ISLLC 기준을 활용한 중등학교 교장의 직무 내용 분석 : 공문을 중심으로

세계 각국이 ‘교육의 질 향상’에 노력을 기울이면서 학교교육의 책무성을 더욱 강조하고 있다. 이 연구는 학교경영의 최고 책임자인 교장의 전문성 확보가 중요하게 대두됨에 따라, 교장의 직무기준을 설정하는 데 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 교장의 직무 분석은 ISLLC 기준을 활용하여 중등학교 교장의 직무수행 과정에서 결재한 공문을 대상으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 교장의 직무수행은 관리영역이 최다빈도를 보였고, 학교문화와 수업프로그램 순이었다. 둘째, 학습비전, 지역사회와의 협력, 윤리적 태도, 전체적 상황맥락 인식 등의 영역의 직무수행은 낮은 빈도를 보였다. 셋째, ISLLC의 기준으로 분류하기 어려운 공문들은 대부분 홍보를 요청한 공문으로 교장의 선별적 처리와 정비된 공문유통시스템이 요구된다. 넷째, 미국의 ISLLC에서 제시한 6가지 영역에 걸친 직무표준은 우리나라 교장의 직무기준 설정에 적용이 가능하다. 분석된 내용을 종합해 볼 때 교장의 직무영역이 사회변화와 학교를 둘러싼 다양한 요구를 수용할 수 있는 표준화된 매뉴얼을 제공하는 정교한 직무시스템 도입이 필요하다. As the countries of the world make an effort to raise the quality of education, responsibility of public school education is being emphasized. The current study is to provide data for setting up new standards for principal’s duties, emphasizing the importance of a principal’s expertise as a manager of a school. Official documents approved by secondary school principals were analyzed based on ISLLC standards to investigate current principals’ duties. The results follow: (1) principals worked the most on school administration followed by school culture creation, and class observation for teaching promotion, (2) there were few documents related to categories such as students’ learning, cooperation with local community, attitudes towards ethics, awareness of school in society context, (3) the documents which were not able to be analyzed by ISLLC standards are mostly related to public relations and, thus, they need to be separated from the official documents, and an upgraded document distribution system is required, and, (4) the duties in the six areas shown in ISLLC can be applied to Korean principals’ duties. Based on the analysis, it is necessary to adopt a more refined working system which provides a job standards manual covering the various demands from the changes of society and school surroundings.

This study aims at suggesting educational needs and priorities of newly employed elementary school teachers to improve their job competency by figuring out the importance of teacher competency and current standards. For this purpose, questionnaire survey was made to 490 newly employed teachers working at 94 elementary schools in 15 cities and provinces (Number of valid questionnaires: 382; valid collect rate: 79.4%). As a result, while the teachers had a high awareness on 3 capacity groups, but currently its average was 3 which means they thought themselves to have not sufficient teacher competency. Second, upon 19 sub-capacity groups of teacher competency model, they had high awareness of importance to show a statistically significant difference between the importance level and current standard. Third, the priority of educational need to the competency was educational planning, followed by counselling, subject specialty, teaching-learning from the highest order. If an educational excellence program to fulfil the educational needs is provided, it might bring positive effect to develop job competency of newly employed elementary school teachers.

