경부터 체내자어가 産出되는데 이때의 평균 전장은 60.0mm이었다. 평균 잉태자어의 數는 모체의 전장이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 수정후 자어의 산출시까지 孕胎期間은 약 6개월 정도였다. The reproductive cycle, fertilization and early development were examined in the viviparous surfperch, Ditrema temmincki which were collected to Chung Moo in Korea from May 1987 to August 1988. The testis consists of many seminiferous tubules, and spermatogonia originate from germinal epithelium on the seminiferous tubule. The ovary consists of several ovigerous folds, and oogonia originate from the inner surface of the germinal epithelium within the ovigerous fold. Gonadosomatic index(GSI) of the male reached the minimum between March and April and began to increase from early May. It reached the maximum between October and November. During the period copulation occurs. Increase of GSI of the female was due to the growth of embryos in ovary, not to the maturation of oocytes. GSI of the female began to inerease from January and between late May and June when embryos were about to be discharged. The growth of some oocytes inducing maturation was initiated in September, and they became ripe eggs of ca. 230㎛ in diameter by December. Fertilization occurs while the ripe eggs are still retained within the follicles of the ovigerous fold. Fertilization eggs are released into the ovarian cavity at the late blastular stage where they developed by discharge. The hatched embryo within the ovarian cavity in the late january was ca. 10.00mm in total length, and discharged embryo in the late May was ca. 60.00mm. The mean number of the embryos increased with the increase of total length of the female. Gestation period was about six months from fertilization to discharge.

      • 세포질내 정자주입법(ICSI)에 있어서 정자흡입 및 난자내 주입방법에 관한 연구

        Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.

        Flyash를 이용한 블록의 흡음특성에 관한 연구

        The blocks using flyash were prepared in this study. The characteristic of sound absorption of flyash block was investigated. It was revealed that the chemical additives and flyash played an important role to determine the characteristic of sound absorption. Chemical additive affects the capability of sound absorption while flyash affects the characteristic of sound absorption, i.e. high value of the sound absorption coefficient at the specific frequencies(1㎑ and 2 ㎑). The flyash block showed higher sound absorption coefficient than that of the commercial concrete block having carpet on the surface. It was also shown that the sound absorption coefficient increases with increase of the content of flyash in the block. However, it was found that the 70wt% of flyash in the flyash block was the optimum content to obtain the highest sound absorption coefficient.

      • 우리나라 상차림의 영양적 평가

        This study was carried out to investigate the current nutritional problems owing to the increased consumption of westernized food in Korea and also was conducted to compare the nutritional characteristics of Korean traditional meal with those of the Western diet in similar serving size. The results obtained from nutritional evaluation are as follows: 1. The percentage of calories represented by carbohydrate: lipid: protein was 65:15:20 respectively for Korean traditional meal (Table setting of 3 Chop) therefore these ratios meet the dietary recommended allowances for Koreans. 2. Nutrient values of Korean traditional 3-Chop were shown to be better balanced than those of Western diet when the nutrients of the two types of diet were estimated by similar serving sizes and calories. 3. Compared to the Korean traditional meal, most fast foods were nutritionally imbalanced especially in that most of them showed higher amounts of fats. These results show that Korean traditional meals supply ideal nutrient intakes in contrasts to the westernized diet, therefore much work remains in developing a variety of menus and standard recipes for Korean traditional meals according to the changes in diet trends as well as emphasing the importance of Korean traditional meals as part of an ideal, well-banlanced diet.

      • 염분이 함유된 폐수의 생물학적 처리시 염분농도가 오염물질의 제거에 미치는 영향

        Effects of salt concentration and C/N ratio on pollutants removal efficiencies were investigated in treatment of seafood wastewater by sequence batch reactor(SBR). The synthetic seafood wastewater containing salinity from 3,000 to 10,000 mg/L NaCI and C/N ratio of 2 and 4 was treated by SBR. Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn), T-N, and T-P decreased with increasing salt concentration, but eventually reached a pollutants removal a platrau. As systems adapted in salts until salts concentration of 8,000mg/L, the time required to reach the pollutants removal efficiencies at steady state was reduced. However, the removal efficiencies of pollutants sharply decreased and the time require to reach steady state was increased as salt concentration rose to 10,000mg/L, Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn) were higher for C/N ratio of 4 than for 2. Effects of salt on the nitrogen removal were not faster than the organic removal but the time required to the nitrogen removal at steady state was ncreased. The removal efficiencies of phosphorus also were redueed as salt concentration increased, which inhibited the release of phosphorus than the uptake.

      • 초소형 구조물의 부착 방지를 위한 새로운 자기 집합 물질에 대한 연구

        In order to achieve stiction-free polysilicon surfaces, we have suggested a new chemical grafting precursor and confirmed their excellent characteristics. When dichlorodimethylsilane(DDS, C_(2)H_(6)SiCl_(2)), a dialkyldichlorosilane widely used in silicon machining, have been used as a precursor, experimental results were clearly comparable to those of monoalkyltrichlorosilanes octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS, C_(18)H_(37)SiCl_(3)) or 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltrichloro-silane (FDTS, C_(10)H_(4)F_(17)SiCl_(3)) in terms of stiction reduction. The polysilicon cantilevers were fabricated in the carefully controlled conditions and laser interferometer indicated that their residual stress gradient was 2 MPa/μm upward from the substrate. The SEM images of polysilicon cantilever beams with DDS coating are upward and no stiction is observed up to 2 mm in length.
