        This study examined, as the one way of using zeolite, the about the removal of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus that cause the eutrophication occurred the adjoining seas.4A type zeolite was used as an adsorbent to remve NH_4-N, PO_4^3-P ion in the artificial seawater. Zeolite is more required than in the fiesh water, under the same conditions, in order to remove NH_4-N in the sea water. The lower the thickness of NH_4-N is in the early stage, the more Freundlich type equation the value of 1./n increases. In case of PO_4^3-P indicated that the removal efficiency was relatively independent of PO_4^3-P concentration. Freundlich parameter 1/n has the value nuder 2. So it shows that absorption is made with relatively ease.

      • CALS에 있어 STEP/SGML표준과 응용방안

        CALS(Commerce At Light Speed)는 제품생산과 관련된 설계, 생산과정, 보급 및 조달과 관련된 일련의 과정을 통합시키고, 이들 과정에서 사용되는 문자와 그래픽정보의 표준과 D/B를 통하여 설계, 제조 및 운용지원 자료와 정보를 통합하여 자동화시키는 개념이다. 이상적인 CALS시스템을 구축하려면 로지스틱스와 비지니스의 물류를 잘 조화시켜서 접목한 물류의 기능(Function), 절차(Procedure), 양식(Form), 자료(Data Dictionary)를 어떠한 방법으로 국제적 표준에 가깝게 하느냐가 중요한 부분이다. CALS시스템의 구축에 이용되는 표준에서는 여러 종류가 있다. 그와 같은 표준들 중에서 STEP/SGML과 관련된 표준들은 CALS시스템의 구축에 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 CALS시스템의 구축에서 표준화의 중요성에 비춰 CALS시스템의 구축에 이용되는 표준 중에서 중요한 역할을 하는 STEP/SGML표준 및 그의 응용방법을 살펴보았다. 현재 구미에서는 SGML에 관한 연구가 활발하여 문서의 공유와 교환을 위해서 문서구조에 대한 표준화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 우리 나라도 모든 특허출원을 SGML을 통하여 시도하는 사업이 진행되고 있으며, 학술논문의 전자화에 관해 SGML에 의한 논문의 데이타베이스화의 검토가 시작되는 등 SGML에 의한 응용의 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 따라서 우리 나라에서도 SGML의 중요성을 인식하여 SGML을 표준화하여 공표 하려는 움직임이 있고 추후 이에 대한 연구가 급속히 증가하리라 생각되며 보다 많은 추후 연구가 필요하리라 본다.

      • 축우 부루셀라병의 ELISA 진단법에 관한 연구

        Enzyme-linked Immuno sorbent Assay (ELISA) for the serological diagnosis oi Bruceiia abortus was developed and compared with plate aggluhnation test Cell wall antigen was extracted from Brucella abortus 1119-3 by sonicabon and with a sodium deoxychlate solution Optimum protein concentra tion of coating antigen 0.4㎍/100㎕ protein on each microtiter plate well. Horse radish peroxidase(HRP) labled protein-G was used as a tracer of reacted antibodies ELISA confirmed the agreeable results of 40 rases out of 43 cases by plate aggulutination test ELISA diagnosed positive cases (10 out of 12) and negatiw cases (1 out of 12) with dubious sera by plate agglutination test From this results EL ISA could be used for the early diagnostic tools of Brucellosis in cattle.