본 연구는 방과후학교 활성화를 위한 초등교사의 참여도 제고 방안을 강구하여 방과후학교의 지속적인 발전 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 방과후학교 활성화는 사교육비경감, 한부모가정 및 다문화가정 자녀의 보호와 교육 차원에서 볼 때 그 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 또한 대부분의 학부모들이 학교교육에 있어 정규교육과정 외에 방과후학교에 대한 높은 교육적 요구와 다양한 활동을 원하고 있다. 그러나 방과후학교 운영에 있어 정규교육과정과의 관계 설정이 미흡하여 학교 내에서의 갈등이 상존하고 있고 교사들에게는 방과후학교가 또 다른 부담으로 인식되고 있어 질 높은 방과후학교 운영에 전력하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문의 연구방법은 방과후학교 운영실태와 만족도 및 교사의 요구도에 대한 설문조사를 전국 초등학교의 방과후학교 담당교사 및 참여 학생과 학부모를 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 결과 방과후학교 활성화를 위한 초등교사의 참여도 제고 방안으로는 교원 연수 강화, 업무분장 조직의 재구조화, 업무처리 전산시스템 개발, 교원 수당의 현실화 및 참여교원에 대한 인센티브부여, 마지막으로 교원양성 과정에서 1교원 1특기 교육 실시 등이 제시되었다. The goal of this paper is to seek for methods to Improve and Enhance elementary school Teachers` Participation of after school education and to develop school education sustainably. The need for invigoration of after school is increasing in the aspect of reduction of private education cost, protection of children, as well as protection and education of children of one-parent family and multi-culture family. Furthermore, most parents demand schools of high quality education for after school program and want various after school activities other than regular educational program. However, in operating after school education, establishment of relationship between regular educational program is insufficient and there exists conflict within school while teachers aware after school education as another burden, which makes them hard to do their best in operating high quality after school education. As research method, this paper conducted a survey on operation status of after school education and the level of satisfaction targeting teachers in charge of after school education of primary schools nationwide and students participating the after school education as well as the parents of the students. As the result of research, the methods to Improve and Enhance elementary school Teachers Participation of after school education are suggested such as reinforcement of training of teachers, reconstruction of work responsibility organization, development of computing system dealing duties, actualization of teachers` benefit or provision of incentives for participating teachers, implementation of education of one specialty per teacher during nurture procedure of teachers, and lastly, expansion of the operation of after school support center.
C -11 및 F - 18 표지 콜린의 합성과 체내동태에 관한 연구

Objectives: Recently, [methyl-(11)^C]-(β-Hydroxyethyl)trimethylammonium ([(11)^C]choline) has been discovered to be a very effective tracer in imaging various human tumors using positron emission tomography. Because of the short half-life of C-11, it is very difficult to use in a routine imaging procedure and needs a frequent synthesis of [(11)^]choline. This can be supplemented by the substitution of [(11)^Ccholine with [methyS-18]fluorocholine. Here, we would like to report cell uptake and biodistribution of [(11)^Ccholine and [(18)^F]fluorocholine as a basic study. Methods [(11)^C]Choline was prepared by the treatment of [(11)^C]CHzI with N,N-dimethylaminoethanol and [18F]fluorocholine was synthesized from reaction of CHzBr[18F]F with N,N-dimethylaminoethanol. The radiochemical purity was checked by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The biodistribution of [(11)^C]choline and [(18)^F]fluorocholine was determined in balb/c mouse at 5 min, 20 min, 40 min and 80 min. The cell uptake wa measured using glioma (9L) and colon adeocarcinoma (SW620). Results: The radiochemical purity was more than 98% after purification. In the liver, uptake did not change over time the uptake was 20/ID/g for [C]choline and 13%ID/g for [(18)^F]fluorocholine. In the kidney, radioactivity decreased over tirne the uptake was 15%1D/g for [(11)^Ccholine and 20%ID/g for [(18)^F]fluorocholine, 80 min post-injection. The cell uptake of [(11)^Ccholine was 4.93% for glioma (9L) and 18.69F for colon adenocarcinoma (SW620). For [(18)^F]fluorocholine, 1.77% for glioma (9L) and 2.77% for colon adenocarcinoma (SW620). Conclusion: [(11)^CCholine and [(18)^F]fluorocholine showed a different cell uptake tendency, depending on cancer cell line. (Korean J Nucl Med 200135:185-191)
Tandem coupler를 이용한 밀리미터파 광대역 Balanced Cascode 증폭기

We report our research work on the millimeter-wave broadband single-ended and balanced cascode amplifier. The single-ended cascode amplifier was designed by using shunt peaking technology which inserts a short stub into bias circuits and a compensation line between the common-source device and the common-gate device. Also, we designed the balanced cascode amplifier using the tandem coupler which achieves the broadband characteristics and good return losses. The balanced cascode amplifier shows lager 3 ㏈ bandwidth, better gain and return losses, and more advanced stability than the single-ended cascode amplifier.
