In the course of Internet proliferation, many network-related technologies are examined for possible growth and evolution. The use of Internet-based technologies in private networks has further fuelled the demand for network-based applications. The most promising among the new paradigms is use of mobile agents. The mobile agent is capable of migrating autonomously from node to node in the network, to perform some computation on behalf of the user. The mobile agent paradigm is attractive alternative to traditional client-server programming for a significant class of network-centric applications. It also however, suffers from a major drawback, namely, the potential for malicious attacks, abuse of resources pilfering of information, and other security issues. These issues are significantly hampering the acceptance of the mobile-agent paradigm. This paper describe the design & implementation of secure mobile agent gateway that split and merge the agent code with security policy database. This mechanism will promote the security in mobile agent systems and mobile agent itself.

교실에서의 성 정체성 형성은 대단한 복잡하다. 교실에서의 성 정체성 형성을 하나의 원리로 설명하기는 어려우며 다양한 형성과정과 규칙들이 혼재되어 있다고 하였다. 더불어 젠더의 문제는 사회에서 살아가기 위한 투쟁의 과정이다. 본 연구에서는 젠더 형성을 사회적, 역사적, 문화적으로 접근하여 교실에서의 성 정체성 형성의 복잡성과 역동성을 이해하기 위하여 Blaise(2005), Dillabough, J. (2000). Bourdieu, P. (2001). Davies, B. (1993)의 연구들을 살펴보았다. 이들의 연구는 후기구조주의 교육철학의 맥락 속에서 유아의 성 정체성을 고찰한 연구들로서 이를 고찰함으로써 젠더 형성의 권력성, 주관성 등을 살펴보았다. 특히나 대부분 여성 교사로 이루어진 유아교실에서 남아들이 오히려 역차별 되는 가능성에 초점을 두면서 유아교실에서의 남아들의 남성성에 대해서도 함께 논의하였다. It's not easy for the understanding of gender identity which is very complicated and there are many rules and aspects. Children are struggled to get their gender identity. This study is to review of some studies which are Blaise (2005), Dillabough, J. (2000). Bourdieu, P. (2001). Davies, B. (1993) in the post-modern paradigm to get the framework of understanding of gender identity in Kindergarten classroom.
치료용 방사선의 입사각에 따른 광섬유 방사선량계의 체렌코프 빛 측정 및 분석

In this study, we have measured scintillating light generated in a fiber-optic dosimeter by high energy photon and electron beams using a charge-coupled device. The intensity of Cerenkov lights are also measured and characterized as functions of incident angles and energies of the high energy beams from a clinical linear accelerator. To minimize or remove Cerenkov light, a simple subtraction method using a background optical fiber and wavelength discrimination method using optical filters are investigated. Also, the intensities of Cerenkov light induced by high energy photon and electron beams are compared.
모래의 입도분포가 모르터의 물성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Fineness Modulus is a term used as an index to the fineness of sand. It is well - known that the modulus distribution of sand plays an important role in achieving the desired properties of mortar. The maximum size of sand is also important parameter in mortar. These parameters affect workability, strength and unitweight of mortar. In tills study, different sand gradings were used to investigate effects of fineness moduli of sand for examination about the workability, strength and unit weight characteristics of cement mortar. Two kinds of sands with various size distribution and three kinds of fine aggregates with the similar particle size distribution (Sieve No.16~30, No.30~50, No.50~100) were used. Water-cement ratio (W/C) of mortar mix was kept constant for all the trial mixes with sand of different fineness modulus. Major findings of tills study are: (a) Fine sand with the similar size distribution reduces the workability and unit weight of cement mortar. (b) The compressive strength of mortar is not sensitive to sand grading variations. (c) The compressive strengths at the age of 28 days range from 32.1 to 54.1 MPa. (d) The sand with standard modulus distribution has better positive effects on the properties of the mortar.

산소배양환경이 치주인대에서 유래한 세포에 미치는 영향에 관한 형태학적 연구

This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of oxygen culture condition on the cells derived from human periodontal ligament by observation of morphological change. Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were collected from premolars extracted for orthhodontic treatment and incubated in the environment of 37℃, 5% CO_2, 100% humidity. For the change of culture condition, O_2, CO_2 and N_2 gases were mixed with 10%, O_2, 5% CO_2 and 85% N_2 in hypoxic group, 90% O_2, 5% CO_2 and 5% N_2 in hyperoxic group, and 5% CO_2 and 95% air for control, and the cells were incubated in 37℃ for 2 and 4 days. The cells after incubation were measured for the quantity of total collagen by colorimetry and were stained for the observation of morphological change by direct immunfluoroscence method. After 2 days, the cells showed the decreased level of total collagen in the 10% O_2 and 90% O_2 cultured cells in contrast cells (Control : 9.33 ± 1.49, 10% O_2 : 5.32 ± 0.51, 90% O_2 : 5.82 ± 0.94). After 4 days, the cells increased the amount of total collagen in 10% O_2 and 90% O_2 groups but this value was not overtaken in control cells. In the morphological change, cells showed the 10% O_2 cultured cells after 2days atrophy of nucleus, hypertrophy of cytoplasm, and weakly stimulation of differentiation and growth in compared to control cells. After 4 days, cells showed cell necrosis and moderate hypertrophy of cytoplasm. The 90% O_2 cultured cells in 2 day groups, the nucleus was changed to oval and cells showed cellular swelling and partial death. At 4 days after culture, dead cells were increased and the nucleus became long and thin. These results suggest that periodontal ligament cell might induce irreversible cellular adaption by hypoxia and hyperoxia condition, and consequently rapid irreversible cellular adaption might be induced by hyperoxia condition.

In this study, a fiber-optic bundle sensor has been developed using water-equivalent organic scintillating fibers for photon beam measurement. Beam penumbra and percent depth doses(PDD) are measured according to the depth of the photon beam. This sensor has many advantages such as high resolution, real-time measurement and ease of calibration over conventional radiation measurement devices.

In this study, fiber-optic sensor is fabricated to measure PDD of CLINAC. As a scintillating light generated by a high energy X-ray from the medical LINAC is measured using photo diode amp system, It is expected that a high-resolution, real-time fiber-optic dosimeter for medical LINAC can be developed.