        상아질 결합제의 종류와 처리방법에 따른 전단결합강도와 상아질-레진 결합계면 미세구조에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the dentin bonding agents (DBA) with the variations of the bonding system generations (4^th, 5^th and 6^th) and application methods by comparing the shear bond strengths (SBS) which were determined 24 h after application and dentin-adhesive interface microstructure. It was also aimed to suggest the theoretical clues for the adequate use of each bonding systems. The parameters were 1) generation of bonding systems (one product of 4^th, eight products of 5^th, and three products of 6^th generation), 2) moisture condition of the dentin surface after acid conditioning (moist group vs. dry group), 3) solvent type of the primers (three acetone-based, one acetone/ethanol-based, two water/ethanol-based, four water-based, one ethanol-based, one water/acetone-based), and 4) type of etchants (seven with phosphoric acid, three with self-etching primer, and one with 10-3 etchant). The results were as follows; One-bottle adhesives had comparable shear bond strengths compared to multiple component bonding agents, and some showed even higher results. Single Bond had the highest SBS value (20.6 ㎫) in the moist subgroup. For 4th and 5th generation DBAs, except for Mac Bond Ⅱ, all bonding systems showed lower SBS when dentin became desiccated after the conditioning-rinsing step, and generally shorter resin tags were produced in dry condition. Acetone-based adhesives generally showed better penetrability into dentinal tubules, and tended to be more sensitive to the degree of dentin dampness compared to those of the ethanol- or water-based adhesives. With Mac Bond Ⅱ which uses a self-etching primer, even though the hybrid layer was thin with a thickness of 1∼2 μ m, SBS was comparatively high. In the case of 6^th generation DBAs, Prompt L-Pop showed significantly lower SBS to dentin (7.4 ㎫) compared to those of AQ bond (13.3 ㎫) and One-Up Bond F (13.1 ㎫)(p<0.05). The hybrid layer was thin with a thickness of about 1μ m. In the case of AQ bond and One-Up Bond F, dentinal tubules were relatively well sealed. In the case of Prompt L-Pop, on the other hand, some of the dentinal tubules were not completely sealed, and fractured resin tags and separation between the hybrid layer and composite resin were observed. In the case of AQ bond, about 15μ m-thick resin layer was formed and many of the adhesive resin tags could not penetrate deep into the dentinal tubules. In the case of One-Up Bond F, many resin tags which are more than 50μ m-long were formed, but short penetration was also seen in some tubules. It is concluded that even though resin tag formation contributes in some extent for the bond strength, sufficient penetration of the adhesive resin to the exposed collagen meshwork and complete curing there in, and having sufficient strength to withstand the stress caused by the polymerization shrinkage during the light curing is essential for the success of the bonding procedure.

      • 실리콘의 TMAH 식각을 사용한 Suspended-type 마이크로 가스센서의 제조

        In recent years, different types of microfabricated 'suspended-type' structure have been used as freestanding membranes for a variety of micro gas sensors. We examined the silicon etching characteristics of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide(TMAH). A suspended type micro gas sensor with platinum heater, sensing electrode and temperature sensor using TMAH etching of silicon was fabricated on silicon nitride(1,500Å)/ silicon dioxide (3,000Å)/ silicon nitride(1,500Å) dielectric membrane. It has low thermal conductivity and balanced stress with silicon substrate for the purpose of improving the thermal isolation between heater and silicon substrate. To avoid any chemical or physical damages to gas sensing material during the photolithography or shadow mask process, the tin dioxide film was deposited onto whole surface of device by using maskless electron beam(e-beam) evaporation technology. The power consumption of the fabricated device was about 40mW at the operating temperature of 250°C. In case of adding Pt(2wt.%) or Pd(2wt.%) catalyst, the sensitivity to CO was higher and the sensitivity to C_(4)H_(10) was higher than those to other gases, respectively.

