問題解決過程의 단계別 回歸가 문제해결시간에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

Over the last decades, interest in the application of decision support systems(DSS) in organizations has increased rapidly. Desipte the growing number of investigations examining decision support system, relatively few empirical studies have evaluated the effects of DSS on problem-solving processes. This study examined, using a computer simulation technique, the effect of recursion in problem-solving processes about the problem-solving time. Results indicate that the recursion at the early stage of problem-solving processes scarcely influenced the problem-solving time, which is contrasted with the case of the recursion at the final stage.

행정전산화의 준비도와 기대효과에 대한 지방공무원들의 의식에 관한 연구

지방자치제의 실시에 따라 지방행정 부서는 보다 독립적으로 업무를 수행하게 되고 이와 함께 정보화 시대의 도래에 따라 신속, 정확 및 원활한 정보제공의 필요성이 증대하게 되었다. 따라서 행정정보시스템(Public Management Information System)의 구축은 필연적이며, 이에 따라 행정전산화에 대한 공무원들의 의식구조도 능동적인 대처가 요청된다. 본 연구는 행정전산화의 구축에 대한 준비도와 기대효과에 대해 설문 방법을 이용하여 지방공무원들의 의식을 조사하였다. 연구결과 공무원들은 동료직원과의 인간 관계, 컴퓨터 관련 교육의 경험 및 전산화 장비의 보유정도가 행정전산화의 효율성에 중요한 영향을 미친다고 생각하고 있었다. 이와 함께 남자공무원이고, 학력이 낮을수록 행정전산화에 대해 수동적인 입장을 가지고 있었다. 또한, 중간계층의 직급일수록 행정 전산화의 효율화에 필요한 직접적인 요인들의 중요성을 강조하였다. 이와 함께 근무년한이 낮을수록 전산화와 직접적으로 관계되는 요인들의 중요성을 강조한 반면, 근무년한이 높을수록 간접적인 요인들의 중요성을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 제한된 지역에서 데이타를 수집하였기 때문에 연구결과에 한계점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 일반화하기 위해서는 보다 넓은 지역에서의 데이타 수집 및 분석이 필요하다고 본다.

컴퓨터 시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델링에 대한 정보 구조의 구축에 관한 연구

본 논문은 IBIS(Information-Based Integrated Simulation)라 불리우는 정보 중심의 시뮬레이션 방법을 다중 처리(Multiprocessor) 컴퓨터 시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델링에 이용하였다. IBIS는 지금까지 시뮬레이션의 중요한 접근 방법이었던 언어 정의(Language-Defined) 혹은 목적 지향적인(Object-Oriented)방법의 단점을 보완한 방법으로 각각의 다른 단계에 있는 여러개의 모델들을 조합하여 정보 시스템을 구축할수 있다. 본 연구에서는 IBIS적인 접근 방법을 컴퓨터 시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델링에 국한하였으나 이를 확장하면 서비스 시스템을 포함하여 시뮬레이션이 적용될수 있는 모든 시스템에 IBIS적인 접근 방법을 이용할수 있을 것이다.

집단의사결정관련요인이 의사결정의 효율성에 미치는 영향 : 의사결정문제형태를 중심으로;On the Group Task Types

Group Decision Support System(GDSS)has been a rapidly emerging field of the 1990's. Whereas conventional Decision Support System(DSS) helps individual decision makers, GDSS are designed to help groups of senior management and professional groups reach consensus. However, empirical researches which required to establish the optimum GDSS specification are scarce. Along with this purpose, this paper was focused to investigate the effect of group decision factors on the efficiency of the group decision. In this paper, task types of group decision which were discussed as major variable at many papers were settled as environmental factor. The result has verified the importance of the role-related factors on the efficiency of the group decision. This fact highlights the need of more researches on the role-related factors in the group decision in th GDSS development.

Existing techniques which related with a new product development(NPD) had various limitations, therefore overcome these limitations, new techniques for NPD are required. Concurrent or simultaneous engineering in new product development is invented for these conditions during the whole product design and development process. Concurrent engineering in NPD is a new concept which need to be redefined. This paper issued the prerequisite factors which is necessary for successful concurrent implementation. These are top-down approach, value engineering, database management and project team implementation. Furthermore, the concurrent model which reprepesents how concurrency, as an organizational process, is established. Finally, further research directions are represented.

Assimilation is defined as the extent to which the use of a technology diffuses across organizational work processes and becomes routinized in the activities associated with those processes. Assimilation is an important construct in the casual chain of influence from the organizational adoption of an information technology to the evidence of its impacts on business performance. Given a wide range of experiences with the effective assimilation of Web technologies, there is a need to discover how firms can institutionally encourage the managerial activities that will result in greater levels of technology assimilation. This study analyzes or shows which organizational and strategical factors like management belief, management participation, strategic investment rationale and coordination mechanism have impact on the assimilation of web technologies. Moreover, this research is tried under the different types of firms, manufacturing and service firms. The result shows that the management belief among the determinants had a significant effect on the assimilation of web technology. However, the result would be generalized with the inclusion of the psychological factors to the current model.

SUMMARY Recently, the importance of knowledge management is drawing a great attention from researchers and practitioners. This concept is the critical success factor and new management paradigm which the organization should face. the instrument to implement this concept is the knowledge management system(KMS) that is recurred in the prospect of a management strategy and a management information system. KMS is composed of information technology, knowledge management process and humanware, thus information technology being considered as a infra which would support knowledge management. However, the concept of knowledge management is scarcely verified, thus there is a confusion in classfying the meaning of this idea. Considering a this status, this study is trying to specify this concept and would find the implementation method. Moreover, trying to study a case of KMS implementaion and presents a future direction.
