      • Cu₂Se 박막 태양전지에 관한 연구

        진공증착법으로 운모판 위에 Cu₂Se를 증착시켰다. Cu₂Se박막은 낮은 비저항을 갖는 p-형 반도체로 -225℃에서 초전도성을 보였다. -210 ~ 80℃ 사이에서 이동도와 Hall계수는 각각 ?? Ωm³/Wb이었다. Cu₂Se 박막을 태양전지의 window 물질로 사용하기 위하여 ZnS(n-형)위에 Cu₂Se를 증착시켰다. 본 실험에서 제작된 접합의 전기적, 광전 특성은 주로 window 물질에 의해 결정되었으며, 최대 변환 계수는 9.5%이었다. Cu₂Se thin films were deposited on micaplate substrate by vacuum evaporating methode. The films showed a low resistivity p-type conduction and superconductivity at -225℃. Hole mobility and Hall coefficient measurements performed on films prepared on substrates at -210 ~ 80℃ gave values of ?? and ?? Ωm³/Wb respectively. In order to employ the Cu₂Se films as a window material in solar cells, the film was deposited on ZnS(n-type). The electric and photovoltaic properties of the junction were mainly determined by the corresponding properties of the window material. A maximum conversion efficiency of 9.5% was obtained.

        우리나라 주택의 외관형태의 다양성에 관한 연구 : 1980년대 이후 건축가가 설계한 주택을 중심으로

        The purposes of this study are to analyse the varieties of external shapes of detached houses in Korea after 1980s and to arrange the characteristics of those. For these purposes, 152 houses designed by architects have been selected. And the general form, the relationship of external form factors, the intermediate spaces in each form, the arrangement of internal spaces, especially livingroom and master bed room, and the roof styles of those were analysed by typological method. The results of analysis are as follows; Firstly, the general form of houses in Korea after 1980s is ㄱ-shape. Secondly, the external forms of houses are composed with complex form factors, and these form factors are annexed, adjoined, and crossed at right angles. Thirdly, the separated form factors are connected with hallway or staircase. Fourthly, the arrangement of a living room and a master bed room are identified by adjoined each other on the first floor. Fifthly, the representative roof style of architect-designed houses in Korea is even roof.

      • Si 웨이퍼 내의 깊은 준위 분포 특성 파악에 관한 연구

        Distributions of deep levels are studied in the n-type Si wafer which are introduced during fabrication with e-beam deposition by using DLTS technique. Test is carried out on the Schottky diode. Metalization of the diode is done by e-beam deposition before of after electron irradiation. Deep levels of the defects are measured by using various metal such as Pd/Au, Au, Pd, Ti, Mo and Hf, and by changing the annealing temperature. It is approved that some defects are introduced in the neighbor of interface of silicon and metal by e-beam deposition, and main defect of them is E(0.42) level. In the resuts, two types of the deep level are observed ; one type is that is independent of electron irradiation, for example, E(0.42) level which is observed near the interface ; another type is that is observed only in the diode deposited by e-beam after electron irradiation, for example, E(0.18) level and so on which are observed farther from the interface. It may be the reason that interaction is presented between defects from Pd, at least, and prior defects.

        Background and Objectives: Mutation or inactivation of the p53 is important mechanism in a wide variety of human tumors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between expression amount of p53 protein and the grade of astrocytic gliomas. Materials and Methods: This study analyzes 40 paraffin-embedded astrocytic glioma, including 10 cases of low grade, 20 cases of high grade, and 10 cases of maligant glioma (glioblastoma multiforme) were used to analyze the status of abnormal accumulation of wild type of p53 protein. The evaluation of the immunostaining result was based on the percentage of positive neoplastic cells. Results: Average positive cell rate of p53 protein were 4.2%, 35.4% and 16.2% in low grade astrocytoma, high grade astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiforme, respectively. Conclusion: p53 gene mutations were correlated with histologic grade of glial tumors. High grade and glioblastoma multiforme showed higher positive cell rate than low grade astrocytoma. These results suggest that the high positive rates of p53 protein is related to the poor prognosis.

        The optimal medium composition for the production of carotenoid pigment from Haloarcular sp. EH-1 as a dietary for fishes were 1.0% sucrose, 1.0% yeast extract, 25% sodium chloride, 0.3% sodium citrate, 0.2% potassium chloride, 2.0% magnesium sulphate, 0.002% ferric sulphate(pH7.0). The incubation temperate, aeration rate and agitation speed were 40℃, 100ml medium/500ml vol. shaking flask, and 180 rpm/min. The carotenoid pigment production was highest after 5 days of incubation with the light.