        응집제의 주입량 및 압력변화에 따른 여과특성

        제지공업은 다른 공업에 비해 용수 소비량이 많고 이에 따라 폐수의 배출량도 많은 용수 다소비 산업이다. 제지폐수의 처리는 물리적, 화학적, 처리로 1차 처리를 하고 생물학적 처리로 2차 처리를 한 후, 필요에 따라 고도처리를 행하여 재이용 하거나 방류하는 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 물리적 처리 중 응집침전법에 의한 처리방법은 생물학적 처리의 전 단계로서 처리가 불량할 경우 생물학적 처리 시스템의 부하량이 높아져 처리율의 저하를 유발한다. 또한 가장 비용이 적게 드는 처리방법이므로 응집침전에서 많은 오염물을 제거하는 것이 비용 면에서도 유리하다고 할 수 있다. 제지공장의 폐수에는 Fiber, Filler, 그 밖의 유기용매가 포함되어 있으며, 폐수량이 많기 때문에 그 만큼의 설비자본과 운영비가 소요된다. 그러므로 폐수의 양을 줄이고 그 안에 함유된 여러 가지 물질들을 적은 비용으로 효율적으로 제거하는 방법이 필요하게 된다. 본 실험은 제지폐수를 보다 효율적으로 여과하는 방법을 찾고자 함에 있어 가압 여과시험을 채택하여 응집제의 종류 및 첨가량 그리고 압력의 변화를 주면서 여과의 특성 실험을 하였다. 폐수내의 섬유나 Filler 등은 미세하게 분산되어 콜로이드성 물질이 되는데 이것은 여과시에 여재 위에 쌓여 여과 조작을 방해한다. 여기에 응집제를 첨가하게 되면 분산된 콜로이드 입자를 응집제가 표면에 사슬처럼 붙어 안정화시킨다. 즉, 침전성과 여과성이 향상되고 SS가 떨어진다. 본실험에 사용된 응집제는 FeCl3, Alum, CaCl2, Polymer 이며, 네 가지 응집제를 0.01g, 0.03g, 0.05g 씩 첨가(폐수 100mL에 대해)하고 압력을 49, 98, 147, 196 kPa로 변화시키면서 실험을 하였다. 이와 같은 여러 변화의 실험을 통하여 각 단위 시간 별로 여과되는 여액량을 측정하여 여과 속도 및 탁도 등을 측정하였다. Compared to other industries, pulp and paper industry use a lot of water. As a result, a large amount of the waste water is discharged in the pulp and paper industry. This study was investigated to prevent the environmental pollution terribly faced with our society nowadays. In the waste water of pulp and paper there are so many things in the waste water, like fiber, filler, and other organic solvent etc. so we must remove them from our environment. This study was investigated to experiment on test of impressed filtration with the kind and quantity of coagulant and the variance of pressure. In this study, we used feds, alums, CaCl2, polymer as a coagulant and these pressure was 49, 98, 147, 196kpa. According to this study, we measured the speed of filtration and turbidity, measuring filtrated water. According to the values, we know the fact that as the consistency of coagulant and pressure were high, the filtration was good.Key words : Coagulant, wastewater, filtration, turbidity

        As web environment and technology improve rapidly these days, many users get desirable information by means of web, and represent the information that they have through web pages construction. Therefore, importance and application of web editor for easy and convenient homepage making have increased. In this paper, we propose a web query system based on dynamic web editor. The editor makes it possible for users to conveniently make homepages by improving limit of client based web editor or template web page service supplied by hosting site. And users search for desirable information through web pages on the huge web, so they can add this information for users web page or create new web page. Through this web editor which implements server based on the web, users can make web page flexiblely and can make polished web page which increases reading and comprehensiveness to access information easily.

        This study is carried out as the efforts to analyze the critical factors in the design of the electronic payment system From the stand point of the users and merchants, not only the critical factors of an electronic payment system that is convenient and reliable to more efficient and secure design, but also the barrier factors involved such as the level of the transaction, product, information and technology has not been proved empirically. The purpose of this study is to present a model and test factors that influence the design of an electronic payment system. In the case of the actual purchase through the internet, the security issue must be resolved in the design of a payment system. The users are not confident about dealing with the transaction on the web. The main contribution of this study is to present a model for design of an electronic payment system and to offer the critical success factors in the design of the electronic payment system.

      • 자동차 실내 환경 감성측정기 개발 및 공조제어 모델링

        A sensibility measurement system that can measure human sensibility at the automobile cabin environment is developed in this paper. Five kinds of sensors that can measure temperature, humidity, oxygen, CO_(2), and HC gas concentrations are used in this system. Sensibility indexes are defined for each sensor datum, and then those are linearly combined to make a total human sensibility index. A stand-alone system is manufactured using a one-chip microprocessor, and simple controls are showed with LEDs. This system was tested for performance in automobile cabin environment and showed good reliability.
