인도네시아 水産業의 背景 및 現況과 韓國과의 共同開發에 관한 展望

Even though Indonesia dominate the vast ocean and abundant fishery resources, the development of fishing industry has been not so much progressed. It is presumable that the demand of fishery product in Indonesia will be increased at a high speed in accordance with the rapid increase of population and the elevation of living standard in the near future. The technology and capital to develop the fishing industry is not so sufficient that the Government of Indonesia is trying to introduce them from foreign countries. On the other hand, the Korean fishery production in the near sea fishing ground has already been beyond the maximum sustainable yield, so it will be obliged to import fishery product in a large quantity unless she tries to get a increased production in the field of overseas fisheries. The production is slightly increasing in that field, but it will gradually be difficult to fulfill the rapidly increasing demand without co-operation with the resourceful countries. In this point of view, Indonesia should be one of the expectable co-operative countries for Korea. The authors analyzed the background and present status of fishing industry in Indonesia and tried to show its development scheme under th co-operation with Korea.
燃料節約을 위한 舶用中速機關의 最適運轉條件에 關하여 : 實習船 釜山 403號를 中心으로 With training ship "Busan 403"

釜山水産大學 實習船 釜山 403號의 主機關인 中速디젤機關을 利用하여 機關 冷却水溫度와 給氣溫度를 변화시키며 機關性能 및 燃燒性을 考察한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. ??를 높임에 따라 ??가 上昇하며 ?? 10℃ 上昇時 ??는 約 7.6℃ 上昇하였으며, ??를 60℃로 하여 運轉하는 경우에도 공기과잉율의 低下에 의하여 燃燒性이 不良해지는 현상은 일어나지 않았다. 2. ?? 增加時 O₂濃度 감소, CO₂濃度 增加의 현상이 나타났으며 ?? 40℃일 때 ?? 25℃ 上昇時 공기과잉율은 約 0.41程度 低下하였으나 이러한 현상은 ??가 增加할수록 둔화되었다. 3. ??가 上昇함에 따라 同一한 공기과잉율에서 이산화탄소 생성량이 增加하였으며 이는 同一한 條件에서 冷却水溫度의 上昇에 따라 燃燒性이 向上됨을 알 수 있다. 4. 馬力當 燃料消費率이 가장 적은 것은 負荷 100% BHP의 경우이며 이때 正味燃料消費率은 173.76gr/BHPㆍh이다. This investigation tries to find the better operating condition that the fuel oil is saved for the medium speed diesel engine installed on training ship "Busan" 403˝. This study observes the performance and combustibility of the engine under the condition for various temperature of cooling water and scavenging air. The combustibility increases with the increase of the cooling water temperature. Though the temperature of scavenging air rises to 60℃, the combustion of the engine is good in condition.
노래미, Agrammus agrammus (Temminck et Schlegel)의 性成熟에 따른 GTH 細胞의 活性에 關한 硏究

1981年 7月부터 1984年 8月까지 釜山市 海雲臺 동백섬의 조간대에서 채집된 노래미, Agrammus agrammus를 對象으로 性成熟에 따른 腦下垂體의 gonadotroph(GTH 細胞)들의 活性變化를 光學 및 電子顯微鏡的 方法에 의해 調査하였다. 生殖巢 生長 成熟에 따라 腦下垂體의 GTH細胞의 活性과 分布面積이 擴大되고 있으나 일단 完熟된 後 排卵前의 個體들은 GTH 細胞들의 活性이 점차로 減少되고 그 分布 面積이 줄어든다. GTH 細胞의 細胞質內에는 電顯像에서 직경이 100∼300nm이고 높은 電子密度를 가지는 多數의 작은 分泌顆粒들과 직경이 800∼1000nm이며 낮은 電子密度를 가지는 小數의 큰 分泌球의 2種類가 관찰되었는데, 이 中 작은 分泌顆粒들이 成熟과 産卵에 관여하는 것으로 보인다. The activity of gonadotrophs (GTH cell) of greenling, Agrammus agrammus, was histologically investigated under photo and electron microscopy. The materials were monthly collected at the coastal area of Tongbaeksom, Pusan, Korea, Since July 1981 to August 1984. Gonadotrophs were activated during the growing period, and their activities decreased at the spawning season with a peak for the mature period. Two kinds of secretory granules in the gonadotrophs were detected by the electron microscope, i. e. many small granules with high electron-density were related to both maturation and ovulation or spermiation ranging from 100-300nm in diameter, and a few large globules with low electron-density from 800-1000nm.