        This paper is studied to improve the curriculum of the College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University, which is more helpful for the students to become a competent teacher of technical high school. The thesis includes the curriculum of general, professional, technical subjects and so on. The main conclusions are summarized as follows; 1) The current curriculum of the College of Industrial Education was formed on a wholesale manner following the basis of standard courses for some characterized engineering colleges. But the suggested is conformed to the curriculum system of CNU in credits and hours. 2) The current technical subjects are mainly based on the curriculum of college of engineering, but the newly suggested technical subjects are conformed to the curriculum of technical high school as following that some departments of engineering are founded in the College of Industrial Education. 3) In current curriculum, the ratio of reguired technical subjects to elective technical subjects is 85:15. In suggested curriculum, the ratio of it is largely changed to 45:55 for effective operation of minor cousres. And the lists of the subjects for minor courses are changed from subjects for College of Science to subjects for College of Engineering.

      • 두꺼운 圓筒殼으로부터의 音波 共鳴散亂

        The resonance scattering of acoustic waves from thick cylindrical shells is analyzed for the case of an air-filled glass shell immersed in water. This is done by using the model of an elastic plate, and by calculating resonance frequencies, dispersion curves, and attenuations of circumferential waves. We also discuss some experimental results that deal with the backscattering of acoustic waves by cylindrical shells obtained by using short pulse excitation and Fourier spectroscopy analysis. Resonance spectra of backscattered signals show peaks corresponding to thickness resonances.

      • Bacillus subtilis JK-56이 생산하는 chitinase isozyme의 정제와 특성 규명

        토양으로부터 chitinase를 생성하는 균주를 분리하여 동정한 결과 Bacillus subtilis로 판명되었으며, 분리한 균주를 Bacillus subtilis JK-56이라 명명하였다. B. subtilis JK-56의 chitinase 생산 최적 조건을 검토한 결과 1% chitin, 0.5% polypeptone, 0.1% KCl, 0.05% MnSO_4 · 4H_2O이며 초발 pH 7.0, 배양온도 37℃에서 가장 많은 효소를 생산하였다. 본 균주가 생산하는 chitinase를 정제하기 위해서 native-PAGE를 이용해 효소활성 band를 확인한 결과, 1개의 강한 활성 band와 2개의 약한 활성 band를 가지는 isozyme중 1개의 강한 활성 band를 정제하였고 정제된 효소를 Chi-56A라고 명명하였다. Chi-56A의 효소 특성에 관해서 실험한 결과 분자량은 약 53kDa, pl는 4.3으로 확인되었다. 본 효소는 65℃까지 상당히 안정하였으며 효소의 최대활성 온도도 65℃로 확인되는 등 열에 대해 상당히 안정한 효소로 확인되었다. Collidal chitin에 대한 정제효소 Chi-56A의 K_m값은 17.33g/L였다. 그리고 pH 6.0에서 최대의 활성을 나타내었고, 산성범위보다 알칼리범위에서 안정한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Mn^2+ 존재 하에서 높은 활성을 나타내었고 Co^2+와 Mg^2+ 존재 하에서도 활성이 약간 증가한 반면에 Hg^2+ 존재 하에서는 상당한 저해를 받았다. Chito 올리고당에 대한 분해 산물을 HPLC로 확인해 본 결과 짝수개의 올리고당의 분해산물은 (GlcNAc)_2만을 생산하였고 홀수개의 올리고당에 대해서는 GlcNAc와 (GlcNAc)_2를 생산하는 것으로 비환원성 말단으로부터 이당체인 diacetyl chitobiose ((GlcNAc)_2)를 생산하는 exo형 chitinase로 추정된다. Chitin, a β-1,4 polymer of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, is one of the most abundant organic compounds in nature. Chitinase (EC 3.2.1.14) is an enzyme that degrades chitin to chito-oligosaccharides, diacetyl chitobiose and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. An extracellular chitinase-producing bacterial strain was isolated from soil and named to as Bacillus subtilis JK-56. Optimum culture condition of B. subtilis JK-56 for the production of chitinase was 1% chitin, 0.5% polypepton, 0.1% KCl, 0.05% MnSO_4 · 4H_2O, 37℃, initial pH 7.0 and 40 hour culture time. When B. subtilis JK-56 was grown in the optimum medium, one major active band and two minor active bands were detected by native-PAGE and active staining of the gel. Among them, the major band was purified from the culture supernatant by 70% ammonium sulfate precipitation and native-PAGE with BIO-RAD Model 491 Prep-Cell and named as Chi-56A. Its molecular weight was estimated to be 53kDa monomer and the isoelectric point (pl) was pH 4.3. The pH and temperature for the optimum activity of Chi-56A were pH 6.0 and 65℃, respectively. Chi-56A was stable up to 65℃ and in alkaline region. Its K_m value for colloidal chitin was 17.33g/L. HPLC analysis of the reaction products confirmed that Chi-56A was an exo type chitinase.
