沖庵金淨의 <濟州風土錄> 硏究

본고는 沖庵 金淨(1486~1521)이 제주 유배 중에 지은 <濟州風土錄>의 내용 및 문체적 특징을 검토하여 김정 문학의 일면모를 밝혀보고자 한 것이다. 김정은 탁월한 文才를 바탕으로 22세 되던 해 文科別試에서 장원급제하여 환로에 들어섰다. 순창군수 재직 시 朴祥과 함께 廢妃愼氏의 복위를 청하는 상소를 올렸다가 유배되기도 하였지만, 다시 復官되어 中宗의 두터운 신임을 받아 빠르게 승진하며 도학적 이상 정치의 실현을 위해 소격서의 革罷, 鄕約의 간행, 현량과 실시 등 여러 개혁 정치를 시도하였다. 그러나 신진 사림들의 정치 개혁 시행 및 僞勳削除 요구 등에 위기의식을 느낀 훈구공신들이 일으킨 己卯士禍에 휘말려 錦山및 珍島를 거쳐 제주도로 유배되었다가 1521년 10월 제주에서 賜死되었다. 궁행실천의 도학적 학문자세를 지녔던 김정은 유배객이 되어서도 濟州民을 위해 풍속을 교화하고자 노력하였으며, 제주 유배시기 작품에는 좌절과 고독, 슬픔의 감정 등이 나타나기도 하지만, 자연의 섭리를 이해하고 천명에 순응하고자 하는 모습이 나타난다. 이러한 실천적 학문성향과 작품 경향은 <제주풍토록>에서도 발견된다. <제주풍토록>은 제주의 이색적 풍토에 대해 비평적인 소개로, 미개한 풍속에 대한 실천적 도학자의 교화와 개혁의 시각이 담겨있다. 김정은 제주의 기후와 풍속, 지리, 산물 등, 제주의 환경과 사회상을 상세하게 기록하면서 그 원인과 개선점에 대해서도 지적하였다. 또한 제주도의 지리적 환경 및 謫所의 주변을 서술한 부분에서는 유배자의 고독과 비애의 감정을 드러내기도 하지만 원망이나 불평이 아닌 천명에 순응하는 달관의 경지를 보여주어 비장미를 표출하였다. 한편, 김정의 산문은 ‘西漢風’을 추구하였던 것으로 평가받았다. <제주풍토록> 역시 제주의 물산을 나열적으로 서술하고, 내용의 범위와 규모가 넓은 면에서 <子虛賦>와 비견된다. 수록내용이 풍부하면서도 세부적인 수식이나 자잘한 묘사를 생략하고 축약적인 4자구를 多用하고 있으며 虛字와 典故의 사용이 적어서 호방하면서도 간결한 효과를 보여준다. 곧 <제주풍토록>은 김정의 ‘修己治人’의 학문적 경향에 의해 저술된 것으로, 제주 환경에 대한 敍事와 유배생활의 정서에 대한 抒情이 조화를 이룬 작품이다. This thesis is designed to examine the contents and the characteristic of the style of Record of Jeju Customs (濟州風土錄) that Chuangam Kim Jeong wrote during his Jeju exile, and to reveal an aspect of Kim Jeong"s literature. Kim Jeong won the first place in the special civil service examination and entered government service on the basis of his excellent literary talent when he was 22 years old. While holding the office of Sunchang county governor, Kim jeong filed an appeal to ask the restoration of Ms Shin, a retired queen with Park Sang and was exiled, but was restored to his office and then was promoted with the deep confidence of Jungjong tried to perform various political reformations for the realization of the ideal politics of Confucianism, such as the reformation of Sokyeokseo (昭格署), the publication of Hyangyak (鄕約), and the establishment of Hyunlyang department (賢良科), etc. But Kim Jeong was swept away by the Literati Purge raised by the meritorious elite threaten by the political reformation and enforcement of the Neo-Confucian Literati, the requirement of the deletion of the memorial service, etc. and was exiled to Eunsan, Jindo, and Jeju Island, poisoned into death October, 1521. Although Kim Jeong who had a Confucian attitude to practice in person was an exile, he tried to educate the residents of Jeju Island regarding their customs. Even though the works during the Jeju exile show such emotions as desperation, solitude, sorrow, he tried to understand the providence of nature and to conform to Heaven"s will. Such tendency of practical studies and works is found even in Record of Jeju Customs (濟州風土錄). Record of Jeju Customs (濟州風土錄) is a critical introduction of Jeju"s exotic customs, containing the viewpoint of a practical Confucian"s educating and reforming uncivilized customs. Kim Jeong recorded Jeju"s environment and society such as its climate, customs, geometry, products, etc. in detail, pointing out the cause and improvement. In addition, although he shows an exile"s solitude and sorrow in the part describing the geological environment and the place of exile, he shows not resentment or complaint, but a far-sighted view conforming to Heaven"s will. Meanwhile, Kim Jeong"s prose was estimated as pursuing ‘Seohanpung’ (西漢風). Record of Jeju Customs (濟州風土錄) also describes Jeju"s products, similar to Jaheobu (子虛賦) in that the range and scale of the contents are wide. The recorded contents are rich, detailed modification or petty description are omitted, a number of abbreviated four-letter phrases are used, Huhja (虛字) and reference episodes are rare, which show a broad and brief effect. Thus Record of Jeju Customs (濟州風土錄) was written by Kim Jeong"s cultivating himself and ruling other people, harmonious between the description of Jeju"s environment and the sentiment of his exile life.

