This study utilizes the CFD code to analyze the aerodynamic forces in the girder section of the Mokpo Bridge, expecially the effect of handrails on the aerodynamic characteristics of the bridge section, and arrived at the following conclusions. Installation of handrails increases the drag force by 25-50% depending on the wind attack angle. Especially when the wind attack angle is 0°, the drag force increases by 50% with the influence of handrails. And the proportion of drag force, generated by the influence of handrails, against the entire drag force tends to decline as the wind attack angle increases. Also, the handrails of the bridge serve to decrease the rate of the lift force change with respect to the wind attack angle and increases the pitching moment counterclockwise. As the fairings installed in the bridge restrict the separation of flow and shorten the recirculation length of the separated flow, the flutter derivatives for the girder section of the Mokpo Bridge, whose aspect ratio is 9.7, results in similar behaviors as those of a rectangular section with an aspect ratio of 20. For the Mokpo Bridge, the impacts of the handrails over the flutter derivatives are analyzed to be minimal.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of formulation variables on the release of cefadroxil form chitosan beads, to optimize the preparation of chitosan beads loaded with the drug for controlled release, and to evaluate the drug release form chitosan beads in dogs. Chitosan beads were prepared with tripolyphosphate (TPP) by ionic cross-linking and those sizes were less than 1mm in diameter. The release behaviour of cefadroxil was affected various factors. As pH of TPP solutions decreased, the entrapment efficiency of cefadroxil increased, whereas the release of cefadroxil decreased. The release rate of cefadroxil form chitosan beads decreaed with the increased TPP solution concentration. When cross-linking time increased, the release of the drug from chitosan beads decreased. The cefadroxil loaded beads were implanted to 4 mixed breed dogs. The concentration of cefadroxil in sera due to chitosan beads implanted with 50mg/kg body weight of beads was sustained more than 1ug/ml for the whole 7 days period. Therefore, the cefadroxil loaded beads can be used successfully in pyoderma of dogs. These results indicate that chitosan beads may become a potential delivery system to control the release of drug.
ELF 전자파 피폭 세포실험을 위한 배양기의 전류밀도 분포 해석 및 In Vitro 노출장치 설계

In in vitro cell experiments for the biological assessment of electromagnetic (EM) field, exposure system (ES) must be analyzed in terms of current density (J) and induced electric field intensity (E). Although in uniform B field, E and J in the sample medium are not distributed uniformly because of conductivity in sample dish. Thus, the precise estimation for E and J induced by uniform ELF within sample media is very important keys for successful in in vitro experiments. In this paper, we designed in vitro ELF ES with electromagnetic analysis using MATLAB simulator. Then we calculated from the measured B field to verify induced E & J distribution for random locations of cells within media in two cases of samples existence or not. ES with B field ranging from 0 to 20G consists of Helmholz coil and current generator based on the microprocessor. Also, we developed ELFES for each B field generation as uniform and non-uniform modes.
PQR(Procedure Qualification Record)관리 시스템 개발

시험편을 용접할때 사용한 용접 변수의 기록서인 PQR(Procedure Qualification Record)은, 용접구조물을 제작하는 제조 업체에서, 수시로 PQ Test를 수행하여 작성되고 있으며, 가장 기본적이고 중요한 용접 데이터이기 때문에 소중하게 관리되고 있다. 그리고, PQR의 수량이 많아지면, 관리에 많은 어려움이 따르고, 필요 한 데이터를 찾는데 많은 시간이 소요될뿐만 아니라, 정확한 데이터를 찾아내는 것도 쉽지가 않다. 따라서, PQR 관리 시스템을 개발하여, PQR의 데이터를 쉽게 활용하고, 자료 검색을 간단하게 할 수 있으며, PQR의 작성을 간편하게 하고자 PQR 관리 시스템 을 개발 하였다. 본 시스템의 특징은 PQR 양식을 새롭게 표준화하여 출력할 수 있게 하였고, PQR 작성을 처음 시작하는 사용자도 쉽게 배워 업무에 적용할 수 있다. 이는 용접 전문가의 노하우가 데이터 베이스에 내재되어 있어 서로 관련된 정보의 반복 입력이 적으며, 한 개의 데이터로 다른 데이터가 자동 결정되고, 데이터의 입력방식 이 키인(Keyboard Input)이 아닌 리스트(List)에서 선택하는 방식으로 하였다. 또한, 용접부 개선 형상의 Outline을 제공하여 수작업의 부담을 줄였으며, 검색의 기능이 강력하여 검색조건 선정에 제한이 없다. 그러므로, 본 시스템은 전반적으로 용접전문 가의 지식을 프로그래밍한 지능성, 전문성, 복합성을 가진 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 ASME CODE에 따라서 작성되는 PQR의 관리 시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

This thesis studied if, under the varied audit environment, there is any significant difference on the degree of strictness (rigidity) of an auditor's quantitative materiality judgement when an auditor formulates audit opinion regarding to the exception out of gathered evidence. This study defined the degree of strictness as : the lower the average of threshold between unqualified and qualified opinion, the stronger the degree of strictness of an auditor's quantitative materiality judgment. This research found the followings: First, there is no statistically significant difference in the degree of strictness of an auditor's quantitative materiality judgment affected by the scale of the auditor. Second, the scale of the client affects an auditor in the degree of strictness of an auditor's quantitative materiality judgment. Third, there is a significant difference in the degree of strictness of an auditor's quantitative materiality judgment for listed vs. non-listed corporation. Fourth, the higher the debt ratio of the client, the stronger the degree of strictness of an auditor's quantitative materiality judgment. Fifth, an auditor applied quantitative materiality judgment more strictly for the client corporation with any turnover between net profit and net loss.

The influence of polluted water discharged from the Saemankeum Lake is predicted by using two-dimensional finite element model. The simulation results show that influence of the Polluted water to the northern part of the Kckunsan Islands is small during f