부사의 사전적 기술 방안 모색

We observed various features of ‘ta, an’ in multiᐨcorpus. Firstly, they modifies a following verb in the syntax level, and represent speaker’s attitude about events in the discourse level, too. Secondly, they are different from each other, particularly in relation to meaning and necessity for a relevance sentence. This study intends to investigate the reason for their necessities in the syntax, semantic change and the function change of those according to context, consequently show the process method of those. For this cause, this study is based on syntactic, semantic and pragmatics levels. The reason for those lies in two. Firstly, they as a modifier are close to a following verb in the syntax. Secondly, they represent speaker’s attitude about events, for some reason they are used in speech very frequently, and such results derived meaning of those arosed. Consequently the function of a adverb changes from an unnecessary to a necessary constituent, and also the meaning.

반모음 [j]에 대한 최적성이론적 접근

An Optimality Theoretic Approach to Semi-vowel [j] Jo, Hak-haeng and Seo, Jeong-min(Chonsun Univ.) There have been three kinds of arguments about the status of semi-vowel [j] in Korean within the Korean syllable structure. The three theories, Nucleus Hypothesis, Onset Hypothesis, and Tautosyllabic Hypothesis, consider the semi-vowel [j] in Korean as part of nucleus, onset, and both respectively. Each theory, however, has provided conflicting accounts in reference to analogous evidence. Thus, in this paper we argue that the permission of semi-vowel [j] of Seoul dialect in Korean can be given a functionally grounded treatment by means of *ONSET/X subhierarchy(Smith, 2003: 3) that maintains its universally fixed ranking based on the sonority scale, if the *ONSET/X is defined to be sensitive to the moracity of the segments. And then according to Optimality Theory(Prince & Smolensky, 1993) we will analyse semi-vowel [j] of Seoul and Chonnam dialect in Korean as nucleus. And then the result will be extended to the semi-vowel [j] in English.

응급실에 내원한 환자에서 어지럼증의 원인과 임상양상의 분석

Background: Recently, The number of patients who have been complaining of the vertigo or dizziness has been increasing due to rapid growth of elderly population and senile disease. The differentiation of dizzy patients is not familiar to most emergency physicians. This study was designed to differentiate true vertigo and to investigate the clinical difference among central vertigo, peripheral vertigo, and other causes of dizziness. Methods: The authors analyzed the cases of 237 dizzy patients who visited the emergency department of Chonnam University Hospital during the recent 2 years. For the base of dizziness, associated past illnesses, severity, nystagmus type, and the causes of central and peripheral vertigo. Results: Female patients were 142(59.9%) and male patients were 95(40.1%). The most common age group was the 6th decade. The origin of dizziness was classified as peripheral cause(25.3%), central cause(32.9%), and others(41.8%). As to nature of the dizziness, the rotatory sense was dominant in peripheral vertigo and the floating sense and blurred vision in central vertigo. Peripheral vertigo was triggered by position change of head and body, and central vertigo by the eye movement. Audiograms I showed that most patients with central vertigo had normal hearing, but 46.7% of thoswith peripheral vertigo had an abnormal hearing disturbance. Nystagmus was more prevalent in peripheral vertigo Conclusion: History taking and physical examination played an important role in the diagnosis of dizzy patients. An important part of the diagnosis of a dizzy patient could be to evaluate the peripheral origin, the central origin and others causes. Because central vertigo may be associated with a significant neurological pathology, spectral radiological studies, including MRI and CT, are mandatory to rule out a devastating brain lesion.

오리부산물과 한약재를 이용한 추출액의 영양성분 및 중금속 노출에 대한 피해 완화 효과 : (Ⅱ) 중금속 노출에 대한 오리추출액의 피해 완화 효과 (Ⅱ) Damage Mitigation Effects on Heavy-metals Exposure of Peking-Duck By-Product Extracts

This study was performed to investigate the effects of peking-duck extracts added with medicinal herbs(DJ) on the intoxication of heavy metals (Hg, Pb, Cd, As) in rats. Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 150±15g, were randomly assigned to 5 groups: basal diet only in normal control group(NCG); basal diet and heavy metals without DJ injection in heavy metal control group(HMC); basal diet, heavy metals and DJ(3㎎/㎖) injection in heavy metal low duck juice group(HMLD), basal diet, heavy metals and DJ(30㎎/㎖) injection in heavy metal middle duck juice group(HMMlD); basal diet, heavy metal and DJ(300㎎/㎖) injection in heavy metal high duck juice group(HMHD). Hg and As was injected by 50ppm and Cd and Pb by 25ppm for 17days. Also DJ oral feeding was conducted for 28days. The result of this study were as follows: Food intake and body weight gain in heavy metal administered groups were lower than those of NCG. Liver, kidney and testis weights were not significantly different among 5 groups. GOT, GPT and BUN activities were significantly reduced in DJ treated groups as compared to HMC. DJ showed the suppressing effect on the accumulation of Hg, Pb and Cd in serum, liver and kidney. Fecal Hg and Cd excretions increased with DJ feeding. The results suggested that DJ may have some protective effects on Hg, Cd and Pb intoxication by reducing the accumulation m tissues and increasing excretion. This study also showed the effective way of using duck-extract and its application to the oriental medicine.

시판 녹황색 채소류 중의 플라보노이드 함량과 조리과정에 의한 변화

Flavonoids in commercial green-yellow vegetables (carrot, mugwort, perilla leaf, leek and water dropwort) were analyzed by HPLC. Flavonoids analyzed in samples were myricetin, luteolin, quercetin, apigenin and kaempferol. When 2N HCl and a reaction period of 1 hour was used, quercetin and kaempferol could be detected in leek and water dropwort, luteolin and apigenin could be detected in perilla leaf, Increasing reaction period up to 6 hours with 2N HCl led a degradation of quercetin and kaempferol to approximately 90% in leek and water dropwort, but it led to a increasing of luteolin and apigenin of maximum 300% in perilla leaf. After the blanching process, the amount of the flavonoids increased whereas the components of the flavonoids were not changed.

Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), as a form of minimally invasive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, has become an important treatment modality. Because of limitation of surgery, RFA has become standard therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in some situations. But there are some complications of RFA such as bleeding, infection, hematoma, adjacent organ thermal damage including intestinal perforation, needle track seeding, and so on. There are few reports in the literature that systematically evaluate the incidence of needle tract seeding and its associated risk factors. And only 2 cases of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA were reported in Korea. We report a case of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA.

멕시코와 네팔도입 고추 유전자원의 두 가지 점무늬병에 대한 저항성

Pepper genetic resources consisting of introductions from Mexico and Nepal and susceptible and resistant controls were tested for resistance to gray leaf spot and to bacterial spot by serially inoculating the two disease pathogens, Stemphylium spp. first and Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria next, with application of fungicide after evaluation of resistance to gray leaf spot first. KC866, KC872, KC902, KC905 were resistant to gray leaf spot in addition to known resistance sources, KC43, KC47, KC220, KC319, KC320, KC380. KC897 was on the top of the resistance sources list, even better than KC177(163192), and was followed by KC889, KC896, KC898, all of which were introductions from Nepal.

새로운 실린더 운동 방정식에서 점 자극에 의한 어더미턴스와 자유파수

본 논문에서는 새로운 실린더 운동방정식을 유도하고, 실린더 좌표의 각 방향에 대해 가정해로써 선형방정식을 구하였다. 또한, 점 자극을 가정하여 어더미턴스를 구하였고, 그 결과를 그림으로 나타내었다. 임피던스를 통해서 자유파수를 구하였고, 그 결과를 그림으로 나타내었으며, 이러한 계산 결과를 통하여 실린더에서 발생하는 진동 해석의 가능성을 보였다. This paper shows newly developed equations of cylindrical shell motion, which solutions are obtained as a set of linear equation. Each linear equation is derived along each axis of cylindrical coordinates. The admittance and the free wavenumber are obtained under assumption of point excition an a cylindrical shell. Their results are shown in figures. In the results, this paper shows a possibility that a vibration and a noise generated in a cylindrical shell can be formulated as a mathematical model.

보-기둥 접합부의 이력거동을 고려한 RC 평면골조의 내진해석

The analytical studies from the test results are presented. From experimental envelope curve, hysteretic behaviors under cyclic loading are modeled for beam-column subassemblages. Modelled curves show relatively good reproduction for experimental curves. Finally, seismic performances are investigated for 7 story plain framed structure by nonlinear dynamic analysis. The resulting responses are different by each beam-column joint design.
